Dear Joel,

I am skeptical of rapid weight loss claims, but I have been listening and reading your information because it came to me through a reliable source. I am in my mid-fifties and have been struggling with a sagging mid-section, in spite of my work outs. I’d like to put and end to my pre-diabetic spare tire. If you send the program to me for free I will give it a fair shake, and if it works I will become a poster boy for the system and I will spread the word as opposed to spreading my mid-section.

Would like to find a way to lose 80 lbs for my 50th birthday coming up.

Hey Joel,
I need this program because I am an aspiring collegiate athlete and I need something to help me get the edge over the competition. If I could lose 10 to 20 pounds of fat, it might give me the edge I’m looking for. It would help increase my speed on the field and would make me feel way better not having to carry around the excess body fat. I am hoping to get a scholarship from my school eventually and I really think your program would be the final step I need to becoming a great all around athlete.

I’ve been struggling with the effects of cancer treatments for four years now. The chemo and the radiation worked and I’m now cancer free. But I’ve been trying to find the right combination of diet and exercise that fit my apparently altered metabolism. I’ve tried various diet/exercise recommendations with less than desirable results. Your program offers me another chance to get this right. For me, it can’t be just about looking good. I’ve got to find a method that lets ME be in control of my weight. My overall health depends on it.

I think this program will be great for me because I am Type 2 diabetic and weigh 309 lbs. I just turned 41 in March, and I am trying to get back into shape. I used to play a lot of sports, but I have gradually gained weight since becoming a father. I am 6′ 4″ and weigh 298 lbs. Over the last 3 weeks, I have started lifting again, but my biggest weakness is the nutrition side of things. These updates you have been sending have really peaked my interest in losing fat quickly. I also think that the concept of the cheat day will help me stick to the plan on the other days. I am supposed to have my blood work done again next month, as I was borderline on the high blood pressure and high cholesterol tests. I honesty don’t care what the scale says. Greetings and Salutations to your good self sir.

A little about myself, I am at that time in ones life (late 30s) when it is arduous to loss that last little bit of ‘FAT’ from around the midriff (and other areas !!!). I have tried may a ‘fad’ yo-yo diet and some of my own making. I eat heathly (when I do eat) and exercise regular (when not having been incapacitated after a silly weight training injury) and have done so for many a year now, but to no avail. I would not say that I am a ‘FAT’ person, just that I have a bit more ‘MASS’ than I would care to admit to, which has been compounded of recent due to my cessation from smoking.

Having read your ‘launch updates’ thus far (in particular update #3 and update #4) I appreciate and understand the science behind the theory, and I commend you for the eloquent manner in the portrail of your system (your analogies), no more is it in a cryptic code, only understood by those ‘in the know’.

Your program:
Presents achievable realistic goals in a reasonable time frame. Provides ‘rewards’ to keep one motivated, in the form of ‘cheat (treat) days’. Combines a comprehensive exercise rotine with an informed balanced diet, that works in conjunction with one another, to form a synergy (1+1=3).

Divorced after 24.5 years of marriage and at 50 years age I am now with a new partner and we have both been a little too relaxed after the stresses of the past few years. We are both heavier than ever and have been too busy (distracted) to keep up with regular mainstream exercise.

A targeted system of exercises that we can do together to add even more incentive would be fantastic.

We are both foodies and love new tastes and experiences, it would be amazing to turn our addictions to foods that would help us to lose weight and look fabulous to boot.

Hello, My name is Isabel and I’m 34 years old. I’m a mother of 2 children and I work full time too. I’ve been overweight since I had my first child 14 years ago. I have been successful on some diet programs but gained half of it back. I am currently 20lbs overweight and dream of having a healthy energetic body again. I think this program would be perfect for me! I love to cook and I love food. Regular diets have so many food restrictions that makes it hard to stick with them for long. This diet sounds like the perfect combination of enjoying food and dieting; in addition of effective workouts in a way that sounds simple and quick! I won’t miss food and enjoy a good workout too! Its just perfect! Pick me!

Ok, where do I start. I am a fanatic about statistics,numbers and tracking from the food I eat and why down to how fast I can run and how long will it take my heart rate to recover. I have been that person who went on a diet and got down to 120 lbs’s and a size 2. At my lowest weight, after all my hard work the only feedback I got from people was “Don’t loose any more weight” and “you look too thin”. Loosing weight by cutting calories and exercising was a simple math equation for me and the math worked, but at the end of the day the results were not what I was expecting. I felt fit but I looked gaunt basically and the diet has been hard to maintain.Right now I feel like I am at a crossroads and struggling to reach my new goal, to be a size 2 and look fit, athletic, not skinny !!! This plan cries out to me because I have been finding it very hard to achieve this new goal. I feel stronger but I would love to be leaner. I’m burning calories just thinking about this plan I’m SO excited.

I’m 28 Yrs. old and ever since I was a little girl I wanted to be a bodybuilder… Don’t want to be a bodybuilder anymore but I DO want to be muscular and since middle school I’ve always been the chubby or fat kid. In 2003 I had some dramatic changes in my life and started getting really depressed and have been to this day. In that time peroid I’ve gained over 50 pounds of FAT. There’s a LOT of things I won’t/don’t do anymore because of my depression and self-esteem issues due to the weight gain. Sometimes I just break down and cry because I’m embarrassed and frustrated with myself. Since Jan. I have been trying to do EVERYTHING I can to lose the weight and it’s just NOT working as well as I wish it would but I’m still trying. I don’t go out and enjoy life anymore and I just want to be myself again. I have been doing strength training, HIIT and eating better every week since Jan. but I’m still fat and STILL depressed. I believe that RIGHT NOW I am in the right mindset and have the drive to do what I need to do to get my life back. I just need the right tools and guidance to do so. And I believe that you have just the stuff I NEED! Please help me get my LIFE back. I need to be happy again!

Hey Joel. I have been working out for 5 years now and became serious about it around a year ago after realising I had become one of the 99% of gym goers who simply go through the motions. For the last 4 months I have been trying to lose fat whilst holding onto my muscle gains. Thats 4 months eating plain food, resisiting my sweet tooth cravings, no alcohol and a much diminished social life. All was well until 3 weeks ago when all progress ground to a halt. I had already moved to double gym sessions each day so increasing exercise wasnt an option which leaves diet as the only solution. I was already eating cleanly but tried to cut the calories further only to find myself, as you have so eloquently decribed, fighting against nature and not only losing muscle and not fat but finding myself so depleted and drained I struggle to concentrate at work. I am not going to give up as I have already sacrificed so much in order to achieve my goal. I need something extreme to finish the job I started and your Xtreme fat loss programme sounds like it is the answer. If I could reach my goal, and better still enjoy the simple pleasure of eating my favourite food every now and again (I can’t tell you how much I crave ice cream) whilst achieving it, you would have my eternal gratitude.

I’m no fitness professional or trainer, but I really enjoy sports fitness and nutrition…i think I should of started a career in sports nutrition and fitness when I left high school but alas, I found out too late.
In any case, products such as this excite me. I love trying new programs and reading up on the latest fitness discussions. Hopefully this product can help shed 10 lbs. so I can achieve my goal weight.

Joel, I’m 36 & just had another child. I have a 12yo, 3yo & 6mo. I’ve struggled all my life with weight loss, especially after pregnancy. I try to eat healthy, get excercise when I can, but still can’t lose the pounds I’d like. Now my 12yo son came home the other day with a note from the school, that he’s in a ‘high’ percentile weight for his age-bracket. I was really crying from that. If I can’t lose the weight, how can I talk to him about it!! I really need your program now, so I can get myself AND family back on the right track!! Please help.

This program sounds SIMPLE. It sounds DOABLE. It sounds EFFECTIVE. I just happen to be 60#’s shy of simple, doable and effective. I would do the program faithfully and report back dutifully.

I think my biggest problem has been that I can do EITHER the nutrition side OR the exercise side, but can’t seem to get them both going at the same time! I’ve tried numerous programs with varied success, and I’ve even bought the CYWT program, and utilized the basic concept (with some success), but have never fully implemented it. Your emails got me interested again. The science sounds solid. And then when I read about your new focus on COMBINING strategic exercising with (very) strategic eating/cheating, I got very exited! Hey Joel! I really like what I see! I have high blood pressure, High Cholesterol, gout….not goat…, hehe! Not funny trust me! And I have pre diabetes, whatever that means. I have been trying to lose weight and I need to do it in the amount of 40lbs. this program looks like what I need and I would be willing to see the price even if I didn’t win. No manipulation here serious about weight loss and getting healthy. I have lost about 15lbs so far on another program but I need the boost to kick into high gear….and besides I like the video blogs! I am discovering what combos to eat and I love the pizza day! Thanks for what you have done so far! The first thing I discovered was the importance of fat and not sugar! I can live with that. To pour it on here I lost my dad to heart disease and there is a history in the family. My daughter just got married and I would like to be here for a long while to see grand babies! No joke! This is the part of health that I have the most trouble with: putting nutrition with exercise. I’ve got a great exercise program. I’m part of DEFL with Dr. K. It’s phenomenal. Now I need the other side of the equation. Dr. K highly recomends your nutrition program in conjunction with his exercise program. With both of you helping me, I know I can get into good shape. Then I can feel less self concious about my appearance, especially at the pool. Also, I’ll be better able to do my job as a lifeguard. Beyond my own needs, I would love to share this information with my mom who has had weight problems ever since I was born. She has some medical issues, and she would be so much better able to stay healthy if she were in better shape. I need your help on this one.
