This program is so different from everything I thought I knew about losing weight…of course what I knew wasn’t working! This approach to burning fat and losing weight – FAT – will change my life. I have lost “weight” many times throughout my lifetime…muscle weight, water weight…etc. Probably a million pounds! But again, as each and every time in the past, I now have 50 pounds to lose. I am going to be 40 and realize that each year this gets harder and harder. Since I haven’t had real and lasting success in the past, I am terrified I won’t get this right before it’s too late! I am a busy mother of 3 with a new career and not a lot of time to waste. Your program speaks to me and can help me make effective choices and exercises to maximize my time and effort!

The sharing of your knowledge & unselfishly giving something back is commendable. For the last 3 years the members of my immediate family have been full time attendant care nurses for my youngest son who is a paraplegic. His injury occurred while he was helping me, so we all know what giving back is. My husband and I would really love to win your Extreme Fat Loss Diet program. It sounds just what we need to really get the safe healthy weight loss and fitness we need. I just turned 60 and have struggled with being extremely overweight for the past 30 years. I have managed to lose almost 100 lbs but still have stubborn 65 lbs to go. My husband is 64, a type II diabetic, has lost about 50 lbs but still has 50 lbs to go. I’ve tried just about every diet/weight loss program there is, including some of the crazy fads in desperation. I’ve studied nutrition and know the basics of what we need to do, but there is a big difference between the knowing and the implementation. We try hard to eat healthy and be active but we just can’t seem to get the final results we need. Your program seems to be the safe common sense method that we think just might get us to where we need to be. Thank you for providing the opportunity for people to win your great program.

I got up one day and decided to begin eating for fitness and fat loss, and I TRULY got muired in analysis paralysis. No carb, low carb, low fat, no sugar, high protein, 3 meals, 6 meals, CRAP! I just want to lose some dang FAT! And frankly, I don’t want to have to decipher how to do it! I am not lazy, I like physical activity… but again… first thing in the morning, last thing at night, 20 minute cardio, 90 minute cardio, 3xweek, 7xweek, weights every other day… HOLY HECK! I have been trying all kinds of diet in the past and I think I have given up on dieting. No matter how hard I work, I just can’t seem to lose more than 5 lbs. I usually binge eat after dieting as well due to deprivaty. I got really excited about the days and the promises that this diet plan is offering. I would like to give diet plans ONE more chance. I am a 41 year old Mom of 5 children. I have read the diet Cheat Your Way Thin and I have tried it and lost some weight already, and in short time too. The cheat days are amazing! It is so great to have a diet that you can look forward to a day like that, a light at the end of the tunnel, so to speak. I need to get the rest of the weight off for the summer weddings and birthday celebrations coming up and it is the LAST TEN POUNDS. The hardest ever, as I am sure you know. I started exercising at the gym about 1 1/2 years ago and love the strength training and the 18 min. run/walk on the treadmill is invigorating and exhausting. I used to be the biggest dude in my school (not the good kind) weighing around 220 pound of fat and it made me feel really insecure about myself and my abilities as a person. So what did I do? I lost that stubborn weight and went down to almost 180 in two years. Now that was a really good achievement, I stuck to my plan and committed to joining afterschool activities and training. When I graduated from school I was around 175 and I was happy and content. So what happened after I finished from school? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I had absolutely no physical activity and my diet went to crap, ever since I attended university abroad. No more mom to cuddle and help me with my food dieting problems. No more dad to discipline me through my activities. I am on my own and I am helpless, and according to yesterdays weigh in I weigh 235 pounds of fat, only a year after graduating. I lost my health and the confidence I worked so hard to achieve, solely because I don’t know how to do it without some guidance, without some help. I can’t always run back to mommy and daddy for everything, I am 19 years old I need to be looking out for myself and that is why I need help not only so I can just lose the weight, so it can STAY OFF. Being a single dad i run and run and run. your posts over last few days/weeks have opened my eyes to mistakes i make and allowed me to delve into the reality of why i am carrying this extra fat. why do i need your program?
i’m a mother of a 2 year old boy and with the pregnancy i gained to much weight and he took me 1 year to get it off and be in a good shape but still having a budda belly that didn’t want to go away.Everything i was doing wasn’t working and i started to loose faith and i ended up putting more weight on…so now i look at my self and feel ugly and depressed that is why i need your program to get my faith back and reach my goal!!!

Quite simply, I need this program for my health. I was always very healthy; former Marine Corps Special Ops, single digit body fat, CSCS, and I even did some modeling. Last year, I joined a cancer research lab as part of my graduate studies. The principal investigator for the project was a slave driver to put it nicely. He would typically have us working 100 hours or more every week and as much as thirty hours straight without a break under exceptionally stressful and demeaning conditions. Additionally, my wife miscarried, and our autistic son got kicked out of two schools (I know it sounds like I’m making this up, but, trust me, last year really, really sucked.) I am somewhat hesitant to admit this, but the stress rekindled my PTSD, and I started to drink (and I mean drink a lot.) I gained seventy pounds of pure fat, and my blood pressure shot up to 160/110 (yes, that’s two triple digits; hypertension stage II.) I have since quit the lab and quit drinking. I have been lifting again and eating healthy. My blood pressure has gone down dramatically, but I still have a lot of fat to lose. Your ideas are physiologically sound, and I am certain that the XFLD system will help me to continue reclaiming my life from the disaster of the past year. If you are looking for a poster boy, I’m your guy.

I too have struggled with the conventional way to lose weight, I have a body that all too readily gains weight, but hangs on to it for dear life when I try to lose it. I need a method that will shock my system into shedding the extra pounds.
I am also dealing with an injury that makes cardio exercise impossible, but have been trying to keep up with weights.

I am looking foward to see what your entire program has to offer. I have always found it easy to both gain weight and then loose it when necessary. When need be a few weeks of focused exercise and great eating habits would take the extra 10 to 15 lbs off. Over the last year (after having my third baby) things have changed. Now no amount of exercise or correct eating seems to help. I don’t loose weight, and I don’t gain weight…I am simply “stuck”. I am looking for a program that will jump start my metabolism and get me back.

I live in Ski Country USA and I don’t like winter sports, so between September and May I have added 20 lbs of weight rather than losing or even maintaining. I think that your system will help me get back to a healthier weight and will give me a realistic system that will allow me to succeed. I am definitely willing to give the program a 110% effort so that I will succeed and with summer just around the corner I will be able to enjoy walking and golf at a higher level. Hi, I have followed the updates with renewed hope for losing some bodyfat. In my late teens I was in the shape of my life. did a lot of running. But I didn’t eat enough and I lost a lot of muscles. After 3 months studying a broad I gained about 17 lbs of pure fat. Then I gained 15 lbs the following year. I followed Arnel Ricafranca’s training and dieting tips, and lost 27lbs in about 5-6months. But I was skinnyfat and only 154 lbs. No muscles. I have worked hard the last year building up my muscles. I now weigh 167.5 lbs. I hope the XFLD will help me lose about 8 lbs. You say this program will preserve muscle mass, which to me sounds perfect. Im so looking forward trying the diet. And hopefully not lose any muscles.

I’m 34 years old and have been attending MSC for the last 3 years to obtain my R.N.. I’ve decided to be a Nutritionist instead, because I want to help people in preventative maintenance to have the healthiest life possible. This all started with having my own surgery 10 years ago and another 2 years ago, which almost cost me my life. Now, since I’ve had the surgery I have gained 35 lbs. It has been a struggle to get back to where I was before. I have always been very athletic, muscular, and lean. In order for me to be healthy again, I must lose this weight. The perception that my clients would have of this, when I graduate; would be very negative. If I’m not healthy and lean… then how would they expect me to help themselves to be. “If your not healthy, it enables your quality of life.” Thank-you Joel for all the great information!!

I have been in the Army National Guard for 3 years and have struggled keeping my weight down. When I first joined, I barely made the body fat test and now I am way over the limit. I have been struggling with my weight since I was about 10 years old and have tried every diet imaginable to lose the weight with no success. This Xtreme fat loss system is exactly what I have been looking for to not only help me lose weight and fat, but also to help me pass my physical fitness test. I have been on an exercise and diet program for the last 3 months and have seen decent results. However, I cannot find a way to lose the last 10-15 pounds I want. Your new program sounds awesome! I am turning 35 this July, just days before I am due to have my 7th baby. To say that I have put on a little weight with each pregnancy would be putting it mildly. I have tried many diets out there and realized that I need something that is common sense, great techniques and fantastic results – this seems like it could be just the thing. I will have 50-60 lbs to lose after this baby is born, but I’m hopefully losing it for the last time… I love each of my children dearly, but its time that I get my body back – that is what I’m excited about! Granted I don’t have tons of kilos to lose. I actually have 5 kilos (10 lbs) but it is proving hard to get rid of. I follow Isabel’s Diet program but I need something more radical that will combine fat loss with muscle building and toning to start. I am almost 54 and have lost a lot of muscle due to illness over the last 5 years. It has been replaced by fat. I am now officially “skinny fat”. I used to be all muscle with nary a patch of cellulite in sight and I would like to get back to that and rediscover my energy and dynamism as well as my former sexy bod ;-). Joel, I would love to win a copy of your “Extreme Fat Loss Diet”. I am 54 yrs. young. Had my 6month cholesterol and blood pressure check with my dr. yesterday. It wasn’t pretty. I am already at the max dosage of zetia and zocor, he said it is up to me with diet and exercise, lifestyle changes to get my cholesterol and triclyceride #’s down within the next six months. He scheduled me for a stress test. It is time for me to get serious about my health. I am at the highest weight ever for me. He said that I need to lose 25-30 pounds. I know I do. I’m a junk food junkie. I love carbs….cookies and chocolate. I need to make better choices and get back into working out again. I was always so faithful. I would really like your help. I work a full time, I coach a high school swim team, and I am also a home based sales consultant. So, sometimes I just get hung up with doing other things and neglect the things I should be doing……taking care of me. The best health care I can envision is to be proactive versus reactive, and maintaining a healthy weight and fitness level has become increasingly challenging as I get older (now 55). Of the the many tracks to success with weight loss/fitness that I’ve tried, this one reads as a truly balanced approach…I’m READY to take it in and share it!

I am a woman well over 40 years old (doesn’t that say enough?). I have tried many many diets and workout systems. I have four grown children-all of which are in the Military and I am extremely proud of-and have worked out literally all my life, at least since I was 10. My body has changed drastically the last year, and what used to work no longer does. I found you via TT and really enjoy what I have learned from you and your friends. But something is getting out of control here and I need help whipping my body back into shape. I am very excited about this program and wish you would just put it out already! My husband and I work out 5 to 6 days a week, have implemented your cheat day with the pre and post days as you have suggested. We encourage each other, which really helps on that post cheat day. If your program is as fantastic as I think it will be, we will be your greatest advertisement. Our friends are always coming to us for workout and nutrition advise. We are not your typical clients, as we are on the older side, with the age thing going against us. We really want this system!

I want this program because I know it will work! I have been using the Final Phase program, and I trust that you guys arent going to put your names on something you dont believe in. I have not yet reached my weight loss goal of 25 lbs. I think that with the right diet program I could easily get there and this is the program that is going to get me there.

I just turned 35 and the body just doesn’t respond the way it used to with my normal methods of dieting. Plus, 35 year old joints can’t sustain the workout intensity they could 10 and even 5 years ago. Throw in the stress factor and time crunch of being caught up in a career and I’m really just looking for more efficient ways to stay in shape and overall good health to ensure I can enjoy an active lifestyle as I move into and beyond middle age.
