I’m not very patient person and when something does not show results fast I lose interest. Including diets and fitness programs. Your program sounds exactly what I need. I have been struggling with my weight for a long time, I had success few years ago with prescription drugs but when I stopped using them (my heartbeat went up) then all the weight came back and some more. I really hope to use your program to reach my goals to be healthier and fitter.

Joel, quite simply I need the information because I am turning in to a FB (fat bastard). I was always in to mixing up bodybuilding and power lifting, but was diagnosed with MS about 8 years ago. Heavy lifting is a thing of the past, but I still eat like I did and need to change that. Currently I am 250 at 5’5 and do not carry it as well as I once did. The weight is most likely not helping my mobility issues with MS either. Basically I could use the information to help me stay mobile. I do get most of my info from you Jon and Vince these days as you guys are more about looking good and staying healthy than lifting heavy. I do like a lot of Elliot’s stuff also, but a lot of the heavy lifting is a little beyond me now, but he is truly inspirational. Thanks for your time. Brian
i’d simply like to take better control of my health. i’d like to get back the energy level i used to have, and feel like i’m taking care of myself. i know if i do this i’ll be able to influence the people around me to do so as well. i like the way this system focuses on not just exercise, but diet as well. thanks for the chance to win.

I have been fighting weight gain since I was young and am still around 50-60 lbs overweight. I have tried everything but hormone injections and would really like to avoid them.
I have been working towards this for years now, and have reduced by nearly half of what I had gained in having my child.
I also would like to be able to have some benefit for my child that is already struggling with this and will probably face the same things her entire life.

I am so intrigued by your program! I just really would like to try it.. now let me tell you why I need one of the 20 free copies! My husband and I both had Gastric Bypass within the last 6 years… initially we were extreemly successful with it… we both lost a ton – I lost 130 pounds, he lost 300… the amounts we lost alone is a whole person! Anyway… the problem was that we lost all muscle mass as well as fat, and then we have not been able to maintain the loss since then. We are slowly putting the weight back on, and while we are still not as big as we once were, we are not healthy and really would like to learn a healthy way to live that we will be able to maintain and also pass on to our children so they will not have to go through the hard times that we have. I am 52 years old and 45 pounds heavier than I was in High School. I had a triple bypass in August of last year and ruptured my patella tendon on a fall on the ice Christmas Eve. I need to loss a bunch of this extra weight and return to being able to exercise and gain strength back from the surgeries. Your program sounds like it would be great for me. If it is, I have a lot of family and friends to proclaim the merits of the program to. The loss of the weight will keep me healthy and raise my energy level.

I would win one because it is the perfect way for me to discover your entire program and I because I really enjoyed and I have read it your “posts” and listen the audios very carefully even if, sometimes, I have to listen more than one time (because I’m not American and then to be sure to understand right I prefered to listen a second time) all the informations you shared until then.
On one hand It will be the best and the fatest way for me to be in the better shape of my life for the profession of faith of my Niece, (June 13th) and on the other hand to learn, apply all what I don’t know about fatloss, have the results I expect and to become the role model I always wanted (because I’m fitness instructor ready to get a step higher) and then have the body who proves that I do what I preach !!!! I tried several programs, but I don’t lose all the bodyfat I needed to see more abs definitions and legs definitions…..

This program is perfect for me because I have never known how to live a healthy lifestyle. I have been overweight most of my life despite the fact that I frequently workout. I am overweight, uncomfortable in my own skin, limited financially, and yet so very anxious to change my life permenently. Thank you for this opportunity to have a chance at winning. My problem lies in what I don’t have. I have lost 60 percent of my pancrease many years ago. I am now diebetic and ever since then I have struggled to understand how my body works so that I can stop the constant weight gain that I get. My metabilisime doesn’t seem to get out of first gear. I gain weight very fast and very easily. I have been fasinated at how much research you have done. If anyone could understand my problem I would bet you could.

First of all I´ll like you to know that english is not my first language, so if you find any error in my writing please excuse me. Well, this program would help me a lot, I already tried everything and I haven’t got success. I eat healthy food as much as I can, I exercise myself 4-5 days a week and I haven’t got the results I want. Most people around me keep telling me that it is because of the body type I have, but I know that it doesn’t matter because if I work even harder I would get it! I think that with the proper program I will be where I always wanted and I will find the way to make my body feels good! I also want to demonstrate myself (and also the other people) that I can get my goal no matter what!

I am very fit, 41, & training with kettlebells for 3 years. I have a healthy body fat %, a good amount of muscle and I consider myself lean. Some might wonder why I’m entering this contest.
Well, I’m not as lean as I would like, especially given the type of exercise I do. I’d like to have results like Flavia’s; lose some stubborn fat and get more cut. I think it’s very achievable, provided I have the right system to follow. I’ve tried everything I know and I just can’t get there on my own.
I have Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome which caused me to gain 40 lbs in my late 20’s. I lost it on my own and I’ve successfully maintained that for 9 years. But PCOS makes it very difficult to stay lean because of hormonal imbalances and insulin resistance. I struggle every day to maintain my weight; I have no idea how to lose body fat also! I’ve seen countless doctors, both natural and traditional, as well as a nutrition therapist. Because I’m able to stay lean, they all look at me like I’ve got 2 heads and think that I have negative self image issues.
But plain and simple, I want to look how I want to look. No one can take that away from me or make me feel inadequate for it, and I deserve to achieve it. That IS what I want and I’m hoping you choose me so I can achieve it.
OK, the fact is, I am trying everything and getting “some” results. But even after trying to implement the EODD, some really awesome workouts using intense interval training and supplements, I am just not “there”. I want to do this for myself, but I also have some relatives that I am trying to help get healthy to. We have been working out together 3 times a week. I would love to be able to get rid of the remainder of my body fat and be lean and mean before my 48th Bday in October. Then my workout buddies (who are all younger) will have hope, and I will have achieved VICTORY for myself!! What a great present to me! :)

I´m participating in Vince DelMontes MYM and he gave us the frame work of Your program on the coaching call last week. With that info I started trying out XFLD this Monday and already my waist measurement has gone from 78.5cm to 77cm. I started at 9.2% bodyfat and will have the next caliper measurement tomorrow expecting at least 1-1.5% lower!
This makes me pretty curious about “the real thing” directly from the source (and that just happens to be You).
I got my “before picture” and will have some “between” and “after”!
What about “trading” a free copy for some nice photos and a testimonial – this really seems to work even better then I expected from the scientific back ground;-)

Hello. I am very excited to learn your new system! At 45 yrs of age, i have already commited to exercise and healthy living for 20 yrs. Unfortunately, age is wreaking havoc with my metabolism and fat loss seems near impossible!
My weight… ( realisitically 10-15 over ideal) has become a daily obsession which I know is not healthy for my self esteem and personal relationships. Oh the stories I could tell, the first one being that after being bulimic many years ago I gained alot of weight and have tried everything, currently hypnosis to get the weight of my life off of my body and move forward to who I know I am and where I want to be. Life is full of struggles for us all, and I think this program would be the perfect combination of nutrition, weight training and motivation to finally succeed at what is so important to me, for health and peace of mind.

I’ve tried, tried and tried to keep off the weight. I know good nutrition and how to work out. I cannot do this consistently! I need your science and motivation. The cheat day is all about the mind too. I love the way you discuss hormones! Totally the name of the game. My parents have been ill and the economy has got me down the last two years. Hence, the weight gain and lack of consistent exercise and diet.
I’m opening a 24/7 gym this summer and I need to represent my product and tell everyone about your program!!!
I have been looking for a program that I can follow, not only to lose weight, but to get in better shape and better health. A diet is a hard thing to do. A change in lifestyle with some sound education and tried and true results are a better way to go. I am looking to improve myself and share the information with my family to get healthy and learn how to stay that way together. My husband really needs it too, because he has more problems than I do.
