Hi Joel,
I am 38 and mother of 2. I have been struggling with some hormone imbalance and trying to get the weight off and tone up for myself and my family and can’t seem to get it all together. This sounds very helpful in the fact it can tell when best to do what exercises with the different phases of the meal plans. That is what I struggle with the most is what to do when. So simiply, I think this could help me get my body back and my hormones back in balance so I feel like my old self again.
Thanks
Angela
I am 47 and i work in the personal care industry. I am a diabetic and will be returning to school to be a LPN. I would love to lose the weight that has accumulated over the years. I have lost 30 lbs. in the last year but need a drastic change before school starts. It would also be nice if I actually had a little (or a lot) of help for two reasons. The first reason is to bring my diabetis under control so that I could lower my insulin level or possibly stop using insulin and the second reason is just to look and feel great. I want to be fit and healthy as I work in hospitals! I also want to be an example for my children -all five- as they grow older and see what their mom can do. Thanks!
I am a 47 yr old male who up until December, cycled 80 miles per week. I have struggled with weight my whole life, but the cardio, along with some resistance training, helped me to control it. Then I was hospitalized with severe high blood pressure in December. The meds the docs have put me on, along with restrictions on my exercising have caused my weight to balloon by 40 lbs. I must lose this weight, not just for my own health, but for my wife and young kids and Joel’s nutritional program makes more sense than any I have found.
I gonna keep it real. I am 31 and I have been overweight every since I have been a little girl. I have an a ten year old daughter. She can’t speak, she can’t read or write, and then on top of that, she has autism. I have accepted the big possibility that I will have to care for her in her adult life. Other words, she can’t live alone and she will be with me indefinitely. So, the point of me saying this is that I have to be in the best of health not for myself but her also. I do not want my life cut short do to being overweight. I need to be with her as long as I can, so I need to be in the best of health. This is the main reason. Another reason is that I have tried losing weight on own and yes I have lost weight but I gained it back. I lost 30 pounds but then I was not losing anymore weight so i just gave up so I need a motivator and also there is so much information out there it can be confusing such as people saying “eat this” and “don’t eat that.” I need program to follow. I need something that I can stay with and I believe that this is the program for me.
In the past, I’ve tons of different diets (including fasting, cyclic ketogenic, etc) and usually I’m pretty good at sticking with them. But I always hit a plateau after I lose between 20-30 lbs, get discouraged, and eventually stop. This most recent time I lost 20 lbs in a month, then hit a brick wall. This program sounds perfect for addressing and continuing to be able to lose fat through these walls that I always hit.
I am 59 years old and I look like I’m going to give birth to twins. I’ve been trying to lose weight for years, but end up gaining. I need the Xtreme Fat Loss program because I am desperate. I have tried so many other programs and failed. It has now come down to a matter of health as well as fitness. I think XFL will be perfect because of the synergy between the diet and the workouts, and also because I need to see results fast or I give up. And knowing you Joel, I know this diet will be healthy as well as fast. I need something simple that is all laid out for me because if it’s too complicated my best intentions fly in the wind. Trying to figure out which days to eat what and how much boggles my mind. The XFL program sounds simpler, and I am intrigued that there are specific types of workouts to sync with each diet day. I also need the motivation and the kick in the butt to keep me going. I need to change what goes on in my head as well as my body and I think this is the program to do it. In light of my past failures, you may not want to take a chance on me, but I hope you will, and prove to me that I’m not a failure. I can succeed.
I’m a recent subscriber to Vince Delmonte’s Six Pack Quest and have seen superb results with it. I’m getting stronger, leaner, and more determined with every rep I complete. With every workout and with every meal, the hunger for more information, more proven techniques, and more results grows. This is new for me. Rarely have I approached anything with such passion and commitment and reading Vince’s words and applying them has enabled me to see what I look like with passion for the first time. This is why I badly want Xtreme Fat Loss. It’s all about momentum. I’ve got it and I want more of it.
I have learned to trust the program and believe that this one–based on what i’ve already read and heard–is a gamechanger. MY game, that is. I am at the point where I am absorbing all the information I can, so as to make EVERY step of my day a step toward a 6 pack. This plan will provide me with MANY steps toward that end, while showing my wife, kids, and all who will listen, that smart work will beat hard work every single time.
In short, I’m on fire and your program is gasoline. Thanks for your consideration.
Hi Joel
I’m 38 and a Dad. When I was younger I was quite physically active but as I’m sure most people would agree life gets in the way (work, sports injuries etc…). As a result I did less and less exercise and my weight increased and my waiste expanded. When my kids came along I managed to slide further down Heart Attack Road.
My kids (2 & 4) don’t see me as fat and think I’m the strongest dude in the world. When they see a lean well built person on tv they say that he’s strong like me. I want to be that person for them. My little Champ said to me a while back that when he grows up he wants big muscles and tummy like me. This was when I realised how far I’d let myself go and I certainly don’t want them thinking a bloated stomache is a good thing. I’m sick and tired of running out of breath chasing them and I don’t want to miss them grow up.
I only recently decided to do this – yeah I’m a slow learner, I know – and have been actively training around six months now. I’ve seen a small improvement in muscle but virtually no decrease in my waist. This tells me I’m not losing fat and it’s very disheartening. I’m obviously doing something wrong and I need help to achieve my goals.
I’m motivated, my health and my kids see to that, but I need something to help me get results. Your system ticks all the boxes (I can’t believe you have cheat days – how awesome is that) and I think it might just be what I need to succeed.
Thanks for the opportunity.
I am trying to go from 235 to 215. I think with the combination of your knowledge about nutrition and John exercise program this program will be killer. I love the concept of nutrition days that are specific to the exercise you will be performing for that day. The cheat days and effects on hormone levels only makes sense.
I am completely committed when I have a plan. I have plenty of lean muscle. I just need to be able to unlock it from the fat that is on top of it. I want to see the six pack I have worked so hard to get. 25 day 20 pounds no problem. Right!
Joel,
I’m 31 years old and I’ve been yo-yo dieting for the mast 10 years. I have tried merely restricting carbs (Atkins) or calories (WW, fasting) and lost weight but I always gained it back. And even when I had lost weight, I never looked really “good” (i.e. toned). I even started running competitively (10Ks, half marathons) and THAT still didn’t get me the fat off my body. I never understood WHY until now. Now you are finally helping me see the light, in a sensible scientific way. Everything you’ve said makes perfect sense to me.
I am determined and I’m willing to put in the work – I just need someone to show me how. I am totally ready to harmonize my workouts with a scientific approach to fat reduction to CHANGE MY LIFE. Please give me the roadmap! Let me be your next success story!

Hey Joel,
I am 50 lbs overweight and I’m 50 years old. Losing weight has always been a struggle for me. I need help!! I know I need better eating habits and I need guidance. I’m hoping your program can help me.
Thanks
I am a former athlete and a fitness trainer. I own and instruct my own fitness camp. Although I have always been in decent shape, I have never been “ripped.” I made a decision at the beginning of this year that I’m going to do whatever it takes to be ripped. I want to attain this goal for myself, however, I really want to use this as an opportunity to motivate my campers so they can see me going from average to extremely lean. They can see it happen right before their eyes, and I can show them that it’s even possible for them. When I recieved the email about xtreme fat loss, I was so excited and ready to purchase it. Then I found out I had to wait until May 4th. I know in my heart of hearts that this is the tool that will use to make it happen! I have been counting down the days until May 4th. I’m so excited to use this method to show myself and my campers that optimum results are possible!
The Vortex of Information Overload is what I have become trapped in, magazine’s, e-books, books, videos, health camps; Combine food vs. don’t combine: fruit is evil, no it’s not: weigh don’t weigh: lots of water vs. little water: high intensity vs. long slow boring: high protein vs. vegan: only green veggies vs. all veggies: heavy weights vs. fast light weights: 6 days exercise vs. 3 days: cheat day vs. 100% clean: calorie bounce vs. consistent calorie deficit – and on and on and on – for every article I have an opposite contradicting “study”! From what I see with your Cheat Your Way Thin and the prelim info on Xtreme Fat Loss – I am SOOOO excited! It combines the truths and “common sense” – with a no BS approach. I have wasted SO MUCH TIME, MONEY and ENERGY on searching for “the answer”. This program sounds like I can get the fat off fast which will be a HUGE motivation. And your CYWT program gives a system to maintain afterwards! I am plagued with cravings and the cheat day is a definite bonus in my books! I did make it on stage once – 2 years ago – it took 4 months of calorie deficit, extreme exercising and NO CHEATING to get there!! And that was to take off 20lbs of fat & an expensive coach! Afterwards – I gained 35lbs back! I’m done done done!!! Your upfront, no B.S. approach has me anxiously awaiting its release to get started!!!

Hey
This program is perfect for me at this point in my life because I am borderline overweight and I have an interview for my dream job at the end of May. I have spent the last 12 months as a full-time student where I have gained 10kgs! I need access to this information so that I can make the best impression at the interview and give myself the best chance at getting the job.
Thanks for your time and consideration

I’m 31 years old and I’ve been yo-yo dieting for the past 10 years. I have tried merely restricting carbs (Atkins) or calories (WW, fasting) and lost weight but I always gained it back. And even when I had lost weight, I never looked really “good” (i.e. toned) I was just a scrawny mess. I even started running competitively (10Ks, half marathons) and THAT still didn’t get me the fat off my body. I never understood WHY until now. This program sounds realistic and amazing. I have been in the health and fitness industry for a few years. I have a 4 month old baby girl and and am in need of getting my body back before summer. I have about 15-20lbs to lose.
I am a single parent, and already back at work and need to be in better shape as fast as possible, considering i am a personal trainer. I am squeezing in half hour workouts each day and the workouts are great, but my nutrition isnt there. I need something to follow that is precisely laid out in front of me.
I am looking to regain my confidence, get my nutrition back on track and have a fresh start on life. I want to be the best possible role model for my child and teach her the importance of eating healthy and being active, and being confident with who you are!
Hi Joel,
I NEED HELP! I’m 56 years old and need to get this weight off for my health. I have several medical conditions against me. Diabetic, hypothyroid, thyroidectomy, extreme obesity (100 lbs overweight) I have tried many diets over the years but have not had much luck. I lost most of it once but that was before these medical problems. Your solution seems to scientifically work
together to help the process more quickly. With so much to lose the initiative needs sparked with quick small losses to keep me on the straight and narrow.
Hi Joel! Your well long researched program is knowledgeable, smart, well applied and translated into use with excellent results. You have teamed up with all the right people who share your passion and want to get the word out to the public. This is not a quick fix but an overall lifestyle change to promote excellent health in the long run. You convey the background and science in a very comprehensible format for any person to understand the whys and hows. This is no gimmick. I definitely want to be a part of this impressive power of knowledge as I am enthusiastic that there is constantly more to learn with time. I believe your optimized program is the best out there and I want to be one of the first ones to do it!
I have been following your blog along with Vince’s, John’s, and Craig’s for a while now. I have been able to lose the first 15 pounds by using a combination of all the great advice given by you guys. From what I can tell from the your last 6 updates, this program seems to bring it all home. I know this program can help me shed the last 15 pounds that I would like to lose before my birthday in one month! My weight loss has really slowed down and I need this program to kick the weight loss into overdrive and get it done! I would love to be able to take off my shirt this summer at the pool and not be embarrassed to do so!
Hi Joel
I need to reinvent myself, lose weight, get fit and by August look absolutely fabulous. My husband and i are going to work in a new Wellness Centre in the Seychelles and I need to look the part. I am 53 and this is an opportunity of a lifetime. I have been following your emails and newsletters and I just know this system will work for me because it has the right values and is based on wellness and capability as opposed to quick fix scenarios
I hope i win this program
cheers
After soaking up the updates from the last few days, your program is perfect for me at this point in my life because I have a solid fitness and nutritional foundation and am looking for a tool to use as I take my health, energy levels and physique to the next level. I want access to this information because of the science behind the program and the day by day focus in regards to implementation.
I am a science and research loving nerd disguised as a military spouse and “explore the world” mom to a 2 and 4 year old. I ran my first half marathon this February in 2:10 and love my new more athletic body. I have never been “on a diet,” preferring to focus on eating to nourish my body and exercising to maintain the energy and stamina required to care for myself and my children throughout my husband’s deployments with the US Navy. I love being a healthy role model for other families, especially moms.
Having specific, concrete goals for myself to focus on helps me manage daily stressors in a healthy manner, especially while my husband is deployed. He left today for 25 days of “work-ups.” (Hmm… same as your program length.) It would be fun to get my body bikini-ready for the summer and make some visible progress on my personal fitness goals before my husband comes home for a week! I’m ready to tackle a new challenge!
Hi Joel, I am so excited to have found your program. I just turned 44 and my husband and I own a restaurant. Over the years and 2 kids my body is not what I want … about 100 pounds to lose and your program looks so sensible. I would love to implement your ideas into our restaurant menu. I am also so happy to see your recommendation for using coconut oil for cooking. I have been using coconut oil for a few months and love it.
I am very happy to have found a program that makes so much sense and talks about our bodies hormones and how they can be used to work for us rather than against us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Carol aka
I have Crohn’s and Celiac Disease. The Celiac is easy to live with, it encourages eating whole foods, but the Crohn’s, that’s a different story. I am currently experiencing a flare-up and I am one of those patients that put on weight during one instead of losing it. As the pain increases, so does my weight. But, I have noticed that by abiding by your rules and guidelines, my pain seems to have subsided and the scale seems to be holding steady instead of going up. Also, in less than 2 weeks I have noticed more muscle tone in my legs, where I lack it the most, and I have lifted weights and run for many years. Your information is wonderful, thorough and virtually priceless. For me, the subsiding pain and no weight gain is a true testament that this way of life is the way to go!

Hey, it’s Joel! So you want to know a little more about me, huh? Well, I’d be happy to oblige :-)
I guess it all started back in 2001 (my freshman year of college) when I was just a “skinny fat” 19-year old kid. At the time, I was spending close to 2 hours a day in the gym (now my workouts last about 30 minutes), and despite my efforts, you’d probably never guess I worked out a day in my life by looking at me...
