I would love to get this program. I know how to lose weight and get in my cardio at the gym. What I don’t know is how to keep it off, build muscle, or do any sort of strength training. Hey Joel, I’m a 48 father of 7 and have been doing everything for my kids and for my wife, unfortunately I forgot to take care of myself the past 24 + years. I purchased the Xtreme Diet program last week and it is one of the best diets that I have ever tried, not only do I eat better but it’s a no-nonsense type of diet that is easy to follow.
I also started the P90X work out regimine last week as well, yesterday was my last day due to this type of exercise is for people that are already in shape and I have a knee replacement so it makes it hard to do all of the excerises.

I’ve always been overweight, I had some success with the Atkins diet (I lost 1st in 3 weeks, then plateaued and gained 1 1/2st when I came off it). I have been to the local nutritionist after seeking help from my Dr and they could find nothing wrong with my diet. But still I’m overweight. I’m 35, weigh 17st 7lb and am 5ft 11 tall – so I could do with dropping the fat.
I had a son last year and want to be able to run around with him on my shoulders and not get drenched in sweat, or have his memories of his dad as a “fat man”.

I am very interested in you diet plan. I have always had a hard time loosing weight. When I was younger, I fasted for one week and lost 2 lbs. Since then, it’s been one diet after another. It seem that I have to keep the calories down to 1000 or less inorder to loose any weight. Then when I go off that diet, and minumly increase my calories to a normal amount, I gain back all the weight that I worked so hard to loose! Now I’m in my late fiftie, I’ve become hypothyroid, I know that I should exercise, but I’m in sales, and walk all day long. When I get home, it’s the last thing that I want to do.
While on one of my many diets, I came accross “The Rotation diet” and that made sense to me. It seemed similar to your strategy of tricking the metabolism and kick it up . I had once dieted and kept a low cal diet, and could’nt keep loosing any weight, so one day I ate everything that I wanted for breakfast. I had sausage, potatoes pancakes bacon etc. The next day I got on the scale and had dropped 5lbs. So logically it would seem that the kind of system that you use, might finally do the trick. I’m tired of trying to loose weight and I can’t keep depriving myself only to continue to regain all the weight and repeat this same sad reality. I would like to once and for all loose the weight and keep it off for good! Low calorie diets are not even working for me anymore. Please allow me one last chance to finally succeed at attaining my goal at least!.

Hello Joel I am a 28 year old man going to school full time I am currently on the Vince Del Monte six pack quest program I am currently losing about a pound to two pounds a week pretty good I work out two hours a day five days a week and it is alot of work and while I dont mind eating healthy it does get kind of old. I dont know if I deserve a free copy of your program but I was wondering if I could combined the information. I could use a program that actually worked. Most of the ones in circulation now only make your wallet smaller.
Having been out of work for 2 1/2 years (due to downsizeing) before finding another full-time job which happens to be in a smoke filled environement, I don’t smoke, I’ve found myself very tired when I leave work each day.
With this situation I’ve found I don’t have the energy to perform very effecient workouts when I try. Thus I’m putting on extra weight I’d like to get rid of.
I’m 63, and used to work out in a gym 3 or 4 times a week and was in pretty good shape, my current condition is pretty disheartning. I believe your program would go a long way in getting me back on track weight wise and help my body deal with the toxic environment created by the inconsiderate smokers.

All my life I have seen family members go threw so many health problems do too high cholesterol and dieabits. My mother died five years ago on April 3, 2005 due to dieabits. For as long as I can remember seeing my mother go in and out of the hospital because of dieabits. My brothers and sisters all have dieabits so far I have worked very hard in trying not to go in the same path.

2 years ago, at 5ft 4in and 200 lbs, I decided to lose weight, get healthy and get fit. In that time, I have lost 50 lbs, but still having a really difficult time losing that last 20 to be entirely within my ideal body fat limits. I have been on the plateau level for 9 months now, gaining and losing the same 5 lbs over and over again. Your program seems to be the perfect way to go to. The cheat days seem ideal, as I know that I can follow a strict eating and exercise program for 4 days, but knowing that I will have that special day every 5 days is what will motivate me to finish this program, as well as continue it when needed. When I miss a current workout, I feel sluggish and fatigued, so I am ready to incorporate a new workout routine. I am healthier now than I have been in years, and am looking forward to being even more so. I have no idea whether your system will work or not. I started with Diet Solutions and then got to you. Was it meant to be? I eat really well – and as I head towards 60 it seems that this ole dog needs a few new tricks. Nothing shifts the weight now. I spent nearly a year in bed unable to walk due to an injury. I thought when movement began and “normal” life – like walking – (and plenty of physio too!) was back on the agenda the extra pounds would shift. They have not. I can not beleive it. Maybe you can help? I would be grateful if you could!
