Hi Joel,
As everyone else has stated the program looks great. I have been struggling with my weight loss for the last little while due to no time and constantly busy with work. I am looking for something that can help me adjust and focus on something while I continue to try to settle in with my move to Turkey.
I believe that something like this can help me find a bit of home in a foreign land and really bring me back to a good central focus. I am not one to jump on fads or diets, but have followed along with Craig B’s TT workouts in the past and think that this program can help push me further along.
My wife is also excited about trying this program as recently we had our first child and she is looking for a way to lose the extra weight that came with the pregnancy.
What I really like the program is the efficiency mentality of it however. The thought of maximizing the loss while at the same time taking the least amount of time. It seems to be the best plan for someone living in the busy world of today!
