Hi Joel I’ll keep it simple I have a lot of overweight people in my circle of friends (Army, Family, Friends) that really need to lose weight. My Army family are getting kicked out at a rapid pace due to them being overweight. I’m from the South and you know fried food is like breathing, it’s just natural so my family/friends could definitely benefit from something of this nature. I’m a personal trainer myself so I’m also curious to try something new with my really large clients that feel that losing 30lbs is still a small number when they have been overweight since the age of 10. I need this because every diet I have tried before has failed. I can work out to the extreme, but never can seem to lose those last few pounds I need to be cut and look and feel great. I feel like this system is perfect for me and would be greatful to have it for free. Thank you!

As a 47 year old mother of 3 boys ages 24 to 11, and grandmother to a 3 year old grand-daughter my life is a little busy. My husband and I work 50-60 hour weeks and as most moms, I run the transportation for all the kids to their activities. Over the past 8 years I have struggled with my weight which is the first time in my life. After a complete hysterectomy my hormones are a mess which I know contribute to weight fluctuation. Because I have never had a weight struggle until recently,I don’t know what to do. I need to lose 20 lbs. I already excercise 3-4 times a week, go on 7 mile run/walks 3-4 times a week and try to eat fairly healthy. I strongly believe that your program offers the structure I need to make a life change. It would be nice to feel good about myself again, be a positive example for my family & inspire others.

I am 52 and I have kids in high school. There have been very few women my age finish the Chilli Challenge Adventure Triathlon in the last several years. I plan on adding my name to that short list in October, 2011.
I am a 38-year-old female recovering fatso. During the last two years I have dropped more than 100 pounds of body fat. I have learned how to run, how to swim, how to bike. I have put on muscle and a very large smile. I can swing a 25 pound kettlebell, squat with 75 pounds of dumbbell on my shoulders, bend over and place my hands flat on the floor. I can run a 38 minute 5K and climb stairs without going into cardiac arrest.
But there is much more I want to do. There’s a floaty ring of fat still clinging stubbornly to my middle that needs to go away. There are faster runs to have, more muscle to build, bike trails to follow.
And there’s a triathlon. The training will be intense, the personal requirements and sacrifices huge. I don’t just want to finish the race. I want to finish strong!

A few years ago I was in the best shape of my life, lifting & running regularly and playing squash 3 times a week.

Then I had a car crash which saw me very nearly lose my right leg. I now have no kneecap, but after 3 open operations and 4 keyhole ops everything is attached and working.

The accident hit me hard; I became depressed and ballooned up to 250Ib at nearly 40%BF. I’m now at 22%BF at 220Ib and have got my squat 1RM up to 330Ib, but I miss the freedom of being able to run.

I want to wage war on my body fat, not be sitting with a calorie deficit for ages, seeing my hard-earned gains slipping away whilst i settle for a meagre 1 or 2 Ibs weight loss per week.

I honestly believe your system will be the best for this; I have seen and considered similar systems but they all seem heavily based on expensive supplementation (which is also sold by the companies in question – what a coincidence, huh?!).

I have been doing a lot of research on eating healthy and exercising. I lost 20 pounds a few years ago and have kept it off. I started exercising regularly but got frustrated because I didn’t see the kind of results I think I should have. Hence the research. I found you, Shaun Hadsell, Sue Heinze and others. I have been reading everyone’s information and want to be healthier and look better. The other reason is my husband. He has had a triple bypass and just had back surgery on February. He is not a big guy, eats mostly what I eat and has been on Lipitor for years. There has to be a better way to get his cholesterol down and keep him around. After 34 years of marriage, I am kind of used to him! A program that would give us clear guidance to lose and get fit would be great. Keep up the good work.

hello, I am writing in the hopes that i win a FREE copy of the Xtreme Fat Loss 2.1 System i am 45 years old back in 2010 i weighed almost 400 lbs i managed to lose 150lbs in 10 months through working out 3 hrs a day every day 8 mils on the treadmill every other day and heavy weight training every day with only about 1500 calories but eventually i stopped loosing weight and i have been stuck no matter what i have tried my body seems to be putting weight back on fast no matter what i do i think this program will be perfect for me. i have the dedication and determination i just need a sound plan that will keep my body loosing fat and helping me to get closer to my dream as a bodybuilder i feel that your plan is the key to making it come true for me

Thank-you for this additional chance at this excellent health improvement information. I am a 65 year old Asst. Prof. teaching in an English language MPH (Master of Public Health) program in Seoul, Korea. I am retired, but still teaching. I work out in the gym (80-105 kgs for upper body and 220-240 kgs for legs) just to keep in tone. I use the other machines for a general work out. I’m a hard old guy, BUT still carrying 20 kgs of extra belly fat (yeah, I know, I love pizza) which does not well represent my standards of health. I am hoping that this excellent information will make me a better teacher and example of good health for the sake of my students and my future life.

My husband and I have put on so much weight that we think we will never get it off. Plus when u are so heavy u have no motivation to even exercise. You talk about it and that is about all. We need a diet plan and an exercise that we can do together. We are both 62 but feel like 100. Please help

I have been dieting and exercising for 2 months with little to no success. The exercise is strengthening me and helping other ways, but not lost fat or weight. I am getting very frustrated. I have received your info through both Dr. K and Mike Geary and would love to look further into it.

I am about 40 pounds over weight. I have been hitting bootcamp hard for 8 weeks trying to get back into shape, an drop the “baby” pounds. Bootcamp is going well, but I need to get to the next level with my nutrition. I would love and appreciate the oppertunity to use your weight loss system to get there!!! I know that nutrition is truly the most important component of a successful weightloss and exercise program.

I was very active most of my life. I played baseball, football, hockey, tennis, and badminton, competitively throughout my youth. When I started working full time, the competitive went more to recreational. As we started our family, time management was more about our children and getting them to their activities, coaching, committees etc. I have gone from a more active role in my career to a more sedentary role in front of a computer. Unfortunately my get up and go has got up went. I find it more difficult to keep weight off with this current lifestyle. I believe the Extreme Fat Loss Diet could put me back on the right track.
