I suffered with chrons disease for years and at this stage in my life am finally in remission. The problem is I have stacked on the pounds over the past year and no matter how much I diet (and I’ve tried many!) I just can’t seem to shift the weight. Now I know this sounds like a good thing to be well and put on some weight but my body has gone overboard! I believe that being ill for so long has messed up my metabolism. I don’t just NEED access to your program I DESIRE and CRAVE it. I work out 6 times a week and eat a clean diet but nothing works! I’ve almost run out of options until now. I have read all your information and reviews and the ‘cheat’ day totally appeals to the chocolate and cake addict in me! This is the program for me – I can feel it and so can my fat! Be very afraid fat, VERY afraid!

I am a young father who finds scheduling exercise difficult and often feel that I am just spinning my wheels. I am trying to find a way to work out effectively, in combination with a well balanced energy diet, so that I can keep up with work and fitness. I am a wife and mother who has a full load. Healthy foods are not as easy to come by and gym time is limited. As of the end of last year, nearly every member of my family older than I is now known to have Heart Disease, Diabetes, or other weight-related heath issues with potentially serious consequences. I have always been on the slim side, but time, diet and motherhood are catching up with me. My husband is from a fit family with healthy eating habits but has adopted the diet from my side of the family with the consequences of the obvious side effects. Momentum is such a powerful force, but it must be stopped. Our children deserve healthy parents with positive, role-model worthy behaviors, appearances and life-expectations. They should see themselves as maturing into robustly fit individuals rather than what I grew up with, the sense of inevitable decline and doom of poor health that I always thought of as my inheritance. This heirloom of ill-health must end with me. I look forward to any source of guidance towards achieving that goal. Thank you for your consideration.

Your intro to this program is amazing! I look forward to its release and trying it out. Like so many other moms out there, I’ve taken on a family, work, school, the house, AND trying to stay fit (and sometimes in that order). The last 10 pounds won’t seem to come off, even with dieting and working out throughout the week. I continue to read about different programs, both diet and excercise, and yours just jumped out at me. Why?! The idea of synergizing diet and exercise is revolutionary, yet so practical. You say your workouts are 30 minutes a day? I already do that, so your program sounds like it’s made for me. Staying fit so I can keep up with my 2 growing boys is so important to me. Hey Joel. I recently quit my job and is starting up my own personal training business. All my life, I have been into fitness and health and well-being and my only wish and goal is to be able to pass this passion and knowledge i have to my clients. I am great with helping them achieve their fitness goals, the results ive seen have been nothing short of amazing. But i want to do more, and nutrition and fat loss is my next step. Last year I worked as a counselor at a summer camp, and it was an awesome job. Unfortunately, the first thing I noticed was that the campers – ranging from 1st to 6th grade – were severely lacking knowledge in the nutrition department when it came to lunches and snacks. I was horrified to see that some kids didn’t have a single piece of fruit or vegetable in their lunch, and would then proceed to buy more candy and junk food three hours later after the pool. I really wanted to help make the camp more health-conscious, but I was in no shape to preach nutrition after having gained weight in the months leading up to the job from partying and eating empty calories. I’ve been working hard to get my athletic body back, but your program is exactly what I need to take things up a notch and reach my goals! Summer camp begins in early June, and I would love to be in the best shape possible so I can not only be a role model for the kids, but so I have the right to give them (and their parents) advice about nutrition. There is a weekly newsletter that goes home with the kids and I thought it would be a perfect place to start telling the parents about the importance of nutrition for their children. Also when I’m at the pool, I want everyone to know how much work I put into my body and living healthy. :)

I have always been the fat one in my group of friends and finally had enough of being “fatty” so for my 30th year on this earth I vowed to myself that I would not be that fat man by the time I got to my birthday. I am down over 20 lbs since the new year and am on the right track to a better me but have a way to go to reach my goal of a body that I can be proud of and proud to show off. No longer will I be the guy on the beach with his shirt on. I NEED this because I will be damned if I have to go another year as the fat man. Joel, I always think it is great to give us the opportunity to win! Which is just what we do when we set our goals to be healthy. I’m 50, and 230 lbs, which is large for my frame, but have been weight training for a long time, so feel I’m stronger than ever before, but continue to struggle with bellyfat. Let me first say thank you for taking the time to share your amazing program with us these last few days. I have learned SO much reading the pages of your sneaky tips and learning how I can actually incorporate a cheat day into my diet and lose more weight, to learning how when I’ve dieted in the past my body was going into starvation mode. I have to admit, I’ve tried various diets and have lost the weight only to gain it back and then some. Probably an all familiar story to most people. I’m not afraid to diet, drink shakes all day, or go to the gym and sweat hard every day. But to no avail, the weight just isn’t coming off. At 5’5 and at my heaviest, 160 lb., I NEED A PROGRAM THAT WORKS! I believe you hold the magic key. With summer fast approaching and being a BRIDESMAID in my brother’s wedding, UGH!!- in October… I have to look good by then, and right now I’m just disappointed with my weight and progress. Hi Joel, I´ve been training, working out hard, dieting, personal training for about one year with good results at the beginning but not as fast as I expected, and from 6 months ago I don´t see any changes in my fat %

Many of my relatives are obese and diabetic and I’ve been dieting and exercising since the jazzercise 70s-80s of my youth. I joke that I was low-carb before low-carb was cool. My BMI has been in the “overweight” range since baby #4. At 5 children and coming into 40, I have found it increasingly hard to not cross into the dangerous obese category myself, not to mention finding the amount of time it seemed I needed to exercise. I am looking for the tools to motivate me in as little time as possible to be an example of health for myself, my children and future generations. I KNOW I CAN SUCCEED AND I WOULD LIKE YOUR HELP!

Having been fat since my childhood, I have tried to slim down in the last 15 years through low fat diets, low carb diets, low GI diets, liquid protein diets, fasting for up to 3 months (!), while lifting weights and doing cardio kick boxing almost everyday of the week. Once I put my mind to something, I give it 100% commitment. With such ridiculous amount of sweat, blood and tears, you’d think that I would have the body fat percentage of an athlete. But I’m not even close, despite the great effort I have put in, which others have said is way above average. I’m sick and tired of working so hard and depraving myself without seeing result. As I’m obviously doing something wrong, I am desperate to find a system that actually works. I am hoping for the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet to be that answer.

I’m a 26 year old female with a horrible genetic history on both my maternal and paternal side. I decided about two years ago to get into shape and keep it that way and it soo became my addiction. I am a full time nurse, a full time student and still get to the gym for my workouts. I have lost weight and continue to eat healthier and healthier. I’m been heavy all my life, and I’m finally gotten sick of it. I’m graduating college in two weeks, and I’ve decided now that one major change in my life is happening, it’s time for another. HI Joel , I am a stay at home mum to three beautiful young children and at the moment weighting in at 140kgs I find it hard to get energy to get out and play with them. I am missing out on so much with them and I feel if I were able to follow your program build up my self worth and lose weight it would bring a new freedom to my whole families lives. I also want to learn the right way to eat and keep my self healthy and teach my children by role modeling this to them so they will also grow up knowing the right way to eat and keep themselves healthy. Simply put Joel, I need this program because it is extreme. I have been successful in dropping over 100 pounds (going from 300 to 180ish) and am looking for a program that not only works well, but kicks my ass. I want to hit that final stage where I can finally see a flat stomach (which I never have). I have read your reports on how to trick the body utilizing cheat days and manipulating leptin levels to lose an extreme amount of fat. But this diet also has one thing I need, which is variety! The different goals of each day and theory behind why it works will keep me interested and motivated to finish it! I have been following the reports on this diet since Vince was using it and was intrigued by the things he had to say about it. I am also a stickler for theory and read each of your blogs with great interest. I love a good challenge, the kind that seems almost impossible. But I know the only way to get extreme results is to put in extreme effort, and I am willing to do that. I also want to inspire and help others by showing that it is never too late to change your body and lead a healthy lifestyle. Anything is possible with the right attitude and effort. Make it a two-for-one!

My wife and I are in our 30’s now and after 5 children and demanding jobs and volunteer service, our metabolism just isn’t what it used to be. Weight and clothes sizes are creeping up and up.

Both of us are scientists, so your scientifically-informed methods resonate with us and your common sense approach approach makes the process seem achievable.

Hey Joel! So I am finishing up my junior year at Arizona State. With summer coming around the fablous hot weather that accompanies it here in AZ, it is obviously bikini season. I have never ever worn a bikini. I want to change that this summer. I want to be able to walk around and be damn proud of my body and have other guys and gals look at me with envy! I have started Vince DelMonte’s June 26th work out and I think this will really help along with it. I am still still doing the CYWT diet. However, I believe this will be even better.
