Hey Joel,
I’ve tried and tried, again and again to lose a lot of unwanted body fat since I was about 23. That was when my metabolism started slowing down and I put on a load of weight. I was at college at the time, and a few of the guys noticed my weight gain and took pleasure in teasing me about it from time to time. It was all in good nature and I laughed along with them, but at heart I was really insecure about it.
I’m now 35 and my situation hasn’t exactly improved. I’m around 40-50 pounds above my goal weight. I’ve tried so many different fat loss programs, diet plans, ab work outs, you name it. None of which were successful, in fact I ended up putting on more weight following some of the programs. It would really mean the world to me if I could finally get a genuine fat loss program with an edge to help me lose all this unwanted body fat.
Also, for the past five years one of my old buddies from college has had an annual pool party reunion for a load of guys who were at my college. I haven’t ever gone though, I’m too embarrassed of what they might say if they saw me now. The party’s in august each year and if I could get myself lean and show all the guys there that I had come on a lot since college I’d feel so great. Also, I wouldn’t mind taking a good looking girl with me too, and seeing as I’m currently single, this program would help in that department too if you get what I mean.
Thanks, Anthony
P.S I apologize, I think this is just over 250 words
I’d love to give the program a go. I’ve had to cut back massively on my Tae Kwon-Do training and other activities because of injury over the last 8 months and slowly the weight has been creeping on. Losing the extra fat, fast, would give me the confidence boost I need to get me back into training and back into my clothes I’ve stored away.
Without the program, getting back in shape will be slow (if possible at all) as my injury prevents me from exercising as much as I used to. I feel I can commit to a 25 day program and work through the discomfort. But months of moderate exercise to little result is draining and difficult to stick with.
A free copy would be the starting point in reaching my ultimate goal of promotion to black belt.
Cheers, Fiona
GREETINGS FROM GOA!
DO YOU REALLY WANT TO KNOW, YOUNG MAN. WHY I NEED YOUR ” EXTREME FAT LOSS?” BECAUSE AT………., WITH GROWN UP CHILDREN AND A HUSBAND THAT HAS FORGOTTEN HOW TO COURT ME I HAVE DECIDED TO CHANGE MY APPEARANCE.
I WANT MY KIDS TO LOOK AT ME WITH ADMIRATION AND I WANT MY HUSBAND TO DATE ME ONCE AGAIN……..HE HE WHAT DO YOU THINK, IS IT A GOOD REASON TO DESERVE YOUR PROGRAM?
OH, BY THE WAY I AM 32 YEARS OLD PER LEG……..HAVE YOU MADE THE CALCULATION?
CIAO,

Other than the fact that I am getting married in less than two months and want to look in shape for my wedding, there are moments throughout the day, everyday, where I feel very depressed about my weight and the shape that I am. When I bend down to tie my shoes, I struggle and come back up with shortness of breath. Even with the current workouts I am doing, when I try to complete some ab exercises, I am unable to finish. Even I walk my dog, I feel out of shape. The last time I felt healthy in my life was probably back in high school. I want to feel young again. I want to have energy to play with my kids in the future and be active again. Everytime I start a fat loss program, I am consistent for two weeks or so and then completely fall off the wagon. My biggest obstacle is nutrition and the friends that surround me (who always want to go out and party). I have confidence that this program can get me on the right track that I need to be on and change my life for good.
Hey Joel, I am a 55 yr old female, have diabetes, fibromyalgia and all the complications that go with that, high blood pressure, high cholestrol and the list goes on and on. My metabolism is shot, at one point before being diagnosed with diabetes, I was actually gaining about a pound a day. I have one son in the Marines who is in Afghanistan and another about to go to bootcamp so my stress levels are almost more than I can take. I need to do something for myself finally. I need to loose weight, feel better and get heathier. I need this for so many reasons I can’t begin to reach into that realm. So thus I really want to try this. God Bless and God Bless our troops.
Hi Joel. Well here goes. I saw where you won the 2001 BFL and I was in the contest also. In fact, my 14 year old son was helping me–I did really well with the program. Then, my son was dx’d with leukemia in Jul01, he passed away in Nov01. Not only devastating, but ever since, I’ve struggled with my weight going up/down. I have huge cravings, emotional eating binges and I feel like crap. I have been searching for an answer. I know that I can get back, but it’s tough. I’ve tried to continue to follow the philosophy of BFL, it just stopped letting me beat that plateau–so I became TOO lax and gained fat. I’m not sure what to do anymore. I would just really like to make my son proud of me & be able to feel good about myself again. I’m a 44 yr old Mom and Grandma and my goal is to look like a figure competitor, but something just hasn’t clicked. I love wt lifting and I even go to the Arnold Classic every year to learn and get motivated. Thank you for your time and I really look forward to completing your program.
I have been trying to post my comments for the past three hours and I guess Im just not lucky today , I keep on getting a funny error, but in short let me say your program is amazing it has brought a lot of hope for me and I will certainly share it with all my friends who are also battling with weight loss.
Thank you Joel for the gift you have shared with all of us who had lost hope.
Regards
Wabo
Having recently passed the 50 year mark and dealt with many recent life challenges in our family, my head has been in a cloud of frustration. I have been a yo-yo all my life with my weight and am disgusted that after just recently losing weight, I let life’s challenges get in the way, and I put it back on. I have a flabby belly, but a willing and determined spirit that needs some help to get control of my body and life once and for all. I have again started losing weight, but I want to do it right this time so that I can be rid of fat for good! I am very impressed with have I have heard so far about your program.
This program is the perfect fit for me because I have been watching what I eat and exercising for years, and never had the results I want. It appears to me that you have done some serious and extensive research, and really know how to kick start the metabolism through glycogen depletion workouts, followed by cheat days coupled with exercise. The information shared so far makes sense to me, especially the part about human metabolism evolving with starvation in mind, and the body doing everything to protect fat reserves. Considering the results most dieters achieve, me included, this makes perfect sense. I want to see the fat melt away from my body. I understand that I will have to work hard to achieve this, and I am willing. However, I think a little help from this program would garuntee my success. I am also willing to provide before and after photographs documenting my success, and I promise to be a spokesperson for the program.
Hello. When I found this program, The Extreme Fat Loss Diet, I felt so excited because I knew I found the answer to my prayers. I am 54 years old and have been in good shape up until the last couple years when suddenly I put on a bunch of weight. The mainstream belief is that women my age get fat around their tummies at this age and there is nothing you can do about it. But I will not settle for that! Now, with your program, I feel certain I can get beautiful again.
If I won this givaway I will be so incredibly grateful and totally dedicated to following your guidance to the tee!!
Thank you so much for all your hard work, and God Bless You and yours.
Rebecca
Hey there Joel,
Thanks for all the great info you have already posted, I can’t wait to get more.
I am hanging on to my thirties by my fingernails (39), mom to twin girls, working the night shift in the Emergency Department.
I just had surgery on my shoulder, and so my weightlifting and cardio routines have taken a serious hit. I am out of commission to even start physical therapy for the next 3 weeks. I have been struggling between trying to build some muscle and trying to get my bodyfat down below 19% for a couple of years now.
When I saw you talking about your program, I knew this would be the tool I can focus on during this time (that is driving me crazy already). Having a 25 day nutrition program to follow, and to experience the positive results that you say I will get, will give me just the help I need to get through this speedbump in my fitness training.
Thanks for the opportunity.
Sincerely,
Elizabeth
Hi Joel,
Most of my life I had been thin, not necessarily healthy. In fact the photo you have of the two women, the one on the left reminds me of me. I wasn’t heavy but I never had that sexy, sculpted body. In actuality, I never thought back then that I needed exercise. Who needs to work out at 105 lbs. right? When I reached my late 30’s things started changing and the weight started coming on. I was finding even though I was eating the same foods I was gaining weight for the first time in my life. During this time I quit my job so we could move in with my mother and take care of her until the time she passed. This did not help matters as my mother wanted nothing more than for me to sit on the couch, watch those horrid daytime talk shows and eat double whoppers with cheese. You guessed it, even more weight came on. I kept telling my husband, “when mom dies I am going to change the way I am eating, and I am going to start exercising.” I was truly miserable in my body and embarrassed to be seen. One day I was in the bedroom and noticed myself in the mirror. I was totally disgusted. I couldn’t wait any longer to change things. While at the grocery store I picked up a small book by the cash register and it talked about how to read labels, how to calculate what you are eating etc… I thought this was a good place to start and I started eating low-fat and started walking. At that time I weighed 145# at almost 5’3″. The weight started coming off slowly and I began doing other things like lifting weights. 3 months later I had lost 30 lbs. I was happy with the weight loss but still had a belly, that bothered me. No matter how many ab exercises I did I could not get rid of this excess fat around my middle. The weight loss didn’t last long once I started eating foods I enjoyed like pizza and pasta. I struggled with my weight, but not quite as bad as before. After my mother passed my husband told me I should get into a profession where I could help take care of people that were terminally ill since I was good at it. I replied that I wanted to get into a career where I could help people live longer, helping people die takes a special kind of person and with me it would hurt too bad everytime someone would pass. I couldn’t handle that. So I studied for and became an ACE certified personal trainer. My weight at this time was not ideal, it had crept back up to about 130 lbs. I wasn’t happy but I convinced myself it could be worse. I was exercising at the fitness center where I worked, but all the cardio and weight training didn’t seem to do much for my body. In 2000 my husband and I did the Body For Life program. My husband had always had a belly, and for the first time in his life he was able to get rid of his belly. I was able to get down to 115 lbs and found that the clothes I used to wear at 105 lbs now fit me when I was 10 lbs. heavier. For the most part I liked how I looked in clothes, but I still had the thick mid section. This was not something I had at 105 lbs. and it bothered me. In the spring of 2001 I had a partial hysterectomy. I was told that this would not change me in any way. WRONG! I went through mood swings, depression and then, in one month put on 20 lbs all while working out, and following the Body For Life program. The 20 lb. weight gain was just the beginning. I continued to work out and watch what I was eating and the weight just kept coming. I left personal training because I figured who would want to work with a personal trained who can’t even manage their own weight? At one point I started Weight Watchers. That worked for a while as long as I was very vigilant about what I ate and didn’t eat certain foods. I lost some weight and I was down to 126lbs. That was in 2003. Again the weight didn’t stay off and as I gained over the next 7 years I became heavier that I have ever been. One of the things that happened when I worked out is, every time my heart rate starts to go up I get a migraine. In 2005 the migraines started with a vengeance. 5-6 a week, meaning I was in bed much of that time. My weight escalated to 170 lbs. I was embarrassed to go out or to be seen by myself or with family. At one point, while lying in bed with a migraine I wondered why I should even continue. Why would anyone want to be seen with me when I couldn’t even stand the sight of me. How could anyone love me or want to be around me? And at the same time I reasoned that I had managed to lose weight before, when I was feeling good I can do some exercising and the weight will come off. All is not lost. I just minimize my outside activity so I am not around people that often. In March 2010 I was put on the candida diet by a nutritionist who thought that I may have a yeast infection that might be the cause of my migraines. the candida diet, however I feel very restricted with just meat and veggies. In addition to this, doctors are convinced that when I am done with menopause the migraines will go away, although these same doctors have told me that I should not look at losing weight during this time in my life, it is virtually impossible. I DON’T BUY IT! I have lost 20 lbs. in the past 2 months on the candida diet. I still have 35 lbs. to go. I am still looking at the same issues as before. The weight is coming off, but not as much fat, and I am not going to have the sculpted body I would like. Even when I did the Body For Life I personally never had that sculpted body. I have often wondered if my body type is such that it is not possible, although I refuse to give up hope or trying. I would also like to get back to 115 lbs with sexy, sculpted abs and prove the professionals wrong, that a 51 year old grandma of 9, can lose weight, and have a sexy sculpted body even when they are going through “changes”. With that being said I still have 35 lbs to go to reach my goal. I know I will get there. It’s just a matter of getting there in 2 months or looking at 3-5 months with the “old method” and still having the excess body fat around the middle that I loathe. I myself would like the accelerated program! I know it could work for me! I would like the Xtreme Fat Loss System!
Hey Joel,
I was looking for a healthy way to get back in shape after my two babies and
lost over 10 pounds on Isabel De Los Rios Solution Plan (this is how I heard about you) and I love it so far!
I have so much energy and eating healthy and balanced make so much sense to me. I miss my pasta and pizza though!!!
So, your Cheat Day theory totally intrigues me.
Also, I am ready to add an exercise component to my plan, but I am not sure how to go about this.
I know I need a “tell me exactly what to eat and do” plan to see results
(with 2 babies and a small business, I have no time to waste guessing, so I am looking for simple and efficient) and when I heard that’s what you are proposing, while eating pasta, cheese and ice cream once in a while,
AND still see results…
It almost sounds too good to be true, I am ready to give that a try,
especially if I can get it for f.ree!!! ;)
The doctor told me that I need to lose some weight so that my hormones could balance out and that maybe I could have a chance to start a family. he told me that with my medical problems exersise and a well balances no prossesed diet would be the best route to go. I got a gym membership last year and have not lost 5 pounds yets. but I am hoping with your program that I will learn the right way to eat and exersice and shed the pounds that my doctor wants me to get rid of.
thank you
Jenny
Joel,
I plan to compete in a bodybuilding contest in November. It kills me to cycle carbs and perform endless cardio just to get to 4% BF. If your program is easier than the above method to get that ripped, i will promote it until everyone in Texas is on it! Teach me master
Joel
My husband and I have both been reading about your new program and are so excited to try it. We are both 39 and former athelets, we have 3 kids and want to stay young and fit for them. We are so ready and committed to doing this together and recapturing the all the positive things that come with being healthy and fit. Thanks Joel for giving us a new goal and new inspiration.
Howdy, Joel! I’ve learned a lot from your emails, but I need the details, programs, and hand-holding offered in your program. I’ve done the yo-yo thing for too many years and am looking for a true lifestyle change. I’m 59, fat, and frustrated! I’d like to improve my health and looks – it would be really FUN to actually be able to wear the clothes I like. Wouldn’t mind looking good in a swimsuit again, either!
After having my first child at I am finally back down to my prepreggo weight, however, my body is totally different and not in a good way. Prior to pregnancy I was able to maintain a lean body by making healthy food choices and exercise. Now I’m stuck at 22% body fat, which isn’t horrible but I know I can do much better. I believe this program could be my break through to get me moving! And they timing couldn’t be more perfect! I have set a goal to have my best body back before my 30th birthday, which is in June!
Hi Joel,
The ExtremeFatLoss diet is appealing to me because I have battled with aweight problem since being a teenager. I have kept up to date with all your cool and informative emails and am super keen to give this a go, and to be a part of this new revolution. I am 39 years old from Australia, and I want to learn how to become fit and healthy so I can be an example to others, and to teach them how to become fit and healthy too. My wife Nikki also really wants me to do this also.
If I win, I am willing to be an Australian ambassador for the program and will update your site everyday to inform other members of how the program is progressing. I really want to be one of the winners.
Cheers and big smiles,
Si :)
I am currently studyiing for my Personal Fitness Training certification. I was turned on to PT by an awesome trainer who assisted me in losing 60 pounds and keeping it off over the past four years. With her help I have toned up and gained strength in places I never had strength before. She has inspired me to do the same for other women. Along with the PT certification, I plan on getting a nutritional certification also. I like having the best tools I can at my disposal. I believe this program offers sound advice and would be such a tool. I am just beginning my journey in this endeavor.
I am still struggling with the last 10 pounds and believe that your program will allow me to bring those last few pounds under control.
My husband always laugh at me because I have read so many books regarding fat loss & slimming but I getting fatty in the last 10 years (from 145 lbs to 205 lbs now). I have tried so many type of slimming strategy and spend more than 10,000. But the results is worst until I feel embarrass to meet my old schoolmates, because they almost can’t recognise me. Sometimes I feel tire in my slimming journey, but I always hope that I can get a right direction.
After I read all the info in your articles for the last few days, I feel very exciting because I believe I already found the right direction. Now I have so many question: What kind of diet should I apply to loss my body fat and gain a healthy and good looking body? How to apply the Cheat Days in my diet? How to use exercise to loss my body fat? I really want to know more about your Xtreme Fat Loss Diet System, I believe this is a great opportunity in my fat loss journey. I also feel it’s a long time for me to wait the release of Extreme Fat Loss Diet System on May 4th. I can’t wait to read all the exciting fat loss info in your Xtreme Fat Loss Diet System. Will I be the one of the first five persons to access to your Xtreme Fat Loss Diet System?
My wife and I have been working diligently to trim down and tone up over the last few years and we’ve done a pretty decent job. When I discovered you the job became a little easier as we’ve incorporated many of your tips along the way. Currently, we run our own business and have crazy schedules that keep us on the go and often under much stress…but we’re making time for a health life. I want to be healthy for my baby girl who is my everything! I want her to enjoy exercise and healthy eating and learning all these strategies from you will be a “pay it forward” opportunity from me to her.
I opened your program up on a whim. I would like to think that I am educated enough to know what I need to do to lose weight and be healthy, but knowing and doing are two different things.
It’s fairly easy to be on top of your game when life is going smoothly. Sometimes though, tragedy strikes, and you get knocked out sideways, and totally lose your sense of direction. When self-preservation takes over, just making it through one day is overwhelming, but before you know it, eight months have gone by (because time stops for no one), and you realize that you’re out of shape, have a hard time breathing again when you exert the slightest pressure on your body, you realize that you haven’t cared what you put in your mouth-in short-you realize you were in survival mode.
But one day, you wake up and want to do something good for yourself. That was when I downloaded your program. I took a good look at your exercises and put together 21 minutes of exercises I can do with what I have, and guess what? It felt great! I would like to continue on the road to wellness and revitalization, and I think this new program would be just the ticket to get me there. I can not wait to see it in it’s entirety!
Hi Joel,
I really enjoyed your educational talks and emails.
It all makes a lot of sense and I like the program very much.
I am 45 years old mom of teens. One is with CP, 20 years old girl
I do a lot of lifting and transitions with her. In the last few years, I have not been able to do as much of weight lifting as I did due to stress.
Right now I am really needing to get motivited to get back to it all and lose some weight. People say you need to take care of yourself…well sometimes is hard because you either have to starve or the program is too long to last.
This seems like a perfect program. 25 days is very doable and I like that you have the cheat days which will keep me going…
I need to lose about 40 lbs but more than that I need to take care of myself so that I can be strong to do all that I do with my daughter and for my self esteem and for my health of course…
What I really like about your program is that I will be told exactly what to eat and do because a lot of programs are so open ended and do not have enough direction for me.
Thank you!

Hey, it’s Joel! So you want to know a little more about me, huh? Well, I’d be happy to oblige :-)
I guess it all started back in 2001 (my freshman year of college) when I was just a “skinny fat” 19-year old kid. At the time, I was spending close to 2 hours a day in the gym (now my workouts last about 30 minutes), and despite my efforts, you’d probably never guess I worked out a day in my life by looking at me...
