I’m very excited to try your new 1,000 calorie program! I’m quickly approaching 40 (yikes!) and I’m noticing a shift in my metabolism or rather a slow-down! I’m a healthy and active mom of 2 (10 & 17 yrs. old) and I recently developed a bit of the infamous “muffin top”. I just can’t seem to lose those 5-7lbs that absolutely adore me! I would love to take on this challenge and kick those pounds to the curb! Let’s do this!

Hello I am 52 years old and have spent years researching and keeping up with the latest findings on Nutrition and Metabolism. I circuit train and do weight bearing. I continue to gain 2 lbs per year. I am desperate for a solution to maintain and hopefully lose this fat weight.

because I’m 50yrs and have four sons 20yrs, 18yrs, 3yrs and now a newborn (3months). so that the 2 youngest sons will still have a fit father in 10yrs to play, hike, canoe, bike etc it would be perfect for me to get a free copy.

I come from a family of over weight folks, where food and lack of exercise go hand in hand. My grandfather is overweight, and as a result he developed gout and type 2 diabetes. He was admitted to the hospital a few weeks ago due to a severe stroke, and the state we saw him in send me and my family into shock and awe. to see a man you love and respect in such a state made me realise then and there if i dint change my life, that would be me sooner or later or even worse my dad. I beleive this programee will help me acheive success in my health and fitness goals fast, will help promote good health in my family. Appreciate all you have taught me.

A KISS from me, ie, keep it simple stupid from me. I’m a 68 year old arthritic grandma who wants to loose impossible weight 270# and become healthy again even though it hurts to move. I know it will hurt more if I don’t. I really need your help but am retired and money is really tight. 1 year ago, I could not run a mile. Then I found you guys; now I have cut my bf% nearly in half and am one of the fittest people I know. But thats just the beginning.

Following this life change, I applied for and received a job with the U.S. Marshals Service. As part of the hiring process, there is a physical fitness test, which I passed with flying colors (all thanks to your programs no doubt), but this is only the beginning to their fitness standards. Now I must push far and beyond where I am now and reach that next level; the lives of many people will depend on my fitness and I do not want to fail because I could have trained harder but didn’t.

Thats what I think this program is perfect for me, it will take me to that next level so I can perform the duties of my job better, hunt bad guys, and make our world a safer one.

This program would be right on time for me because of my schedule I never have time for cardio, so I have never really been able to strip the fat off my body like I would like to. The way the program is set up you can also get your cardio in at he same time I would love to try it thank you

I am 55 and have MS. I also had a hip replacement last October. I need to lose 50lbs and get fitter to allow me to carry on with life and not strggle to get by. ‘Use it or lose it’, as it used to say in the Post Office window!
