I have tried many diets, pills only to become frustrated. After surgery for a carcinoid tumor in 2008 i was told to ose some weight which i am finding hard to do. With your help i know i will succeed. thank you

I was blessed by god with a very muscular frame at an early age and competed in sports at elite levels in college. But the body I knew got away from me sitting in an office all day for the past 15+ years. I’ve tried every diet/work out combo out there to try and get back to the form I had when I was working out 40+ hours a week. And even though I’m in pretty decent shape compared to the office pool but that isn’t really what I’m striving for. Now, at 40, with my first kid on the way, I want to be in the best possible shape again so I can be as active as I can for as long as I can with my kid…and the extra bonus is to look good naked for my wife again. I’m really excited about this program and can’t wait to make some realistic changes that can put my life back on the map. The information provided makes sense and seems like something that is very feasible to keep up. Thanks Joel for all the info so far! I’m looking forward to losing the weight/fat and getting back into elite form again. And if you are looking for a before/after candidate, I’ll make you proud.

I LOVE what I know about your program so far and am very interested in learning more. I’ve been trying to lose the same 30 pounds for the past 2 and a half years. It’s always the same… I starve myself to lose 10-15 pounds only to gain back 15-20 and so it goes. Obviously I need to do things differently or commit myself to insanity…Lol. I have recently made drastic healthy diet changes thanks to the Diet Solution Program, but am still lacking the specific directions I need to combine excersice with my new diet in the most synergistic manner. Isabel De Los Rios referred me to your program & it sounds like what I have been looking for. I have struggled to lose weight ever since I had my two sons. Nothing ever works for me. I need to lose about 30 lbs. I believe this will do it! I need a nutritional diet. Can’t wait until it comes out, so I can start losing this fat!! It would help to have a cheat day, because I crave sweets a lot. I have held onto clothes thinking one day I will be back into them. I don’t want to just lose fat, but I want to tone my body also. I have been exercising and getting muscle, but the fat is still there.

I’m 19 now and hugely obese. At 12 I had my eyes opened to how fat I was getting. Because of the mockery of the students (and even some parents) I stayed fat…. and grew fatter. I knew what my problem was then, very low self- esteem, and although that has changed in the seven years that I have been aware of being fat, I still gain adipose tissue. I have read all your articles and follow your every email to the exact detail. I don’t eat any junk and eat about 2000 calories split into 5-6 meals. I am 6’4” and 411 lbs. Now my problem is not self esteem, well maybe a little, but it is an odd condition. I gained so much weight when I was little that my body does not metabolize food correctly. I continue to gain weight and my doctor says that if I don’t find a way to start losing fat, I will die. He said that only your program will help me. Just kidding, he follows you also, but in all seriousness he says that if I don’t start losing fat within the next month or two, I will have to be put into a vegetative state until I am down 25% in body fat. I believe that your program can do that for me. Thank you for your time.

I am a horse trainer and keeping in shape is very important to my job and me. I was able to lose 30lbs last year but as with every diet and exercise program much of the weight has come back. I felt great when the weight was off but as it came back I felt like a failure at the what I thought I had accomplished. Now what I have read about your program seems like a very commonsense and logical approach to weightloss, but it is in my nature to be skeptical about something that seems “too good to be true.” So I was wondering if you would be able to prove me wrong?

Consistency in my training and being strict in my nutrition choices are my downfall. I love eating (esp sweets). Fasting (as much as I would love to do it for all the benefits it provides to my body systems & hormones) scares me. I do not follow a set up exercise plan and I find ‘life’ getting in my way. I keep ‘trying’ to do this on my own & it is just not working. I am intrigued by your program ,and as everything you have provided in the last few days makes so much sense. I desperately NEED a program like yours. I have been on a diet since fifth grade. Yes you read that correctly, fifth grade. For the most part, I’ve been average weight but I have to do extreme dieting and exercising to keep that weight. It has been such a frustrating and exhausting battle. Let’s just say that for at least 5 days out of the week, I’ve had to barely eat and work out for 3 hours a day. It gets exhausting and I feel like I am just spinning my wheels. To make matters worse, I have to go to bed early because of a lack of energy. Then about 2 years ago, I got vertigo and I put on A LOT of weight. I have recovered 100% for 6 months now but the thought of going back to my way of dieting makes me cringe. I’ve painstakingly lost 25 lbs already but I’ve got another 30 to go. I feel like I am ready for a smarter way of dieting and exercising and this program sounds perfect. I just want to be fit and healthy again. If this works well for me, which I am confident it will, I can help my 3 siblings and mother lose weight as well. I come from a family of very slow metabolism. I want to be healthy and I want my family health so that they are around for a very long time.

After having both my knees replaced in 2008, my excerise routine totally disappeared. I need your program to get back on track. I am still not able to do certain activities since my surgeries. Basically I do a lot of walking and some weight training. I think your program would be something that could help me lose the 20 pounds that I have gained since I have had the surgeries and since I became unemployed last March (not because of my knees). I have started to walk everyday now that the weather is better here in Delaware. I’m up to walking 2 miles a day and it hasn’t been easy getting there. With your program it will train me to eat properly and to get the most out of a excerise program and hopefully make me fit before I see my doctor again in October. You have motivated me to get back into shape and I’m sure you will continue doing that once I start on your program. Thank you for that.

Over the last couple of years I’ve tried different types of diets and techniques hoping I would run into a diet system that will finally help me shed all the excess fat in my body. However that idea remained a dream which I hope I can turn into reality with your help.

I think that this program is perfect for me because I’ll be able to adjust to it. Also the reason why I need this information in my life now is because I’m sick and tired of the way I look, I’m tired of waking up every morning and going to take a shower and am reminded that I’m overweight. Also, this information could help loosen up my situation when I go to university next year; since I won’t be nerves by the way I look. Another reason is because I’m currently involved in martial arts, Muay Thai, and for me to ascend to the next level in my training I need to lose the extra fat so I can become faster and much more flexible. In addition, I need this information to prove to myself and others that I am capable of becoming lean. I’m 57 yet still active, racing motocross, moutain biking and motocycle speed events. Because of my athletic persuits I have to control my weight and stay in shape, something I’ve struggled with my whole adult life. I was seriously injured in a crash last year and gained 35 lbs and still gaining. I’m up to 212 lbs. Where I was winning racings I’m now fighting for last place. My whole life of yo-yo dieting has burnt me out. I’ve been trying to get back on the wagon but can’t. I’m starting to make excuses that its because of my age (the weight gain) and resigned to accepting it. Quality of life is going down hill and leading me into deep depression. I’ve given up and stopped believing in all “the programs” that will get me to lose weight. I entering this contest as a last hope, what have I got to lose.

Why I need this program? Because the smile in my face, every morning I enter the bathroom and see my body in the mirror. So, every morning I see the result of the last days workout I still feel in the body and that makes me the luckiest guy on the planet :-)

I work in public education, I am a middle school teacher. Up until I was 25 it was so completely easy for me to exercise, take the time to watch what I ate and do the things I thought were necessary to keep me healthy. I am now 41, and 16 years later all I have accomplished to do is gain thirty pounds! I do not have the time to do the things I need to do (I’m actually responding from work!). Although I try to shed pounds in a safe manner, I have fallen victim to just about every scam and fear tactic that appears to be easy and fast – still thirty pounds over weight. I am excited about trying Xtreme Fat Loss and hoping it works out. I am not desperate, but I do know the older I get the harder it becomes and I am pushing my health to the edge.

I have tried so many workouts, diets, and weight loss programs, and all of them have failed. I really would love to be able to shed the 20 pounds that I can’t seem to shed with anything else. I want to become ripped, and not be imberessed to wear bathing suits, and be able to wear the kind of clothes I want without feeling self conscious about my weight. I am also a lacrosse player, and I hate feeling fat wearing the kilt. If this program works as well as it seems to, I would want more then anything to give it a go.

Growing up and in college I was always an athlete…and being an All American football player at a small Div. III college I was always in decent shape but the college days are over and all the bulk that I have accumulated had slowly turned to fat as my metabolism slowed down over the years….and so hear I am turning 40 in July and knowing that I have to do something about it. I have already taken steps by joining a gym that does interval training but it has not had a quick affect on my now 6’4 290 lbs body. Now having a daughter I want to be around to she her grow up and be there as she progresses through life. Going to the doctor for a physical for a checkup was the wake up call…it was embarassing as the nurse weighed me and took my blood pressure that I knew was going to be high. I need this to jumpstart my successes but I know that it has to come from within to follow this plan and get the results I know I will achieve and be in the best shape of my life when I turn 40 in July.

Am over weight,tired and lethargic. What a challenge! I work hard and live life at a fast pace to get it all done but then I am hungry and my good intentions fly out the window. I have read your reports and have found my self that for instance the binge day to get over a plateau is the only answer. So I have infinite faith in your teachings and feel the structure of both your diet and exercise programme could well be the answer to my need to rein myself in and get myself in shape. At 56 there isn’t a moment to lose.I know I will never look good in a bikini- my age for one thing- but to feel better about myself will give me the self confidence to enjoy the company of others without doing my usual and staying in the background and to increase the size of my grin Thank you for this chance and your continuing help

Joel, I really need this program! I have been trying for over three years to lose the last 10 pounds. While that may not sound like a lot of weight to some it is for me since I am only 5′ 2.5″ tall. I have been exercising like crazy (4 spin classes a week and two days of strength training per week) and following Weight Watchers, but I am still not getting results. I have even thrown in a yoga class and am now considering pilates. I just don’t know what else I can do. After learning about your program, I feel this is just what I need. I have probably been dieting for too long (over 5 years) and hit that dreaded plateau. I need to know how to fix this and following your program seems to be just what I need! Please consider my long struggle and my determination to lose this fat!

Three years ago I was in okay shape, 5’7″ 145lbs. I started having breathing problems which got progressively worse until I was forced to go to the hospital where I was diagnosed with adult onset asthma. This came out of nowhere and being a financially challenged college student w/o insurance I couldn’t buy meds. As I got worse I could no longer workout. Two years later I reached 190lbs. I am now on control meds and am breathing great but I cannot lose the weight no matter how hard I try. I have done p90x with little success. I even started injecting myself with hCG as a last ditch effort. I lost 15lbs over 2 cylces but then stalled it stopped working. I just completed 60 days of Insanity, followed the eating guide, and only lost 2lbs. I am stuck @ 173 and cannot lose more. Still 30lbs over ideal weight. I have tried every pill and crash diet w/o success. But I think your program might be hope for me, the answer I’ve been looking for. Please consider me as a candidate for the free program. Both husband and I have lost weight and become toned/muscular over the past year. We are both ready to take it to the next level. I am hoping to enter a contest this fall, and really need the extra push. The recent emails have sparked anew the interest and given us some great idea’s to get started. I am at my wits end with my weight and body fat. I have tried all kinds of fads and starvation diets. I’m managing to keep my weight about where I want it but need to loose the fat in the middle. I walk and play golf, do pilates and other (Denise Austin, etc) workouts. I recentl started the fat burning furnace diet, modified anyway, I am starting to feel better. At 47 some days I feel 70! I’ve been reading your newletters and really want to dedicate myself to this plan for life. I need to stick around and see my grandchildren.
