I’m an indeed normal teenager, but with a huge load of fats in my body. Last year, my doctor said I had the symptoms of Pneumonia, and it could be worse, if I’m too fat for my age, since then I started to work out but it was not working out, I kept increasing back my weight, I’m scared that I’d fall into the obese category, but despite that, I actually want to help my mother that had an obesity problem, because her family had diabetic problem, I don’t want her to get the same so just simply want my mother and I become more healthier. I’m ready to take my workouts to the next level! I have hit a plateau and i believe i can get over with your help. I have always enjoyed cross-fit training as well as other various workouts. But i haven’t seen much improvement in my body figure. I’m stronger but still don’t have that lean look I’m searching for. That’s why i would love the chance to use your product!

When you’re a university student and struggle to make progress in the gym because you’re trying to juggle school and work to get by, the last thing i want to be stressing about is how difficult it is to make gains in my workouts and as “lazy” as it may sound i want the thinking done for me so i can simply follow the prgoram to the T and take out all the guesswork on my part because it has already been done for me and to find a prgram that does that and pushes the limits for the fastest possible resuls is a breath of fresh air…

Hi, I’m 41 year’s old and been using your fat burning furnace routine for the last 6 months. It has been great, and I have lost 40 pounds. I seem to have hit a bit of a brick wall now though. I could really do with losing that last 20 pounds to get me to the shape I was in 20 years ago. If the 1000 calorie challenge has the same effect as the FBF system had on me then I’m sure I will be transformed.
I have a very young family and training time has been drasticaly reduced as a result. I am maintaining my weight and body mass at the moment but could just do with that final push towards the perfect body.

My boyfriend and I started the Power 90 In Home Boot Camp back in July with great success. He lost 35 pounds and I have lost 20 so far. We have been very good at incorporating a healthy diet in with our workouts but have hit a plateau. With only 10 lbs for me and 15 lbs for him left to go we are really looking for something to bust through and get us to our goals. We would like to avoid the expensive gyms, equipment and video systems for something we can do in our own living room at our own pace and time. Just really having a hard time getting a layer of fat from the mid section and leaning out. Diet is clean exercise regularly mostly circuits and strength. I push myself more than most of the females in my gym, especially for my age. I am a 56 year old female. 6 years ago I lost my daughter to teenage suicide probably due to peer bullying. Since that time I have quite smoking because my daughter hated it. Consequently, through greiving and stress, I have gained about 70 lbs. I have been changing my eating habits over the last year and have lost 40lbs of the excess. I am finding it quite difficult to lose the last 30. I watch what I eat and I do some exercise, but I need help. I really dont know what to do. Hey! I’m a 22 year old girl who came into college sports with an extremely lean body and a body fat percentage of 11%. My coaches, worried that I was too skinny, put me on a heavy weight training program while making me down 3 protein shakes a day. Within a year I gained 25lbs, not all of it muscle. Now that I’m done with sports and can devote time to my own exercises, I would love to get back into the shape I was before. I was always into sports, I never ate that much and I was always in pretty good shape I guess!
UNTIL A YEAR AGO that is! What happened back then you wonder?
– The BEST thing that has ever happened to me and made me the happiest man on earth! (but also the one with a flabby belly!) – My wife got PREGNANT!
And while my son is the greatest gift I have ever received I could not believe my eyes how it seemed I got pregnant myself too!
It was probably not just eating along with my wife all the time (and finishing her left-overs), it must be a genetical hormone thing too for a man to gain weight more easily when the wife is pregnant… IT MUST BE!!!

I have always had some struggles with my weight and it has become worse in my adult years to manage it. It seems like the only success I can have is the result of a routine, workout, system, etc. and not from just instinctively eating better or being more active. My weight has been one of the largest factors in what I would term general discontent about many things in my life.
This past summer, I got hit with testicular cancer that seemed to show up overnight. The weeks that followed made me think about how many of the things I would complain about were petty by comparison. I have decided there has been too much time spent in self pity and anger and that it is time to commit to fixing things in life I can have some control over. Though the outlook is good, my cancer has taught me that there is no guarantee of tomorrow…something I always thought of as a cliche. I believe your system could be a valuable tool in helping make some positive changes in my life and trying to get the most out of whatever time I have left.
