Battled w/ being overweight most of my life. Wanted to loss 60Lbs. Last yr I lost 30 workin out at school! But now I’m in a rigorous RN program and I have 2 yrs of heavy studying and clinical. I have a lot of stress and am a 44 yr old female. I also have a son 18 who needs to lose major weight too. We were going to gym but now don’t have as much time. I want to support him in his efforts too. I am learning how important being with in a good healthy weight range is as well as being strong and fit. I think 27/7 fat burn could really help us be healthy!

I would love to have your program. I am 42 years old and i have struggled with losing my belly area for so long. It is not from lack of motivation i have been going to the gym for about 4 years at least 4 to 5 times per week. Although i have gained some muscle and become stronger i still have a belly. My fear is im getting older and im going to get diabetes or heart disease. I have read the worst place to carry fat is around the belly and that leads to greater risk of having diabetes or heart disease. Diabetes runs in my family and also stroke and some heart disease. I think this program would help me out by helping me finally getting rid of my belly and get into shape once and for all.

Having reached my 50’s I am now concerned about being able to have a long and fruitful life. To this end I need to ensure that I do everything possible to ensure that my body is strong enough to carry me through. I’ve been through many exercise programs, bought and used programs, joined gyms and hired personal trainers and haven’t lost one pound of weight. I’m extremely motivated to lose the weight (I was once a world class marathon runner and know how to work towards a goal), but need a program that is actually going to work for me, trial and error has been hell on my self image. Now is a perfect time for me to begin life changes as I don’t have any distractions from work, family or anything else at this time and I will be able to apply myself 100% to accomplishing this goal.

I have never really had too many problems with my weight but am pear shaped. The main reason I would love to do this program is because at 44 years of age I want to feel fit and strong as well as healthy.

I am a great sceptic. In my 20’s I tried every new fad on the market. I have been over weight all my life, but after reading your ad it actually sounds like you know what you are talking about. I have not tried any new fad things for many years, because none of them work. I am really hoping that this works for me. I will say that it makes sense if you think of it. My weights have ranged from 175 to 305 over my adult life and as fast as it comes off it goes back on. I do like the fact that this is not a pill or a promise of something that is not real. It definately makes sense. I know alot about nutrition being that I am diabetic and I know that my weight is really important to keep down, but it is really hard. I do believe that this program really stands a chance.

At the age of 39, the Doctor diagnosed me with a congenital condition that will significantly decrease my life span. I’ve always struggled with weight after high school. As a provincial level competitive sprinter i was lean and muscular but I couldn’t make that next jump to national level. From what I know now, it’s a miracle that i didn’t drop dead on the field. It’s been a steady increase in weight ever since. I have spent thousands on personal fitness trainers and programs thinking this is it, this is the time, but nothing changes. I’m to old to be in the gym doing bicep curls and bench pressing. The gym for me was always to supplement a sport, or in the case of my oly lifting a combination of the two. I am now enrolled in a ju-jitsu class 150km away, I go twice a week, and I take my 6 year old with me. I need to spend as much time as I can with her while accomplishing some goals. I dont wish to be remembered as the “big guy”. I want to be remembered as a man who took care of himself and his family. I want my daughter to remember me as a healthy, happy, loving father.

I’m 48, my daughter is getting married in May 2012, and my son will be a senior next year. Needless to say raising children, I have not taken as good of care of myself as I should. Reality is here. I must make some life changes, not diets, but life style changes to improve my health and get in shape. Loosing 20-25 pounds doesn’t sound like much to some people, but standing only 5’4, that is a big amount for my small frame. I need guidence and direction on what and how to eat healther. It’s not as simple trying to do it own your own, reading labels, yucky diet foods and still cook for a growing athletic 17 yr old son. Until my 3rd daughter in 2001 & a car wreck in 2006 I’d never really had a problem with easily getting& staying in good shape. I have lost the battle to remove the 80 lbs I gained from steroids I took for spinal injuries in the wreck. I am a big believer in knowing & listening to your body & using natural & more holistic ways to heal it . Now I am so overwhelmed with info that I do a little of anything & everything, & it’s not working for me. The updates you’ve sent seem to me to show that you’ve done the homework & cut thru all the mis-advice out there. I need a solid plan to regain me, I really miss not just my figure, my health, my brain function but my personality too. All took a big hit with the weight gain & the inability to exercise for the 2 1/2 years I was going thru therapy to recover from the accident. I want me back & I believe you can put my focus on the right paths to do it.

I was one of those girls that people hated when I was younger, I was really skinny and fit and I ate whatever I wanted, and I ate a lot. I was also very very active. As the years went by my activity level went down- due to lack of time from going from a highschool then college student to working full time and lack of money to do my favorite things like horse back riding, skiing and dancing. But I did carry on with my bad eatting habits. 10 years later I had gain 20 pounds, which I was working on loosing, but add 3 months of medication that my Pharmacist warned me I would gain some weight and even working out and eatting well I gain another 10 pounds. it has been 2 months and I still cannot drop the weight, and I need help as is is not working doing it on my own. I would like to start a family soon and I would like to be as healthy as I can be and have a good understanding on how to be and stay healthy. I feel like I have lost my identity.

So I am dude, that has trained on off, since 16 years of age, I am 23 now, but never in my whole experince of training have I ever achieved abs, lower abs, Obliques, and the V- shape cuts on the waist, My body doesnt have the muscle, body memory of that which i see to gain :) Your help can get me to experince that and its a must for the industry I am in now…

I am a fit, soon to be fifty year old female who works out at the gym every day doing both weight training and cardio workouts. I read both your blogs and face book postings religiously and admire your work. I have considered trying the Turbulence Training for a change to my normal workouts but have resisted so far. This 24/7 program interests me because, like everyone else I still have the extra weight around the middle and back I can’t lose no matter how much cardio I do. Your nutrient timing, food combining, and planned overfeeding approach to changing eating habits really interests me and I would love to try it . I have done a bit of metabolic resistance training and have enjoyed it and I am looking for a good program to follow. I need this program.

I would love a copy of your 24/7 Fat Loss system. I have opened and read each email as it arrives in my inbox and printed the first report to reread. The last year has done big damage to my body and now it won’t listen to me! I have done all the normal things people do to lose weight and what has sort of worked in the past, but no more. It seems I have gone into adrenal fatigue due to huge stress and lack of sleep. Not to bore you with details but my youngest child has created havoc with my health over the last 3 years!!! The yo-yo weight thing is getting rather tired, and with your help I’m re-discovering good carbs while working on some weightloss again. And I’m making darn good use of the insight about the leptin reset, and the weekend is when I have a feeding day with fat and carbs together. I’m so looking forward to taking this to the next step — and can certainly use some more help in finding more ways of great eating that aren’t the usual putting high carb and a good bit of fat together… I’m getting back on track with exericse using whole body vibration, which is pretty consistent with this program — but I can’t just leave it at that. The info report helped my partner to understand how to help me with my diet and in turn himself. We both lead very busy lives and dont have a lot of time to work out so, diet is very important adn you system realy works, just by changing my diet I dropped .5k in 5 days, no work out now with the excersie plan I will get my body back into shape.

Hi Joel, I have been working out and trying to get a 6 pack ab for YEARS. I started working out early last year, I eat 6 meals a day. I have lost some fats, but it seems that the last 5-10pounds of fats covering my abs has been stuck in me for the past 7-8 months. I am not getting any leaner. I think the problem with me now is that I’m not eating right/eating at the right time. The free report given to me has given me confidence to believe that you guys have the right answer to help me get my body. I have been reading bodybuilding articles for ages! None of them seem to be very effective, I want to end 2011 with a blast and start my new life in 2012 and have a great body for New Year. I have had some success in losing weight but have always had difficulty both keeping the weight off and losing that last 15-20 pounds despite my best efforts. The early weight comes off with exercise and a better diet but there comes a point where that is not enough. I believe that to get over that last hurdle and lose that last 15-20 pounds, particularly around the belly, requires 24/7 fat loss as outlined in your program. I believe that exercising smarter and eating smarter will allow me to acheive my ideal weight and subsequently maintain that weight. Please help me achieve my goals!

I’ve am half way through Joel’s 25 day Extreme Fat Loss Diet and so far it’s been great. Before I started for almost 3 years I couldn’t get my weight to go below 171 lbs. Nothing I tried worked. I started at 172 lbs 2 weeks ago and I’m down past that mark now at 165 lbs.

I think that this program would be great to use right after finishing the extreme diet to continue with hitting my target of seeing my abs for the first time since I was in first grade.

I am a 52 year old man and I was surprised and now motivated to loose weight and strengthen my body; I hope this program (as my resolution for the end of 2011 and the beginning of 2012) will help me achieve my goal. I want to prove to myself that, as I stopped suddenly the bad habit of smoking 8 years ago, I can do the same by improving my health and to reverse or slow down the aging process.
