I started working out on a regular basis 8 weeks ago and started with a body fat percentage of 12%. However, I am in week 9 now and figured out that I gained 2% more in body fat. How could this be? I imagined I would go lower. I am frustrated at the moment and dissapointed. I am obviously doing something wrong and I need your help. I have been reading your tips on body fat, but I just need special day by day instructions on what to eat and what workouts to do, and I know your program does that. It makes sense to lower your carb intake the day before cheat day to create high leptin levels, and then burn them off the next day while lowering your calorie intake. I know John Romaniello, Vince Del Monte are glad this program is going out on May 4th. Joel, my goal is to reach a 5% body fat and I just can’t do it.
