Hi Joel, I`m a 19 year old student and I`m from Malaysia. The problem is my mom just wont let me purchase that copy of Vince`s DVD set even though we can afford it cause she`s think its a waste of money and I just need to eat the correct food. Well there`s no trainers that I can turn to and even if there`s one my mom will be in the way and heck I told her all the great things there is in this set and she just doesnt listen. So if I get this DVD set I`m gonna prove to her and everyone else that strategic training and eating does matter if you wan to build the ideal body that u want. I just cant wait to start right away and inspire those around me when I receive this DVD set. Imagine how many people I can help or inspire when I show results…..

Over the last year I have completely transformed my life from what it was… for the better! I’m 26. I was engaged with rent & utilities paid for, I had a good paying job (but made me miserable) & a new snowboarding hobby. Felt like I had everything but I was overweight and unhappy. Today I am living in my own apartment, unemployed but now going to school to better my life & a new Muay Thai hobby. Unfortunately my stubborn weight won’t budge. I bought the cheat your way thin program which I am seeing results (after 1 week!) on but I’m ready to take it to the next level & really see what I’m made of. I am the type of person who does what it takes. In my mid-20s, that meant getting fit after a bad Ben and Jerry’s kind of relationship. The purpose why i want this DVD set is because in the past ive heard alot about bodybuilding and alot of the info has been wrong, like taking supplements to get bigger, or working out 5x a week for hours and hours i know all that isnt necessary, but i have motivation to learn all i can about bodybuilding, fitness, nutrition, and overall health, and id really appreciate knowing all I need to know about by learning from an expert and a genius about the topic himself.

I have read a lot about resistance training and its benefit for fat burning and for overall health including heart health. I am obese tried diets a lot going into yo-yo effect. I need them because I have big male breasts and a butt. My Body is totally deformed and cardio exercises did not help reshaping my body. I am extremely shy because of my body never going to the beach because of that. I am determined to have a life transformation. I have played in several International Volleyball competitions, but on my own, I’m struggling to make it to the next level as a Pro. I have had contracts lost to others that I have proved aren’t as good as me, and as I enter the twilight of my “career”, my motivation to leave MY mark is getting stronger and stronger by the day. I have been working hard on both diet and weights, but seem to be one of those who suffer from “hard work – no reward in the gym” syndrome that Vinnie and you have talked about.
Some of you out there will say, but he is a pro athlete, he has had all the opportunity, and to you I say, “I am no different to the average paper filer, waitress etc, cause even though I may be a pro athlete, there are vastly differing levels of Professional as you all can attest to in your own chosen fields.”
The difference for me though: that while it won’t directly help most of your career lives, (other than give you the confidence boost and self-belief that you deserve) you will see direct results in helping my career as well as the confidence and self belief that I know I deserve.

I have been a skinny guy all my life. I am 6′ 3″ and weigh 143 lbs. I have been working out for a year now and have had little results. I have confidence that through you I can change! I am 53 and remarried about 6 months ago. I am having an extrememly difficult time in convincing my new spouse about going to the next level of fitness. Over the years, I have been up and down with weight and bodyfat. In September, I had the hydrostatic fat test and was at 14.1%. Three months earlier, I was at 15.5%. In those three months I added 3lbs of lean mass. With my goal of getting to less than 10% bodyfat, it is really difficult to get that last bit of fat to let loose. I really can’t make statements like the ones previously made, I just know I need these DVD’s. Reading things off of the computer dosen’t do anything for me. I have to have time to read all of these emails, that takes time away from any workouts that I really need to do, so I don’t get to do them. I just know I need to SEE what I need to do and working out with a dvd with a person on there is just the thing for me. Yes, I have been heavy for most of my life, I am a 58 years old female that missed most of the fun things in life. I could start them right now if I was leaner. And yes, I will have to pull the I really can’t afford to buy the dvd’s, because I can’t.

The reason why i want or better need these dvd’s is i wana become fit and a personal trainer but the main reason is that i got to know the girl of my dream. so i try to become shaped and muscular but in some way i stuck since some time. when i met her the first time she said that she loves the body from this guy from twilight (and i’m not looking like this^^) so i decided to workout and to get in shape. and because of this i started thinking of becoming a fitness coach.
but however i’m 17and need every help i can get, to get the girl of my dreams and THE BODY I WANT :) even if it doesnt work with her i would have a awsome body and maybe it works with her later.

Joel: I’m 56 years young, and up until five years ago I had never even tried to lift a weight. Working 15-16 hour days (as well as some “lost” weekends) was stressing me out. I started lifting weights and started feeling so much better about myself. I’ve just about maxed out the weights in my gym, and I’ve discovered that I have pecs, decent shoulders and arms, hams and quads…but it is way past time to get serious about my diet if I ever harbor hopes of getting the love handles and belly bulge under control. Like every other guy, I’d love to have six-pack abs…but even 1,000+ cruches on the ball three times a week hasn’t helped me come close to that goal. I need this package, because I am an aging warrior who has lost his edge and needs it back. I trained in martial arts for almost twenty years until my joints started to give way. I have been wandering lost since then – getting fatter and slower every day. I need Vince’s DVD set to try and get back into shape. At 48 I have never felt worse and I am sick of it. I need to kick to some butt (mine) and get with the program.

I should be the one to get the free copy because just like when you started with your mentor in college, I am in college as well. It is not easy to stay in shape in college when you have an abundance of unhealthy dorm food and “extracurricular activities” to partake in. However, after starting your diet and workouts, I am already in some of the best shape of my life after being overweight for my entire teenage years. Now I need that extra jolt in my workouts with Vince’s videos. This would be an unbelievable life changer and a great way to show people that college is not all about partying and gaining the freshmen 15. Though I have taken many steps to change and improve my lifestyle and health over the last two years, I still have allot to do. i believe it isn’t a quick or instantaneous and it takes allot of effort and time.
I started with my work “obsession” where it was 24/7/365. I had no time for me. That is now changed – now its work hard and MAKE time for health, friends and family.
Then I added nutrition – I read allot (continuously) and work on applying that by making better choices. So far – definitely cokes, sugar, HFC syrup, sweets, snacks, processed and box/ can foods been eliminated/ greatly reduced. Now I also am working towards eliminating wheat and diary. i am not 100% yet, but I am learning to substitute and change that as well. It never feels like a “diet” as I slowly incorporate these new things. After reading and learning about the affects of the “bad” foods – it makes it easier to adjust. SO I am not just following directions. I want to understand why. That takes time as well.
I got rid of my life clutter (sold most possessions) – I now have less to worry about, take care of and relieves allot of stress. With that money I took a long 5 month solo cross country trip this year. What an experience AND I accomplished a goal I had since a kid!! Before that – I had never even had a 2 week vacation and I’m 43. Definitely life changing.
I then started adding some supplements such as fish oil, flax seed and protein now. It is as normal to me now as a cup of coffee in the morning. I still work on the water per day – sometimes I am good, but I know i need to work on making that more consistent, as I still have to think about it…
and Last – I decided I definitely need to add a more rigorous work out – so I joined the local gym. I am 4 months solid now strength training an average of 3 times a week and workout about 5 to 6 days total. I have seen some change in my body in those 4 months, but not as much I thought would happen, esp for 4 months. I have lost at most 5 lbs or so – though I assume I am adding more lean muscle mass….(??) I can barely see some lines which is very exciting, but I am getting frustrated about low weight loss. Rather than quit and give up …I know I just need something different to make a real change. I have been reading thorough many work outs and sites and I have narrowed to a couple – this site being one. I’d like a chance to incorporate your system into my total lifestyle change and would be so excited to realize the fantastic results you outline to help complete this transformation I began years.

all I can say is I am 62 years old and have back and knee injurers. That has prevented my form lifting weights. I need to loose 100 pounds or more!

You should give it to me because I believe that Vince’s program is complete bullshit, and that is why I refuse to pay for it. However, if it does work, and you and Vince really believe in this product, then have the balls to give it someone who doesn’t believe all the nonsense that is posted on sites such as yours or Vince’s site, and make a believer out of me.

I am currently 6’1 and 140 pounds and in dire need of gaining weight. I have run cross country through high school and in order to perform at my best, have had a good diet. However, I do not know how to transfer my hard work and dedication to gaining good, lean weight at the gym. I have spent many hours on the internet searching for ways to accomplish my goals but everything I try seems to just leave me busting my butt in the gym for little or no gains. I believe that with your program and alot of hard work and dedication, I can build the body that I want.

In 2003 I weighed in at a sizable 260 pounds. That was my highest weight ever. At that point in my life I had my “moment”; that point at which I said to myself “enough”. I changed my path and started down the path to health and fitness. Since then, I’ve used various fitness programs, exercise and diet, and I’ve committed myself to improving my fitness level. I’ve done well and my weight now stands at 206 pounds. I’ve made great strides in my fitness and more importantly my commitment to improving it.

So, now I am ready to take it to the next level. I am ready to join the ranks of the elite, super-fit. I have what it takes, I have the desire and motivation. I’ve always wanted six pack abs, It’s a lifelong goal of mine, and now, I lack only one thing; A program that will push me beyond ordinary fitness, into awesome fitness. So, I challenge you. I don’t whether I deserve the DVDs or not – that’s your call.

What I do know is this, I work out regulary 4 to 6 times a week and I am very self-disciplined. Every exercise DVD I have ever bought [and I have purchased tons of them!] I do not let gather dust but use and rotate into my schedule so that I have a lot of variety to keep my workouts interesting and to train different muscles. Also, so my body [and muscles] does not get used to the same old, same old and then not respond efficiently.

I WILL USE THEM, APPRECIATE THEM and encourage others to do so as well!

I am a walking and living example of someone who leads a discplined, fit and nutrition healthy lifestyle and I want to continue to do so.
