Hey Joel,

I believe the Xtreme fat loss system is for me because I am a single father 3 girls and I am 327.8lbs at this moment (embarassing)and I want to be in my childrens lives for a long time and its hard for me to balance my social life, children, and my health. I also work full time and I am 42 years old. I was also always the fat guy throughout my life and I want to make a change.

I have been overweight and had a very sluggish metabolism since I had my children. Now at 61, I am still fighting and fighting to lose weight which has rocketed to almost 325 lbs. I had a total hip replacement almost 2 years ago and it took me a year to save for the surgery and during that time because of the pain, I worked and then came home and sat. I’m still in pain, have no energy and have a thyroid problem but I know that I need to change my total lifestyle and lose the weight so the pain will also go away. It is hard for me to walk right now or to do anything else. I really am tired of living my life like this and I want to be able to really live again and fully enjoy my grand daughters.

I am 56 years old and have had depression for 20 years. I have just been diagnosed with Polymyalgia and ME. I am partially disabled as I had my knee cap taken out in 1973 and it didn’t work and left me with a knee that colapses on me if I’m not careful thus I have frequent falls. Because of this and the ME it makes excercising very difficult, which in turn makes losing weight difficult and when I succeed in doing so I very quickly put it on again. I also have high blood pressure, underactive thyroid and high chlorestrial and I’m classed as Morbidly obese. All the things Ive tried in the past have not been very successful and are not as comprehensive and instructional as yours seems to be. Also Ive never heard of a diet thats fun so it makes yours a rather unique type of dieting and I really look forward to trying it.

I turned 46 this last Dec. I figure I just entered the second half of my life. The first half was fine, but I want the second half to be GREAT! Jan 1st, I started eating less and moving more. I try to eat like I’m 150lbs(goal weight) and also choose low gylcemic index foods. I’ve dropped 54 of the 100lbs I set for a goal. I know the second half is going to be harder than the first, so I want something more extreme than what I’ve been doing. I’ve already taken the info about the depletion day, cheat day, fast day and put it to use and lost another 3lbs. Thank you for that!! I still want to know what to do with the other two days. I have already bought two other programs online(Isabel’s and FBF). One of which, led me to you. I’ve dieted, read and studied enough over the years to understand why yours works. I’ve even used the cheat day previously without even knowing that it was the reason why I was loosing weight so quickly.

My mom’s been struggling with her weight since she’d given birth to me and my brother. She’s now fifty, and tried dozens of diets, but none made a change in her ~80 pounds plus. I think she’s the ultimate challenge for this program. I’d convice her to do this, and motivate her, and if this program’s working, then it will work on everyone!

Hi There, I am a full time working solo mum of a active 6yr old boy and I need to lose the last 5-8kg (sorry southern hemisphere). I currently workout when im not busy or when I remember and when reading and listening about your Xtreme Fat Loss Programme it sounds perfect for me as it has set daily tasks and requirements that I could stick to as I am good at following instructions and not too good at winging it by myself.

i am a 46y old mother. i have been exercising on and off for the last 7yrs. i gained 30pound mainly around my middle after my son was born. i still look like i am pregnant. I have done many programs and seem not to loose a pound. I feel the muscle underneath all the fat on my body but the fat is not coming off. I know my problem is a good eating and exercise plan which is hard to find together in one program. i know this program is what i need to rev up my metabolism so i can loose those stubbon pounds around my middle and show the muscle that can’t wait to be seen.

I’m 39 and really my story is simple. I’ve been serious about diet and fitness most of my adult life…but have gotten even more focused on it for the past 5 years. My motivation: have a history of heart disease and diebetes in the family and decided a long time ago I’m not going out that way….I may get hit by a bus, but not a heart attack! While I’ve made great progress along the way, the ever popular six pack has eluded me. I get close, but it’s those last 5-10 lbs that continue to outsmart me….so far! My 40th birthday is coming up in Sept and I want to see them, darn it! That might sound vain, but that’s it.

I NEED this program. I have tried EVERY Diet out there and I can ABSOLUTELY contest that diets DO NOT WORK. If anything … at the most they can be out right DANGEROUS, at the least they can make you a cranky and very unpleasant person!!!! I have been looking for a well rounded program that works with my body, helps boost my metabolism, and has an effective & efficient exercise program. I have raised 9children (biological & foster) and have gained 30lbs over the last 20years. I have gotten back down to 130lbs using fad diets, but gained it right back when I started to EAT again. I have done Salt water flushes(UGH!) enemas(gross), fasting(headaches) and vegetarian (hard to do w/ children). I was told I am NOT OVERWEIGHT to the point of medication (thank heavens!). I am 30lbs over weight and I had a full physical and there is NOTHING medically wrong with me. (My thyroid is fine). I WAS a runway model up into my early 30s and now at 45 it is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to be holding this weight on me. I have seen my 6 older sisters gain weight slowly after 40 and it is NOT a PRETTY SITE! I want a Healthy Attractive weight!

Like Joel, several years ago I came to a point in my life where I was determined to be able to take my shirt off at the beach, and not feel embarrassed. Unfortunately, that “point” came when I was an overweight and out-of-shape mess. I started out with the “Body for Life” plan, and the plan worked pretty well. Despite not being consistent with diet, I lost 60 pounds within about 8 months, and was generally feeling pretty good about my body. (I looked good in clothes.) But, I knew I wasn’t reaching my full potential, and was still embarrassed to rip off my shirt. Yet, since I felt “good enough” about my body, I began to minimize my work-out efforts and did not take a stratgeic approach to my diet. Predictably, I regained about 20 pounds. Now, “good enough” no longer is. If I’m ever going to maximize my potential and unleash the beast within, it has to be now. A few months ago, I got back to practicing many of the basic principles from “Body for Life”, and lost the 20. But, I believe Xtreme Fat Loss program will really get me to the next level. There are any number of programs out there, but this one appeals to me because it reinforces many of the “Body for Life” principles which have worked for me in the past. Yet, it also refines and updates those principles based on the continuing evolution of scientific research. I also want to help my younger brother and set a good example for him. He is only 21, and he weighed 300 pounds just one year ago. I have helped him get down to about 220 pounds, and if I am armed with even better knowledge, I know I can really make a life-long difference in his life. BOTTOM LINE: I want my hot body, and I want it NOW!! :-)

It is really a matter of life or soon death, literally.
Lose weight, lose fat, get fit or perish. My physiological number really suck.
Cholesterol over 200, 50 lbs over, bad genetics, over 50, etc.
I need all the help I can get!

I want proof (without the option of the money back guarantee) that my skepticism about this programme is not warranted .
I have read all the emails you’ve sent me to date , and even though most of what you’ve said makes some sense , so has a number of other programmes and people trying to sell their product on the internet , WHAT MAKES YOUR”S SO SPECIAL .
It’s so easy to talk the talk, but does your product deliver on it’s claims. Let’s keep it real shall we. I’m fully aware that it’s not the product but the level of comittment by the user that will determine one’s individual success .

I’ve always done my part AFTER BUYING these programmes to follow the programmes as instructed , so I know it can’t all be me because I have met with some measure of success on all of them. However , I am up for a Challenge given the opportunity.

OK, i’ve thought of how to send you the most catching story, but i’m not really good at sucking things outta my thumb, so i’m just gonna bing it how it is.
I’ve been training for quite some time now, and i have lost some fat over that period. I trained, with some weights, with machines, changed my diet and stopped snacking. Lowered calories. Ate carrots for lunch. It was ok.
Some days ago i signed up for your ooohh so sneaky tips to fast fat loss, and there is SO MUCH truth in it, especially with the leptin levels ( i also cried, and had delicious icecream the next that that i havnt ate for over 6 months – it indeed was awesome)
I Had been training hard, but my body is still fár from hard. The main point is, i must have been doing something WRONG all that time. I just need the correct information ( those instuctors in my small town gym aint that good ) for the fast fat loss to get the body i want, so i can enjoy my life to the max. ( have been very ill a few years ago and now i just want to shed my old skin and get outta that cocoon where ive been in )
Visible abs would be a GREAT B-day present ( july 26th), but ill have to fix that myself…

I am 42 and a mother of 3. I have tried all diets and exercise programs. My downfall is that I have no cartilage in my knees due to competitive sports in my prime. My orthopedist told me don’t exercise to save my knees. Way too young to sit on the couch and watch life pass me by. I have a sluggish thyroid to begin with. I’m going to admit, I don’t have a sad story like everyone else on here. None the less, I would love to try your program. I am a personal trainer and am about to open my own female exclusive personal training studio. I would love to see if anything you have to offer would be able to help these women. Also, I am a personal trainer, but I spend more time concerned with my clients’ workouts than my own. My goal is to do some fitness modeling, but I just haven’t taken the time and energy to put toward myself to reach that goal. Joel, This sounds like exactly what I need. I will be 48 in June. I did not struggle with my weight until my early 20’s. I had four kids during that time but was always successful losing the weight. I’ll be 48 in 2 months. In the last 10 years I have gained 50 lbs. I want to get in shape and speed up my metabolism before I enter the “change of life”. What is getting in the way of my weight loss is that I’ve read so many things on what you need to do that I am so confused (i.e.: Eat/Don’t Eat Carbs, Count/Don’t Count Calories). I would like to have a coach that knows what to do because he did it himself. I am a great student when I know I’m getting the right information and am seeing results. I would love to have your system to follow so that I can pass the information to my kids, because I do not want them to have to try and change a lifetime of wrong choices if they can do the right things now. It’s easy to explain why I need this: Everything you’ve said so far makes perfect sense, it seemingly proves to be effective and the left side of my brain – the logical side – can appreciate the beauty and return on investment of putting myself heart and soul into an intertwined diet and exercise routine. No more of the silly starve diets and cardio, cardio, cardio. My left brain hates that stuff and so do I. It’s time for some real results!

This is awesome ! You are swimming in transformation:~). I’ve been trying to loose the same extra weight for a few years. I loose some, gain it back , ect. I’m sure you’ve heard this story a million times. After listening to your videos, and reading the report, I am so inspired! I love how you have gone though all that research, in print and in your own testing, and shaken loose all the misinformation—leaving the pure science — the pure step by step solution.

The way I would make the best use of this program is through teaming up with my daughter, who is studying to be a personal trainer. She can help me complete your program with highest and best results…. and record the process…..allowing her to learn from the best. I am a 60 year old man who has struggled with obesity since I quit smoking at the age of 43 and immediately gained 25 pounds. I have had an issue with high blood pressure, leading to one stroke at the age of 53 that hospitalized me for a month and a stroke-like seizure at the age of 57 that hospitalized me for a week. I take 5 different medications just for the blood pressure. I do make an attempt to eat healthy, including only buying brown rice and whole wheat bread and pasta, and limiting or eliminating sugar and salt. But despite these efforts I keep losing and gaining the same 5-7 pounds, and making no headway on the 60 – 70 pounds I need to lose to get really healthy. I am caring for an 80 year old mother who is obese and has diabetes, so changes I have already made help her with her blood sugar, but like me, haven’t affected her weight. I really need direction in not just the food I eat, but also a good exercise program. Please help. Thank you.

Hey Joel! Thanks for all your pre-release info. It all makes quite a lot of sense and I would love to try your program. I had cancer 3 years ago and a total hysterectomy which put me in to extreme menapause. I have since acquired about 40 extra pounds on my five foot tall frame. I have been in low metabalism for years due to skipping breakfast and not eating much. I have no energy and most days I am quite depressed…I’m hoping your plan which seems to make incredible sense can get me on the right track to better health and if I build some muscle along the way WAHOO!!!! I can’t stand not being able to tie my shoelaces without grunting and groaning….I’ve never felt more hopeless and helpless in my life…P.S. I’m 47 and not prepared to crawl in to a grave just yet though some days………..
