I’m an athletic trainer as well as a personal trainer so my days are very busy. I turned 60 last November and I figure it’s now or never! Your program sounds like a winner and I would like to prove it is. I am fairly fit, but carry extra weight and fat that I just cannot get rid of. Currently doing a combination of Pilates, Aerobic and a few weights but the weight and fat will not budge! Well ill make this short and simple, I’m 18, about to start college and my eating habits were so wrong you would laugh. Temptations would always get the better part of me which is why most diets I’ve tried always failed. However, your diet has something which is PERFECT for me and that is cheat days. The entire week I look forward for that day and I never give in prior to it. Also, the day after where I fast is not a problem as before this diet I had the idea that not eating will make me lose weight. Now, I personally hate doing research, but you love it as said in one of your reports, so that just works out even better for us! If I start now, I may even have 6 pack abs before college starts (hopefully.) Well Joel, that’s it, just a teen looking to lose weight and stay in shape after that! Your diet definitely was made for me considering those cheat days!
P.S. I absolutely love people’s reaction when they are watching me eat slice after slice of pizza and I tell them I am on a diet!
On the outside I look like I’m in good shape, but under my clothes I’ve got a bulging stomach. I’ve never wanted to diet and I know what I really need is someone to show me how to eat and exercise correctly.

When I was 13 I was raped. When I was 14 I was raped again … and again. I used fat to protect myself. I was lost and hurt and depressed. I didn’t want anyone to want me … ever. I am a 46 year man with 18 and 16 year sons from a previous marriage and a 19 month year old son. Both of my parents have heart problems and I want to be proactive, do something before I follow in their footsteps. I want to be able to pass this information on to my sons in order to change the family tree.
I have tried MANY diets in the past and played the yoyo game many times. I reached 186 lbs (at 5′ 10″). I then turned to low carb diets and manage to loose 50 lbs, and I am now 136 lbs ( now at 5′ 9 1/2″…..yes I have shrunk a bit with age…..I am 42 !). I would like to “fine tune” what I have worked so hard to achieve! Reading your program, a lot of what you recommend is what I have believed in for the last 6 months (with great success). I need your XFLDS because I have reached that stage where fatloss becomes really difficult. I know you’ve been there yourself, fat percentage in the low teens, 12-13%, just need that edge over fat to get it into the single digit figures! I’ve already used your CYWT and it has worked great for me. Now I just need that combination of timing my nutrition correctly with a suitable workout programme. I think this is where the secret lies. I am eating fairly “clean” and restricted, with the regular cheat days, without going overboard. My workout programs change every 10-12 weeks, with a one week break in between. I really like going to the gym so discipline is not my problem. In short I believe you Xtreme Fatloss Diest System could be the answer to finally getting below 10% and see those abs for real!

I have been recieving your emails for a couple of weeks and I agree with all that you have stated. I have three beautiful children that I love, and I enjoy being a mother. However with each pregnancy I gained weight and have not been able to lose all of it. I enjoy the fitness field but it seems that everyone is constantly condordicting themselves. One fitness guru says one thing and another something else. I never know what I am suposed to do for sure to lose the weight I need to. Well i have really good willpower and have lost nearly 3 stone since october 2009 still has taking a long time i have another two stone to go its after getting so hard im half killing myself at the moment and im losing half a pound to a pound and i give myself no down time..im strict so hearing what u have to offer sounds like a dream because even one day of freedom would just be heaven to me..im also going to thailand on my hols in 6 weeks hope to be down more have faith ur diet would get me there yours sincerly joanna Ireland would be so grateful of your help.

I’m not very good at putting things into words so please be patient. I’m a 40 yr. old male and have tried to stay in decent shape most of my life. I’ve tried to read so many different mags. and books on how to gain muscle and lose fat over the years and haven’t gotten anywhere. I think I could stand to lose about 20lbs. of fat and would like to gain muscle in the process. I wish I could finally learn how to do this. I feel like I have wasted so many hours in the gym with hardly any results. I have GERD and this has held me back some but I would like to get in better health and shape as I get older so I can have the energy to keep up with my kids and not feel tired all the time. I have this rubber tire around my waste that I have never been able to get rid of, so it would be nice to see if this is possible. Hi Joel, my name is Noelle. I had never really struggled with my weight until entering my late 30’s about 8 years ago. I guess that makes me one of the lucky ones. About 6 years ago, for fun and to tag along with/ impress my new boyfriend I started compteting in small local triathlons. I’ve never been fast, even as a high school distance runner and cyclist but I love, love those sports I have learned to live with the chiding about my speed. I finish races, I PB as often as I can and each year I got a little better.
2 years ago I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, had a mastectomy and chemotherapy.. which frankly, kicked my ass from here to Texas and back. I could barely get out of bed let alone exercise to keep the weight down. After a summer of chemo, and steroids and little exercise I returned to work full time then watched my small business struggle like many did during the recession which of course left little time for exercise. So the chemo weight remained. So here I am with a little more time on my hands, summer ahead of me and I hope to get back to racing again. Your free program tips have so far already taught me quite a bit about diet and exercise always with a twist on things I thought I already knew. I have shifted 5lbs and a few inches in the last 2 months. I already know from past experience that although training for a 2 hour long triathlon will be a lot of cardio, it does not always mean as much fat loss as I would like. Finding time to have some fat loss targeted workouts on top of the tri training is a challenge. Your program seems ideal to what I need. Smart, efficient and thorough. 2010 is the year of Noelle as far as I am concerned and a good diet and regular exercise are the best defences I have against getting cancer again. I have been on yo-yo diets for more than half my life. Hi Joel, I started on a new diet and excersize program a few months ago, and I’m losing a pound or two a week, but at this rate it will take a long time to get where I want to be. I have lost 20 lbs. so far and I’m starting to get compliments, but I would surely love to lose the rest of the fat and hopefully gain some muscle. Hi, my name is Claude, i am a tennis professional. i’ve always been in great shape but i had a lots of injuries (skiing) the past 4 years (i’m 43now), and i gained 10 lbs, seems like little but i have a very hard time to loose them in the mid section and to see that six pack again.
