I have a pretty intense training routine that I do weekly plus I do martial arts 6 days a week. I’ve finally come to the realization that fitness alone isn’t going to help me achieve my goals. Nutrition is just as important if not more. I’ve always struggled with the eating part. I know how to eat healthy I just don’t. Maybe it’s a pyschological issue for me, but from what I’ve read in your reports so far I’m definitely willing and interested in following your principles. Seriously though, my wife is going to buy this program, so either way, we’re getting it. We read through the free 5 Sneaky Tricks and this could be what will help us, mostly her, lose the unneeded weight. (Don’t worry about me, we have a very comfortable couch.) My wife has given birth to 4 beautiful kids and is struggling to lose the weight. She’s doing Eat Stop Eat, but with the Sneaky information in we read, we now know how to better implement it with planning meals and when to train.
I’ve always wondered when The Biggest Loser is going to bring contestants who just need to lose the last 10-20 pounds, because that would be more helpful for us. Oh well, screw them, this program will get us through that wall.
I’ve tried everything on the market. I cut calories drastically to the point to where I’ve probably destroyed my metabolism more than fat. I do cardio like no other. I play softball and my nickname on the team is cardio, if that tells you anything. Well is simple: BECAUSE I DESERVE IT :-). I have been working hard since December when I bought CYWT. From 203 lbs and 26.5% fat, I am now: 173.5 and 18%. I need a whole change in my methods, in the way I am loosing fat, so I want to see if XFLD makes what it promises. I also made a research with my body and I noticed I was doing 2 things not right. 1) Loosing fat with out making muscle, just doing some HIIT sessions on the week. 2) Some cheat days made me gain fat instead of loosing. So this program promises to help me in these 2 things. First: it will have the correct exercise depending on which day is. Second: It introduces the Pre-Cheat Depletion day, a new method, which makes sense to help me not to spill the glycogen on my muscles, just set them to the perfect level. I need your program, I’ve tried tons of programs (BFFM, HIIT, Combinations, Bingeing, Fasting etc.) and progress is simply slow or not working at all. I am turning 27 soon, working out 6-7 a week (Weights & cardio) and hold a solid physique. My gym mates here in South Africa always give me compliments but I need that last edge to get my bodyfat percentage down to one digit (currently pivoting btw. 19% to 14%). I so desperately want to get a copy of your program that I am prepared to send before & after pics, as well as to follow your program honestly the point for personal feedback, and recommending the XFDS workout to other gym members! My routines are extremely disciplined and I believe that I’ve got what it takes to take the XFDS to its bare limit, no matter how hard it may be. Hi. Your plan is right for me because it sounds like it will work. I’ve tried a lot of different diets and they haven’t worked. I need to lose weight for as I have a few pairs of jeans that are much nicer than the ones I am wearing now. Also, being a chubber isn’t really fair on my heart, is it? Even though we have never met, I feel like this program was designed just for me! I am a teacher at an at-risk middle school, so I’m sure you can imagine the stress and the paper load grow exponentially each day. I’ve mysteriously gained ten pounds in the past three months, and I assure you it’s not muscle that’s filling out my jeans. If I could have bought this program last week, I would have – May 4th can’t get here fast enough.
I’ve always struggled with my weight with ups and downs; you know the drill. I’ve tried this program and that program. Sometimes I see results, but they’re slow and I often get distracted or bored before any results show. 25 days! Now, that’s exciting. Not only is it 25 days, but every day is different and you get to cheat!
A lot of the information you have provided thus far makes sense. It’s the common sense that is often overlooked by most. One tidbit of information that you shared was that the body values fat more than it values muscle. And the light bulb floating above my head lit up. No wonder I would diet, get smaller, but still giggle.
With your guidance, and your program, I know I will finally achieve my goals. Once I see the results, my “mouth of the south” is sure to spread the word. It’s hard for me to keep a secret, especially one this good!

I need to get the fat off my body and quickly. I am waiting for a kidney transplant and need to get ready for surgery.
This program is really important to me I am out of shape and I want to get in shape so I will be able to enjoy my life and continue to keep in shape after my transplant surgery.
Because my kidneys are not functioning properly I have not had much energy but I feel that if I can follow your program to the best of my ability I will see an improvement and give me a will to keep trying to get in shape.

Great report! Although it’s all very logical, it’s not the kind of stuff you think about when you’re worried about losing weight; all your focus is put on the effort of exercising and eating right, through methods we think are the most appropriate, and healthy. But obviously, there are other choices! The reason why I would like a chance to win a copy of the Xtreme fat loss diet system, is because I recently opened my own restaurant. I used to be in very good shape, but unfortunately the hours and the stress of working hard 7 days a week have taken their toll! So with the appropriate plan, I’m hoping to get back into shape in the little time left before summer’s here, and with the principles I have discovered in the report, I’m eager to learn more. I believe that this program will work for me because it includes all elements necessary for success. I need a fool-proof diet plan…just tell me what to eat and when! Likewise, a compatible exercise program to maximize success. At 54, I need a program I can stick to which will create lifelong habits. I am too damn old to fight the yo-yo and my slowing metabolism. I am using my time between jobs to set a good pattern of fitness in the gym…but that belly and butt fat is not melting away…HELP!
After packing on a few pounds over the winter back at the first of the year I decided it was time to get back in shape and lose a few pounds. I started off following a strength program for a few weeks just to get back into the habit of hitting the gym regularly again. Then when John Romaniello’s Final Phase Fat Loss program came out I followed it for 6 weeks in combination with a mostly a low carb diet but having a cheat day every couple weeks. With this combination I was able to drop around 15-18 lbs in that 6 weeks and start to see my abs again. Now it’s time for me to take it to the next level and being a long time follower of your work (I still have an original hard copy of your Cheat Your Way Thin book) I have no doubt that your Extreme Fat Loss Diet will do that for me!
Since being informed I am a diabetic and have high blood pressure I have been on my Drs approved diet and working out at least 3 days a week. I have gained 10 more pounds under this regime in the last 2 years. I am much stronger, feel better and the diabetes is under control, but if I can lose at least 50 pounds all my meds will be cancelled. I hope your system can help.

I have been trying for years and I know this is the answer to my weight issues. I have been doing weight training for 3 years now and cardio but it just seems to not completely work. I even try to eat healthier but this sounds like it will give me what a need. I have listened and read and think that a day to day plan is what I need to get myself out of this plateau and begin to live my life again and look better than I did even when I was younger. I also would love to incorporate this with my husband because he has been trying and nothing seems to work. Joel, I’ve been a big fan of Cheat to Lose and have used it with great results. Recently, I had surgery and I was unable to train at all for two months. While I have recovered from the surgery fine, I unfortunately gained a lot of excess weight. As I get older (I’m 36), it’s harder and harder to get started and get back to where I was. Endulgence was an excuse to escape from the painful memories that I had of our home, friends, and whole existence! My children have suffered from this catastrophe, as well as my animals, along with displaced friends we had in the past. Alas, I am waking up and I am witnessing just what I have done to myself and I am determined to turn myself around! Your scientific approach to fat loss has piqued my interest since I understand everything you’re explaining due to the fact that I am a retired laboratory scientist. Therefore, I am looking forward to a new life and a healthy body. Thank you for your research.
I desperately need to lose this weight. I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis 30 years ago, when I was in the Air Force. Since then I have been on lots of medications, gained over 100 lbs. & developed hypertension & atrial fibrillation. I have lost weight many times, which is why I have ended up gaining so much. So now I am almost 58 years old & will have 4 teenagers in 2 weeks. I have decided that I really need to get healthy, so I have begun eating a healthy diet & have lost 27 lbs. so far. I have been able to go off of a few RA drugs & 1 blood pressure drug, but it is my goal to get off of all medications (except maybe thyroid). I don’t know if I could do the exercise part yet, because I haven’t seen it yet. I may have to get my weight down more & get my RA under better control, but I believe this program will help me to do both.

well Joel, I am a 45 year old male, shiftworker who tries to get to the gym with pretty good regularity. I have always been stocky so to speak but I have transformed myself from alot rounded to somewhat in shape. I have used other programs in the past that were all good, ie burn the fat feed the muscle, fat burning furnace etc. the main problem I think I have is a clear roadmap for the dieting end of things to finally lose the fat I am carrying around my middle. Since I won’t be giving you some sappy ass story about how I need this to change my life, or something else to pull on your heart strings (although those can be legit cases)… I’ll get to the point. I’m toeing the line of greatness.
I’ve been implementing and integrating Paleo, multi-faceted HIIT, 5×5, and I.F. into my life over the course of the last year while being mindful of 2 shoulders that have sustained 4 surgeries in the recent past. Somehow, I’m still managing to beast it up with relentless tenacity and I’m damn close to my goals. I’m also straddling my final plateau. Thank you for the great tips you have sent thus far. My husband and I have been struggling with our weight for a while now and the info in your 5 Sneaky Tricks has been very helpful. While I am on a mission to lose weight in order to feel better about myself, my husband’s health has been compromised due to cancer and therefore; he needs to lose weight for his health. He is about 50lbs over-weight and I am afraid this is going to lead to even more complications, especially since his father passed away in his early 40’s from a massive heart attack. I know your Extreme Fat Loss Diet system would be something my husband could stick to, because all of your other advice has been very easy to follow, and still gives you room to ‘cheat’.
