Hey man, my name is Kurt and I’m a college football player who is in some need of help. You see the thing is, I’m a linebacker who has to get some muscle on my frame, ASAP (the coach told me I need to bulk up or get cut). I’m really quick but just can’t yet reach my full potential because of my lower standard physique (compared to some of my team mates; steroid users). I have signed up for countless programs, been a sucker for supplements etc. but hasn’t had the luck with any of it. My mom is 56 and has struggled with her weight for a long time. She has been a faithful member at a local gym for years, getting up before 5 am to work out every day! She is so frustrated with her lack of results. :( Her determination, motivation, and worst of all, her self-esteem are slipping. My daughter has been overweight all of her 23 years. I feel responsible for this in a way because I have not been able to help her overcome the weight problem. She is such a beautiful young lady, but the weight is to the point that I am concerned for her health.

hi i am harone and i am a skinny fat guy just like you said you were in your freshman year of college. Hi Joel,

I’ve been working out and doing my best to eat right. While I have lost some weight and have more energy, I have not been able to build lean muscle and achieve a toned look. I have been on multiple diet programs and though they initially work, I’ve gained the majority of the weight back. I’m commited to my work out and mentally I feel great, but I’m frustrated by the lack of definition in my body. I also want to set a good example for my younger cousins, as they look up to me, when it comes to nutrition and exercise. I do not want them on the yo-yo diets or trying to use powders and pills to lose weight.

I would love to be able to incoporate the right nutrition plan with a structured, proven workout to achieve the body of my dreams. I’m also determined to be fit, to achieve and maintain an optimal shape as a part of my “ounce of prevention” against the hereditary health problems in my family.

I am not going to give you some sad story about how I am unable to lose weight and moan about it. One of my colleagues took a photograph of me at a Xmas bash and sent it to me and boy was this an eye opener!!!! – I am literally disgusted with myself to think that I have let myself go to this extent. I am about 20 pounds overweight and need to get rid of it. With or without this dvd I am still going to do what is necessary to get rid of this extra weight.

Feb 08 I left a high stressed job as a Computer Operator Specialist that consumed my life. The number of hours I worked along with being constantly on-call caused me to gain alot of weight, 140 pounds to be exact. My day started at 2:30 AM and usually didn’t end until late in the evening if I was lucky. Breakfast for me was unheard of and when I did eat it was all processed, unhealthy foods. After all the years of being physical and mentally sick I was determined to adopt a healthy life-style. I left that job and have since lost 70 pounds by going to the gym 3 to 4 times a week. I’ve mastered eating properly and I’ve invested in several workout programs but I simply can’t lose anymore weight. I refuse to give up so I’m asking for your help to achieve my goal, please help.

Joel, I need this package because:

– I have a strong family history of cardiovascular disease and have to stay in shape to ensure I can one day enjoy a healthy retirement.

– I have to set an example to my family to convince them that, despite these genes, we’re not doomed if we take responsibility. I want to inspire my older siblings, but more importantly their grown children who are already fighting the battle of the bulge.

– I’m usually successful in maintaining a healthy weight but suffered a major setback in the last year. I was already finding it harder to stay lean due to a new more sedentary job, hormonal changes, etc. but then my mother-in-law became very ill. All the good habits were suddenly out the door as we spent all our spare time with her, eating junk food on the run. My mother-in-law died in August so I no longer have any excuses but this whole stressful saga saw me balloon by ~30 lbs.

– I desperately want to lose that excess weight and have set myself a goal to do so by the time I travel to Africa in March. I’ve lost 12 lbs in 6 weeks fumbling through different approaches but realise that I need expert advice to succeed. What makes anyone eligible to win, no one is less deserving than the otheer. All of us are here cos we all have different physical needs that need to be addressed, yes some are more serious than others, maybe even health threatning, and some are for motivational reasons, whatever the reasons we all are here for they are IMPORTANT to US, yes 10kg or a 100kgs to the person concerned it is MOUNT EVEREST, and unless you are in that situation one can never dis credit their reason. I know that you are always fair in your dealings, so Joel I also need to have access to this kinda information that I would not ordinarily have access to, yes I to need the right programme to get in sahpe, and I sure promise it AINT gonna sit on the shelf Gathering dust, I WILL PUT IT INTO VERY GOOD USE! I am just over 50 and single and over the past 20 years I have been doing everything for others (mainly my children) Now I have taken the opportunity to make a change through Joel’s programme of exercise and eating. I don’t need this at all Joel. I’m young and in decent shape. My mother on the other hand is very unhealthy. She works non stop and doesn’t exercise. She puts so much stress on her body from the long hours, lack of exercise and carrying around the extra weight that she is sick all of the time. If she had something or someone (more knowledgeable than me) to show her how to live a healthy lifestyle she could enjoy life for the first time in a long time. She told me she wants to get healthy and start working out so this would literally be a life saver. As important as this gift is I would GUARANTEE that it didn’t collect dust. I’m 5’8″ and 158 lbs. As a beginning actor I have to keep myself in shape because my body is my instrument. I want to inspire the people with my work, but my work is only effective if I have a strong and supple body. I will achieve that by reducing my weight and gaining some muscle and I think Vince’s program combined with your Fat Loss Diet will make that happen!
I have been exercising while following your Cheat Your Way Thin program. I’ve lost 2-4 lbs in the first week so I am troubleshooting it right now, but I am confident CYWT can help me achieve my goals.

I am 128 kilos, went from 142 kilos by running. i have now injured my ankle (so am laid off) I ont want a repeat of this so i need direction on how to work out without injuring myself and still get optimum results. ps (not sure if this competition includes South Africans though). whatever the case, nothing ventured nothing gained

Greetings from South Africa! I’m in TRANSFORMATION and I’m reaallllyy excited! I’ve been following the “Fat Burning Kitchen” principles like a slave and in the last 8 weeks I have managed to shed 10Kg. I have also started walking and now do roughly 7km a day and I do that in an hour. I now weigh 90kg and have started running stages of my “route” to get my knees and ankles conditioned to the impact and already I feel on top of the world!! I also train with a pair of dumbbells at home but as I lose weight (AND THAT IS THE PROBLEM) I just seem to get skinnier and smaller. Looking at your “before” and “after” pic’s of 2001 I KNOW that you have what I desperately need! I need to take my Transformation to a higher level and I believe you can help me. I read all the reasons to buy your DVD’s and I totally agree that I should have done so. My son is 28 and unfortunately has my genes to battle in his fight to be the best he can be. He lost over 40 pounds before his May wedding and he faithfully works out at the gym. The problem is that the stomach skin is still visable and he wants to have a six pack. I told him that he would be the first of all my relatives to ever have a six pack if he can achieve this goal! I would love to give him the means to make this dream come true. Besides working full time he will finally complete his last semester of collage beginning in January and this would give him the look he has worked for so diligently. And I would hope to use it someday when I manage to lose all my weight and find my waistline again. I have been unemployed for awhile and I know that the weight is keeping me from the jobs I am qualified to have. Please help.

Thanks for the chance to win one of Vince’s DVD’s. I am 48 years of age and have always struggled with my weight . I have in the last two weeks started the primming phase of your cheat yourself thin programme and I feel really good. I have been a member of gyms over the past years but have always given up due to waiting for machines or weights ect. I eventually went out and bought myself a set of weights to use at home, which I did for a while and now that I’m on your programm I have dragged them out again. This time around however I would like to start off on the right foot and do this the proper way. Having Vince’s DVD would be like having my own personal trainer in my home, making sure everything is done the better way.

i think i deserve this program the most since ive been trying to gain muscle for over a year now, trying out various methods ive read here and there with not much luck…i used to av the “skinny-fat-syndrome”, but as ive managed to get rid of sum body fat n look fairly lean now, im still unable to gain muscle mass…
wat makes it worse is that most of my friends are gym maniacs, n are all pretty big.n u can imagine how that makes me feel

For starters thanks for your great program which I’ve only just commenced. My battle with “baby fat” is my main motivation for following your program. I am in a healthy weight range but I’m not happy with the fat around my belly. I dieted and exercised (mainly walking) and lost about 7kg to achieve that healthy weight but over the last two years I haven’t been able to budge the baby fat. Over the last year I’ve been following exercises from an e-book by Mike Geary but I need help in how to do them properly and how to progress. I’ve also purchased Isobel De Los Rios Diet Solution program (which lead to my purchasing your program). I was keen to purchase Vince del Monte dvd set because he talked about providing specific information for females and learning that even the way I place my feet may improve my fat-burning ability. I asked my husband if I could buy the set but he didn’t allow it. I was bitterly disappointed but with this free offer I thought maybe I have a chance of winning one free. I find that exercising at home best fits in with my life style because I can get up at 4:30am and exercise before it gets too hot (I live in sunny Queensland, Australia). Hello, well to begin with, I have always been fascinated by fitness and exercise, even from a very young age. Somewhere along the line I have become 60 lbs. overweight and I feel lost and confused as to how to lose this excess weight I have been carrying for the past 10+ years. I will be turning 32 in January and I would love to at least be able to experience life as a slim, young adult for once in my life. Gaining all this weight happened from a combination of things that I can now see in hindsight. From birth control, stress eating and depression along with an arthritic ankle (due to a gunshot accident). I can no longer blame childbirth due to my youngest already having turned 2 years old. All the little things have added up over the years and I truly want to take control of my weight, and life. Back to what I was saying- I have always been interested in fitness that at this point, I’ve read so much on it that I feel I no longer am sure how to begin anymore short of watching what I eat. My husband is such a wonderful guy and we have been married 7 years. He really takes good care of his body and I feel he really deserves to have an enegetic, beautiful wife for once in his life. I feel we both missed so much in our twenties that somehow, by my getting into shape we can make up for it in our thirties. Please, please help and thank you for you time.

I just recently turned 58 and completed my 6th marathon but I have not reached a normal weight for my height in all of my adult life. Food has been my comfort since I was 13 and regular exerercise has only become a part of my life 5 years ago. I don’t want to go another year of not achieving the goal that has eluded me all this time. I want and will work to reaching that goal.

Staying in the UK not only made me pick up weight (15kgs) to be exact, but it let me return with no confidence, huge, more baggage and yet I was still in the dark about my future. Since then I have lost a bit of weight but still not what is needed. Ive just turned 25 and im now a size 14!!!! I use to be a 10!

Tell how they will change your life. See I come from a home of constant dieting, counting calories, checking carbs…you name it…little results which creeps back. Thus NO MAJOR LIFESTYLE CHANGE! I need that change for good!
