Hey Joel. I’m a 16 year old sophmore in high school in michigan. I have been getting your emails for about 6 months now.
I like the tips and training advice that you send out daily and use them in for my workouts. I recently have hit a plateau in most of my exercises. I play football and when I ask my coach questions about what to do just replies go bench or go squat which are the main football exercises. If i had a schedule to follow w/exercises i think i could make many more improvements.
These improvements i believe could help me not to feel ashamed of my body when im at a pool party or a beach like where were going to vacation this coming summer. I also believe that the meal plans would be priceless because their wouldnt be a guessing game on what to eat in order to help gain muscle mass. I think that this would also inspire some of my immediate family to get in better shape if they see how awesome the results can be when an expert like you lays it all out for you.
Finally i have two other goals: to get a single digit body fat (i am 13% i believe) along with this to have a complete six pack not just a two pack on days i dont eat much.
Also my coach told me that i need to weigh 180 to play the position in football i want to play next year. i weigh 155. based on the things i read in the digital nnmb program, i think the data and results are self sufficient in showing that someone using the program to its fullest potential, like some of the people on the page can gain 25-30 lbs of muscle mass. i believe i can use this program to the potential that all of the people on that page have and maybe even beyond. i’m dedicated to the task of transforming my body. I want to work. I want “to bust out some serious lifting.” thanks for your time Joel.
