My husband has been getting the updates from you regarding your Extreme Fatloss diet and he has forwarded this contest to me. I have been struggling with my weight since 2005…since trying to have a child. We were blessed with one beautiful little girl in 2007 after two surgeries and several rounds of fertility medication. We’ve been wanting to have another one to complete our family and give our daughter a sibling, to no avail. I’ve been on various fertility medications, both oral and injections. We’ve tried insemination and just recently IVF for the first time. I have had two miscarriages during this process as well. The hormonal medication and stress of this entire process has made me gain weight and no matter how hard I want to lose the weight, I get sucked back into the emotional issues that surround our situation. My husband, who is an avid weight lifter, has told me all about your program and he 100% feels it is the right thing for me to get on track to losing the 30 pounds I need to feel healthy again. Thank you for all of the information you’ve posted so far. I am 5’4″, 145lbs mother of 3 and although I fit in a size 8, my BMI says I am just about overweight. All of my weight is in my belly, hips, thighs, bum. I don’t need to lose more weight, I need to lose the fat. The pregnancy, “just in case there is a famine while I’m prego” fat. I don’t know if this program would help with that, but I’d be darn willing to try.

I have a three and four year old with my husband and five step children. For the past 9 years since I met my husband my life has consisted of work, school (I finished my MBA) and taking care of children. Two years ago, my father passed away in a traffic accident. At that point, I lost 15 pounds because I basically couldn’t eat. When I finally was able to start enjoying food again, I gained 20 + pounds back. In January, I decided I was done with buying bigger clothes to fit my ever growing body. Since then my progress has been slow, losing 10 pounds so far. Poundswise I am only about 10 pounds overweight, however if I were not to gain any muscle I would need to lose about 20 pounds. Last week I started the extreme fat lost food portion of the diet and am looking forward to learning more (today is my second fast day and I am starving!). I REALLY want to feel good again in my clothes and would love to where a bikini when going to the beach this summer with my kids!

A year ago I had a triple bypass. At the time I weighed almost 315 lbs & was very sedentary. After I got out of the hospital I changed my life and I started to carefully watch my diet and began to exercise. I lifted weights and mixed up some long slow cardio with some high intensity cardio. I got down to 262 and I felt wonderful! Then my doctor put me on statins. I began suffering from extreme muscle pain. The longer I was on statins, the more I hurt and my exercise program began to really suffer. Add in some work related travel & the next thing I know my weight is back up to 300 lbs. This has really upset me as i was determined not to be the typical yo-yo dieter.

I have quit the statins, and my muscle pain has greatly subsided, so I’m ready to work. But I NEED this program to get me jump-started on an effective program that will show me exactly how to both build muscle and lose fat — FAST! And I NEED some fast results to recapture my motivation.

I really believe in the concept of the “Cheat Day.” I stumbled upon the benefits of cheating last summer when I noticed that the occasional cheat seemed to accelerate my training and surprisingly didn’t slow my weight loss. After listening to you, I now understand why. But I have never tried fasting before. So I NEED your program because I NEED your experience. I see no need to try to reinvent the wheel when you have years of experience on how to maximize the benefits of your program. You can tell me EXACTLY what I NEED to do. And I recognize that I NEED this direction.

I have struggled with anorexia for over half my life. I have starved myself and exercised to stay very thin. I am much better now and am at a healthy weight but am on a medication thats making me gain weight rapidly. I have to be careful about what I eat. I am also very tired from the medication so I have a difficult time exercising anymore. My body doesn’t look good from so many years of yo-yo dieting and starvation. I don’t have good muscle tone which is something I really want. I started the diet solution from Isabel De Los Rios in hopes of being healthier, feeling better and keeping the extra pounds off. She is the one who recommended this program and I trust her. It sounds like just the thing I need in my life right now. I hope I can win this program and start getting the body I want and hopefully the energy I really need. Well lets see here, I’m 38 and it seems to get harder and harder to loose that last bit of fat. Everything I try just does’nt seem to do. And the most horrifying thing is that I’ve lost MUSCLE trying to reach that goal. And muscle is to hard to come by to loose. Not sure where to go from here. HELLLLP!!!! : ) I really need this.

I am excited for this program because I have been doing low carb for many years and I am not a big cheater. I am looking forward to getting to have CHEAT days!! I am 44 years old whose only current health issue is the struggle to obtain and maintaining a height-weight proportion. Starting in high school, I have been active in the gym pursuing power lifting, body building and body toning. Recently I turned to a new hobby of belly dance but need to trim down to feel successful as a dancer. That means dropping 50 pounds. However as I mature, I find the same techniques I used in youth no longer work. I have been through the typical scenario of fads and programs which typically end in short term success and long term failure. I am a registered nurse and work with a team of clinical researchers. I will most definitely apply the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet to my daily routine with great anticipation of success and speedy results!

I have lost hundreds of pounds on my diet. Seriously. Unfortunately I’ve gained many of them back again over the years. I’ve dieted down and sent my fat away, only to realize later that it was merely on vacation, and it came back.

I really need to send my fat on a one-way trip someplace else.

As a fat kid in highschool, I dieted down in college, but since then, every year a little more of that weight seems to creep back. I celebrated my 50th birthday on April 10th, and really need a diet and plan that I can stick to in order to keep me healthy, and attractive, in the second half of my life. I hope you’ll pick me as a representative of those guys who really want to look better for their spouses and themselves, who really want to get healthier and lose fat, but need help to do it.

After battling and being consumed with infertility for the last two years, my diet and exercise regime completely fell apart. I lost perspective and self-esteem along the way and the only things that I have gained are 15 lbs and three inches on my waistline. I used to take pride in eating healthily and being physically active for the majority of my adult life. This ordeal had consumed all of my energy and I have been neglecting both my physical and mental well-being for far too long. I am now more ready than ever to move on and start a new chapter in my life. Unfortunately, the vicious circle continues as my weight keeps creeping up and I am at a loss to get my fitness level back on track. @Rev Geri Calderone – Been out of work for over a month and job prospects have been terrible. No body responds to my resume. I recently was diagnosed with Diabetes, High Blood Pressure and Choletsrol. In the past three years I have lost my business, my house and my spouse. Unemployment has rejected my claim and I am fighting it. By the 8th of May I will have used up all my cash that I had. I am 40 lbs over weight and need help, From what I havew read, the plan looks like it will work for me but i cannot afford to buy it. I hope to win the program and get my life back on track before it is way to late.

I am 60, and about 200 lb – not quite my worst weight, but wearing my largest set of clothes. Over the years I must have lost over 600 lb, but only twice did I ever get to a presentable weight. And of course didn’t stay there. I am unemployed at the moment, so have the time to try to turn my life around, and everything I have read about your program makes sense. Because my husband has stage 4 cancer, we have completely modified our diet – no meat, no dairy, no processed food, and organic where possible. I feel better BUT haven’t lost any weight. I still have cravings for “unhealthy” food, (emotional) and am having trouble with that first hurdle of “getting started” again, even though the motive now is health rather than “beauty”. We can’t have ME being ill – all my strength may be needed. Your program would be just the shot in the arm I need.

I live in Sydney & if you give it to me for free, i’ll let everyone know about it over here how about that!!! This program sounds like the bomb! After reading all your reports & listening to the calls it makes alot of sense. I’m confused! So many programs in the last few months: DaxMoy’s, Roman’s, Craig’s, Dr. K’s….I even have YOUR custom eating plan. I have followed programs precisely with minor results, nothing close to 25 in 25. (Leptin perhaps?)
They have many similarities, but also opposing details=confusion!
You told me pick one, stick with it.
Great advice, but ..…but…..…was too befuddled…..

Pathetically, all I’ve done is wasted time and with the stress and confusion I’ve gained more weight! Talk about desperation! (48/165lb/5’1”)

After reading your first email, I was hooked. I have always struggled with the nutrition part of staying lean. I’m 27 years old and have never seen my abs. I love to work out and I feel like I have tried everything. I try to eat right but it seems like nothing works. I would love to try this program because I think it has everything incorporated into it. I never really thought about the synergistic part of working out and eating right. It makes sense. I need help. I just turned 60 and have always been overweight. I have tried diets before but nothing seemed to work. I have now been determined to loose some or all of that weight and started to watch what I eat and working out at least 3 times a week. I have been counting calories to make sure I have the calorie deficit, but know what, the weight will just not come off. I lost a bit and started to feel good, but now its like Ground Hog Day. Every day I am the same weight and I feel I am working my butt off. I feel like giving up.

I´m a teenager from 15 years old and I live in the Netherlands. I am not overweight, but I´d love to have that beach body everyone wants. It´s just so hard to drop of the last few pounds. If I would get your program, I´ll know how real fat loss works and I´ll possess that knowledge for the rest of my life. Also, I can teach the knowledge to friends of mine who are also dieting. Please help me and teach me how real fat loss works so I won´t make mistakes in dieting for the rest of my life. This program would be perfect for me because at this point in my life, 32, I have aquired the type of discipline that it takes to follow it to the letter. I am driven and simply will not quit until I have attained my goal body fat %. There is no stopping me. I will be one of the guys giving my future testimony on your site with my before and after pictures. I’ve been into natural body building since I was 15 and am ready and hungry for this!!

This comment is probably a little out of the norm from what you typically receive but I think every bit as valid in regards to your program none the less. I’m 56 years old and maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle has never been a struggle for me. It’s a commitment I made back in my youth. What has been a struggle is gaining lean muscle. I’m lean and toned but I would love to improve on that as well as add an additional 10 pounds of lean muscle. My research would suggest that the right diet program in combination with the right workout program (I own your brother John’s program) is the key to achieving the desired result. I know that you and John have worked closely together in developing your individual programs for diet and exercise and I can think of no better combining potential for ultimately achieving a life long goal.
