This will be the perfect follow up to the “Cheat Your Way Thin” program my wife and I are currently following. After 15 – 20 years of tirelessly trying to find a solution to the different diet fads, we are now experiencing real changes with real food – we even have our kids eating healthier!

Looking forward to the “Xtreme Fat Loss Diet System” to take us to the next level.

I have struggled with weight all of my life. Diets I have tried are difficult at best, and usually fail. My doctor has threatened me with diabetes, and insists I take an asprin each day (probably so I don’t keel over with a heart attack or stroke!). My young sons are starting sports, and of course want dad to play with them. Even a small amount of play is taxing and fatiguing. Most of my life I was an accomplished athlete, and want to return to a good level of weight & fitness for myself and my boys.

Just gonna be brutally honest. For me, it is with all pride cast aside when I tell you that at 36 years old I am in the worst physical and mental condition of my life, despite having worked my ass off for the last 18 years to get “in shape”. It was then that my father told me that I would never have ripped abs. It has been my singular goal ever since. I am truly ashamed to say that today I am no closer now than I was then, despite the fact that I have been a certified personal trainer, helped many others achieve their personal physical goals, and have worked out hard myself at least four days a week forever now.

My mother passed of heart disease 11 months ago. Three weeks later we found out my wife was pregnant. Today we have a wonderful baby son. I want to be strong for him. God knows I want that. My wife deserves better than I give. I’m tired of letting her down. Beyond that, I owe it to myself. I believe in chasing dreams. This one is mine. I will achieve it or die trying. Joel, your program could not be more perfect for me, in this moment. Twenty-five day cycles with cheat days- it’s fast, intense yet doable, and yields results almost immediately. Just this morning I asked the universe to show me the way. I believe it has. The time is now.

I have always been health conscious but over phat. I lose phat and exercise best with structured plan in hand. Step by step instructions in diet and exercise can’t be simpler and writing in a journal holds me accountable to myself. After all, I am the only one who can change my attitude and life style. The program you have outlined seems very doable.

I have tried many things to help me lose weigh, and I lose about 5 pounds no problem, then I just stick to that weight. I am trying tried & proven logical ways to help me lose the weight I want to lose.

[Yes. This is a huge comment but then you say “at this point in your life”. Quite frankly. There is a lot going on at this time and the momentum is building. I NEED something to match. Only something “Extreme” fits that billing to a tee.]
Here I am. Day 4 of the Lemon Detox. First timer. Quick snapshot of the last 3 months prior: quit smoking over a month ago, quit all caffeine intake almost two months ago (was drinking upwards of 8 cups a day!!), resumed training three months ago, numerous lifestyle changes (too many to mention). The result thus far? 5 inches off the abdomen and an estimated loss of 8% body fat. As my learning in the area of nutrition continued, I happened upon an invitation to follow along with your pre-launch activities for XFLD. All this has me thinking: “Can I go EVEN further with this?” or “Perhaps single digit body-fat is not such an unrealistic goal?”. The timing is perfect. The release date is when I plan to be coming off the Lemon Detox (i.e. Detox no Diet) and will be transitioning to the next phase. What will that include? I am sure XFLD will be HUGE component of that process ….

Why should I be the winner of your extreme fat loss program? Because I am 53 yrs. old and your program is based on safe science and good sense. Even though I am only 20 lbs. overweight, it becomes increasingly more difficult to lose that weight the older I get. I need a method that is safe. I am at the age where my hormones have a tendency to be out of whack so I need information to help me handle that. I don’t know what to do to keep my metabolism revved up. I am quite sure your program is going to help me with that. It is difficult to stay motivated. I have a feeling your program is such that feedback is built in to keep people motivated & inspired to finish the program. Most of all it is important to me to stay healthy so that I can keep up with my 10 grandchildren! Please pick me, Joel!

Joel, I’m 67 years old and had 2 stents put in a year and a half ago, while the chest pain is gone I’ continue to fight with my weight. I recently purchased a fat loss monitor and am shocked to see that my body fat is at 34%. With my weight, that computes to about 80 pounds of fat, an ugly truth that I must address.
Reading your updates has created a feeling within me that I just might win my battle with the bulge and lose the fat that will keep me around to enjoy a long and happy relationship with my kids and grandkids.

I really would love to have this program! I have been struggling for a long time to lose weight and I came to the realization that I really don’t know what I am doing on my own! I just lost my mother 8 weeks ago due to complications because of her diabetes. It was horrible watching her suffer, and I don’t want to go down that road myself. I am 43 years old and need to do something NOW! I just feel lost because, as I said before, I don’t really know how to properly lose the weight on my own. Both of my mother’s parents also died because of diabetes, so I have a genetic predisposition towards this horrible disease. I want to educate myself and become healthy while I am still young enough to do so. I also want to be a great example to my children who are 22 and 19 so that they will understand the importance of caring for their own health.

The science behind your program makes so much sense and gives me a feeling of excitement to think that I could be successful doing it.

Hi Joel! I’ learned about your program through Vince DelMonte. 2 years ago, I did one of his 12-weeks contest and got looking pretty good. His website became my church since then. 2 yrs later, I am almost back to where I started and I am ready to get shreded again. But this time, I want to make it in way less time!! I’ve seen too many of Vince’s pics looking good. I really want to try your program and tell him that I found a new Fitness God!

There’s a HOT yummy mummy hiding behind this squishiness… please help her get out! I want to still be curvy and sexy but man, this pudge has GOT TO GO!!! I think I’ve been gaining and losing the same 25 lbs for my entire adult life (I’m 42). The information you have shared so far has been incredible. I thought that I was doing all the right things with my diet and I exercise regularly. I’m a distance runner and have run 4 full marathons and am about to run my 7th half marathon in two weeks. AND, I’m at bootcamp 3X a week at 530am doing strength and core work. However, no matter what I do, no matter how hard I try, I can’t seem to lose the last 10-15 lbs of squishiness!!! Actually, it seems like lately, the harder I try the tighter my close get. GRRR!!! There’s a little hard body underneath, please help me show it off in time for the summer!

Joel! I need your help to get my ultimate wedding body!! My wedding is 70 days from today…not that I’m counting :) I am getting married on the beach in Florida and want to be in my best, lean shape! I am already pretty fit compared to most people and enjoy high intensity workouts, but I have this layer of body fat on top of my muscle that just will NOT go away. I am a student majoring in health and human performance and I am preparing and studying to take my first ACSM-CPT test in June. I am confident i will pass the CPT exam because the material in the resource and prescription books is like review. Being a future CPT, I would love have less than 12% body fat when I begin searching for clients. I am currently at 19% bodyfat wanting to shed off some fat to reach my goal. With my CPT exam being just a little over a month away, it would be most helpful to start a program that can offer serious results. The Xtreme Fat Loss diet is in fact the perfect program for me at this point because I am in the process of beginning a new career. I need access to the information held within the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet because it’s is a reputable program and I am confident that I will follow through with the program.

I am 60 pounds overweight. I just turned 51 yesterday. Almost all of my fat is found in my stomach. When I tried high impact workouts it gave me a embelical hernia. Most of my health problems stem from my weight. I have tried just cutting back calories and fat but I find myself to be a stress eater. I have plenty of stress theses days and need some plan to follow that does not make me feel like I am starving all the time. From what I have read from your freebie, your program is hope that I can use.

I am absolutely ready to get off my last 20 pounds this year, and have been trying to find a system that will work for me. I loved Cheat Your Way Thin, but I want to do this now so I’m ready for summer! I know Joel has great programs, and this is the push I need to do it. I need to lose the weight to manage a variety of health problems, insulin resistance, fibromyalgia, and PCOS, and it is important to me to do that now while I’m young rather than be on 15 pills like my parents.

Joel, I need this program for a number of reasons. First of all, I am 54, with three active adult children and four very active grandchildren. My excess fat is a big reason I cannot do everything I want to do with my kids and grandkids. I was at a good healthy weight through 2000-2001, but gained 50 pounds that I have not been able to budge no matter what I eat or how much I exercise. I fought (and won!) a battle with breast cancer in 2008-2009, and want to feel my healthiest. Also, I have a horrible family history of fat-related health issues (high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, heart failure, stroke) and would like to reverse that trend. I should also mention that at my healthiest weight, I had been in a medical research study using leptin and the pounds literally fell off. Not sure what happened afterward, but now I can’t DYNAMITE the pounds off. Please let me try this! I will sell the program for you, if it works for me, believe me, I have LOTS of friends with my same frustration, and they have money to spend! I look forward to trying your program and to the wonderful second half century of my life!

I’ve come to the conclusion that it is impossible for me to lose weight. I’m coming up quickly on my 56 birthday and I’ve gained soooo much weight 35lbs. after my hysterectomy and with my mid life weight gain, I hardly know myself anymore. I want to feel healthy and vibrant again. I try to watch what I eat and excercise regularly but nothing is happening as I want it to. I’m ready for a change and want the program that will help me get results fast. I’m very excited and energized by your ideas – looking forward to your new program.

I am so intrigued with this program. I keep recieving emails and I think this may be the answer to my prayers. Growing up I never had problems with my weight but now turning 50 I just can’t seem to fine tune my eating with my fitness workouts. I have way to much bodyfat but in clothes I look ok but not great. The excess fat in the middle is very discouraging. I would love to see if it is possible to find muscle under the fat all over my body. I think from what you are saying this program would help. I want to turn 50 with confidence and then help my family stay fit.

I need a change! I not only need a program, but also a mindset change. I know all the right things to do, but just have not been able to make it a priority this last year. I am busy with my kids, about to be 40 this year, waiting to be laid off as part of an acquisition and have been working on the side to start a new business. My fitness has taken a back seat and I’m 20-25 pounds more than I want to be. I’m ashamed of myself and can’t believe I’ve allowed this to happen. I cannot live like this any more! I am 22 years old and I am from The Kingdom Of Bahrain (before you wonder where the hell that is, its almost next to Dubai).

In my country, there aren’t any good coaches or trainers here, i joined a gym a few years ago and as the case in every gym here, “the trainers” themselves aren’t in good shape to be trainers. they gave me the extreme diet which i recently learned from you and other trainers, it won’t work its just gonna be a waste of time and its gonna slow me down instead and they told me to use the cardio machines only and not go near the weights in order to lose fat.

I have a lot of excess fat and at all the worst places you can think of (including my arch enemy, the MOOBS, and its very embarassing, whenever my family or friends decide to go to a pool, i try to come up with an excuse for not going. I want to be able to take off my shirt somewhere outside my room and without locking my door and not worry about wearing baggy shirts so that they do not pop out.

I am going to be traveling soon and i want to go to a beach for the first time with my shirt off. I need a precise eating and exercise plan detailing what needs to be done and I am willing to listen to whatever you have to say if as you promised, we are gonna lose up to 25 pounds in 25 days as what you said in a recent interview.

Even if you don’t give me the program for free can you at least offer the program at the cheapest and reasonable price because i do not have a credit card and so i have to ask my father to lend me his.

I was a naturally stick thin person from 16-35… the key word in that sentence is WAS. I naturally used a lot of your methods… without trying! BUTAFTER 5 CHILDREN & diet after diet it PROVED that DIETS DO NOT WORK and your approach is what a body NEEDS to burn fat and stay trim! I weighed 120 @5’9″ and was NOT into exercise. After the children I gained weight and now at 44 and 30lbs heavier. I haven’t lost weight with FAD Diet (lemonade diet UGH!), Traditional Diets or just vegetables (I was NOT PLEASANT during that diet) Then I read your approach (NOT A DIET) and I have started losing! PLEASE PICK ME!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL FOLLOW YOUR INSTRUCTIONS :)

Help! I’ve enjoyed your e-mails, videos and tips and Know that this is finally my answer! I’ve yo-yo’d my entire adult life. Now I eat right and I exercise 1-1 1/2 hours a day 6 times a week, but i’m still “stuck”. I’m menopausal (but still young!) and KNOW that I need to build muscle. I need a program, your PROVEN program. I want to lose fat fast so that my hubby will be proud to “have me on his arm” when we go to his 30 year High School reunion in June. I can see me now…trim, lean and fit with toned muscles…people asking me how I did it. Me answering “Joel’s Xtreme Fat Loss Diet System!” Thanks Joel! Trying to loose that last 5 lbs of baby flab is not easy!
But your system sounds like it has some interesting and refreshingly different ideas!
Diet, nutrition and health are my main goals, but loosing the fat wouldn’t be a bad side effect.
