I read the various programs for sound structure and accuracy. I’ve read some of your friends “programs” and compared them to others, Bill Phillips, Vince, and so on and they are basically the same thing worded differently, all common sense stuff you have to pay to realize but………I could already tell on the surface your program may have the missing link that brings it all together that can give someone more hope and an edge. Free or not, I am looking forward to putting your ideas into action.

Every fat guy wants to loose his weight by doing the least possible efforts, which this program allows, it also allows to bash a party on every 5th day..thats a dream program..!!
What more would a person would ask for..when he knows that after every 5 days of hard efforts would fetch him a party…wow..!!..gr8…!!

I’m 42 years old. I have been on this weight loss rollercoaster for some time. I would diet and exercise consistently for about 4-6 weeks. I’d see results right away but after about 4 weeks the diet got harder and the weight quit coming off. I’d quit.
I have 5 kids, ages varying from 18 to 1. Our lifestyle is hectic. With four of them playing sports and 1 in diapers. I run from work to practices/games. Planning to eat healthy is difficult. We are planning our first family vacation…a trip to Disney on the first of June. I’m dreading this. I’m afraid the activities will be too strenuous for me at my current weight. I need a quick plan to loose weight to be ready to enjoy this long awaited and much needed time off with my family.

I would like to try this system. as I hit a weight loss plateau 6 months ago and would like to get over this hump.

If I had all the money back that I’ve spent on diets that don’t work I’d be rich. I realize it’s all will-power related and I do well for about 4 or 5 days and then fall off the wagon (food not booze). Love your exercise philosophy and tips and it all works well when I stay away from extra snacking and overeating. I’d love to try this program and hopefully a dose of willpower to go along with it. Your daily updates help remind me I’m worth being thin. Life’s too short to live it overweight. The 20 pounds that haunt me seem like they have been welded on. I’ve always been a chubby guy. I’ve always been teased because of my looks. Right now I’m making improvements in my life. Fitness is at the top of my change list. I am trying to get a whole scientific approach to this elusive weight loss idea. You are the only one that stands out from the rest. One question on the web and you get hundreds of different plans.I will delete all others YOU GET IT!! YOU WILL CHEAT WE ALL DO!! NO BS from you. My 90 pound cardiologist says lose the weight ! Walk at 4am if you have to eat less and you WILL LOSE. I have eaten those little containors they give you on most of the programs out there. They leave you full of chemicals and starving PLUS have screwed with your metabolism (Thanks for that tip) Please help me put it together with weight resistance, cheat days, sensible advice. I am in my 40’s now and have been obesely over-weight since I had my last child 18 years ago. My family has a history of diabetes as well as heart disease and ovarian cancer. I carry most of my weight in my mid-section which puts me at a higher rate of getting these diseases. I am a grand-mother of 2 as well and I would like to be able to enjoy them long after their 18th birthday. My BMI is currently at a 38% which puts me morbidly obese. I have tried many weight loss programs but sometimes the ones that work are normally the most expensive and in this economy I cannot afford to try everyone out there. I NEED this program because it’s the missing part of the puzzle for me. I’m 57 yrs old and have been doing some form of exercising with DVD’s at least 5 – 6 times a week for the past 3 years to try to get rid of this post cigarette post menopause weight gain. Worked for awhile there too- lost 20 lbs. Have now reached some kind of plateau and ready to crank it up to drop the lasts 20. You guys have just the energy I need to motivate me forward. And the truth is, I want to look better naked. The sooner the better. :)

I am a 52 year old female that has carried around an extra 20 – 25 lbs for the last 20 years. I bad thing about it is that although it’s only 20 -25 lbs (not much to some), all of the “fat” is located in my mid-section. Even when I’ve tried and lost lbs my stomach area never seems to get smaller. My other problem is that I have been (my family as well) a “junk food addict” eating a lot of fast foods and processed foods, and yes “diet foods.” I got connected to your program through the Fast Track and Diet Solution programs. I have been changing my eating habits according to their guidelines (organic when I can find it). I have already lost 5 lbs over the past 2 weeks just with the changes to my diet. Also, I haven’t had any fast-junk-sugary foods. The things that you have shared about your program sonuds like an excellent addition to those two programs to help me achieve not only the last few lbs of weight loss, but finally once and for all be able to see the abs that has been covered up all of my adult life. Finally, I have a daughter that is about 60 lbs overweight and I really want to be a good role model for her to encourage her to eat healthy and incorporate the right forms of exercise for successful weight management.

Have you ever felt like you’ve done it all? That’s how I feel. I’m 50 years old, I weigh 250lbs and been struggling with this weight all my life. I lost my son 2 years ago of a massive a heart attack at 28 years old. Atherosclerosis was his diagnosis caused by obesity. He played hockey twice a week, worked full time and still that wasn’t enough. I gained a good 30 to 40 pounds after his death self medicating myself with food. I have since lost 30 pounds but those plateaus are killing me. That’s when I start to backslide. When I read your strategy about dieting and exercising I thought that this might be the program I am searching for. I don’t want to lose hope, I want to keep living. I would love to try your program for free. Am I too old? I don’t know. Can I lose 100 pounds? They say it’s possible. I’m seriously thinking of surgery, but this scares me. Could I be your next success story? I sincerely hope so.

I am TIRED of losing 15 to 20 lbs. only to regain it again and again. It usually takes me 3 hours a day 6 to 7 days a week of heavy cardio and weight training. Let’s not forget the extreme dieting(no wiggle room aloud) and I love my junk food, but have a great drive to keep it out… for a little while and that’s when I start to slip. First it’s the diet than the workouts become too inconvient and back into the fat jeans. I am a stay at home mom of twin 3 year olds and a 6 year old who’s schedule is filled with activities and sports. I love my life! Now it’s time to start loving me again!!! I want to implement this program because after reading your updates and listening to the dialogue between you and the others, this is exactly the point that I am at. I lost a bunch of weight through the traditional methods that you described but reached a plateau and kept the flab that I was trying to get rid of. Your program makes sense scientifically and also as a human being (cheat days especially). I’ve tried doing strength exercises and things on my own trying to implement the principles I’ve read from you but I believe a day to day specific guide is what I need to really get the job of losing the fat done. Thanks for all the info so far. I’ve been studying and trying different methods of fat loss and muscle gain for several years now. Recently I’ve been getting a bit discouraged that I might never reach 10% or below body-fat- I’ve been stuck around 15% for 2 years. I feel like I’m missing some key element to the whole equation, and the things you’ve mentioned caught my attention because I’ve never heard/thought about it quite like you put it. Also, my wife has been stuck with some “baby weight” for several years and has pretty much given up on exercise. I feel like if we had the tools to make a big change quickly, our quality of life would dramatically improve. I’m tired of being the only one with plenty of energy in my relationship. Please help!

I just want to say with all the comments I am not alone and you have a tough choice to make so best wishes to you. Now about me and why…. I take full responsibility for where I am; over 250 lbs. I am not happy about it, I’m actually very embarrassed. Every since my mom passed it seems like I have been pulling myself out of a deep dark hole. One tragedy or distressing situation after another. Well 7 yrs ago after a very important relationship failed, I actually stopped fighting back. The weight came and brought many pains and illnesses with it. However, I have regained my fight for life and began on a new career journey. As an unemployed student my weight is a very important factor in changing that status to employed graduate. Thank you for all the things you have already given me. It’s because of you and others in your field with a true desire to help; I know this will no longer be my present it will be my past.

after a year of struggling to build muscle, through piling on the calories, ive found ive added an excess 60 lbs of fat to my body. As a teenager in college, it just kills any confidence i had and is overall affecting my dating life, and my self-belief in general.
Sure, i may not have skinny arms anymore, but when i feel my belly literally ‘hanging & spilling’ over my jeans, i at times squeeze the flab with my hands wishing i could just rip it off!!!

I believe this is the perfect program for me because i NEED to get rid of this flab thats weighing down my life, and i want to feel good about myself this summer. Joel please help me help myself and my family! As a 40 yr old working mother I am always busy and your program is not only practical but quick and easy to implement…in effect..just what I need! I have tried various diets but need something that is easily maintained on a daily basis to keep me in shape. I would also like to help family members who are dangerously overweight and in danger of diabetes and other diseases because of their inability to lose weight. Your program is great for me because like you guys said in the audio the other day people like being TOLD what to do. Hi Joel, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us. This could not have come at a better point in my life. See, I’m 26 & I just had a baby last year and I never thought losing weight could be so hard. I have tried everything from starvation to every gimmick you can think of. The problem is I work full time Monday-Friday 40-60 hours a week so finding a program that is realistic & can work for me is difficult. Most diets tell you to eat unrealistic foods & maintain an intense exercise program (that when you are a working American or unable to afford a personal chef to cook your 100% organic raw foods diet meals), that simply will not work for me. I am in need of something that lets me be comfortable in my weight loss goals and will still allow me to run out & grab a quick bite of lunch. When you work in a fast paced law firm & could spend 8-12 hours in an office, “healthy” is that last thing you are worried about when someone says “hey, I’m running to Chipotle, Taco Bell, Subway (whatever it may be) do you want anything?” I may not have as much to lose as others (only about 20 lbs would be ideal) but I have heard & can testify that baby weight is the HARDEST weight to lose. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I am hoping to use it as a “sneaky” way to help my partner (he’s in his mid-50’s)get into shape and lost the extra poundage he has. He has diabetes, degenerative disk problems in his spine (from a broken neck and back) and degenerative arthritis in his knees, which is limiting his abiltity to work and enjoy life. However, they won’t do surgery until things get “really bad” (i.e. crippled and totally unable to move). I feel that weight loss is the best way to help his health physically and mentally, to hopefully reduce the amount of pain he lives with each day and to have him with me as long as possible.
