What Are YOUR Goals?

Posted by Joel Marion

At random, Dan and I are going to GIVE AWAY 16-weeks of personal TWO-on-1 coaching to someone who leaves a comment below on this blog post.  All you need to do is read below and reply with your 16-week goal to be eligible.

This is WAY over $2000 value and you’re going to get your own personal nutrition coach AND your own trainer and life coach…100% FREE if you win.

Read below and respond in the comment section.

Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.

Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?

What are your specific goals for the next 16 weeks? How many pounds do you want to lose (or gain) in that time?

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

Then, print off this post (along with your response), and I want you to use it as a source of accountability. Here at Body Transformation Insider, we’re not just about setting goals, we’re ALL about achieving them.  Or as my buddy Dan Long says, “We don’t hit goals, we SHATTER goals!”

Many of you are going to achieve some awesome things in the next 16 weeks—start today by posting your goal below.

(and if you can’t even *post* your goal, you might as well forget about achieving it…now is the time to step up and make it happen—together, as a community)

Talk to you in the comments section!

Joel

P.S. Get your 16-week goal in writing! Believe me, responding below is going to be HUGE for your accountability (and ultimately, your success).

I’m 49 yoa, I’ve been struggling for past 3 years to lose weight. I in my menopausal stage of life and struggling to stay awake, let alone eat right and work out. I know that everyone, including friends, believe the quick solution is hormone replacement therapy, but I just don’t want to take that ride. I’ve been experimenting trying to find a natural ways to increase my energy and have had some success. I’ve joined a cross-fit gym and although I struggle I’m trying to hang in there. I’ve been receiving your emails for awhile and have purchased some of the BioTrust products. I need to lose at least 30lbs. I’m trying to maintain a primal eating regimen, but just can’t seem to get it right. I think my diet is really the thing that I struggle with the most. I’m open to any suggestions at this point. Thanks for the opportunity. :)

I am 61 and have been an admirer of your articles for the past three years. I used to be a better than average sports enthusiast and over the years have digressed significantly as a result of poor diet and lack of exercise. I have been working out diligently but continue to sustain injuries which sets me back. I really need to lose about 20-30 lbs and could really use your help. Please select me for your personal coaching and I assure you I will not let you down. I believe I could become one of your success stories and we would both benefit.

Extra Cost and Hidden Charges – While you search over the internet for cheap car shipping companies, you will see that many will offer low cost packages to lure in more customers. In fact, they have additional costs and hidden charges, which they incorporate in the final bill. A customer stays uninformed about it until the day the bill is issued. Hi, I’m a 57 years old female. I have been through some very hard personal hardships in the last 4 years that has seen me add 40 pounds to my 5’3″ frame. I have lost confidence in meeting new people. I don’t even want to meet up with my old friends, as I feel ashamed that I have let myself get in such horrible shape. I have always loved working out with weights but it’s the motivation that I am lacking now, not to mention the energy. Nutrition has also always been an issue, I believe my energy levels are directly related to this. It would mean the world to me, to have the 2 of you guiding me to where I know I am suppose to be. Healthy and happy, ready to meet the world once again.

I want to lose 70 lbs and get toned up. I have cut out breads and pastas. Almost all sweets. I have been trying to do the health walker plus for low impact on my joints. My God sister’s dad has one but I can’t always get over there.

I would like 2 lose 50lbs and gain more muscle by losing my belly fat and cellulite. I also would like to boost my metabolism and be less tired all the time. I want to get in shape so I can keep up with my 6 year old daughter and be able to walk up stairs without getting tired and out of breath. I want to fit in a size 9/10 again and look at myself in the mirror and be happy with what I see.

Ok sorry I didn’t leave the plan. I want to lose the 70 lbs the most healthiest way possible. I’ve had to watch what I ate and do wholisitics for awhile. Now I can cut other things out. I want to be as healthy as I can for myself and family. I want to workout and eat what is best as much as I can. Over the 16 weeks I want to work as hard as I can that won’t impact my joints in a negative way. With your help I know it would be safe and healthy.

I love distance running and have just hit the 20 yr mark of when I started. I have completed 12 marathons and many more half marathons. Over the years I have realized the importance of strength training, especially core strength! Now I am realizing that my endurance work might be my own worst enemy as far as “leaning out”. I will be 40 on July 7 and plan to spend the next 16 weeks reaching my ultimate goals: 115-120 lbs and 15-17% body fat. (Currently weigh 129 and about 24%bf) I would LOVE to be chosen for your coaching program!

I am writing this down as a reminder how important it is! Over the last year, my goal has always been to break the 200 lb. barrier, while still remaining, and maintaining my strength. I hope this will be a record for me to motivate more than before. At 53, I’ve got to stay disciplined to be healthy.

My goal is to lose fat. I am a 36 year old female with 2 children and need accountability. 40 pounds lighter is where I would like to see myself, but the most important thing to me is finishing something. That is where I struggle. I started the 25 day fat flush numerous times and failed. Finally in January 2013 I completed it losing 23 pounds. I want to shock people and make a drastic improvement w my body. I want to be healthy and teach my kids to b healthy as well.

Hi guys, I’m 49, currently weigh 82kg and pretty fit and healthy….but i wish to push my body and go to the next level. Aiming to run a pb in a 1/2 marathon in July, and also transform my lean muscle profile, ie bulk up a bit! Is this possible?
Would relish the challenge and working with you both would be fantastic!

cheers
Andrew

Hi Joel, I’m 53 yrs old and have always struggled with my weight. My goal right now is to lose 30lbs. I have had 5 children (all by C-section) so my ab muscles are shot. I would really love the opportunity to work with you guys to get on a good healthy track with eating right and exercising. I would love to be a great role model for my daughters to show them that health is very important. I really hope I can win. Thank you.

I’m about to turn 30 in less than two weeks. I have struggled most of my life with depression and was recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. I want to be who I am supposed to be in the body I am supposed to have before the disease makes it impossible. I Don’t have much weight to lose, maybe 10lbs, but I want to firm up in a big way. If my muscles are strong my joints will be healthier and if I am eating the right foods my moods will be better. Your guidance would help me achieve these things. I just know it!

I will be 59 on the 12th of May… I’m raising my 2 youngest grandchildren & have for the past 5 years. I bit the bullet & did Shaun Hadsell’s 4cyclefatloss plan in Oct ’12 & reduced 20+ pounds during that process. The fat loss was AMAZING to say the least & I did that w/out exercise. My goal is to be the most incredibly stunning, FIT 59 yr old that I am able to be… easily (I don’t mean that w/out effort of course) that I may continue on my journey of raising my 11 & 8 yr old grandchildren w/honor & by example. I have time constraints, as does everyone; however I would relish the assistance of 2 young bucks that can kick my butt to make it over the edge… did I say to be THE BEST THE I CAN BE?

My goals are not set in pounds per se but in longevity & strength. I am open & willing for the ultimate possibilities that await me. The frosting on the cake would be incorporating an exercise regime that I can do w/or engage my grandchildren as well that they grow up already knowing what is the best & right things for them to do for their health & longevity as well.

I appreciate you & thank you for your consideration. Blessings to you this day & always in all things positive.

I want to lift my butt! It currently frowns and I want it to smile! I have always had “saddle bags” even when I lose weight. I want to get rid of the fat and have a sexy bum! I am moving to Florida in a month and need to get ready to feel comfortable in a swim suite for 9 months out of the year. Thank you!

I am a 31 year old mother of 4 who has found it very difficult to exercise regularly and get my body back into shape after my pregnancies. Right now, my goal is to lose 15 pounds, gain muscle and body tone and start exercising regularly. I specifically need to lose fat around the tummy area.

Over the next 16 weeks my goal is to make it to the gym at least 2 x per week, be very aware of what I eat and drop 10 kilo

My 16 week goal is to be able to walk into a NORMAL clothes store and buy an outfit (or several) off the rack that fit me and show off my new figure as the Aussie Summer rolls in. That means size 16 or less.

I’m getting there, a bit slower than I’d like but I am getting there. I believe I can do it, but if I got picked, I also believe I could hit a size 12 (skinny!) in the same time. Lady Luck, are you listening?
