I believe that I will be a great subject to test this great program. I have insulin resistance and polycystic ovarian syndrome, so I do have the slowest metabolism ever… I began to gain weight about 5 years ago and about a year ago I finally found out the main issue of this weight gain (the POS mentioned above). I have to eat a low glycemic diet which is something the DSP program have help me a lot but with this program I will be able to finally eliminate the Limiting Factor #3: Zero Synergy Between Your Diet And Exercise Programming. I will learn how and when to exercise! Due to my insulin resistance cheat days are tricky for me, but I’m sure I will find the answer there and will be able to enjoy the super delicious pizza I make. I want to reach my weight goal and be lean as that will make it easier for my hormones to be balanced and finally get pregnant! Thanks. Raquel, Costa Rica

I need to find a programme which will help me to lose weight. I recently discovered my husband has cheated on me. I have gained a lot of weight during the last 15 years and not only do I want to prove to him I can be attractive too, but more importantly I want to regain my self-respect and feel good about myself again !
I started my weight lost journey 4 years ago with the need to lose 135 pounds. I have lost 62 pounds on Weight Watchers, but have lost only 9 pounds over the past year. In January, I started the Primal Blueprint and have recently incorporated The Diet Solution along with this. I’ve lost 9 pounds in the past 4 months. In addition to trying to lose weight, I have also been dealing with a major medical trial. I was diagnosed with MS at the beginning of my journey, making losing weight even harder. This weight is coming off so slowly. I really think your program would help it come off a little faster. I suffer from weakness in my legs and this would be easier to deal with if I weighed less.
Hi Joel, I’m in my late 60’s and it seems the older I get the harder it is to keep my weight down. I used to be very slim, but not anymore. This is indeed getting stressful for me. I have tried many times to drop the pounds. but fail miserably. I believe your program will help me tremendously. Thank you so much for caring about others!! Even the older people who sometimes just give up.
Hi Joel,
So I have been keeping up on your emails that I have been getting daily I was turned on to you from Isabel from diet soultions program, and I love all the information I have recieved already. I just had my second kid and I am finding it very difficult to stay focused and stay on track to get rid of this baby weight. I found that I really like the Diet Solutions program but I need a change. We are going on a cruise in July and I really really want to be able to wear a bathing suit on the beach and be comfortable. So I think that I should win a free copy of your extreme weight loss program :)
Hello Joel:
I am 55 yrs old am not getting any younger. I have managed to keep my weight fairly steady with some work. I still need to lose another 10 lbs or so and most of that is fat loss around the mid section. I have exercised in the past but haven’t been able to accomplish a whole lot, other than keeping the weight fairly steady. I am very active in sports in the summer months and want to get in the best shape possible. You’re system looks like the one I’ve been looking for, and believe me I have done a lot of searching. I plan on quitting smoking soon but am afraid of the weight gain usually associated with that. With the proper tools I think I can do both. With your system in my arsenal I’m positive I will be able to accomplish my goals, but I won’t be able to do it on my own without the right information to keep things on track. You are my last hope to help me be the person I wish I could see when I look in the mirror.
This summer my wife and I will be moving away from our families to a new city, so I can start medical school. We want to get ourselves in the best shape of our lives as we make new friends in our new hometown. More importantly, before my life becomes consumed with studying anatomy and pathology, we are going to Mexico for what will likely be our last vacation for four years when I start school. Whether or not we win a free copy, we will be buying your program, and if it is half as good as advertised we will be promoting it to everyone we know, just like we have done with Cheat Your Way Thin. I appreciate all the hard-work you have put in creating your program, and when I become a fully licensed medical doctor, I will be prescribing your expertise to all of my patients struggling with obesity. Thanks Joel.
I need to lose weight as I have osteoarthritis in both knees and can not have a replacement unless I lose weight so excercising is not easy because of the pain I do eat sensibly but the weight does not come off if I dont win advice would be greatly appreciated.
I set myself some goals that are weight related, get down to under 300 lbs by my birth day (June 26th, with 15 lbs to go) and get to 275 lbs so I can start Judo and Tae Kwon Do again. I just don’t think my knees would thank me for doing some of that stuff at over 275lbs. I have been having good success on the CTL diet over the last 7 weeks, down 7 inches at the belly and 22-25lbs but the last week and a half, I seem to have plateaued. This is the updated, NEW information that I want and need to get over this hump. Thanks for reading. Have a great weekend.
Hi Joel,
A couple of years ago, my thyroid packed it in and, prior to discovering the cause, my interest in working out declined, I was often tired and of course I gained a lot of weight. I’m working out again but I’ve never had to diet before in my life and now my testosterone levels are lower and despite thyroid medication, dumping this excess fat has become a frustrating endeavor. I realize I need some help.
I feel like I have a new lease on life but I just have this little hurdle to overcome. I believe I can accomplish anything because I have the discipline to do whatever it takes and the commitment to keep doing it until I reach my goals. At this point, I just need the right tools! I need details, like exactly what to eat, how much of it to eat, and when to eat it.
At the end of July, when I turn 50, I plan to be in the best shape of my life. And to etch that commitment in stone, I pledge to take my shirt off in front of everyone at my birthday party to prove it. My wife will walk up to me and wrap her arms around me and she’ll want me to be shirtless all the time!
I’m on a tight time line Joel. Your program is part of my master plan. I will be one of your biggest success stories and advocates for your program!
**Bottom Line Up Front**: I need your book in order to effectively train the men who work for me on how and why to nutritionally sustain themselves in a way which supports their goals.
What I find in your work to be a necessity is the quality of research that you actually present (as opposed to, “this works: take my word for it”). I cannot be sold simply on “results” and pictures of fitness models with very low body fat percentages; however, what I find refreshing in your writing is the “why” that’s included with each strategy.
I am an officer in the United States Military and I have men who must operate extremely long hours with minimal resources and creature comforts. When they have time to eat, they attempt to consumer as many calories as possible until the next time.
My goal with your program is to gain more of an understanding of hormonal reactions and the accompanying physical/mental effects to a caloric deficit. Your article on leptin opened my eyes to the effects that my previous training had on my body and inspired me to Google everything I could about it. Being able to strategically time my consumption of specific macronutrients has gotten me through a lot of tough times, but I only understood the superficial level of why I was doing it.
These young men certainly deserve the “why” when it comes to their nutritional training and with your program I plan to provide them with it.
I NEED this programme!! I’m cracking up! I am exercising (at least 5 times per week), eating all the right foods and am 100% committed to my health and fitness goals but still I cannot shift those last 15lbs of body fat. I’ve been trying for months and NOTHING is working!! HELP!!! Reading about your programme got me excited and remotivated – it sounds exactly what I need and I would be over the moon to win. Thanks!
Hi Joel,
Thanks for all your updates. Your program makes a lot of sense to me and I’m really excited to try it myself!
In the past year, I have quit smoking, totally changed the way I eat and have started a regular exercise program. I’ve achieved some great results (toning up and weight loss) as well as decreasing my cholesterol back to a healthy range. I have so much more energy now and I’m feeling really great about what I’ve achieved both physically and mentally. However, though I am continuing to eat well and exercise, I’m finding it very difficult to lose the last 10 kilos or so. The past 4 months have been disappointing and demotivating. After reading your updates, I’m wondering if it has something to do with my metabolism and the type of workouts I’m doing….
Just have to say, the “cheat day” part of your program really shocked me! I’m a huge cheese fan and would “kill” for a slice of baked cheese cake. I’ve denied myself the pleasure of my favorite foods pretty much for a year, it sure would be nice to find a program (even for the short-term) to “have my cake and eat it too!”
(*^.^*)
Joel,
I can not afford this wonderful program. I’m 50 pounds over weight and 54 years old. I have not been to the doctor for 2 years because of the fit she would have at the weight i have gained. I need your help.
Joel, For the past 5 years my activity levels dramatically fell due to a hip injury. At 51 I had hip re-surfacing surgery and have my life back. I have been following one of your colleagues fitness programs and have made great strides in getting back into shape. The missing piece to my success is a proper nutrition program that will allow me to see the fruits of my labor. I feel fantastic but can’t get rid of the excess fat that’s covering my new body. I just need the tools to finish my journey…thanks for all the great information you provide…it has been a great help.
HELP! I am a musician with a cross-country tour coming up and I’d rather not bring my unwieldy muffin-top as extra baggage. Like so many others here, I’m an early 40s woman with an extra 25 pounds that are coming off at a glacial pace despite (or because of?) strict adherence to a lo-calorie diet. After a few years of cycling through weight gain and diets, I seem to have backed my metabolism into a very belligerent corner. Awesomen’t. The sneak peaks you’ve released for your program a) make me laugh and b) give me hope – two very good things. I’m hoping my metabolism won’t know what hit it!
So, a few years back I was abducted by aliens; since then, they have been using my body as a host and made me lazy, hungry, and eventually fat (you see, this is their conspiracy to destroy the human race, so they can have our planet). I have heard that your program is the only way to purge their evilness from my system – nothing else has worked – so please have mercy on me. :) (Joking – I just thought everyone could use a good laugh!)
I must take responsibility and admit to you that my body’s lack of tone is my fault, not an alien. All kidding aside, I would love to try the program out – and maybe be a poster child for how this program works. I’m willing to keep tabs on everything I eat and do, take regular measurements, and post my results (and pics – ooooh terrifying) on a web diary – so that others can see the results.
I have tried innumerable weight loss strategies…some of them healthy but unsustainable; some, well not so healthy (read: starving and over-exercising) – I’m currently down about 35 pounds from my highest weight, but I still look flabby (have another 35 pounds to go). Not to mention, it took me 4 years to lose those 35 pounds – it would be ideal to move the process along and look fit and trim in the end! :) Thank you for your consideration!
Joel, I have spent over 30 years of my life serving the public. I am morbidly obese, on three medications for my health, and within 15 years of retirement. I find many aspects of my profession strenuous and difficult to perform at 50 years of age; compared to the 18 y.o. youth I was when hired. I have learned a great deal from you and others who link to your site in reciprocity. I will continue to learn and get beeter with age. I have lost 80# by applying a healthier approach to eating and getting back to weights and cardio. I do need your system to learn more, but as I read through the volumes of responses I see many more who need your products also. I wish them all the best and forfeit my chance at your offering. Keep the faith.
COMMITMENT: On May 4, 1975, my wife and I said “I Do”.
May 4, 2010 (the day “Extreme Fast Loss Diet” LAUNCHES), we will celebrate 35 years of marital bliss!!!
January 1, 2010, we committed to each other that 2010 would be the year we would get in shape and stay in shape so that as we approach our “golden years” they could, indeed, be golden, and not riddled with medical issues due to being overwieght.
Since January 1, my wife has lost 20 pounds and I have lost 30 pounds, and we are well on way to fulfilling the COMMITMENT we made to each other.
Utilizing the information in “5 Sneaky Tricks to Triple Fat Loss Results!”, our results have dramatically increased!
My wife is a registered nurse, and has shared the report with all the ladies in her clinic, as well as the doctor. Together, we estimate that we have personally shared this info with more than 50 people (it’s not hard to find people who need it ;) …as “XFLD” is not just about what it will do for US…but the lives “XFLD” can impact as we become “ambassadors” with you in exposing “XFLD” to OTHERS!
Thank you for your COMMITMENT to research this industry and make this information available to the masses.
please enter me for a free copy, cheers
I’m 51 years old and 227 lbs. I’ve maintained this weight, give or take 3-4 lbs. for about 5 years now. I finally discovered what I wanted to do and graduated from school as a Massage Therapist. I’ve taking early retirement and opened my own business, almost 1 whole year already! :)
I want to be able to move without pain, continue being a massage therapist for years and be able to hike the Appalachian Trail with my husband when he retires in a few years. Women in my family live into their 90’s, I don’t want to be sitting in the chair, I want to be living!!!
Your program makes sense, I like the logs to keep accountability, too! I want this. My goal is to lose body fat (aiming for 18%) and to get my total weight down to 145 lbs. by the end of 2011. This feels like it would work to get my goals achieved!
I had begun to lose weight with the help and support of my father, I was down almost 30 lbs when I lost him one day to lung cancer and the next day lost my mother to emphysima. In the last 5 months since I have put back on the 30 +. I want to get my life back on track without smoking to live a better life for me and my husband. I know this program will give me sound advice for a happier and healthier me. I just turned 50 and know that inside of me is an active, attractive
women who is ready to come out and tango.
Joel – This may sound silly, but when my kids hug me, I want them to be able to get their arms all the way around me!! Like most others here, I have struggled my whole life with weight issues, tried all the diets/exercise plans out there with little lasting success. In recent years I have had to deal with chronic pain issues from two bulging discs and bursitis in both hips, which limits the type of exercise I can do. I turned 40 recently and I absolutely need to feel strong and vital again instead of tired and ashamed of my body. I believe from all that I have seen and read that your program could be the one that could turn my life around – hours of cardio are not for me! I recently started the ‘cheat your way thin’ way of life so I am anxious to incorporate the XFLD fitness into my regimen. I really need the expertise and inspiration of someone who truly lives this lifestyle to be successful. I know you’re not just another guy out there preying on the overweight to make a buck! Thank you for all you do for all of us out here struggling to sift through the misinformation to find real success!!
Joel, The program would be perfect for me as I am approaching my mid forties, my time at the gym is raelly decreasing as I work strange shifts and spend a lot of my liesure time with my kids and coaching a kids soccer team. I am fully committed but need some better information on nutrition and an effective workout program. This looks the business to me
This is the answer I have been looking for! I have been following a diet for months, but have not lost more than five pounds, and keep gaining it back. I was recently diagnosed with low thyroid function, so that is part of the problem, but I believe that the type of exercise I have been doing has not helped my weight loss efforts. I look forward to reading your book!
