I am fifty six years of age and I recently began to dedicate myself to losing weight and gaing muscle and energy. i am in good health and i beleive this program will be just what i need to help me attain my goals and to keep me motivated.

After spending five years in the hospital with my daughter while we fought for her life from the monster of pediatic cancer (she was two when she was diagnosed), I found myself overweight from too much hospital food, fast food, emotional eating, and a lack of exercise. Since her death almost three years ago, I have done many “diet” plans but have found that although I can lose the weight, it doesn’t stay off. I am looking for something that I can do for a lifetime. I am intrigued by the science behind the cheat days in your program. After reading your literature, listening to your videos, and gleaning the internet for anything with your name on it, I am ready for this program. Like you, I am a researcher. All of my pediatric cancer research is no longer needed. I now need what you have–what you know. The studies you have found fascinate me and I’m ready to put those findings into action. Let me start by saying that I am not obese, I do not have to lose 40 pounds or more, I learned to love sports and I love eating healthy foods. Why do I need it then, you wonder. Apart from losing the last 8 pounds, I need to know how to put everything together, to get it just right, to be able to take it just that one step further and become the best that I can be. I had a live of believing I was so fat, I was always either on a diet or overeating. Now I need to believe I am beautiful and that I can conquer my negative believes and I definetly want to be a rolemodel for my family by showing that we can overcome our ‘genetics’.

Hi Joel, I have bought and tried many programs and achieved results from most of them. After reading all of the material you have provided as well as listening to the audio, I am very interested in trying your program. Much of the information was not a new concept for me because other programs had provided some of the same information. What has me intrigued by your program is the way all this information comes together,especially the strategic use of cheat days followed by fast days. It let me know that what my body has been telling me finally makes sense. I always feel stronger for a hard workout right after a cheat day, so why not take advantage of this and create a large calorie deficeit. I like the way you explain the leptin level concept as well as your belief in the psychologicl components of keeping motivated. I especially like the fact that you state up front that this is not a quick fix and that you must trust the program, I already do! Thank You

The further natural manipulation of hormones & metabolic processes via different workout modes in Final Phase Fat Loss-extremely interesting. Combining these 2 program’s methodologies in Xtreme Fat Loss by matching a specific workout type with a specific nutrition plan for each given day creates potential synergy-intriguing & promising, not only for fat loss, but also for overall health and muscle fitness. This scientific step-by-step approach-very appealing to someone of my deductive nature.
Why do I need access to this information?-To live long & prosper of course, and because my wife makes fun of my big fat Vulcan belly & love handles.
Therefore, to not desire the program (especially for free) would be highly illogical, indeed.

Approximately 6yrs ago I had hit the ultimate low emotionally which obviously turned into an extreme weight gain of close to 80lbs. Four years ago, I decided to take control and found the emotional strength to lose almost all of the weight I had gained. The problem was, I lost the weight but had ZERO muscle. I have lost 50 pounds every three years to get back down to what I should be at every three years since I was 30. I have been doing this for almost 20 years now and it is getting old. Hi there Joel. Why do I need to win your program, well I struggle to get my weight off daily, and want to start enjoying exercise. I am 31 and my husband I just got married. Very soon we r looking at having a new edition to our family, which obviously for me means expanding in size, putting on weight and having to carry our bub while remaining healthy, happy and glowing. I may be at the other spectrum to others who have already had children and want to get their pre baby body back. I have fought weight my entire life and want one final chance to have the best pre baby body I can imagine, the best condition and shape I have been in in my life. I want to be hot for my husband and of course for myself. I want to be in a healthy weight range and give our family the best possible chance with falling pregnant with our first. I also believe it will be a lot easier to bounce back to this pre baby body if I am in good condition in the first place. I want our baby to look back and say wow my mum has always been hot. Pregnant women are absolutely stunning especially when they are all belly and glowing, I want that. I want to embrace being pregnant, eating well and doing light exercise with the knowledge and peace of mind I can return to that hot mumma. Selfish I know, but it for our future as well and if you can’t make yourslef happy through your health then there is something wrong with this world.

I am a desperate Mom, trying to get healthy once and for all. At 15 I was quickly headed into anorexia, then became pregnant and had my 1st son at 16. My metabolism was destroyed! I now have 3 sons and have always struggled to lose weight and get healthy. My boys are 11, 15 and 18. My struggles have affected their views on diet and life. The younger 2 have helped me put together a healthy, long term, eating plan that we are all comfortable with and has helped me, for the first time, lose 30 lbs. I have a long way to go and am looking for a way to strengthen, tone, and gain muscle. My 15 year old is ALL about muscle and working out, and my 11 year old wants to catch up to him with 6 pack abs, lol. I came across your system through Kim Lyons and have searched and read all I can find about your background, style and knowledge. Now I truly feel that this could be the perfect answer for us. You can give us, as a family, a diet system that will carry us as a family and allow us to work as a team. To accomplish my goals and teach my boys a safe, healthy way to grow. Thanks for all the great information on your new program. I am looking forward to starting on the 4th. I have even talked my husband into doing the program with me. We are forty-somethings that are busy with two kids. A 17 year old boy who is in super shape and an active 7 year old girl. We are older parents than some and are looking to keep up with our kids and stay young doing it. Your program sounds like just the ticket. I am tired of hearing that because I am in my 40’s that I can’t loose fat any more. I even had my doctor tell me to embrace my 40’s. NO WAY! I am a recovering dietaholic. I have done them all and all I have to show for it is more fat and frustration. I am not 100% sure that this program is for me but I know I have to do something about my weight & shape. I am 51 and 25 lbs overweight. Until 9 yrs ago I used to work an average of 2.5 hrs/day & deprived myself of any type of treats inorder to stay at a health weight. Then I decided that it wasn’t realistic to NEVER have a cookie or a bag of chips or a drink. That I should be able to indulge once in a while – otherwise I just felt like I wasn’t living. Spending all my time working out daily gave me little time to do anything else. Now due to my age, I have come to the conclusion that I need to start again to do something. I really like the fact that with your program I don’t have to spend all my time in the gym & that you give specific directions on what to do each day & how to follow this diet/exercise program. That is something I really need.

Hi Joel I have over the past 10 years had several strokes and tias. The doctors now have hopefully found out the causes. I have eaten for comfort because of these and frustration but now all my doctors say I need to lose a lot of weight to try to keep my health in check because my weight isn’t helping me as I am obese now and I have sleep apnea too. If I lose weight I can maybe get rid of my cpap machine also. I just need a good workout that will slowly bring me to a great result.

I am 45 and have been a yo-yo dieter most of my life. I tried the no carb thing and didn’t enjoy it all. In fact the only thing I could think of was eating Pecan Pie which I did when I couldn’t stand it anymore. I thought there has to be an easier way that can be maintained for a life time. I think you should be able to eat and remain relatively normal. Over the past few months I kind of stumbled on the cheat day. Every Saturday morning, I jump on the scale and then eat for the rest of the day. It has been kind of successful but I think your way sounds much better. I can’t wait to see and try the plan!

I’ve always hit plateaus in my training. I try to switch things up, eat different foods, and try different exercises. But it never works out the way I thought it would. The main idea I like about your program is the cheat day. I don’t care who the person is. I know nearly everyone has the urge sometimes to just relax and eat what they want for a day. Joel, I am 51 yrs old, post-meneopausal. I have a bad knee, which interferes with my exercise. Your programs are awesome, and nutritionally sound. I would benefit from your program because I have a whopping 40% body fat. I am 5’3″, and 165 lbs. I need to lose about 30 or more lbs of fat. I have gained and lost the same 5 lbs for the past year.
