I think I can win this because I have the heart of a lion. I have been in the gym for less than a year and I can tell that I have seen great changes in my body and consequently in my life. I have incorporated a very healthy life style not only because of the gym, but because of a internal need of change prior to the gym stage in my life. That sounds beautiful but recently I have been in a debacle with my self about needing something more extreme, and anytime I think about that internal need, it comes to my mind your synergy theory, something new for me, because I am addicted to the feeling of pushing myself. I have to say that I am really interested in giving your program a hard try.

I’ve tried twice and the comment has been rejected both times. Maybe this is a test to see how much we really want this program but I won’t give up. This is probably my last chance to try and have a normal life. I have been fighting this battle with my weight for over 35 years and am losing my drive, it is so hard to keep trying diets and systems that just don’t work, it is mentally exhausting. Hey Joel – gonna be straight with you. I turn 50 in August and I want to be smokin’ hot by then. Been trying for quite some time to shed the last 10 lbs of fat but not having a lot of luck. I have purchased about every program out there and just cannot afford to get anymore. I am a group fitness instructor so getting enough workouts in is not a problem. For the past couple of months I’ve been reading up on dieting and fitness, because I’ve been trying to get in shape for a couple of reasons. The main one is for my wedding, which is only 5 weeks away! And secondly because I have a lower back problem, so I didn’t want to carry around unnecessary weight. I’ve been pretty successful so far, I’ve lost about 20 lbs. However, I still need to lose another 10 to reach my goal. I’ve modified my eating habits and have implemented several different fitness programs. I have managed to drop 25 pounds and I have 20 more pounds to lose. The XFLD program is perfect for me since the plan claims I can lose up to 25 pounds in 25 days.

My father is from overseas and moved to America prior to my birth. I have never met his sister or brother and their families. I am finally going to get to go overseas with my father in August and meet them for the first time at age 34. I look forward to using your XFLD program to lose my last 20 pounds so I can make a good first impression and to also be in the best physical shape possible to enjoy our vacation, which will include lots of swimming, hiking and exploring my father’s hometown. I have loved getting your tips on fast weight loss. The report with the 5 sneaky tips on super fast weight loss have totally peaked my interest because you share things I had not heard before. I have been doing a lot of things wrong (like fasting) and I want to correct this by knowing exactly how to keep my body in the fat burning zone with the combination of the right food with the right exercises. Your approach sounds much more enjoyable than denying myself of food. I would love to have ALL of your knowledge to get the middle age spread off (I’m 57) and keep my metabolism fired up for life!

In the past year I have almost completely rebuilt myself physically and emotionally. I lost about 60 lbs and I am in the best physical shape I have been since my high school cheerleading days (1970’s – and please don’t do any calculations). The BEST result of my changes was the fact that ALL the people in my office are trying to do the same. I have become an unofficial diet and exercise coach to about 90 people. Now, I know I am not an expert so I read and research and do everything I can to improve my routine and help other with theirs. I would truly love to introduce your program to these people by being their role model AGAIN.

BUT….Have plateued at 10st 8lb and need something to kick start the weight loss again to finally get me down to 9st and i want to do it before my holiday in June(i have never looked good in a bikini and want this time to be different)

I’ve downloaded your Lose 25lbs in 25 days audio file and listen to it in the car while I am in traffic and the more I listened the more AHA moments I have. I’ve been in and out of gyms – not much progress due to work commitments, but this year, I become selfish and dedicated to my, physical, mental and educational improvement. In the past, I have given to others until I am an emotional wreck. I am now told I am selfish, when I say I have to go walk or give me five minutes while I eat my snack or meal. But when I look in the mirror I can at the moment more so feel a difference in my clothing At 44 I am determined that to be healthy. I feel good when I get up in the morning and face my high demand job. I want this for me so bad, I can taste, smell and feel it! I want to look in my mirror and not cringe. Since January 2010, I have taken the time to plan my meals and to pre-prepare them ahead of time and this works for me. With my bonus this year, I purchased a treadmill, so that I can walk at home if I leave the office late at night. When I first saw your email I decided to investigate all that you said and I intend to purchase a copy of your system on May 4, 2010 as a gift to my continued self-improvement.

I’m a personal trainer, and I’ve been looking into new and improved fat loss programs. I’ve read a lot of different programs, most of which are unhealthy, unsafe or plain don’t work. I read the pdf that you put out and was very intrigued with it. I’ve put into practice what i’ve learned so far but really want to read the whole program. You got me hooked! I read and take in all your advice and tips to fat loss in the E-mails I get but it just isn’t enough for me I’ve been struggling with my weight a lot recently and I think by giving me the opportunity to learn new techniques and exercises that lead to weight loss will benefit me greatly. I also enjoy reading the things you have to say because I find them all interesting and most the things I read I share with my friends and family so they can be successful with their weight loss too. I think that I should be chosen for this contest because I’ve been trying really hard my whole life, I’m a very active kid yet Im over weight and my sister, mom and I are all trying to lose weight so not only would you be helping me by giving me this program but you would be helping my Mother and Sister too!!

This program is perfect for me as I will be 47 years old in June and I want to be in the best shape of my life. I still have the last few pounds of fat to go and could get their with the help of the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet System. I have been working out steady, changed my eating habits totally, eliminated sugar from my diet and finally in May I will be eliminating the cream in my coffee. I have learned in the past few months I can do anything I set my mind to. By eliminating sugar and changing my eating habits (as well as working out) I was able to lose 7lbs last month and only have a few more pounds of fat to go. I have been reading all the wonderful free content you have been sending and have actually implemented some of the ideas. As a matter of fact I have also motivated my husband to change his eating habits (otherwise he’d starve) and get back to the weights & rowing .I know I will make you proud Joel!

I have been active and eating clean, well so I was thinking, and I am always staying at the same weight no matter what I do, ( I need to lose 20 pounds of fat), I used to be able to lose the weight but now I am stuck, so I think that I need all the help I can get from someone, that gives me the straight facts and no lies, I want to free myself from the fat that makes me miserable, I want to understand what to do, once and for all. I can do the work; I just need explanations on the how, the when and the why. Sick of being spin around in circles. I can’t wait to get it.

I have tried so many diets and lost weight in the past only to stop losing and give up. I reallyl ike food and so I want a diet that lets me eat good food and live a reasonable life. I recently started weighttraining and I was amazed at how muich fitter I felt and looked so fast. It made a big difference on my skiing holiday too! Now I want to really lose some weight and get fit – I really need to!

Joel, In January 25, 2010 I got on a high protein diet and started to go to the gym and worked out 5 days a week early in the morning I have done well dropping 2 pant sizes down, I still have at least a good 25 to 30 pounds to lose and I can shake it off for the life of me, I have tried changing my routine workouts hoping that I didn’t reach that plateau but I think that’s exactly where im at right now, I still workout extremely hard everyday while I’m still motivated and in a good frame of mine but it’s just so hard to keep that up week after week… I really look forward to trying your system, I really think that this is what’s going to get me over that hump.

This is the program I need, I only have 25 lbs to lose but I can’t get the last fat gone. I have lost 100 lbs already with my own healthy program but I can’t reach my ideal weight of 200 lbs. Joel, I’m 47, and ever since I hit my forties weight has been finding its way to stay on. I’ve tryed other diets nothing really works, lost 5 just to see 7 pounds come back, UGG frustrating… I have been using DSP for about a month now, could use more help. I have about 25lbs to lose, so when I saw lose 25 in 25 my blood got pumping and I can hardly wait to see the old me again.

Because I need to be XTREME! (just kidding– not really) I’ve been living the fat kid’s dream life for the last 4 years, pretty much eating everything unhealthy I could get my hands on: Fast food, burgers, pizza, pizza burgers (I think you get the point). Most eating was because I had a job that I was working in an office for about 95+hours a week so… I decided it was a time for a change. To boot on top of all that fat and stress, I smoked a pack of cigarettes a day (not the breakfast of champions). Since January 1st 2010, I have quit my job (don’t worry I found a new one, less stress), quit smoking cold turkey, and have lost just about 40lbs. Now the normal person would be pleased… but just like you, Vince and John, I am not normal… I am XTREME! I have gotten down to 10% body fat and I’ve totally hit a plateau. Seems like the harder I work the farther away I seem to get. My diet is very strict, but there’s just something missing. I know right now I’m smashing my head against a wall, it’s like trying to drive across country without a directions. That’s why it would be awesome to get the “Joel Marion GPS” installed into my fat burning vehicle. You, Vince, and John are all an inspiration. I have a wedding to go to in less than 2 months, which my ex-girlfriend will be attending. A large portion of the time will be spent outdoors and I would really like to show her what she’s missing out on. I’ve gotten down to about 12% BF, but need to cut those final pounds off if I want to impress anyone. I’ve followed “Cheat to Lose” and think that the inclusion of the pre-cheat day glycogen-depleting workouts and fast days can take me to where I need to be. Best of luck with your new program!

The reason why this program is perfect for me is because I’ve recovering from an illness. I have had a mental illness last year and I’ve been trying to recover from this mentally, physically and emotionally. Everybody has though that since I’ve gained 50+ lbs that I’ll never lose the weight. Its hard trying to lose weight when, the medication I have caused me to gain the weight. All my doctors told me that i’ll take time for my weight to go down. I need this program because I have been plateauing the past 4 weeks or even going up in weight again despite all my effort in nutrition and weight training – I need help finding the right balance between both, knowing when to eat what kind of food and when to exercise on what rhythm.

From weighing 5 pounds at birth, to 280 pounds (at 5’ 8”) in my mid-twenties my weight has been a constant issue in my life. Through years of effort, education and application I now sit at around 170, but I’m not where I want to be. I’ve come a long way, but I still deeply desire to make the final push to the point where I can say I’m proud of the body I have made for myself.
