I need this program because I need a diet that will work with my body. I am over 50 and I have lost weight a couple of times in my life, only to put some of it back on again (although I’ve never approached my all time high). I’m also looking for a way to remain fit and healthy for the rest of my life. From what I’ve read so far, what you say makes sense. A focused diet with results–that won’t hurt my body–that’s what I’m looking for.

Hey there joel….first of all thank you for giving out this pro gramme it sounds AWESOME!!…….I am 27 years old and weight about 147 pounds ….I have been regular at the gym for the past 8mnths and been following everything in vince del monte’s programme religiously….I also managed to put on decent amount of muscle….But one day when I took a complete body profile at the gym I was SHOCKED!!! to find out I had 30% body fat……And to add insult to the injury the gym nutritionist called me the next day saying I need professional help…..Hoping she was polite enough not to mention that my waist to hip ratio was also out of the recommened range but she did…..All my dreams of having a nice toned body came crashing down on me…… I have been striving hard to achieve a nice toned belly but all the fat sitting on my paunch just refuses to go away….I would be grateful if you pick me for this pro gramme…. thanks have a nice weekend…

Having lost 40kgs through diet, I have struggled ever since by the yo-yo hell of having to eat less and less to maintain my weight. It has been nearly impossible to change my body, and the effects of being inactive for years and the extra kilos mean that I am flabby and a bit ashamed and self conscious that I let it get to this point. This diet plan will be pefect for me right now as im 90% of where i want to be and i have a planned trip to the US which starts June 2nd. I used to weigh around 266 lbs. Then, through diet and exercise, I lost a total of 90 lbs over four years. This sounds great, doesn’t it? The problem is that I became obsessive and even drew myself ill over losing weight. There was a period of time when I didn’t think I was worth anything at all if I couldn’t lose more weight.

It’s been about two years now, and although I am much more healthy on the inside, I have a LOT of work to do on the outside—I regained about 30 lbs! I’ve been trying to get back into the swing of things, but I keep getting stuck–either I am too strict and then give up or I don’t try hard enough. I’m 62, with hormones imbalanced for the last 15+ years, I’ve been told nothing will help me lose weight. Diets won’t work, exercise won’t work. I have nothing to lose by trying this, or should I rephrase that statement?! Maybe they’re all wrong? Thanks for the opportunity!

Hi Joel, my wife and I have 10 kids, 2 of the 3 oldest are in college full time and 7 are still at home. As you can imagine life is full and very busy. I am a building contractor and my wife is a stay at home mom. These days are very demanding and stressful and there never seems to be enough time in the day. I am 47 and used to be in great shape, but over the last 5 years I seem to be falling apart. Last summer I almost drowned trying to beat my sons in a buoy swim at the beach (I used to be a lifeguard in my 20’s) what a wake up call. I recently got back to my old diet/exercise routine, but it’s not working like it used to, in fact, nothing seems to be working and I’m so discouraged. I’m out of shape, overweight and have no energy. Not good for a dad with 7 kids at home. My two youngest are 2 and 1 so I have a long way to go yet and I need help. I found you after buying the “Fat Burning Furnace” program. You guys seem to be on to something and I want to be a part of it.

This program sounds so exciting. I’m a student who has trouble sticking to diet programs for a prolonged time, not because they don’t work, but because they don’t work fast enough and life always gets in the way. I personally do not need the program. I’ve been searching for several years now to find a program for my father… he’s tried numerous other diets, and either experienced no results, or they were so slow, and so painfully achieved, that he couldn’t stick with it for very long. He *needs* to lose weight, and can’t afford any lost muscle. I believe the Xtreme Fat Loss system will work for him because it incorporates hormonal optimization, a subject which I have learned about, but always seemed hopelessly complex to implement. Your system seems to simplify it, judging by the audio interview. I also know that in order for him to stick with a program, he can’t be forced to give up his favorite foods forever, needs rapid results, and needs to be led by the hand, day by day. He refers to this need as the VCR quick set up guide. And, a straight-forward, 5 day cycle that is simply repeated is totally something that he will be able to handle. I think his single biggest problem in the past has been information overload, and feeling lost and intimidated by how much he needs to learn and do. I loved what you said in the audio interview about people just needing to be told what to do. I think fitness, and especially nutrition is definitely one of those things. We can implement the rules without having to learn all of them up front, and learn as we go.

I’m 50 years old. As an MD and expert in endocrinology, metabolism, diabetology and nutrition I have already designed my personal fat loss programm losing from 25 to 16% body fat while improving my BCM within 9 months. Your exciting leptin concept with the cheating day is very appealing to me. I think that fat loss strategy will be a booster to reach my final six pack goal and a single digit fat percent. This would prove that age is no excuse for not having an attractive body… I am always looking for ways to constant and never ending improvement.

Hi Joel! I’ve been working out for more than a year now, i lost about 66 pounds of fat but i’ve hit the point when is getting really hard to burn the remaining fat, with your great advices by e-mail i made great improvement in the last couple of weeks and i’m inspired but i feel sometimes really tired because i workout for a whole hour 5 to 6 days a week so i really need this program to workout for less time and get better results, but without this fully guided program i don’t think i can beat the fear out of me of training for less than an hour. I’m 21 years old and i really want to enjoy my 20’s having the body and health of my dreams. Thank you.

For me the XFLD seems perfect for two reasons. 1.) I am super excited about how scientific its approach is. How you build the workouts and diet every day to get the most out of that day, as opposed to saying go eat some broccoli and lift for five hours. 2) I am very, very excited about seeing results. I’m not afraid of hard work and I’ve done some extreme workout/diets before (just finished Cosgrove’s Warp-speed Diet), but I’m really excited about seeing myself 25 days after I start XFLD. I guess there’s one more thing: And lets be real, the cheat day is AWESOME!

I have tried and looked at a number of different exercise / weight loss programs but to date have not really found one that lays it all out in steps that explain how to combine nutrition and excercise in a way to get the best out of both worlds. Loved the cheat your way thin program, but struggled with combining with the exercise and when / how / whats best ??!! Excited by your preliminary information on this new program and loving the easy breakdown you have provided to date – love to try it – bring it on !!!

As a fitness professional I have had the opportunity to be told how my clients should lose weight from the very best of them, only to have my clients disappointed and me very frustrated. I have been looking for a plan I can easily follow, one that makes sense, and most importantly is centered around real food. I am starting my entire family on a healthy eating and exercise plan, and I want to center it around your product. It took alot of convincing to get the three kids on board but they are commited. This is something we as a family are ready to work on together having your guidance would greatly increase our chance of success. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

I am a 61 year old woman with an extremely messed up metabolism, pre-diabetic, and ready to get my life back. Have tried numerous diets thru the years, walk on the treadmill regularly, and keep yo-yoing. I have done well with my experiences with personal trainers as I need structure to meet goals. I just joined a gym and signed up for 3 sessions with a trainer hoping to have help in setting up work-out sessions. I understand that with this program everything is spelled out so I can follow the program, without having to figure it all out myself. I have lost 50 pounds in the last year with the help of gastric banding (lap band), and have at least 50 more to go but seem to have hit a wall.
So…I need the program for the structure, knowledge, and the hope that it brings. Am super excited.

I’m female, fifty and fat, and it’s time I did something about it. I had a bit of a wake up call last week – went to the doctor and my blood pressure is starting to go up, so if I want to control that without pills, weight loss and lifestyle are the way to go. I think we all know that we “should” do something about our weight, yet we keep stalling because it’s all too hard, all the excuses under the sun, but now it’s time to take charge and admit that I need some help to do it.

I am very excited at the prospect of learning exactly how specific dieting and specific exercising can interact together and accelerate fat loss! I do much better with learning the why and then receiving a specific blueprint to know exactly what to do. I will be 31 in two weeks and the pounds have been multiplying for the last 10+ years. I am being treated for hypothyroidism, but the pounds are still being stubborn. Over the years it has been so frustrating to bust my butt/starve myself and still gain weight. Now that I am on medication, I am hopeful and just need the RIGHT plan which I think I have now found. My husband and I have been trying to start a family and have not had any success. Our deal is that after I lose 20 lbs, we will try again. From what I have read, I think that will do the trick to help with conception! This program sounds like the perfect way. About 3 montha ago, I decided I needed a change in lifestyle. It came to me in the form of a web ad which has led me to your site. In those 3 months i have lost 15 lbs. Most of that, I assume you can assume, happened early on. The first 10 lbs easy…the next 5…ok they went…now….Well, about 10 years ago I hurt my back. I have been incopacitated several times, and hospitalized for a week, once. I have redefined what is pain. Unsurprisingly, it has led to a very sedentary lifestyle. The 15 lbs has made a difference but, I so desire a life that can be free of dayly pain. I believe that your knowledge can help. If you feel that others are in greater need, by all means…give this to them. I will find a way. Thank you you for the time and information that you have given already.

I desparately need this program. I am 56 years old, the mother of 5 and I am 50 pounds overweight for my body frame size. I am not looking to win any beauty contests, I just want to get healthy again. I have tried a rainbow of diets and exercise programs. Some have worked, for a short time but then the weight just comes back on, with a vengence. In the next 6 months I have a son graduating from high school, another son getting married and my only daughter is going to have our first grandchild. Joel, I have bounced up and down the diet scale for years. I’ve been told my thyroid levels are just “messed up”, and that it’s OK for me to “give up”. But I don’t DO “giving up”. And I am no longer willing to beat my self into an exhausted pulp to get weight off. This body was designed to work properly, and I really believe that your system would help re-train my body to function properly and effectively through timely diet and exercise.
