Hi Joel, I am recently divorced and have been in the gym for a little over a year. I have improved my fitness level significantly, but would love to reach the super-fit level. I am currently at 175 lbs and about 17% bodyfat. I know that 25 days of dedication to the XFLD program could strip those last 16 lbs of fat while adding a pound or two of muscle and get me to the wonderful world of six-pack abs!

My weight has been a life long issue. I’m 55 years old and I’m really tired of this battle so I want to change my life. Well, I started my workout plan four weeks ago and now I need a new diet plan to go with my workout efforts. Hey Joel, I need this progam because I have been battling the bulge for 20 plus years now. And have tried every diet out there. I have recently started a weight lifting program at home but lack the moral support from friends and family. Mostly in need of an experienced trainer I guess. Im a 19 year old college student, 6 ft 195 pounds. Im going to be straight with you. Im not exactly overweight or anything, but at my weight I dont look as good as I can be. Honestly I just want to lose the weight so I can get more women, get laid more often, and get more attention, thats the hidden reason why all guys do it anyway :). No offense to women. But I tried for a long time to lose the weight and it just aint coming off. I have binge cycle where I would overeat like 10000 calories in a single day due to the damn calorie restriction all the time. Its crazy. This October will mark the 10 year annivesery of me having a brain tumor removed. I would love to be in the best shape of my life when I go see my Doctor on that day, considering I was only given a 15% chance of waking up from sergery in the first place. now almost 10 years later I lead a full productive life. Hello Joel. I’m a 49 year old white female. I’m active daily and eat a fairly healthy diet with the occasional cheat for those favorite foods I love.

Having reached middle age it’s become extremely had to keep my metabolism going at the rate I would like for it to be to aid in maintaining a desired weight. Having realized this, I have tried several different exercise, diet and fast programs. You, knowing the outcome of these programs and the results most people get from them, understand my frustrations. I’m a trained recreation, physical education and coach for K – 12. I pride myself in staying active and in shape. When i first read about your Xtreme Fat Loss program I was convinced that this wasn’t a scam like other diets and exercise programs i’ve been trying for the past few years. You actually convinced me that Xtreme Fat Loss really works. One of my best friends in high school gave me the nickname Tubby Ted. Yeah, I was that kid. The one people couldn’t resist stepping on by telling him “You go biking every day, how are you so fat?”

Those memories were now over five years ago but they’re still seared into my brain. But honestly, I welcome them. They’re like tattoos for me and they’ve become a part of who I am. Those memories remind me why for the last few years I’ve been so desperate to “some day” have 5% body fat. No one calls me Tubby Ted any more but I still don’t feel absolutely 100% confident wearing a swim suit in the summer.

It’s been hard to maintain a body fat percentage around 10% during school due to a lack of time or vehicle to get the right groceries. This summer I will finally have a car, I’ll have time to make sure I’m doing everything exactly right, and I’ll be working at an outdoor pool…the perfect chance to show off the amazing results I know I will achieve with XFLD.

I have struggled with my weight my whole life. In my mid-30s I had finally found a routine that worked for me. A moderate diet and an active lifestyle. Then came the babies!! Now, I’m 40. My metabolism needs a boost. I’m carrying around “baby” weight and my youngest is already 2 years old! Now is the time for me to get a handle on this so that I can enjoy my kids, be there for them for the long run, and teach them, by example, how to live a healthy life. It’s so important for me to be a healthy role model to my kids and I’m struggling to find a way to do that. I think this program will help me get there.

I am a 16 year old girl. I play tier 1 ice hockey. I train all season long and on the average month that I get off, I train. But I simply can’t do it anymore. I’m tired of not seeing results, I’m tired of being tired. I think your program can and will help me reach my goals, dreams, and inspire my mom. My mom is 45 years old, has five kids, and used to be a star athlete. Now, she’s the best mom in the world but I really worry about her health. I am 120 lbs overweight, unemployed, single and miserable. I exercise daily and weight train but have extreme difficulty losing the fat on my body. I am have already incorporated fast and cheat days into my approach from insight gleaned from your free tips and have actually seen some limited results already. However its clear there is much I do not understand. Due to my limited financial situation it is unlikely I will be able to purchase your program so a chance to win it free is very exciting. For years I have been an avid reader of fitness, magazines, journals, and anywhere else I could get a program that would work for me, but even more than that one that I would work for. Since college where I was a Division I athlete I became very dedicated to making myself fit. The problem was most of the time I didn’t feel like one, because I didn’t think I looked like one. I worked out hard, really hard. I felt like I was inching closer but I would never get there. Soon to follow were the binges, the peaks and valleys, and I was going nowhere- forever.
More frustrating- I am a physical therapist by trade, and my wife is a dietitian. So I feel like I know about the body and about food, but something ain’t working. I feel like I need someone to empower me, to drive me with the confidence of proven success. I am often very cynical when it comes to a lot of “fitness programs” I come across-but I know this is program is different. About 3 years ago I lost 30 lbs, probably not totally the right way, but oh well. I know I had lost some lean mass too. I am turning 30 in October and my goal is to look again fit and slim. In School, I used to be a sports fanatic, that did sports 6 days a week and in between the gym. I was always conscious on what i ate and have tried MANY diets, fitness programs etc.
Recently I am living far away from home and I am trying with the knowledge that I have and with eating right loose the weight (about 15 – 20 pounds) that i gained over the last 10 years especially after my first child. I realize that its time for a change. What better way to enter 30s looking good and feeling good!! Your passion is what grabbed me. Your communication and easy 5 aspects of (especially the cheat day:-)) seems doable in a busy life of working and being a mom. I want to look good and feel good again and I believe following this new program will be key for that.

Good Afternoon! I’ve been struggling with weight loss all of my life. At age 8, I was already 100 lbs. I ballooned to 220 lbs. when I was in the 8th grade at a size 22. By the time my senior year in high school, I was down to a size 12, however, it was with a starvation diet. I’ve been on every diet out there from the Hilton Head Metabolism Diet to the Atkins Diet to the Zone Diet to the Lean for Life Diet with many others in between. On each diet, I was able to follow it to the T, lose all of the weight, just to gain it back again and then some once I went off the diet.

As the mother of two children ages 7 and 10, it is very challenging trying to find time to work out and eat properly. I’m confident that this program will work for me and I’ll lose the not only the weight but the body fat once and for all.

My husband and I both need your program. My husband found out last year he’s diabetic. I had back surgery eight years ago. Since then, i’ve not paid much attention to what I ate and was afraid to exercise. Now i’m 42 and my husband is 47, we have to learn good habits NOW! We don’t have any more time to waste. Your plan sounds sensible, something we can both follow to get healthy. We have both started doing light exercises and cooking healthier. With your program, I know, we could get to where we both need to be.

I have 10 children (ages 25 – 2), and I need to lose about 40 lbs (I am 45 years old). While I have started on the weight training programs from you, Vince, and John, I am not loosing the weight very quickly, so I know I need to substantially change my diet. I want to be around for my kids and future grandchildren, so I know I need to work much harder on my fat loss. I think your program would fit the bill

I truly beleive the right person/program comes into your life at the right time. When the student is ready the teacher will aririve. I heard about this through one of many web fitnesss experts I already follow – Jon Benson, Craig Ballantyne or Scott Colby; not sure which. I have been reading all of your updates all week! With every new update and tip it makes me more and more excited to see this amazing product you have come up with. I am 21 years old. I come from a family that is not in the best shape. Since I was 12 years old I learned to cook for myself, and have been constantly involved in sports and working out all through my school days. As hard as it was trying to eat right for myself, it became even harder to find workouts that actually got me to my goals after highschool sports were over. I have tried many different types of training and diets but NOTHING out there sounds anything like your way of thinking. You have an awesome design and I would love to have the opportunity to finally get back to the body I’ve been missing!
