Hi Joel, I’m not in my teens, a body builder etc. I am a 53 year old breast cancer survivor who has struggled with my weight ever since I went through chemo. I was always a good healthy size and weight until my run in with cancer. I have tried everything and need this program to help me lose the 25 pounds that are ruining my self esteem and preventing me from celebrating my life 15 years post cancer.

I know there is an amazing formula that can speed weight loss. Over the last 15 years I have spent countless hours researching and combing different routines for rapid weight loss. Each time I think I have all the pieces in line, and put my energies into my weight loss, I plateau. I usually end up loosing a reasonable 1 pound per week average. After several months of slow weight loss I loose my motivation, drive and passion and the weight begins to rebound. I know there is a combination that can produce 4 or 5 pounds per week, but I have yet to achieve this. I have recently renewed my outlook on the way I view food and truly feel I am ready to make life changes. I am anxious to jump start my weight loss and am excited to discover the secrets that I know exist. I have tried my own version of calorie cycling, high protein with minimal carbs, resistance training combined with cardio, green tea, added fiber, good fats, supplements and fasting. This is a really generous thing that you are doing to help so many people…..I know that we ALL deserve to feel happy and healthy!

Joel…have you ever had someone that you loved in your life actually leave you because of your body size? I hope not, because trust me, it’s not a very good feeling. I’ve been married (and divorced) twice now because my husbands did not find me attractive anymore. I cannot even begin to tell you what this does to a woman’s self-esteem. But, I do not look upon these events in self-pity, but rather as a wake-up call to the changes I need to make for a life-time. It’s not just about looking good to attract another man (although that’s a nice bonus if that were to happen! :D ) but it’s about finally feeling good about myself. Feeling healthy, energetic, being alive a bit longer to enjoy my children, and loving myself again. I have to do this for me this time. I need this program so that I’ll never measure my worth by what someone else says about me……I’ll finally be in control of my body shape…..I’ll experience health and renewed vigor like never before, and I’ll be able to look at myself in the mirror without hearing all those negative voices telling me how unattractive I am. Yes….I know I should feel “good” about myself no matter what I look like….it’s really easy for fitness guru’s to tell you those things…..but it’s not easy when you don’t like what you see.

So you see, Joel….this is not, for me, just about a quick fix, or quick weight loss. It’s about a change of lifestyle….a renewal of Spirit……a new beginning to a better me……a healthier commitment for life…..and about loving myself all over again. I’m 59 years old and I’ve always had trouble keeping my weight down. A few years ago I lost a lot of weight through the usual method (watching what I ate and moving more). But, even though I’ve continued this lifestyle, I have been on a plateau for almost two years. I need something new, something that is healthy and proven. I was a naturally stick thin person from 16-35… the key word in that sentence is WAS. I naturally used a lot of your methods… without trying! BUT AFTER 5 CHILDREN & diet after diet it PROVED that DIETS DO NOT WORK and your approach is what a body NEEDS to burn fat and stay trim! I weighed 120 @5’9″ and was NOT into exercise. After the children I gained weight and now at 44 and 30lbs heavier (NO, I did NOT swallow the children, so I shouldn’t have all this weight on me!). I haven’t lost weight with FAD Diet (lemonade diet UGH!), Traditional Diets or just vegetables (I was NOT PLEASANT during that diet) Then I read your approach (NOT A DIET) and I have started losing! PLEASE PICK ME!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL FOLLOW YOUR INSTRUCTIONS :)

Well, I’m sure I’m not the most deserving, but I do need help and guidance to get fit. I just had my little girl almost 6 months ago and I had my son 2 years before that. So now I’m slightly overweight and totally unfit! I’ve never been fit in my entire life. Gym class in school was my worst nightmare. And even when I was thin, I had no lean muscle. Since being given the OK by my doctor I have been working out, and I feel great(even though I haven’t lost much weight – maybe 5 lbs), and motivated to keep pushing my comfort level up and up. But I still need a lot of help, especially being very new to working out, I still feel like I don’t know what I’m doing. And nutrition seems to be the hardest part! I’m constantly trying to add to my knowledge base. The more I know, the less excuses I have.

Well, I’m trying to get a new look on life and that includes loosing weight. My husband passed away almost five years ago and since then I’ve had to deal with alot of issues and as a result I put on quite a few pounds. I’m now ready to turn that around. I have lost 40 pounds already, but I need to loose at least 40 more. I believe this program that you are offering could be just what I’m needing to keep the motivation and progress going.

I feel that this program would help me and my wife accomplish our goal of losing weight. For the last 10 years we have been trying different things off and on. I am currently 47. So far we have lost ground. I would like to lose about 25 pounds. Being out of shape makes us tired, but then we don’t sleep well. Then it just keeps getting worse.

I’ve been wanting to get back into my “best body” for some time. Injuries a few years back allowed the weight to creep up. I’ve been training 3 days a week for three years with a mix of weights and HIIT, and have tried to keep to a “good” nutrition pattern.

The common sense approach of your E-F-L-D system looks to be now what I need to get rid of the remaining paunch – the “love handles have gone” and there is greater upper and lower body muscle definition, but … that middle is resistant to change! The matching of nutrition to exercise programs is a new approach for me and should see off that paunch and allow the 6-pack to be seen!

I vowed before my 50th year I would be in great shape. Well I just turned turned 50 and vowed I would get in great shape before my 50th year ends. In fact, I would like to feel comfortable in a bathing suit THIS summer! I have a challenging job that requires a lot more than the average 40 hours per week plus I am a part time student trying to finish a degree. I have been 20 lbs over weight for way too long. I ask myself, can I do this? Can I work the hours I do, study for school, spend quality time with my family and still get and be in great shape? Well now I definitely think YES!

My body transformation started about 1 year ago. With metabolic exercices, gym workouts and a self-made diet containing smaller portion sizes and much lesser carbohydrates.
At that time I weighed about 202lbs standing 6’0″ tall.

Today I m 18 years old. Since last year I have lost about 22-26lbs (mostly fat) and I am down to 179lbs.
I workout at the gym 3-4 times per week, and I am doing some other exercices at home. According to my scale I now have about 15-16% body fat. I am rather lean and muscular and I know that the body of my dreams is just around the bend!

So, now I feel that the XFLD is a chance of a lifetime and is perfect for me.

I have been struggling with a healthy lifestyle for years after having two wonderful chidlren. I’m polish gay and I’m dealing with fat problem for pretty long time. It all started when I was young and I fall ill. The only cure for my illness was steroids, which helped me to get through this all. However, after going out from the hospital I started to put on weight, because of the steroids. I was 7 years old when everything began so I didn’t workout or anything. After few year I was really overweight. In some point I decided that I really want to lose stubborn belly fat to fell better and healthy. I’ve been fighting for about 3 year losing fat and gaining muscles instead. There is one thing, I’ve never seen my abs as I wanted. I was trying almost everything. I was on many types of diets doing workout on gym as well but never scored that goal. I fell I really need to lose that fat to tell myself, now you’re not fat, you’re well-built. I need to convince myself I can be slim guy with low bfl and to show others, this is possible if you try hard and follow just few simple steps.
To sum up, this extreme fat lose diet program is awesome. I red the “5 sneaky tricks” report and I thought It’s really possible if you know how. Everything sounds very reasonable. I am serving in the US Navy, and as you are aware health and fitness are extremely important for our Sailors. It is essential that our brave men and women are in excellent physical condition to defend our freedom. My job is to train and mentor all aspects of development of sailors after Boot Camp. You would be surprised how many of them put all the weight they lose in Boot Camp back on in just a few weeks. I would like to use this program to help them to be in top physical condition, as well as keep myself looking and staying strong and healthy as a good example to them. I already use the Turbulence Training program and am looking for the next step to get rid of and blast the remaining fat away. I have passed on the TT word to many sailors and they LOVE it! I know, since few years that cheating day, is the thing i need to do for wasting my extra fat. I do cheating day but it doesn’t work like i want. I know now, Because of you, that it certainly because of my training who is not adapt after my cheating day. I am 31 years old with a 2 year old and I can not seem to loose any weight. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and the extra weight makes it ten times worse. I have tried many things and all I really want is to be able to enjoy raising my son and be without so much pain. I am at a point of feeling hopelessness and desperation. I am 45 years old, and I’m about 70 lbs. overweight. I was thin most of my life; then, after I had my third child at 28, my weight JUMPED up higher and hasn’t returned to normal. My body chemistry changed. I’ve been able to lose a few pounds here and there, but it only all comes back. My triglycerides are in the 400’s, and I’m in danger of diabetes and heart disease. I’ve had Chronic Fatigue since I was 14. I’ve tried so many disciplines, doctors, and supplements… only to have them not help me for one reason or another. I’ve been sick most of my children’s lives. I want them, as well as my husband, to enjoy me well and strong! I grew up with a sickly mother, and I know the mental devastation it causes! I feel like my life has been robbed from me, and I need it back! I do best when I have assignments every day. I was on my high school volleyball team for 2 years, and I loved knowing what I was expected to do. I believe the science of the cheat days and the fastings days are wise and make sense. I read everyone’s comments and all of them deserve this program! Good luck to them all. My weight loss journey started when I was younger, I was a fat kid that struggled with self esteem issues and weight loss. Food was my comfort. In my late twenties, the thought of turning 30 threw me into a deep depression, I turned to starvation dieting and started working out obsessively. Within a few months I was scary skinny and stll thought I was fat. I sought help and have gained the weight back but because I destroyed my metabolism I am having trouble losing the last 10lbs so that I am at my healthy weight. I currently workout 6 days a week and am a healty eater.

I know this program will provide me the knowledge and tools that I need to finally have the body I have always wanted in a healthy and balanced way!

I am presently 45 years old and am having many medical problems such as diabetes mellitis, hypertension, high cholesterol and many joint and back problems. I have battled weight problems all of my life. I have tried many diet plans, only to loose the weight and then gain most of it back. I am just tired of the yo-yo dieting. I feel like I am so lost. I am 30 lbs overweight. I was excited about a new exercise program I started back in Feb but didn’t get much results. Very disappointing!! I probably gained a few more pounds. I don’t even want to weigh myself. I feel so stressed out and don’t know what to do anymore. I don’t know if I am eating too much or too little. Then my cousin’s wedding is in June and that means picture time. I have a dress to wear but don’t know if it still fits. I am afraid to try it on. I can’t fit into most of my clothes.
