I really need this information because until I turned 50, I was slim without any effort. I have tried several diet programs with limited success, and subsequent weight regain. I also have dietary restrictions because of allergies and stomach problems (acid reflux) so have problems staying on a very restricted plan for any lenghth of time. Your plan where I can have cheat days looks like I can incorporate some variety which will enable me stay on the plan longer and really lose some weight and keep it off. Just for your information I am now 66, and would like to lose about 40-50 lbs. My health is good except for my blood pressure which I am on meds to keep down to an acceptable level. Even this was difficult to acheive because of my main allergy which is dairy. So you can appreciate the challenge. Most diets use dairy as a low calorie source of protein. Trying to find substitutes proved difficult so the variety of choices is small and very quickly boring.

What can I say that hasn’t been said already? Basically a quote comes to mind from Winston Churchill “Never EVER, EVER Give Up!” I can’t tell you how many times I’ve wanted to throw in the towel. I’ve had this goal of getting my “dream” body for too long now. Part of me has believed “what’s the point? It’s too late for you!” Well, I know that is false and though I have failed many times, I’ve gotten right back up and tried again.

Joel, I believe the xtreme fat loss diet is an answer to my prayer. Several fitness experts I follow recommended this program. Needless to say, May 4th can’t come fast enough.

We are doing a Biggest Loser competition at work and I haven’t had much success to this point. One more month to go and I know this program will make a huge difference. I’m ready for the challenge ahead!!

Just started your program recently. Great plan. Next year I will be 60 and I’m looking to get fit. While I am still in pretty good shape I’m still looking to build more muscle and lose some weight. It used to be my belief that after you reach a certain age you just can’t have the body that you desire. Reading the information you have provided has since changed my outlook. Well now my weight is pretty stagnant, and even with the effort of exercise and the ‘trying to diet’ approach I take, the weight is definitely still a challenge. Being a young woman graduating from uni this year I want to take on my professional career not only with a good degree on paper, but also a beautiful body to go with it. I’ve been struggling for years to get a perfect shaped body like the ones we see on TV. I cannot commit myself to a very strict diet nor I have the time to go to the gym every day for 3-hour workouts. I believe that this program is my best chance to finally get the physique I always wanted!

I was very impressed by what you were saying in your video’s and for the first time what you were saying made sense to me. I take care of my body and eat healthily but 8 yrs ago I was very ill and become bedridden for 6 months.

Because of the illness I gained 2 stone in weight and have never, despite having so called expert firness instructors help me, be able to loose that weight. Now I have hit 40 I have put even more on, I beleive your system could be the answer and would love the chance to try it out.

Dear Joel: I am currently 68 years old and have battled with overweight for a good part of my life. Lately however with various items of help (download of various postings and the excellent Dsp of Isabel de los Rios) I have seen the light at the end of the tunnel and in fact I am using clothes that I thought I would never fit in again. Now I am motivated to lose the last pounds (belly, love handles and man-boobs) and From your postings It seems that your program is a great solution to achieve this. My husband and I have been trying so many different programs and just can’t quite get there. We need to have a program that we can stick to. One that has the variety that your program seems to offer but like so many the money just isn’t there right now. We would LOVE to have the chance to win the program and show the world how great it worked for us.

I’m very concerned with my weight problem. I have had a big gut for years and now I’m 57 and frankly I hate to look at myself. It’s affecting my health. I don’t want to live sick so I’m looking for solutions. I want to lose weight but I’m not sure that I can. I will be a big challenge to your program. Will it work for the older people or just the young.

I have had a problem with my weight since my 20s, every diet i went on, I lost weight and then put it back on with at least 10% more. Now i am morbidly obese and recently found out I do not have a switch off button for eating. This is accompanied by the fact i have diabeties and have to eat carbs (which i love!) I have to get some of this weight off to manage the diabeties and to be honest my joints are aching, knees, hip, back. The logical conclusion is to lose the weight. If i can find a weight loss programme that can retrain my stomach and if possible, retrain the button to say when i am full.. i am getting desparate!!! Please help!

I stumbled across you by accident but what I heard from all the stuff you have sent really makes sense. I come from a long line of family members who are in medicine so healthy eating has always been part of our life and I understanding how your body works.

However what struck a cord with me was your comment about how doing loads of ab work will not get rid of the fat just make the muscle underneath strong. I have been doing ab resistant work for a month and feel they are now really strong but the fat has not gone aaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.

Then you hit me with the system of cheat days and the days after and for once amongst all the hype you hear it made sense to me.

I can not get any healthier in my eating I need a clever system designed for working with the bodies system to make it work for me.

8 years ago I was seriously ill and lost 6 stone, I was a normal weight before, then as I was bed ridden for 6 months I gained 2 stone more than my average weight, since then I have been battling to loose weight, I have been to many so called experts and none have been able to help me, now I have hit my forties I have put another half a stone on.

Now although I do exercise the effect of all this effort without any result has had an emotional side effect and I don’t want to resort to binge eating to help my emotions. I feel for the first time your system will work for me I hope I have the opportunity to have access to it.

I REALLY need this… I’m competing this year and I NEED to win this time! I’ve only been training for 2 years, I’ve come quite far from what I was (being the fat kid through school and college lol) however I need the knowledge from you… for training, for nutrition to really get where I want to be.
At the moment I’m ‘off season’ – not competing until October, however I want to get my BF down before I start the cutting phase. As you will know it’s trial and error you have to go through to know what is right for your body and with this programme coming out very soon I can try it before and then start cutting so I can get it spot on this time! AND win the show!!
My diet is a bit yo-yo at the moment, trying to eat clean during the week and a cheat day at the weekend, but I can’t stick to something unless its written down to the last detail so I know exactly what to do and when to do it.

I am 63 years old and have struggled with weight issues my whole life. In recent weeks I have begun a program of dieting and weightlifting and have lost 30 pounds of a targetted 40 pounds. I feel great! However, as has happened many times before, I dread the prospects of the weight creeping back on once I stop dieting. I plan to continue weighlifting but need something to either help me deal with any backsliding before it gets serious… or perhaps to take my body shape to a place I never dreamed possible. In either case, I like the approach you offer in your Xtreme Fat Loss system and would really like to try it.

I am so excited about all of your information! Immediately after hearing about the “reverse American Diet” I have implemented it. Also, after downloading and reading the “5 Sneaky Tricks Ebook I have done a couple cheat days. I haven’t followed it exactly, but I am so happy to report that in the last 2 weeks, I have lost 4 pounds! I am so excited because my baby is 8 months old and I am finally starting to lose the weight I gained during pregnancy. Unfortunately, I am not one of those people who are able to give birth and look great 2 months later. My body tends to hold onto everything while breastfeeding. I am now weaning my baby from the breast and anxious to dive into weight loss. I need this information because I am ready to make a permanent change in my life. As a child, I was always the “big girl” in class. As I got older, I developed an eating disorder and lost a lot of weight the wrong way. After recovering from my eating disorder I am the happiest person I have ever been and finally accepting my body and most importantly my self-worth. This year has been one of the years of my life. My best friend is getting married in October and My wonderful boyfriend of 3 years proposed to me! I want to look like a dream on my wedding day and I know this information can help me on my journey. I am an Ironman athlete who has always struggled with the nutrition side of things…often not eating enough so running out of steam, and then probably over-eating through fear of running out of steam! I also have PCOS and therefore have found I have to eat minimal amounts to keep my weight down; I then yo-yo between starving myself for my weight, and eating a lot so I can train. I’m probably not your ideal candidate as I don’t need to lose a huge amount of fat, but I know if I do shift it, it will have a significant effect on my performance…

I’ve tried it all. Nothing works for me. I have had enough. I want to get out of this nasty pit and on to where I can fell decent again. I have read and listened to what you have to say and am convinced that this program is for me. I have recently happened upon Isabel De Los Rios’ Diet Solutions and Darin Steen’s Fat Loss Lifestyle. I am trying different configurations of both of these plans together and they seem to be working, but I then found your extreme plan. This is the one for me.

In September of 2001, aged 21 I encountered the embarrassing realisation that I was, at 5’9”, weighing 240lbs. I found this in permanent marker on my hand when lining up (for the “fat-rope”) to go bungy-jumping.

This was a harsh realisation that I needed to change something and do it fast! I spent the next 6 months creating new habits for eating and exercising. Through creating new habits of healthy eating and exercise, I got down to 185lbs with good gains in muscle mass to boot.

Unfortunately, this is where it all stopped.

Over the last 8 years, I have maintained but never reduced. But I really don’t care about the numbers. I know I am fit and healthy, however, while there is nothing actually “wrong”, I am stuck in a state of “let myself go”.

Being the active guy who eats well and the go-to-guy for health and fitness info with my friends, I don’t feel that I have the body that I deserve. I’m coming up to my 30th birthday, have a restaurant about to launch, a beautiful wife, and a baby on the way. I owe it to them to make this change and finally have the body that makes them confident that “daddy has things under control”.

I believe that XFLD has the technology and the real combination of diet and exercise that we, the slightly-chubby-yet-healthy masses, need to get into the shape of our lives.

So hear’s the “skinny” (NOT!). I’m a 49 year old mom who is FAT (207 lb @ last check) who is out of shape (gym 1-2 times per week swimming & circuit training – kinda). Unhappy, lethargic (for the most part) and wants to be ready to make a change but something is holding me back. I even purchased the 25 day wedding prep program and haven’t even downloaded it yet! What’s wrong with me!!!

Yes, I’ve tried pills, bought exercise videos and equipment (home gym purchased 2 yrs ago is still in the box) but haven’t found whatever its gonna take to make the lifestyle changes.

Both girls (18 & 13) and hubby are healthy weight and good shape and we eat right (for the most part) but I’m gonna have to do something different for My Self.

I’m FINALLY committed to starting a program, following a plan and expecting results fast enought that will keep me motivated. I believe in all your materials and think you are all offering something different than what we – the public- have been lead to believe is THE way to be firm & fit.

I quit smoking a few years ago and noticed a slight weight gain which didn’t seem to be a big deal. Now, I’ve recently started menopause (way earlier than normal) and the weight slowly crept up and now I can’t get rid of it. I’ve tried everything and it’s impossible!! Every time I “think” I’m losing, I step on the scale only to find out I’ve gained another pound or two. Mentally, it’s debilitating. I feel like nothing will help get rid of this belly. Having a plan and seeing results would truly lift this weight (both figuratively and literally) off me. I’d really like to love the way I look again!

I’m 37 years old and have my 20th class reunion coming up in August and I want to drop about 30 pounds. More importantly I want to look good for my wife and be a good role model for my two 12 and 9 year old sons. I started exercising again about 6 months ago using the same fitness program I used in college football. Unfortunately my body isn’t responding the same way it did 17 years ago. I have tried several different diets and tricks and even tried to make up my own program but my weight still just creeps up slowly. I’m sick of it and want a proven plan to follow. My wife doesn’t think this will work but I want to show her it will.

I am 54 and now that menopause has struck with avengence I am having a very difficult time losing weight.
