Here goes again, I’m going to get right to the point. I’m 44 with bad knees, gallbladder and now thyroid. For 6 months I have been busting my butt…with exercise and watching EVERYTHING I eat. In 2 months I will see my first love for the 1st time in 24 years. I want/need to look good naked!!! I am sick and tired of feeling tired, having no energy, not being able to jump very high, run very far, etc. I’ve lost 40 lbs but I am still carrying an extra 60 lbs that I would really love to lose.
I’m 43 years old, a mother of 3 (26, 24, 15) beautiful girls and grandmother to 2 (10 year old grandson and 1 year old granddaughter). I am back to my bellydancing and I am performing again on stage and private engagements.
I really need to get back in shape for my health, to feel more attractive, gain self confidence, so I can play with my girls and grandkids, more energy but most important for myself. I want to feel like myself again and love the woman I see in the mirror.
I have tried low carb, no carb, carb cycling. I know what works for my body now but I still need help planning the nutrition and the fitness. I know it’s a trial and error but I desperately need the guidance.
I also would like to meet my goal of being my fittest and best for my upcoming performances (3) at one of the biggest conventions for bellydance and fitness being held in Miami this September. I danced last year and was requested to dance again this year. I am also being asked to compete in the dance competition so obviously I really need to be in shape! Please help and I hope to be one of your next successes.
For the past 4 years I have had the same new year resolution: “get a six pack”. In the past i would quit before the end of january. This year things are quite different. Now, I have been inspired by motivated and learned coaches and I am decided to reach this goal. Winter was harder than ever this year in my host country. Coming from a warmer caribbean climate it was hard for me to adapt, but with my goal in mind I still went running to a forest near my house, and performed my special routine of 100 pullups, 100 parallel dips and 100 pushups. I feel positive and ready to follow my coaches’ advice. Hopefully I will be returning this July healthier and stronger than ever and spotting my six pack with the help of this program.

After tuning into your last 6 updates I have decided that if I take the initiative to finally blast fat off my body with the help of your program I will be able to lose weight, and get the ambition and body back that I had when I was playing competitive hockey. I am 25 years old and I injured my knee 2 years ago and since then I have gained 40 lbs and am in the worst shape of my life, it is embarassing after being in good shape and physically active my whole life. I would love to get back on the ice and play hockey competitively again but lame excused and a lack of self drive have kept me from doing something that I truely love. With the design of your program and the will to succeed I think this is exactly what I need to get me on the right track of getting back out there and active. “You look like my uncle” – How would you feel if your wife gives you this comment? Depressed? Demotivated? Frustrated? I felt the same way but I took this as a challenge and decided to look younger than my wife. I made some decent progress but then I hit the roadblock due to the following reasons:
1) Lack of knowledge of science behind it.
2) exercise and diet routine of 12-18 weeks with slow progress
3) staying away from the food I love for a long time
4) strategic approach to lose fat
I want to undergio transformation within a short timeframe so that I can be my 2 year old’s “daddy cool”. I want to hear from my daughter 15 years from now when she looks at our photo’s, “dad you were really very handsome and still are”.
When i came to know about this extreme fat loss program, I was excited as this addresses all my concerns. I can leverage input from years of research done by you, strategically approach the program, get good return on investment (time), eat my favourite food once in every 5 days and educate myself on science behind this. What else do I need?
If I can achieve result within 25 days, I can convince/influence people around me who are fat, obese and sick of their growing belly fat.

10 years ago I was a certified personal trainer, and then life took me in a different direction. I am still fairly fit and passionate about fitness and known around my office as the “health queen,” but I spend 8 hours a day behind my desk instead of doing what I really love–teaching people how to be strong and lean. Going through all your informed e-mails has been catching. When I first read 5 Sneaky Tricks … I yelled YES!! finally put together!!!! I’m 42yrs/ 5.5 always on the run needing to be in better shape, bulging out where not wanting. I’ve always known that it’s not what you eat, it’s how you eat it but I’m not an expert in the field so I lack. My definition for Diet: a brief period of starvation followed by a gain of double the pounds you have lost. I’ve accomplished weight lost, love to work out but when the cheese cake went in the pants didn’t slide up then it was- OK NANCY YOU HAD TO HAVE THAT CHEESE CAKE!! All I’ve ever asked for on a Plan is – what/when to eat, don’t send me only to the produce department, I don’t want to starve either can I have a biscuit!, is it 1 or 2 pushups and please be a somebody I can trust. My goal is to finally get it right and prove it to others. Toto and I have been on this Yellow Brick Road waiting on Scarecrow, Tin Man or Cowardly Lion to direct me. Just need the right Map my GPS is worn-out with all these (Diets) detours, I’m plump again. Looking forward on looking HOT when I get to the Wizard and share my biscuit LOL

5 years ago, I lost 72 pounds using Atkins, meat and yogurt only, fasting, you name it and of course became sick. Since then I’ve regained half of it and still continue to do so even if I try not too. And the last couple of months I have to say that I had lost hope and was even trying to convince myself that being fatter won’t be that bad, that I’ll be happier and more free. But reading your recent newsletter about this program has brought back some hope that I still have the strength to do it if I have the right program. Your program seems simple yet effective and will bring me to places I never been before healthwise but most importantly will allow me to LIVE. This part is the most important, I need to stay sane!! I need help and you and your team seem to be the ones I need.

I am 51 years and a former competitive body builder. After a full shoulder replacement in ’08 my days at the gym and on stage are over. I am 6’6″ and thanks to the information garnered from your free downloads I have gone from 250@20% body fat to 220@10% since March 1st. I would love to see what could happen if I was actually doing it properly. My new shoulder limits my ability to work out with anything heavier than a 6# dumbell if I want to keep it in tact, however I have achieved AMAZING results working out with what I imagine is the right thing to do, following your 3 days a week/20 minute intence workouts. If you don’t think I can get intence in 20 minutes with 6# dumbells, you need to give me 20 minutes! I would love some nutritional timing advice and think your program would definatly help. We used to figure this stuff out and share with each other back in the days, I would appreciate your concideration.

i am currently studying towards my qualification in personal training. i know a lot about the bulking up side of the story and vinces program has helped me increase my knowledge and put it into practice. Trouble is ive never had to slim down as yet so once i have bulked up enough im desperatly going to need this program to lose every last ounce of fat. im hoping to gain so much knowledge from my own bulking up/cutting fat process that i can use this with clients to help transform their bodies and of course their lives.
I would like to start this programme for quite a few reasons- firstly because I got married last year and have put on about 21 pounds which is obviously not very good for my self-esteem or my mind at the moment. More importantly, my mother passed away 3 weeks before my wedding day from a massive heart attack, which has been terrifying to say the least. I feel i really need to start looking after myself and control my weight gain as I don’t want to risk having health problems in future and want to start feeling good about myself again. I feel I have reached a milestone in my life and want to make the right kind of changes that will turn my life around. Hi Joel, I have always been into sport, usually different martial arts and in the last few years bodybuilding. Whilst I have gained a bit of muscle I am stuck with my ever expanding belly, even after doing MMA training after the gym. I would love to try your X-treme weight loss kit, lose my belly, keep most of the muscle I have gained and hopefully see my abs for the summer. Which would be a minor miracle for a forty year old with the mindset of a twenty year old.

After having some great success with getting into shape and shedding a tone of body fat I hit an absolute wall in my body and fitness goals…. I found out that I had some lumps in the surrounding tissue on my chest that had to be removed. After having to have to go through a major surgical operation to have these lumps removed I developed a bleed on my left side and as a resuly was left with a huge blood clot which has taken months to start hitting normal levels again.
To my devestation I went from 13% body fat to 28% Body fat in the 4 months that I wasn’t able to train or stick to a proper nutrition plan. It’s hit me pretty hard and not only am I starting at step 1 I’m having to start at step – 5. I would seriously love to not have to live through this embarassing stage of my life for as little time as possible.
I respect your decision Joel and will do my best to not let this setback destroy my psychology either way. Thanks for your time and best wishes to the people who are lucky enough to get hold of your programme!

I am having a bit of a problem losing weight like I used to be able to. At 50, I find that I have to work harder with sub-optimal results. Admittedly I don’t do all that I can, but I think it’s because I really don’t know how! Your program sounds not only quick, but very doable. I am sooo tired of being the “before” picture of the before and after comparisons. I seem to always have that last 10 pounds to loose, and am obviously going about it the wrong way! From your six updates I have learned that I am going about this the wrong way. That there is science and research to prove that there is an effective way to become that “after” picture! I’m turning 40 this year, a mother of two boys, work full time and would love to finally become acquainted with lean muscle and maybe just maybe some abs!

I’ve enjoyed using Cheat your way thin, to maintain a good healthy weight all year round, but now I wanna step it up and get on stage lookin like Roman! Extreme fat loss is what I need so I can get ready for my show in 25 days! I’ve tried many different methods of getting ready for previous shows, but the results have been mediocre and the diets were very, very restrictive… to the point of making me super-irritable and snappy all the time (worse as the diet progresses). I have been researching diet programs for several months. Your program is unlike any other program I’ve seen. It seems very sound in science and practical application. Like several of your test subjects, I don’t have much weight to lose, but I have never been able to ANY lose weight on ANY diet. I am unhappy with my body composition and am looking for a permanant solution. Your tips were very insightful and I am greatly looking forward to more to come. I NEED this program because yours is the first to actually make common sense. I’m a 45 yr-old man, 30 lbs overweight, and my wife has always tried to put me on a diet. I finally caved in and joined Weight Watchers last month and lost only 4lbs. Starving myself is not the answer. Neither is counting points. Thanks for this program. I was an in shape college basketball player at age 21. I was 5’8″ and weighed 155 lbs. I then took a job as a teacher and coach, and still used basketball to stay in shape. About 17 years ago, I tore my ACL and stopped playing competitive basketball. I went from 175 to my present weight of 240 over the ensuing years and now am on blood pressure and cholesterol medications. I am retiring from teaching this June, and would like to get in shape to enjoy my retirement. I also am crazy enough to want to try and play basketball again at age 55.
