I turned 40 6-months ago and always aspired to the credo that “I’ll be in the best shape of my life at 40”. Let’s just say that hasn’t happened. I work multiple jobs, have a 3-year old and another on the way. I know chasing one kid is difficult and I NEED to be leaner and in better shape to make sure I can handle two of them; certainly can’t leave all that responsibility on my wife. I want to teach my children the discipline that I used to have and don’t think being a beer-bellied aging man will be as effective as a lean, sculpted youthful daddy. I really just need a high quality road map. I’m really thinking that with this program I could begin the journey to take this 235-240 pound flabby frame to a much more healthy 185 pounds of single digit body fat. Please help me attain my goals. Thanks.

I’M disabled and not able to work out like I use to be able to do. So I need all the help I can get to lose weight and get back to a healthy weight and lifestyle. I was 7% bodyfat at one time while in the Navy.

This is for my wife. She works extremely hard, 6 days a week at the gym and has already lost 15lbs. She has been getting extremely frustrated lately bc she has hit a wall. We have read and now are living by your last PDF and I really think that this will help her both mentally and obviously physically. I am just out of control and have no idea how or where to start. I am uncomfortable with myself and would like to get out of this negative unhealthy rut that I am in. I have lost weight twice before but I have gained it back. I would like to lose it and maintain it this time for the rest of my life.

I’m a 55 year old woman. I’ve been in fairly decent shape during my lifetime but I’ve gained 15 pounds in the last 5 years and it has been very hard to take off the weight. I’m sure it has something to do with getting older and having my metabolism slow down. Plus being a woman I’m getting that fat in the stomach that’s really hard to take off. And my arms have a lot of cellulite which I absolutely hate! I started using my total gym a few weeks ago and I really enjoy strength training types of exercise because I did free weights for a couple of years when I was 40 and it helped me get toned plus I felt stronger and healthier. I was even able to walk up to the top of a mountain during a family reunion which my 21-year-old niece couldn’t do which made me very proud of myself. But I know I need more than that to burn calories and fat. I would love to try your program because it sounds like something that might help me. I’m not looking to be in body building shape or anything like that, but I would love to feel attractive and confident again – especially with my boyfriend – and I belong to a nudist club (a nice family-oriented one – not a crazy sex club) and I’m sure other women there would be interested in your program if they saw me get back in shape. I’d love to try your program ‘coz I’ve tried so many programs even dieting and pills but to no avail I always failed and it keeps coming back or I gain again after I stopped…I am really desperate for I look so awful and disgusting being over weight of 40 pounds….it all started when we lost our investment with my late husband…that cause him a cardiac arrest…due to some unscrupulous persons of the company we invested…..we were gaining a lot for 4years and then the president is no where to be found and that made me so depressed that i resorted to eating that I bloated so much…I’m trying my best to slim down so I would look good on my wedding day next year…hopefully….thats why I would like to try your program…I hope your program will help me to achieve what I’m aiming for …thank you in advance…God Bless!

Hello Joel, Looking at the books and disks that are included in your Xtreme Fat Loss 2.1 System this is obviously far more than just another diet! I love the idea of a success manual and things like workout log sheets and training manual look invaluable. I am an overweight 60 year old who has been yo=yo dieting since I gave up smoking 12 years ago and I really am desperate for a method I can stick to. I am hoping that this is it. hi. s’o im writing this because ive have sone every ab exercise, every cadio exercise, and even some p90x, and i still cant get me abs defined. I think i am on a giant platuea and the xtreme fat loss system will be my platuea breaker. From what you guys have sent me i think that its a great program with a great die plan, and a diet plan is what i mostly need. So that is why extreme home fat loss will be great for me.

My husband and I are 57. We have successfully battled the scale, but it has been a battle, and I think the loser has been our metabolisms! I think we might be what you call, ‘skinny fat’! My hubby is at goal weight, I still have about 25 pounds to go. I would like both of us to build muscle so that we enter our 60s not just thin, but FIT and VIGOROUS with LOTS of healthy muscle. I need this program cause I already gone to the gym for over 7 years & still haven’t got the body that I want. I go to the gym for 3 – 4 times a week and I’m still 20 kg overweight.

I will be honest I am not over weight. I am a pretty good average size. I’m sure some other comments need this free system more than myself, but I thought I’d try. Since I was a little girl I was always fascinated with the worlds strongest man. I would watch the guys compete on tv. As I watched I would try and do pushups or situps. I love being fit. It makes me feel better more energized. I wouldn’t say I’m the fittest that I can be which is why I would like to win a free copy Of your diet loss system. I am 24yrs old and I would like to start getting super fit now, rather than wait till I’m overweight and super old. I have always had such a hard time eating the right things or portioning everything. I can go run a mile or more and that is easy just move your feet. But food there is so much out there it’s hard to pick the good from the bad. I have my days where I don’t want to be active just lay around but in my mind I know I have to do something. I can push myself to exercise. But food is a whole different story. Well I don’t want to keep writing or I’ll end up writing a book. I do hope I win a copy!

We are having a family reunion the end of July with our 10 children, 5 spouses and 20 grandchildren (11 years of age and under). My weight gradually crept up over the years and I would love to lose a good amount before July. I want to really be able to play with the grandkids not just sit and watch them play. I’d love to show my kids a mom in a size they either have never seen or haven’t seen in years.

It seems like you know what you are talking about for sure. I like Many people want to look and feel better. Keep up with their kids etc…. Me too, but i also want to attract girls as well. I’m an Air Force pilot recently divorced and looking to be at my top physical shape and your blue print may be the answer.

I have learned a lot from your updates and have been trying to use it ti the best of my ability! Im 18 years old and all through middle school I was chubby and then got fat. I was the slowest person on the soccer team. So one day I decided to say screw it.I ran everyday and worked out. I was able to lose alot and now im the fastest on the team. I have a little chest muscle and the first to rows of abs but I wanna get RIPPED. Thnks so much for ur awesome free tips because it has been helping but I want a full six pack. Thanks!

The Olympics are getting close, and as they say…it’s not important to win, but to take part. Also, I like everything that is Xtreme, except maybe extreme fat gain :)
Oh, and I really don’t know which is better a Cheat day, or a fast day, I like them both.

This program would be perfect for my girlfriend who is in need to loose some weight and is undergoing therapy to fix a knee problem. I wanted to help her with exercises but its a little hard since the best exercises to loose weight are the ones that involve the lower body / posterior chain and in her case they are almost all out of the equation… Also she works 11+ hours a day as a manager and when she gets home she almost has to eat and go to sleep right away, she is Latin American and lives down there, the knowledge on good nutrition is less advanced than here, the good whole food is not hard to get but what is really widespread is the junk calorie filled, greasy fried stuff. Anyway, i know i could get the info on the internet and adapt it (and translate it) to her but that’s a lot of work and im no expert, your book contains a concise, tried-and-true method that i could just get around, translate and send to her… it would really help us both Joel! My husband and I started the Fat Loss Factor by Dr. Charles a couple of months ago and have both loved the program. I’m getting married soon and I just wanna be able to try on sample size dresses and I don’t think I’ve ever been a size 10 in my whole adult life not even as a teenager I woulds love for my outside to match how I feel about myself on the inside .
