I have tried everything to stay on track with healthy eating, but nothing seems so clearly laid out. You seem to make everything easy, as I thought it would be a big challenge. I’ve only got about 15 more pounds to lose and they seem to be impossible to shed. I’ve been reading up on so many health websites and some make no sense and I would love to learn the correct ways of eating and ways to lose weight.
And I’d love to fit into the jeans I just bought last year that have seemed to shrink….

Okay, just finished eating two chocolate chip cookies and the guilt is RIDICULOUS! I read your e-book that stated you can have a cheat day but I can’t help but feel really guilty… I feel like I’m not doing everything I could. I started loosing weight a couple months ago and was off with a great start. I know im close to having a flat stomach but I’ve been stuck at 120 pounds for the past 3 weeks. From reading your emails and e-book, I really believe that your program will help me loose these last ten pounds that will flatten my stomach and give me great muscles.

I am on a personal quest to make a massive dent in the problem of obesity, for my clients and for as many people as I can come into contact with. This would be an indispensable tool for my toolbox – I might even be able to throw out a lot of the other ones!

Hello , I would love to use your program, because I have never really been obese just always a little on the plump side and my problem is that no matter what diet or exercise program I try, I just cannot seem to loose some stubborn fat especially on the tummy , arms and thighs. I am also a vegetarian( the India vegetarian where eggs, meat, seafood and poultry are not eaten but dairy products are consumed) and with all the hype about eating a high protein diet going around, it is very confusing as to what to include and what to ditch. I would for once like to have a clear plan and also something that is doable with my diet choices.

Hi, i have known this programme through signing up in six pack shortcut. However, i do not find that useful and i am still left with an undesirable body size. I believe i have to shed off some pounds in order to use that programme. More over, i am conscious about my image and would want to improve on it by losing some weight. Hence , after receiving the first email on the preview to Xtreme Fat Loss Diet 2.1 system, i immediately downloaded it. Joel–I have been working out pretty hard for a number of years and usually stay lean the year round. I have the philosophy of building slowly and staying lean most of the time. Last November I started to dabble in bulking up and shredding and see how that type of cycle works for me. I gained about 15 pounds and enjoyed that and have now turned to shredding. I have lost about 5 of the fifteen to date. The last part of this story is that I may want to compete in body building. Your program would be perfect for me to complete this picture. I need the Xtreme Fat Loss program because I am a natural 40 yr old athlete, working dilligently at loosing body fat for the last 2 months and my progress has been extremely slow. I eat clean and have increased my cardio to 2x per day, which has helped but there MUST be a better way or something additional that I can do in order to speed up or increase my results. I need something that is extremely effective but safe that will get my physique ready for the summer. Please help!

Because I couldn’t afford it otherwise LOLOL. I am 55 years old with a closet full of pretty cloths that I haven’t worn – promises to myself that I will lose the weight and wear these dresses. I have three sets of clothes that I wear constant and am getting pretty tired of the same old matronly look. I have been battling my weight for what seems like forever. Every time I look in the mirror I wince and wish that I could just lose the weight to experience that lighter than light feeling again like being 16 and in love for the first time. I was very athletic in teenage years and exercising is not a hardship on my body, but with this belly in front of me it is very hard to do any sort of bending and I feel the heaviness overall when I go for walks or bend or when getting out of the car. help! I want to be in control of my weight and my health and my life – just one more time! In reading your program, it has all of the elements and potential for my lighter than light body – I feel excited and hopeful that I can obtain this longed for result and maintain it for the rest of my life. :)

Hey Joel. Well I sure could use your help. I went down from about 350 to my current 205. I sure would like to make the last jump down to the 180 level or so. I think your knowledge would be what can get me there. At 53 I would like to see if I can be a bit of a role model with your help. I want to get back to truly competitive basketball and perhaps tell me tale a little and inspire others to get back to what they love and help them with the ability to enjoy all the other benefits of getting your energy back and not getting old before your time.

Hi Joel, I would like to have this opportunity to use your program to start off my goal of loosing 100lbs. I’m 5’10” and I weigh 338lbs as of this morning. I have to drastically increase my metabolism, change my diet, and add your workout techniques in order to reach my goal. I don’t want to continue to have high blood pressure anymore, having to take medicine every day. I’m tired of my friends telling me ‘You move pretty good for a big guy’ or ‘I can’t believe your over 300lbs as well as you move around.’I know I most likely won’t win this competition to get it free, but I will still buy the program on May 1st. I am 56 and was recently laid-off, so I have not been very active. I have gained about 30 pounds in a year and nothing I’ve done has helped me to shed it. And as we all know, if you don’t do the right exercise (for older people) you will end up flabby and that is not what I want to end up looking like

I’ve been following your mail and updates for at lest 2 or 3 month. I like the fact that you have studied how the body works and how you manage to make us lose weight. I train a lot and took a lot of muscle mass but can’t find the way to lose fat. My motivation starts to decrease and I think that your methods should work for me and bring back all motivation i had. I think it will work so i’ll be 100% more motivated to make efforts into my training.

i’m in the time of college, i got alot of new friends and rly cool things in this time, but that doesn’t mean that i stayed like i was in school… so for that im writing this post ^^. I want to keep burning fat, i tryed alot of things, (not diet ofc that sux) like running, Gym, and good eating! (good eating and diet it’s not the same for me) and i rly want to learn with your program, i tryed like i said, many things but it’s kinda hard with the college and my house, so i got only few hours to make exercises and things like that, so i read ur post and i rly want to keep one copy of ur training! it would be very helpfully!, and i wanna thank u for all this time that ur taking to help other people ^^.

I have been reading your emails and your plan makes a lot of sense to me. I am on a quest to beat cancer. I have had 2 episodes and after my last one decided to take personal responsibility and not rely on the medical community. I have changed my eating, personal care products, etc to eliminate carcinogens. I still have about 20# of fat that I need to eliminate to be in my best health. I love fitness and work very hard, but am at the last few fat% which won’t seem to budge.
