I am interested in this free copy simply because, I’m getting to a point in my life were my health is all I have. So why not keep in great shape and blowtorch my belly fat so ill look an feel greater then ever. I don’t expect to win but it’s worth trying.

I was a firefighter for 32 years and maintained a constant 80kg through my entire service. Because if the demands of the job, the training facilities and my sporting activities I was able to eat and drink anything I wanted and that 80kg never varied. Ten years later and 19kg heavier I realised that those coveted 34 / 34 blue jeans were never going to fit again unless I did something about it. I found your site online and followed some of your advice with fair success but I know my approach is somewhat haphazard. Health and fitness, weight training and weight loss programs must be properly regulated, structured and recorded and your course material will do just that. I know that by following your advice I cannot fail to reach my weight-loss goal and as a bonus tone up my body and restore it to it’s firefighting days.

I just turned 76 yrs. old. I have tried other DIETS in my live, none lasting. They became boring, eating the same foods over and over again.

Your program offers a long lasting, success story. I have 2 beautiful daughters and 4 fantastic teenage grandsons. I want to be around and physically fit to be there for them. I want to see my grandsons get married and have children.

Weight loss is not only a superficial issue but it’s a mental issue as well. Sometimes i laugh off the fact and make fun about my weight, but the mentality then starts to build on me, and I know I’m the one that’s degrading myself and feeling bad about weight. Fad diets obviously aren’t the way to go, i’m over that stuff. if there are lemon detox programs and so called “diets” that help us lose weight over a short period of around a few days, once we eat normally again, the weight will start to build up again. i have lost so much trust in these fad diets and “natural remedies” of weight loss, such as the grapefruit diet and the lemon diet. so what if it does actually help to lose weight in a short period of time? it just means life dependence on the substance, whether it is natural or pharmaceutical. i don’t like feeling so low and unfairly treated and ripped off out of desperation. and i am sure so many other people are feeling this way about weight loss. we are all sad and disappointed by those who rip us off, and i believe this program won’t, as it promises 24/7 weight loss, implying all round weight loss, not just a 2 day weight loss program that will shed weight quickly, but after a few days of normal eating, the weight will build up again. so i believe everyone has a chance to win this competition, and everyone is equally deserving, because weight problems affects everyone to a different emotional and physical degree, and we can’t compare. so all in all, i believe that this program is right for not only me, but a lot of the people out there, because this is the program that is good for people who are serious about a wholistically healthy lifestyle, not just a “i want to lose weight fast”. this program isn’t based on a “short term gain” principle, which is what i believe suits me.

First, i want to say thanks that you have give us a chance to win this free 24/7 Fat Loss program. I hope that i can get one of this which will allow me to pro-long my life in a healthy and happy manner. Getting a lean body is everyone’ dream as well as myself, to have higher confident, better sex life and less stress when i think about my firgure.

I turned 50 and I have tried to regain the physique I had when I was in my twenties. It was easy when I was young. But now and for the last 20 years, I have struggled to get lean. I work out and eat sensibly but my bodyfat level never goes below 16%. I have tried many diets but my goal of becoming ripped and to have the muscle seperation that many of us are after seems unattainable. Please help me guys. I will follow your instructions faithfully.

I AM CONFUSED and I need something EASY to follow that I will stick to. This program is perfect for where I am in my fat loss journey. I am really trying, but after listening to you and reading what you have to say, it is apparent that I don’t have the correct information to loose fat quickly and keep it off. I am caught in a cycle that always finishes in failure. I need the answers that you can provide and the outstanding encouragement that with the system you have developed I will succeed. The way you have combined your expert knowledge to come up with this program is brilliant and I want in! Give me a chance to prove I can do it. Help me break this yoyo path I am on. I’m a gulf war veteran and sustained injuries to my back that led me to receive 18 steroid injections within a 16 month period. I gained over 100 pounds during this timeframe and it has taken me several years of physical therapy and exercise to lose some of the weight. I went from a solid 218 lbs to about 335 lbs and it has been a long road to my recovery. I am currently weighing 274 lbs and I believe I have “plateau syndrome” ;-) which has made it difficult for me to continue losing weight. In all honesty, it’s the lack of education that’s hurting me. I believe the biggest eye opener for me was learning about the Leptin hormone. I’ve never heard about this hormone and when talking to my doctors about it, they’ve never heard of it either… So, I schooled em!

My wife thinks I’ve done a ‘terrific’ job losing weight (bias), she’s just happy that I’m alive. I don’t like the way I look, especially in pictures and it’s not fair to my children or my wife, that I’m ashamed of taking pictures with them, I’m destroying wonderful memories because of how I look. SO why i want this program?Cause i’ve been using the free informations to lose 10 pounds that i actually did and if i get the entire program it’s going to help me lose my last 6 pounds and get very lean:) So this is it

I’ve had years of what they call chronic pain, which started6 years ago. It began with unbearable pain in my lower legs, hands and forearms. Given a prescription for lortab, after taking 2 pills I ended up in the emergency room for 6 nights straight. They would give me a shot of a pain killer, a prescription for a new pain killer and send me home after 4 or 5 hours of agony sitting in the ER waiting room. I was told to take a pill of the new pain killer in the morning. The new pill again sent me into spasms of pain and back to the emergency room.

They began to think I was doctor shopping or an addict and naturally checked my blood for drugs. In short it turns out I was allergic to pain killers. Finally on the 6th night they tried a duragesic patch, telling me it would take 6 hours or more for the fentanyl to take effect. The fentanyl finally worked and the pain stopped. Fentanyl they told me is 200 times stronger than morphine (one of the drugs I’m allergic to – one pill sent level 10 pain to level 20 or more). The only problem is the fentanyl would wear off 6 – 8 hours before I could change the patch. Only the fear of knowing that I would run out of patches at the end of the month, kept me from putting on a new patch.

Over the next five years the doctors told me I had a rare cancer, then an auto-immune disease, then I was diagnosed with MS (scary, but at least it was comforting to have a diagnosis). Then, getting a second opinion that diagnosis too was reversed.

Tackling part of the pain (my left leg kept swelling to elephant size) a vascular surgeon found I had May-Thurner Syndrome, a stint helped with that. Next they reconstructed my shoulder reconstruction.

This year the Mayo Clinic diagnosed me with X-ALD (a nasty genetic disease), but 2 months ago John Hopkins Hospital, reverse the diagnosis of Xx-ALD. For 6 years even walking up a flight of stairs has left me unable to move for days.

Now I’ve been told I have Diabetes, I’ve been told either exercise or expect losing a foot or possibly going blind. So slowly I’ve pushed through the pain and started exercising, since basically it’s do that or die. My birthday is next week, 11/11 this year at 65 the date will read 11/11/11 (a very auspicious number I’m told). I’ve been doing short HIT sessions on a seated elliptical machine for 3 months now and lifting some weights. At first 10 minutes would keep me bed ridden for days. It took me 8 weeks to get my heart rate up to 124 (with a lot of chest pain), but tonight I reached 151 (pretty good, since charts say 155 is the max for my age). There was no pain, I just gassed out.

My resting heart rate is now 49, but my blood sugar is still way to high, I’ve dropped from 33% fat down to 29 now, but I need to lose 80 – 90 lbs and bring my omentum down to size. So after a life time of being overweight and lately obese, I plan to finish this life time – cut and with muscles, maybe even enter a contest.

Your diet and knowledge seems to be a perfect match to get my leptin levels and lipid profiles in shape. We’ve spent our savings and now with my wife unemployed too, it would be nice to have my wife and family see me return or get into great shape.

Been training for few years already but one thing that I struggle is to lose that last few pounds of bodyfat to achieve my ideal weight. This program will give me a better understanding for fatloss training. I believe what I need is a strategic program for me to follow and this will also make me more discipline since there is a guideline.

OK here goes. I’m 59. I have COPD. Had a Head Injury at 40. Am limitted as to exercise. I have had a basketball stomach since puberty, then had my gall- bladder out at 22. Then, I had 4 kids. Up until the HI, in ’93, I tended bar 6 days a week. Was a little heavy but hard. Now, no work and little exercise has made me soft and flabby and my stomach is hanging down; but hard. I am”Granny”!! Oh, I’m 5’3 1/2″ and 177 lbs; and I have to keep up with little grandkids!

You guys seem to have nailed it! This is perfect for me. I’ve never found sport or physical activity pleasurable. If I can get moving for a specific period of time and get specific results- lose my belly fat, then I figure I can do this. And I should! For the sake of my health, I’m nearly 50, for the sake of my kids and for the sake of my clients! As a Hypnotherapist I get people coming in for weight issues and I’m not giving them a good example. I have found limited success with just using the mind.

This looks great. I need to be healthy to take care of my partner and family. My partner has had bypass surgery and has ongoing health problems. I fear that if I dont strive to my at my healthiest then I wont be able to take care of them.
I have also allowed my needs to not be a priority and now it is time that I need to put myself and my health up there with the important stuff. life is too short not to be in good shape. at 42 it s not getting any easier.

Hi, I just checked my height-to-weight ratio and found out I’m “under height”! (“,) I figured at my age, gaining height is impossible and so fat loss is my only chance – plus ‘can’t stay away from pizza!!! … and …. well, just have to try what really works.

I want arms like you!!! :-) I’ve done Fitness shows before and thought that I know it all, until now, I’m stuck and very very bored with the same old stuff, I just can’t get rid of that extra kilo’s, even if I do all my diet’s 100%. I think you can make a big change in my live and even send me back on stage! My son is going to play professional Rugby next year, therefore I would LOVE to introduce him to your program as well. I am 63 years old and have been using your ideas as well as other sources to lose the weight that has been haunting me for 25 years. So far your concepts have been the only ones that get it correct.
