Thanks for this great opportunity! I have battled with my weight ever since I was child. I would lose it and then regain it. When I lost weight, it was never with fad diets, but the only problem I had was keeping it off. Looking back I can see now how I lost muscle instead of fat every time I lost the weight and it was worse as I got older. Ugh, I can’t think of a reason why I wouldn’t need it! I’m tired of going shopping and having to shop at specialty stores only to realize the clothes aren’t the problem. I’m tired of having to take medicines (I’m 22) that treat conditions which would disappear with weight loss. One of the things I love about you, (yes I love you haha) is that what you say and write about, is research-based. I have always excercised but started to put on more and more weight in my forties. Through diet and excercise and the help of a personal trainer I lost 15kgs in 2006 and kept it off for a year or so. During this period aged 47 I left my job and trained and worked as a personal trainer and my photo is used to advertise a personal training studio. However due to various circumstances, including going back to a sedentary job my weight has slowing crept up although I continue to excercise and eat fairly healthily. Since my 50th birthday last year I have stacked on about 5kgs mainly around my stomach hips and thighs and it just won’t budge despite my training and relatively healthy eating. None of the old tricks work anymore. I really want to use your system to show women my age that it can be done and to set up my own business to help others and to help stop the obesity epidemic in Australia. I know I can look great at my age, just need to shred the fat. I don’t have a lot to lose fat wise so pick me ,pick me ……….please

Since i first heard about you through one of mike geary’s emails and John Roman’s FPFL I have kept up with your threads. I enjoy all the free information you have been giving away, and I do plan to purchase your product anyways. I am getting married June 12, 2010, and I am 220 lbs. with 20% body fat. I am trying to get down to a lean 200 or 205 and I have less than a month and a half to do it. Why do I want to win this? Because I’m a 41 year old mom of 2 very active boys who would love to be able to keep up with them. Because 25+ years of failed dieting, restricting, inefficient exercise, and bouts of bulimia, have left me fatter (currently 210 lbs) and sicker after each attempt. Worse still, they have also left me with severe bouts of depression, desperation, and an overall feeling of hopelessness, that there really is no cure for my messed up metabolism. I’m currently a college student struggling to manage time to work out and work the books at the same time. When I read The 5 Sneaky to Triple Your Fat Loss Results, I thought it was genius! I had just studied the whole digestive system in detail and when I connected my knowledge of leptin with your words, everything clicked into place. I see how, with your program, I and so many others will be able to start losing fat like it was nothing. Well, I’ve tired already with all my fat.. From childhood, my surrounding always took my fat body as a joke. I really hate that. I have a dream, one day I can stand in front of my family, friends, etc with my full confidence for my body. Hope my story (my struggle to lose fat) can inspire them. I’ve been waiting more than 20 years for this program to arrive! As others, I have tried everything and I’ve been successful in loosing weight but ALL those programs FAIL me in NOT giving me what I wanted it “a flat stomach” someone years ago told me that my “dream” only could be accomplish by surgery but I always refused to believe that; it might be the fastest and most painful way out for some people but definitely not for me. I belief in the power of the mind, in the perfection of the body and most definitively I believe in nature. This three principles is what connects me to your program. Your program integrates those values creating a perfect triangle where one side depends on the other in order to become one. Hey Joel, I need something to get my self esteem back! I work full-time and go to school full-time and that doesn’t leave a lot of time for going to the gym. I’ve put on 25 lbs in the last few years and on my 5 foot 3 inch frame, that’s A LOT! I was going to the gym pretty regularly a year and a half ago, but just gradually let life take me over. Now I’m tired all the time and can’t seem to find the energy to work out. I’m hoping that this simple approach will be the kick-start for me to get my weight under control. I know the kids and hubby love me, but I’d like to love me again.
I am also a 2001 Body for Life Champion (Age 55 and over). Up to now I did not have a full understanding on how the Body for Life Diet Program worked. Now with you diet material I should be able to both explain the diet and to gain better results with my clients.
Your program would be good me because my friends birthday is coming up and in a month and a half and we are going camping for it and thats means beach and swimming. Right now im 240 ibs at 26% body fat and dont look the best with my shirt off. I plan on losing as much fat as possible before then. I want a program that is going to allow me to lose fat fast, plus keep the mussle i have on my body. Basicy all other deit out there will make me lose my muscle too which just doesnt work for me I worked hard to get it there and want to keep it. So that is why i want a copy of your program to lose as much fat within the next month and a half well keeping as much muscle as I can which 99% of the other programs arent designed to do.

Hi Joel, I changed my diet and lost 15Lbs. in 6 weeks. I’d like to lose 10 more. I will be 59 yrs. old in a couple weeks and my goal/needs are to lose 25 lbs total and build upper body strength and leg strength so I can participate in a week of caving in the Marble Mtns. near where I live. This trip starts the 4th of July weekend. I have to be able to ascend 150 ft in 15 minutes or less. These caves are cold and wet. Speed is necessary to avoid hypothermia for myself and fellow cavers. The catch is I’m a total Vegan and I want to execise at home not at the gym. I walk 4 days a week for one hour b4 work(approx. 3-4 miles). I am doubtful and uncertain that this program can work for me as a Vegan. I’m motivated, but need guidance so I’d like to win one of the 5 free programs.

Over the last 3 years I’ve managed to lose 35kg and have maintained a very high level of fitness through an extensive exercise program. I LOVE training, playing sport and exercise in general (so much so I’m undertaking further fitness study), however I’m not gaining the full benefit of my physical effort due to poor discipline in my diet. Whilst I am now in my healthy weight range, my new focus is shifting toward reducing body fat, from around 29% to under 25%, and I know that diet plays a vital part in this shift. I’ve lost 110 lbs. the past 5 yrs. since my son died.I gained some back, then lost,gained, lost, etc.,more times than I care to count! I’m truly interested in your program, as I believe it has the attributes that would make it a successful to lose the other 110 lbs. needing lost yet! Joel, i have been trying to loose weight for about 3 years now and have tried the latest and greatest diets out there with no results. I was on the jenny craig diet for 10 months and lost only 5 lbs and it cost me alot of money. I am one of those people who never wins anything but this past year I was blessed with the miracle of having my first child at age 40 and he is the most wonderful thing that has ever happened to my life. Of course having a child at my age left my body in need of a makeover. I want so bad to be able to get back into my pre-baby clothes again and to regain my self confidence and self esteem so that my son will be proud to have me as his mother. This program sounds awsome, just what I need right now. I am in week 7 of Dr K’s Double Edged Fat Loss Program and have in the last 9 months taken my waist from 44″ to 35″ and beleive that I will end up at 32″. My medical Dr can’t beleive the progress I have made as I have an autoimmune disease that makes my sinews and ligaments swell (last year thought I was headed for a wheelchair). The pain in my joints is getting less the leaner and fitter I get. I have already motivated a number of friends and family to start there journey to lean health and think that your program will take me to where I want to be and will allow me to motivate even more people through example.

I guess it all started back in 2001 (my freshman year of college) when I was just a “skinny fat” 19-year old kid. At the time, I was spending close to 2 hours a day in the gym (now my workouts last about 30 minutes), and despite my efforts, you’d probably never guess I worked out a day in my life by looking at me...
