A great website, I am so hooked on health websites and newsletters, I read everything I can. I bought your book Cheat to lose diet and my daughter and I love it. Specially the cheat days hehe. I’m Gopal Rao, live in India near Delhi, am 70 this year, and I’ve hit a plateau in my efforts to come down fro 85 kgs (ht. 165 cms) to 72, where I’d be happy to stop even tho’ my best ‘fighting’ wt was 67 kgs. I went up to 85 about a year ago thro’ lettig myself go for a few months while travelling, most unwise in retrospect, and have managed to come down to 79 kgs, but that was 3 mths back! I clearly need to do something different in terms of workout or diet or both, and Joel, yr write-up seemed interesting. At the outset I must advise u that I dont expect to ever purchase any product or service, since yr US $ rates are quite unaffordable for us sr. citizens in India on pensions, but I will be grateful for any tips that will eable me to get off the plateau I’m currently on.
