At this point in my life, I am a 33 year old single mother of a very active little boy. I am a doctorate student and I work full time as an academic researcher. For much of my life, I have been successful in every endeavor I have attempted. Before my son, I was a happy size 8 without starving and lead an active life. Since I had my son, I have gained 45 lbs, and it will not come off. I have tried pills, starvation diets, high protein diets, compression garments, and exercise. Im 22 years old I have been overweight all my life. Being 5″3 and 180 pounds dosent make life easy. I have tried everything, diet pills ( with diet and excersise), Ive bought books, ive bought everything from excersise movies to almased powder and nothing works and if i have lost a few pound it doesnt stick. I work out as best as i know how, I pretty well starve myself, but i just cant figure out how to loose fat and have it stay off. To make things worse, my boyfriend off 4 years asked me to marry him and the wedding is coming up. I cant wear a dress without looking like a whale as it is let alone on the most important day of my life. I need your help, i have been following your emails and i have added in the cheat day to my lack of eating, but i dont know how to excersise properly or eat things that help me keep muscle. I am 55 years old, work out daily with weights and cardio and have for years. I gain weight extremely easily. I need to lose 10 to 15 pounds to be lean but doing so is like drawing back a slingshot. I’m a mother of four that has been struggling with my body fat for at least the last 10 years. Diets do not work for me. No matter how hard I try with a diet I seem to loose only a few pounds and then gain back even more. My youngest son is now 9 months old and I’m ready to try again to get my body back! Ideally I’d like to loose 60lbs, however, I know you say that only upto 25lbs is possible at a time on the 25 day program and then I would need to take a break. But I’m willing to keep trying and loose on installments if it works and thats what it takes. I really want to start soon so that I can loose some weight before I start work again. Here is why I need your program. I used to be a gym rat, 6 days a week 2+ hours a day. That is no longer possible, with 2 children and a job that requires me to work 13+ hours a day for up to 10 straight days and switch from days to nights, 2+ hour workouts are no longer possible. Because of this my body has deteriorated. I am also looking for truthful, specific nutrition information that I can use to prepare quick snacks/meals that can keep my energy level up during these long, mentally/physically demanding work days/weeks. Bottom line I want to be your proof that people with very limited extra time can still be successful in getting the body they want with your Xtreme Fatloss Plan!
I started my program Dec 20 2008. I started at 251.5 pounds. I am 5’10”. When I hit that on the scale I knew things had to change so I hooked up with a couple buddies who were already going to the gym and got started. By Oct 2009 I was down to 195 and had put some muscle on. I continue to work hard in the gym and my goal really isn’t any longer the number on the scale but 10% body fat. I am struggling to get there. I need your program to get me there.
Since Oct of 2009 I have continued to bounce between 195 and 200. I am getting stronger so I am assuming that the muscle is continuing to come and maybe that is why I am still in that weight range. I want to see my abs and muscle definition all over my body. I am guessing I need to loose approx 10-15 more pounds of fat – probably the hardest.
The last seven months have been somewhat frustrating. I think I see changes in the mirror but not enough. I am not satisfied. I need you to take me to the next level. Joel, I want to use your system in addition to what I have already started with Isabel. (Your methods were recommended through one of Isabel’s regular emails) I am a single parent with two teenage boys. I have always been heavy and my sons are getting heavy too. I would love to become lean using a system that will produce noticeable results–I believe that the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet System can help me do that. I am 56 years old and for 2 years now I’ve been struggling to loose 60 pounds.
I have Hypothyroidism. I need to find some new exercises and learn what to eat an when to eat it. I hate having the extra pounds, I’m extremely uncomfortable, and on the verge of being diabetic. LOOSE WEIGHT!! HARD AS ….!!!
I have gained 50 pounds in the last ten years being married and having two kids. I don’t know a lot about diet chemistry but I do know that I need help getting down to a weight that will keep me away from adult onset diabetes like my mom has. I lost 62 lbs. by low carbing after many many years of trying to lose weight. My problem was hormonal imbalance. Once I fixed this problem, I was able to lose the weight. However, I have been unable to lose the last 20 lbs. I feel that your program is the key to my total weight success. I am 5’0″ tall and weigh 137. I need to be from 116-127, ideally 120. I had started weight training twice a week and doing 50 minutes of Pilates 5 times a week plus the 66 minutes cardio I do 5 times a week for a total of almost 2.5 hours of exercise daily Mondays thru Fridays. I continue to eat low carb, but the last lbs. have not come off. I was just about ready to give in when I subscribed to your free information and my hopes have been renewed. I am in awe at your information, which sounds so logical to me. I know it’ll work for me. I had studied exercise and nutirition years ago in my 20s, but due to my overweightness, I could never really have a career in it. Today I am 51 and very close to my goal. I want your Extreme Fat Loss Diet System because I cannot seem to do anything on my own. I need someone to set my diet out, set my exercises out etc. I do not know why I am like this but I need help!! I have had trainers but they have no nutritional experience. In Ottawa, Canada I belong to the Y and the trainers are not allowed to give any diet advice. You would think that they would know what you should and should not be eating. I have been trying to loose 30 lbs now for over 3 years and nothing helps. I have a discustingly big belly and now I am getting big all over. My behind looks like the back side of a barn door. I really need things set out for me and this would help immensely!!

Your emails came at a perfect time for me…..I broke my leg in December just before Christmas on my second day at the new gym I joined. Then right after I was healed enough to start working out again, I smashed my little toe of the foot on the other leg……three times. So, I am out of the working out bit, even walking short distances, for a while until that has healed. I’ve not really gained weight but I’ve lost muscle and feel not so terrific. I hate dieting because as soon as you stop, the weight comes right back, so I am looking for a life change. I’ve eliminated wheat gluten & as much sugar as possible. Fine tuning the rest is the next step and there you are!!! An email that will provide me with the ways to do that and get myself ready to work out when my foot is all healed & I can put it to work!!
I view with interest many of the formulas, posts, excersise programs, drinks and pills offered all over the net, all tell me I can feel and look exactly how I used to look and feel! Well whats gonna work, what will do it for me? I am a 56 year old woman who suffered an aortic dissection, (a tear in the aortic artery that is 15 inches long) 4 years ago. I am lucky to be alive. I have been trying to lose weight since 1983, losing and then gaining it back many times over. Since dissecting, I am very limited in what I am allowed to do physically. I need a program that can help me burn fat, without impinging on my physical limitations. After I dissected I quit smoking (I had smoked for 40 years) and that combined with with my limitations caused me to gain copius amounts of weight. My dissection even forced me to quit my job. I need help badly. Just recovering from a vertical split Achilles tendon from ankle to calf (the too tight cast led to DVT) on left leg, sprained ligaments in right ankle with very loose ankle joint, chronic tendonitis with bursitis in right shoulder. I have always been very fit and active and the correct weigh until a major car crash stopped me working. I was post menopause and my weight started yo-yoing. Gain 20lb, lose 20lb , gain 30lb lose 25lb, gain 40lb lose 30lb, gain 50lb etc… I am now in the losing stage and state of mind and currently 195lb. . I must get the weight off this time and keep it off. Just started back at the sports centre for deep aqua aerobics in the dive pool which is good for flexibility.
