Hi Joel,

As everyone else has stated the program looks great. I have been struggling with my weight loss for the last little while due to no time and constantly busy with work. I am looking for something that can help me adjust and focus on something while I continue to try to settle in with my move to Turkey.

I believe that something like this can help me find a bit of home in a foreign land and really bring me back to a good central focus. I am not one to jump on fads or diets, but have followed along with Craig B’s TT workouts in the past and think that this program can help push me further along.

My wife is also excited about trying this program as recently we had our first child and she is looking for a way to lose the extra weight that came with the pregnancy.

What I really like the program is the efficiency mentality of it however. The thought of maximizing the loss while at the same time taking the least amount of time. It seems to be the best plan for someone living in the busy world of today!

This is the perfect system for me because someone of little will power will be able to follow it.

Traditional diets require you to stick with the program all the time. You may stick with it one week, two, then you begin to lose your willpower and cheat.

Your system allows you to eat more on certain days. Aside from the fact that this keeps your body from going into starvation mode, it also strengthens your will power because you know that on some days you can eat what you want within reason.

I also believe this would be a good diet for my wife, who is not very overweight but needs to lose a few pounds, and has trouble staying on any diet for more than a few days.

Hey Joel! I have recently become very interested in the biochemistry aspect on how it ties in with nutrition and exercise. It is very interesting to me how leptin levels in the body can increase by one cheat and how it can help with fat loss by the increasing energy one has. Another important aspect I like about your program is the high intensity interval work out day you have set after the cheat to maximize fat lost by increasing the amount of lactic acid that is formed in the body during the workout. I know from experience that lactic acid burns, but I feel so great afterwards though.

Even though I have been working out, I still cannot lose the 30 pounds I have gained in college. ugh! It is so hard on campus to eat healthy. The idea about cheat days once a week is excellent because I can always go for pizza hut pizza on campus!!! The other reason I think this plan will be excellent for myself because I can share the information with my family since everyone is trying to LOSE WEIGHT and get back into shape!!! A good buddy system always works well because it makes you stay on top of your game. I cannot wait to see what your book offers and if it can really help me lose weight and keep the fat off

Ok so I have been dieting for most of my life. In fact, I remember bringing rice cakes and carrots for lunch in middle school. I have tried numerous diets ( Atkins, lemonade and cabbage soup-just to name a few) all with the same results. You lose it quick but it always comes right back. The best thing I ever did for myself was to go to Weight Watchers. I finally learned how to change my lifestyle and stop looking for a quick fix. That said it is slow going. I am a busy mom and can’t exercise for hours a day. In three weeks, exercising 3 times a week (weight training and cardio intervals) and eating 1600 calories a day, I have lost…..a 1/2 a pound. I am interested in your program as it seems to be based on science, yet I do find myself a little leary of the quick fix promise. That said, I would love to try the program.

Is that I have been managing Fitness clubs for 20 years and seen allot of people fail in their nutrition as we know is 75% or more in what we need to lose our weight.

Allot of our members have become good close friends and it hurts me to see them try so hard just to lose one to five pounds. Hey Joel,

I’ve lost several hundred pounds on my diet. Seriously. I’ve also gained back pretty much the same weight. It’s like it goes on vacation, then comes home again. I’m ready to give it a one way ticket to anywhere but me, and you’re that ticket.

I need something to show me, in simple terms, how to make my fat take a hike. I was a fat kid growing up, lost a lot in college, but each year since a few pounds have crept back. While I’m more muscular than in high school, I’m close to weighing the same, and I hate it. Fat covers the muscle, makes me sizes bigger and unhappy with my appearance.

I own a hair salon within a health club. I talk diets and excercise day in day out with my clients and try out all the lastest crazy crash diets! (as do they!). One thing I have learnt is that we want results fast and are more than prepared to take ourselves out of our comfort zones.

PICK ME!! – highly motivated – would make an excellent success story. I’m 44 years young, sassy cajun lady and an old-school gym rat. I’ve been away from the gym for a while but I know a lot of what you are saying and writing about is true and very doable. This is the first time I’ve seen it presented all together in such a concise manner and hinting that all the stuff I know to be true is in here. Due to “life” (busy schedule, taking care of family, you can basically plug in any reason here as to why things go astray) I’ve gradually put on the pounds, 50lb to be exact, some this happened with “fast ineffective diets”, ones that make matters worse in the long run, than any good it did in the short term. Or on the flip side, exercising but not eating in a way that utilize how my body burns fat.

Anyway I’m on a mission to get back in shape – I’m a one year cancer survivor diagnosed May 4th 2009 (Funny the implications of that date – huh? REALLY – How cool is that!) My doctors are astounded that not only have I lost the weight from the steroids they gave me during chemo (using those same tricks you discussed), but I’m also still dropped the weight (although….. very sloooowly). I’m hoping to lose the remaining 35lbs with your program and would very much like to win a copy.

Hi Joel, I would love to win the extreme diet. I am almost 30, I wiegh over 450lbs. So far I have lost 80 but, I have a long long way to go. I am positive I can make it , but I am trying to get all the help I can get without any surgery whatsoever. Back in 2001 I had child #6 when I saw the picture of me standing next to my youngest I was horrified she was only 6 months but still…so I did a program where I lost 32 pounds and have kept it off!!!

My children range from 20-9 years of age of which 2 are Autistic, I got into massage therapy as my boys would calm down tremendously in so doing I work at a strip hotel here in Vegas I coume in contact with many many people I recently had a client tell me that I could be so much help to others as I do not look my age thankfully I’m 46 and think education is most important to anyone at any age. I would love to be able to have your program to help others I meet in my line of work, I also am going to get my personal trainers certification. I’m going to be in a fitness contest in July and would love to have my legs with less fat on them. My before and after from 2001 have inspired people to get into shape. As I told my boss a couple of days ago knowlege in power and power is knowledge I look forward in being able to help many more people.

I have been into fitness ever since about 8th grade(am currently in 12) and have been through all sorts of dieting to lose fat. At first, I dropped the fat easily(do the the excessive fat, my leptin levels were higher….. learned that here!). But it has been a while since I have been able to significantly lower by BF levels any more than I currently am(9%). Do to the fact that I’m pretty lean, it has been nearly impossible to get down to my goal, and I believe that when I do this program, I will be able to get down to what has been a LONG TWO YEAR journey of plateauing in the same 9% for so long. I don’t just want this program….. I NEED IT!! -RYAN-

Interesting concept. How will this work for type II Diabetics? I would be interested in trying the program to monitor the blood sugar plus droping the pounds I have been trying to drop. This has been a battle for years.

one of my combat medics, Paul is obese, and is at risk of being thrown out of the Army Reserves. other programs have not worked for him. if he does not ‘show improvement’ in 90 days the paperwork starts. if he does not reach an acceptable level of body fat / weight in 9 months, he’s out. let me know if you want to help him.

I’m coming back from knee surgery in December and this is just what I need to kick start me again. I’m an avid runner but need more……. I can’t wait to try this program. There is so much in the media today about what to do but I know you have a trusted program and I’m eager to try it.

i allready use your cheat your way thin and after me my mom started and she is doing great (me too) but i stuck now and i dont know why, so i would love to get an even better program (i really think this one is a lil bit better) to loose the last 5 pounts.

I am an opera singer and I have always been extremely interested in new ways of improving my health, fitness and energy levels, as my body is my instrument.

In 2000 I broke both ankles. The left healed normally, but the right did not. After 3 surgeries, nearly 6 months on my butt, and a walking cast for 3+ years, I gained a LOT of weight. I am 45 years old and 100 pounds overweight. I have tried everything going, and my doctor says that my metabolism has slowed to a crawl, and am in serious danger of adult onset diabetes. I’ve dieted to the point that I don’t even really have an appetite any longer. I need your help.

I am a married 36 year old mother of 2. We all have weight issues! My daughter and I have tried many differebt programs with some success, but never met our weightloss goals.
