still trying! This is my fifth attempt to post my comment. I even sent something to your support with my story in the hopes that it would be seen…I am in my late 40s and hoping to re-create or recover myself. I have had three children and haven’t ever been able to lose the belly fat or thunderous thighs. I want to recoonect with the attractive, confident person I was in my younger days. I also want to model good, healthy behavior for my kids and husband so we can all enjoy being together for many more years to come.
Hey Joel, Well I guess I’ll tell you a little about my past to let you know why exactly I deserve your program, not because it’s free, but why I need it specifically. I grew up in a very Irish oriented community so I’ve always felt out of place whenever I went anywhere in town. Reason being was because I was not born Irish, I was born Asian American (Chinese & Japanese). Now, I am not trying to pull the race card, all I am trying to say is that growing up in a community that was Irish based you do tend to stick out like a sore thumb in the crowd. And as we all know, kids can be cruel, especially towards other kids; me in particular. I hated going to school because of the simple fact that I was picked on at every moment; I was made the main source for crude jokes for every group of kids. Not just because I was Asian but also because I was overweight. It was hard enough being the only Asian kid at my school but to have another attribute to make other kids point and laugh at me really put a strain on my confidence and my self-respect. I could remember moments in my childhood where I would look at myself in the mirror and ask myself, “Why was I born like this?”. There were times where I would get into fights just to hold on to what little self-confidence and self-respect I had left. In high school, I got the same treatment but to make matters worse, the opposite sex wanted nothing to do with me. It got to the point where I was very depressed with myself and my life. I even went as far contemplated suicide and even tried attempting it. But at that final moment I realized that I had to take matters into my own hands and try to make something of myself. I bought everything and anything that I could to change my self-image. I knew that I couldn’t change the fact that I was Asian, but I did know that I could change my body. It’s April 30th, 2010 the results of my progress from the past several years of training hard and dieting properly have been paying off but not to the extent that I’d hoped for. This is why I deserve and need your Program Joel, not because I just need to lose a couple of pounds or even 10, 20, or 30. But because I need it to change my self-image, I need it to regain all the self-confidence and self-respect that I had lost in the past; I truly believe I deserve it back. I would love to win a copy of the Extreme Fat Loss System! Your system is the first one that has made sense to me. I’m a full time student who also works 24hrs. a week while still trying to be a great wife. For the past 5 years my husband and I have been lossing the weight loss battle. Our own families have given up on us. We couldn’t even loss the weight for our own wedding. Lossing 35lbs. is my goal and I would love to show my husband how its done. He’s currently trying Nutrisystem to lose weight, with no success! Winning this system would be the jump start we’ve been waiting for!
Help. I’ve been cursed with PCOS and by the grace of God I only weigh 220 pounds, not the 350 that some people do. I eat right, move every day, lift, but can’t shake the weight. I live in fear for my life and my future and want to see my kids grow up. There has to be something more I can do.

I have been struggling with fat loss around the mid section for sometime now.
I work a full time job and am a full time college student at the age of 37.
While these two activities keep me very busy I am also looking at a dance competition in July and would love to shed about 50 pounds. I am stalky in build but need to loose the mid section, as you can imagine. I think you have taken the guess work out of the diet and workout programs to the point of leveling the playing field for anyone who has the desire to tone up or loose unwanted fat.

I’m a 37 yr. old mother of 3 teenagers (13M,14F,17yr.M). We were all pretty overweight, lack of exercise and improper nutrition were all a factor. A little over a year & half ago we all started exercising and have lost about 40lbs all together. Seems good but not when our body fat % is between 28%-36%. So even though the weight comes off little by little the fat% does not. My youngest daughter is who I am most concerned about. She is about +35lbs overweight & does not enjoying exercising. As the weight is taking so long for it to come off, she is getting very discouraged:(. She is the one who can’t really lose the weight. She won’t even get on the scale with anyone around. I try to encourage her in a positive ways, to help her understand it’s about her health & not about body image, but I’m afraid she is not getting it. I’ve lost the most weight (27lbs), because I’m doing cardio 4-5 days, plus strength training 3-4 days. I’m currently 5.3. 135lbs, 32% body fat. Coming from a family with history of diabetes, I’m afraid I don’t have the proper nutrition information to steer us clear from this disease. I would love to win your program for my daughter’s sake! Joel, My coworker and I have been promising to lose weight for several months. We keep saying that this is the week. Well, this is the week. I have been reading your emails daily and your diet is a common sense approach to losing weight and getting in shape. I knew that my metabolism on regular diets wasn’t doing the job. I knew that there was more to it. I am in my late 40’s and am heavier than even when I was 9 months pregnant. I look terrible. I need something that will work fast because I totally lose focus if I don’t see results. I am not afraid to work out and I know I can make this work for me.

I’ve been overweight since I was 7 due to bad information regarding nutrition. I want nothing more than to burn the fat, the right way. Fast and for good. It would help me in every aspect of my life through the foundation of more self confidence. Growing up I was one of those people who could eat anything and everything I wanted and would never gain an ounce. When I started college my metabolism slowed down some and after the birth of my first 2 children I was still doing okay as I was able to get back down to my normal weight without dieting. After 2 more children and turning 30 it was like all of the sudden someone turned off the switch and my metabolism completely shut down and I have struggled to keep the weight off ever since. I’m now 46 years old and have done the yo-yo thing of losing weight and gaining it back constantly. I’ve tried so many diet programs and ordered exercise dvd’s and have actually lost weight. My problem is it comes right back on every single time! I will not even possibly TRY to compete against some of these other reasons for wanting a free copy of your xtreme diet fat loss system…I just honestly know that I’ve tried almost everything out there, and none of them are healthy for you. I believe that YOU have the right idea, and a much safer approach to it all. Thank you for the chance to enter. I want to thank Rob Poulos also for introducing you to me. I am 66 years old, I was heaver than I am now. I still need to loose 25 lbs, and I have a new male friend who I would like to look good for. I lost my husband in 2007, he was very sick. I eat fruits and vegetables daily, with nuts(Almonds & Walnuts) and popcorn. I have a meat dish 1 time a day. I stay away from breads and fried foods. I think your program would do exactly what I need to loose the last 25 pounds. And I would like to win one of the 5 you are giving away, since I live on SS.
At the age of 47, I feel like I’ve been peddling fast most of my life to simply maintain a decent body weight. When I’m not teaching, I coach volleyball, and have worked as a part-time group fitness instructor , at least one class-a-week for the past 18 years. So, I should have all the answers, right? Far from it. I’ve explored low-fat diets, low-sugar diets, low-carb diets, and have experienced short-term successes, but have never reached the ideal weight for my 5’4” frame. Based on the tips you’ve provided in the past few days, I’ve considered the importance of working out harder on depletion days—I tend to feel depleted when I’m cutting calories and don’t work out quite as hard. Hmm, re-thinking that right now. I’m really excited to continue learning more about how to crash through plateaus, because that’s where I’ve been for the past few years. With menopause knocking at my door, it’s like my body weight won’t budge. I would love to learn how to trick my body into letting go of 15 pounds and lower my body fat which is at 32% (yikes). Furthermore, to exude fitness to inspire my teenage volleyball players and my fitness group members, not to mention put myself in a position to avoid Diabetes and high-blood pressure which run rampid in my family tree. Thank you for all the effort you’ve invested to allow others, such as myself, to harvest your field-tested system and expertise.
I am 45 mother of 3 very active boys – I along with my husband run a cafe – great food by the way – but no time with the 14 -16 hr days – 3 kids homework – time to sit and eat properly or cook a decent meal – sounds strange I know since we have a cafe but you are generally serving customers when it’s time to eat. I have dieted, cleansed, pilled, liquid yuck, boot camp, ran – no luck no success – this has taught me lots of how to eat and when prior to train with Rob’s program and what to eat on non trainging days. How we store fat – how the body works – it is a program that can work and it’s not complicated and can fit in my lifestyle.
Oh how I need guidance. I would appreciate all the help I can get to get my perimenopausal body in shape. I want to debunk the myths that women in their late forties cannot lose and keep off the weight while their bodies while going through natural changes due to mother nature. My sister introduced me to you and your program. I saw how good she was doing and how much happy and healthier she was and had to learn your ways. I have struggled with my weight off and on. It has been in this last year that I ended up putting on 15-20lbs in a few months. Unfortunately I had been on medication that was prescribed by my doctor for the past several years. I finally decided I had, had enough. That my life would be better off without all of these medications in my body. Not only were they causing my body harm they were also affecting my life in a negative way. I trusted my physician to help me and while I don’t blame him, I realized that this was not the life I wanted. I am happy to say that I no longer take any medications and while I still am in pain from time to time, my life is richer without it. I am truly happy other than the sudden weight gain from getting off the medication. I didn’t realize how much the meds had effected my appetite and now my metabolism is suffering from the several years of not feeding my body properly. Now that my insides are healthy again I want the rest of my body to be the same. I want to look as good on the outside as I feel inside. I am 45 yrs old, and have struggled for many years trying to lose weight and keep it off. I have been the poster child for diet failures. I lost my dad at an early age, he was 42. I have 2 teens whom I promised I would be at their respective weddings, when the time came and want to be able to live on to see any grandkids I may get grow up. I have everything to live for, and no viable way to ensure that I do. I currently weigh 245 lbs, on a 5’10” body. Do the math that puts me well into OBESE!!! I hate it! This program is perfect for me because I have been striving to understand exactly what it offers. I have been following the Cheat Your Way Thin method to great success, but I’ve always been curious and experimenting with how to coordinate the carb and calorie cycling with my varying exercise routines (currently, Double Edged Fat Loss).
Now that summer is coming, I want to thin out and get everything exactly right. The greatest challenge I experienced with my weight was three years ago. I had ballooned up to 138lbs. I’m 6′ even, the smallest of my brothers. When I hit 250 after knee surgery I couldn’t walk to the mailbox without being winded. I started running and lost 40 lbs about half of it muscle mass and I’ve still got 20 lbs of stubborn fat.
My legs use to look good, now they are toothpicks. I’ve started gaining muscle mass back, but also the fat. I want a strong healthy body, and see this as the only way to gain & retain muscle mass without balloning up.
