CB-tastic, a HUGE Dinner, and Secret Ingredient Fat-Burning Foods

Posted by Joel Marion

My main man CB-tastic just got in town today and shortly after his arrival we both sat down to a HUGE dinner full of secret fat-burning ingredient foods.

A few things you should know:

1.  CB-tastic is Craig Ballantyne.  DUH.

2.  I’m releasing a new program called The Huge Dinner Diet tomorrow.  It involves huge dinners.  It also involves fat loss.

Like, LOTS of fat loss.

How much fat loss?  Take your body weight and divide it by three.

Now multiply it by a BILLION.

That much.

3.  Secret ingredient foods are by far the best fat burning foods you can possibly eat.  In fact, here’s a list of the foods we included in our HUGE dinner tonight, each of them containing the magic “secret ingredient”:

  • Filet Mignon
  • Spinach
  • Apples
  • Blueberries
  • Cranberries
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Fresh Mozzarella
  • Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Carrots
  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • Wheatberries
  • Walnuts
  • Pumpkin Seeds

I didn’t lie when I said the dinner was huge.  I also didn’t lie when I said dinners of this size are part of a new rapid fat loss diet I developed, The Huge Dinner Diet, due out tomorrow.  And I didn’t lie when I said that ALL of these foods are made up of secret ingredients.

Do you know what secret ingredient all of these foods have in common?

Simple:  ALL of these foods have only ONE ingredient – the food they are.

Broccoli is made up of broccoli – that’s it.

The ingredient list for raw walnuts?  Raw walnuts.

Hey, what’s in those cherry tomatoes?  Oh, I know!  Cherry tomatoes!

The absolute best fat-burning foods are one-ingredient foods — whole foods that contain only one ingredient.

They’re natural.  They’re not processed.  They contain vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fiber, and more…in their natural form.

Many folks ask me to analyze their diets and I find that they’re full of highly processed, crapola foods.  If it comes in a box, throw it out.  Instead, try this for just one week:

Eat only natural, unprocessed one-ingredient foods:  meats, fruits, vegetables, oils, nuts, legumes, and seeds.

See how much better you feel.  See how much better you LOOK.

How about you?  How many one-ingredient foods are in YOUR diet today?  Will you join me in eating only one-ingredient foods this week?

I like every one of the foods listed. However, in another post you mentioned making breakfast the largest meal, and dinner the smallest meal, of the day. Seems contradictory. But, I am interested in learning more…

Just about all of them. i have cut the processed crap outta my diet about a month ago and I’m the closest to a six pack I have ever been.

Are you saying salads are no good since they have multiple ingredients or do you just break it down into each individual ingredient (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.)?

Too much sales talk.
I’m looking for some straight forward healthy eating plan without al this hard sales pitch.
I bought the first part as I thought this was what it was.

sure glad I have started doing this – eating ‘real’ foods – I have already lost 13 lbs – it is amazing how much better I feel. I still have about 15 lbs to go and looking forward to getting that off as well – now just got to get the rest of my body in shape to go along with my new eating habits ;-)
getting there slowly but surely – thanks for all the good tips and looking forward to reading more!!

I’m a triathlete that eats a TON of food. I’d love to eat and get ripped at the same time. I’m tired of going from chubby to super skinny. It you’ve found an answer to keeping muscle and burning fat I’ll tell everyone hahaha

This makes so much sense! I was expecting some “hidden” ingredient in each of the foods listed – this is so simple! I’m going to join you for one week. Can’t imagine what it will feel like not to be adding all the “extras” I don’t need! Thanks for the info!

Being a teenager trying live and eat healthier while the rest of the family isn’t, this program would be just perfect for being that my family’s tradition is to have large meals at night… I would love to have this program… Anyway, I LOVE free… ;-)

Joel, you and your programs are amazing!! :-) You’ve helped me so so much!

This sounds like a great diet plan. We all eat way too much processed foods. It’s time we all go back to eating whole, single-ingredient foods and get the health of this country back on track. I’m starting this new way of eating tomorrow. Thanks for the insight.

Sounds delicious.. love eating raw foods

I like this idea. It’s simple and everyone has this in their house/cupboards/fridges. Now how to put them as a meal? More so breakfast. That’s my toughest to deal with. Can’t seem to put the cereal or toast down. Or is this just for supper?

I get using natural whole foods not processed stuff from a store. But, is this a raw foods type of thing or are you cooking these things together?

This sounds like a fascinating experiment. Kind of like buying only American made goods (as in the “Made in America” segments running on ABC).

I’d really like to try it. Does everything have to be organic?

Hi Joe! I like this idea a lot! I went on the month long all-fruit/dry fruit diet last September and lost 20lbs without breaking a sweat. I am planning on doing it again, though this time I will be applying a serious calorie deficit. I want to see how it works with the gym thrown in. I might also add veggies to the mix! Wish me luck! I look forward to your program for more ideas! Cheers!
