I started working out on a regular basis 8 weeks ago and started with a body fat percentage of 12%. However, I am in week 9 now and figured out that I gained 2% more in body fat. How could this be? I imagined I would go lower. I am frustrated at the moment and dissapointed. I am obviously doing something wrong and I need your help. I have been reading your tips on body fat, but I just need special day by day instructions on what to eat and what workouts to do, and I know your program does that. It makes sense to lower your carb intake the day before cheat day to create high leptin levels, and then burn them off the next day while lowering your calorie intake. I know John Romaniello, Vince Del Monte are glad this program is going out on May 4th. Joel, my goal is to reach a 5% body fat and I just can’t do it. I am dedicated and if you give me a free copy, be sure I won’t quit and let it go to waste. I will sure finish the program. Please choose me and help me reach my ultimate dream goal!

I have been obese since 1986 (since I was 26 years old), along with being hypothyroid all my life and now also Type 2 Diabetic, I need a comprehensive plan to help me lose this weight and keep if off for the rest of my life. Your plan appears to be just what I need with its food and exercise plans. I have tried just about every plan out there and recently, after 25 years of losing and gaining back, over and over, found something that helped me take off about 50 lbs, but with no exercise. Joel, I am truly excited about Xtreme! I have worked hard to get the body that I have now, yet I cannot seem to get my body fat DOWN and lean up! I am burned out on everything else I have tried. I’m 60 years old and I’ve struggled with my weight since college. I’ve tried so many different programs, lost weight, then gained it back. In January of this year I decided I was going to get healthy and in shape so I joined a fitness center and started out slow on the treadmill 2 days a week. The first time I could only walk a mile and I was weak & dizzy when I finished. I started going Monday thru Friday religiously (February, March) and was walking 3 miles in an hour. I was sweating like a pig and discouraged because the scale was still not showing results. In April, I started Ron Poulos weight workout M-W-F, walking 1.25 miles after doing the weights. On T and Th I still walk 2.5 miles.
The scale is still not dropping. I’m hoping your program will get me off high blood pressure medication and restore my self confidence. I want to look good in jeans again. Thanks for all the tips so far.

I started with the truth about six pack abs program back in january. I have made great progress but have hit a wall and have started to have more cheat days than usual because i just can’t get over the hump and have been frustrated. This program will be just what i need to get back on track and shed those last extra pounds that I have been wanting to lose and hopefully uncover that six pack that’s been sittinn in the cooler for too long.

i used to be a personal trainer but since i changed careers i find it harder to stay as fit as i would like. not being immersed in the industry every day and not using my body as a business card, it seems the excuses are easier to come by these days. i still maintain a reasonably fit physique but would love to find the ‘extra edge’ to look the way i want now that i can’t dedicate my full time to working on it

I have arthritis and I know that my weight is making it worse. I would like to get this weight off,so that I can feel better. I exercise 3 days a week and play golf 3-4 times a week and it helps me to keep my weight stable, but I cannot lose weight with exercise alone. I am very motivated in my exercise, but have been having trouble going it alone on the eating side. I believe this is a good program because several years ago I lost 35 lbs and cheated once a week. I didn’t know the logistics of that years ago, but know that your program incorporates that aspect and that it works. I’m tired of the yo yo syndrome and want to get my weight off permanently.

Hi Joel,

I am 34 years old and I love to train and eat clean. My motivation to do so has come from suffering the lost of both my parents to heart attacks. I also have a younger brother who had a heart attack and bypass surgery at the age of 25. Throughout all this, I am convinced that that these things happened mostly because of lack of a good diet and exercise, and that any underlying conditions could have been reversed through diet and exercise. Despite my best efforts to stay ahead of this “curse” in my family, I have not been able to get to the point to where I am at a healthy body fat percentage. I strongly feel that this program will be a turning point in my life to where I can be the example to my family members and friends and inspire them to take care of their health. Furthermore, I believe in your program. I believe that it will open doors for me that have never been opened before. I am confident that upon completion of this program, not only will I have success in my fitness goals, but I will have success in all other areas of my life as well!

Hi! I’ve been struggling with weight all of my life. At age 8, I was already 100 lbs. By the time I hit 8th grade, I was over 220 lbs. and wearing a size 22. I was able to get back to a size 12 by my senior year, but only with a starvation diet. I’ve been on every diet out there. From the Hilton Head Metabolism Diet to the Atkins diet to the Zone diet to the Lean for Life diet along with many more in between. With each diet, I was able to follow it and lose the weight only to see it come back on once I went off the plan. As the mother of two kids ages 7 and 10, it’s hard to find the time to work out and eat right, but I try to every day. I need a program that will work and work effectively to finally once and for all get rid of the excess fat and water on my body. Unfortunately, I see my daughter heading down the same path that I was on many years ago. It’s time to break the cycle and take control of my body. This is why I need a copy of this program.

I am deathly allergic to Latex. I have anaphylactic reactions to it. Due to the severity of the allergy, I am on two different steroids at all times. My MD says these have absolutely no bearing on my weight. However in the ten years that I have been taking them, I have gone from 135 -185. I walk everyday for at least 3 miles and use an exercise ball each day. I have tried weight watchers, curves, blood type diet, etc and have only been able to drop 1-2 pounds each time. While my MD is not concerned about my weight, I am. Please help me. Thank you.

I have been trying for years to lower my body fat. Currently I am around 24% and its very localized around my belly…arms, chest, upper back and legs are ok…but that several years old aroud belly fat has been extremely difficult to remove ! I read your paper on leptin hormone and sounded extremely logical to me that once a certain fat level is reached, we need to fool our metabolism to force it to use fat reserves unused for years.

Joel first off thank you so much for all of this invaluable information it puts a lot of things into perspective. This program would allow me to just follow something from beginning to end. I am very disciplined in my workouts and eating and I cannot say I have weight to drop but I certainly want to be more defined. I need something that will tell me what to do and when and I can do it. I know I am not getting the results I want because I do not have all the right elements outlined for me. I am 43 I have two kids ages 2 and 3 and any excess weight that I have is all in my middle which as plagued me all my life. I want to see my abs I want a tight defined middle to match the rest of me O really believe your Extreme Fat Loss Program will give me what I have always wanted. I am currently 360 pounds and have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and have just been informed that I am diabetic. I am a 911 dispatcher and spend my working hours sitting, dealing with all types of emergency situations, but I can’t help but thinking that I am one of those emergency situations. What would happen if I end up having a heart attack at work, in the middle of the night, all alone in the dispatch center? I turn 41 in less than a week and want to get healthy so I can be here to watch my sons begin their adult lives and start their families. I have tried so many programs (usually that focus on one specific area) and have had some success, but always end up gaining it back and then some. I need something that spells it ALL out and covers the whole shebang; in essence, a complete lifestyle change. I am 29 years old and never really felt comfortable in my own skin. I think this would literally be the icing on the cake… As a personal trainer, I’ve been very successful at transforming peoples bodies yet they always seem to want just a bit more after they’re released from my program.

I’m 67 years old. My daughter is getting married on June 26th. Same as Vinnie and Flavia. Very important date. I haven’t even gotten my dress yet. I really really would like to get some of this extra fat off. You know, pictures are forever. I have lost a few pounds but not nearly enough for that mother of the bride beautiful dress. When Dr. K released his DEFL program, I jumped on it. I will admit, I fell off a bit the last couple of week. Not sure why, seem like I really slowed down my
weight loss’s but admittly, the last couple weeks, I haven’t been pushing as hard as I know I should. This program WILL be just the boost I need to lose the pounds I need to get me into roll model condition. My hardest goal to reach is being a good fitness roll model for my kids and that’s the dad I have visions of me being but I don’t want to wait until they have already developed the same bad overweight habits I have…I want to show them as early as I can that thin and fit is the right lifestyle to live. Hey Joel. First of all – thanks! Great updates mate! Great information! Now – let me tell you exactly why this program is the perfect program for me at this point in my life. I NEED access to this information because I can really see that what you are saying, makes sense! I am 49 years old, with many years left with my family and friends, and I am tired of being over weight, and not feeling like I once did. 25 lbs in 25 days – now that makes sense and is attainable. It is realistic (that is why I like your whole approach). You make it challenging, but realistic – and fun. No more of those ridiculous, ineffective diets for me. Thank you for doing all of the research, and putting it together like you do. I am now understanding: Metabolism and starvation mode, calorie balance, cheat days, and more. I have been following Kim Lyons’ program, and other diets made me sick and weak. I now feel great, having lost a few pounds; but I now understand the whole exercise/diet concept. I know your program will help me ever further! Your “real user results” really topped it off, and frankly mate; “real user results” – that is the key – right? I know you agree with me – lol! Joel – Your program is the perfect one for me at this time because I believe it will work where others have failed. I am a 58 year old teacher, and I work part-time at at fitness center. Although I have a sensible diet, complete interval cardio training four days a week, and weight train three days per week, I have not been successful in losing the desired body fat. Your diet manual and training manual will provide the right information for training and diet, and will finally help me get the lean body I want. I am 100 lbs overweight. I have tried everything……….already, the information I have received has helped. I am borderline diabetic and partially disabled, so the
gym is out for me. I really need HELP!

This program is exactly what i need couse: i made 2-3 or more quick diets! and i mean the realy hard ones …. one diet that i made let me eat about 500 calorys per day … and well i had my weight off (about 13kg) , but the fat was exatly there were it was before… so i decided to get a nother diet and the same stuff hapend all over again… well i want to get rid off my fat and i cant say how well expecting iam to get access to this diet couse i want to make a point in my life where i cann say : “I made it, look at me!” and where i get my fat of and then, wenn iam on a low fat level then i want to add the muscles to make my look complete…

Sounds good and precise sign me up. What I am looking for is a well mapped out plan. With a busy work season ahead it is important to have a plan I can stick to. I have been struggling with weight-loss for 5 years. I have only once temporarily achieved my goals so I am ready for a transformation. Not being a body builder or having and experience with free weights; I am in need of training guidelines and goals. I would love to lose 30lbs over 4 months but if that is achievable much faster and safer I would be thrilled. Love the update can’t wait to see the program hope its is affordable.

Hello Joel,
I am in my 50s, and had a stroke on 11/30/09. It mostly affected my right arm and leg, and my memory certainly isn’t as good as it was before the stroke, but thank goodness my speech wasn’t affected. I have worked hard towards a full recovery, and walk (sometimes slowly jog, sometimes limp :-) ) on the treadmill every weekday. I also stretch daily, and weight train 2 or 3 times a week with a set of 5 lb dumbells. I still fall over occasionally, so our teenage kids joke that I’m the wobbly lady! I gained weight in the hospital because of inactivity, and I am now 7 lb overweight. I would love to have a more structured program to follow now that I am recovering some strength in my right arm and leg, and you and your friends are the healthiest looking young men I have seen for a long time, so you must be doing something right!!
