Greetings Joel,

I need to win this program! Since we became 50 yrs old, my husband and I spend 2 weeks each year hiking somewhere. As we age (68 yrs now) we are “hauling” extra pounds (abt 20-25 lbs now) over the hills, streams, up & down the trails. Our knees must be feeling the extra pounds as we pound the trails since sometimes they become painful. I have 2 velcro knee wraps that I carry in my pack to use at these intermittent times. However, I know if I could lose 20 pounds (esp belly fat) we could continue hiking and enjoying nature’s beauty into our 80’s. I don’t want my yearly weightgain to break down my knees & my life style along with it! You’re my only hope……PLEASE CHOOSE ME to receive the gift of this wonderful, life-extending, life-enhancing Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Plan system you have developed. Help make my Golden Years truly inspirational! Thank you for your consideration, Martha

I am 16 years old and i am very fat,i think i have at least 35 % body fat,for many years the kids at school are making jokes about me and i am imbarassed to go to the beatch without my shirt on! gym at school sucks, the teachers dont care, they rarely show up and i cant get help from anywhere!!I have managed to love a few pounds of fat and gained a few pounds of muschle from with the help of your newsletter and vinces newsletter..but my dad wont let me buy your books or programms because i have been scamed into buying something that didnt actually work…so please, help me up here,i am willing to put as much work as i need in loosing fat,but i really need your help! thank you,you are my inspiration!

I am 46 years old and am struggling with 40 extra lbs. I am a diabetic and have a 4 year old son and a full time job. I can’t seem to snap out of my funk with any diet or exercise. My two best friends died last year and I have been using food as my new best friend. I need to turn my life around for the sake of my little boy. If your system is the one that works it truly would be a miracle.

Thanks

Hi Joel, I’m 52, female, 5′, bmi +/- 25 and need a science-based, intelligent, STRUCTURED program to thwart The Great Metab Meltdown. If interested, will send detailed logs re: Your Program vs. Middle Age for your older clients.

Hi Joel.. thanks for this opportunity! I am a 39yr old mother of 2 young kids, I work full-time and my husband works evenings which leaves me no time to get away from the house for exercise. I used to love going to the gym and was in the best shape of my life while I was doing that. Since having kids, I haven’t been able to get back to it and my exercise consists of playing with them (which is extremely fun but not very effective exercise)!
My motivation level stinks because I’ve tried other programs and while I do good on them, there is always something that comes up that throws me off and then I gain back. So for the little time I have to spend on myself, I want to make sure I am making the most of it and its something I can continue long term as a lifestyle change.
The other issue I have is with my diet ie..what I eat. My daughter is 18mths old and I have an 8yr old son and I am very worried I am not guiding them down the right nutritional path. We keep treats in the house as we all love chocolate and I can’t deprive myself (or them) of that. I haven’t been doing too bad on showing them balance, but I still need help.
I absolutely love to exercise and enjoy eating healthy. I just need the right system to put the two in perspective and give me the kick in the butt I need. If I understand your program correctly, its not a matter of exercising for hours on end, which I don’t have the time for, but rather doing specific exercises at the right time along with eating the right type of food, again, at the right time. The fact you allow for Cheat Days is great because then as a family we can still have our ‘bad’ days and not feel guilty about it! I would absolutely love to win one of your programs and get to that yummy mummy status for Summer!

Sincerely… Liann

My entire family was overweight growing up. I have struggled all my life with weight issues going from 160 in high school, to 110 with both my children and now back to 145. My youngest son has also struggled since being a young child to now an almost college grad (Game Design – not much activity except for his tongue). In High School, he tried the Atkins and lost 80 lbs, of which now I believe he has gained most back. He was special ed. all his life and also struggled with issues of communication disorder and ADHD and depression; along with his weight. I have offered to try anything to help him…and myself. He will soon be in the job market (grad July 2010) and truly needs to loose weight to be competitive (and healthy). I will purchase your program even if we don’t win a free copy….but free is better.
Thank you…Amy

At 46 years-old, is it too much to ask for the caboose of a 25 year-old? I’m fit by practical standards and a couple years ago was down to @ 17% body fat. Even at my leanest, I’ve never been able to achieve that elusive “lift”. Vanity aside, as a busy wife and mother of 2 young children, I crave the energy and stamina to get through the day. I rarely eat sugar or anything processed. I run @ 25 miles a week and lift weights. I just can’t seem to put it all together. That’s why when I saw your program, I was just beside myself with excitment. It makes perfect sense. Even if I don’t win a free copy of your program, I’m already a winner because of my comittment. Way to go!

Hi Joel!
My Wife and I just turned 51 and are are very interested in your program. We have tried everything, and I mean everything over our 30+ years together but there was always something getting in the way of our goal to stay fit and thin. Whether it was jobs, kids and their activities, or family troubles it seemed that things always pushed our weight loss goals aside. We want to show everyone we know that even those over 50 can still do this! Your system is very intriguing and I hope you will consider a couple of 50+ year old sweethearts that have been through “thick” and “thin” for over 30 years for your diet system special!

Thanks so much for your time
Brad

I have tried a lot of diets and some have worked for a while, but the weight comes back. I am excited about the fast weight loss, because I need to see results right away! I am looking forward to the combination of diet and exercises that will work together to increase my metabolism. I love the cheat day it makes a lot of sense to get around the stagnet portion of the diet. I cann’t wait to be comfortable with my body and become stronger mentally and physically.

joel, plateau seems to be my middle name these days… i am a single mom with a desk job in suburbia who gained 25 pounds since i moved back to the states 2 years ago, after living in a european city for 17 years (where i ate much healthier and walked almost everywhere). i have been lifting weights since january and while i have lost a total of 6 inches, i have only lost 1 pound… my goal is to melt those 25 pounds away by the end of 2010 (my 25th high school reunion), but at this rate, it will take me an extra 2 years!!! i finally joined a gym 6 weeks ago and reduced my calorie intake to an average of 1550 per day. now i am doing 30 mins of cardio 3x a week plus a weights workout 2x a week but the fat is not budging. this is taking WAAAAAY too long, i am frustrated and i need help!!! plus, i am set to stop smoking in 2 weeks and i CANNOT gain any weight, i need to reduce!!!! please please HELP!

I need something new…..life changing. Totally motivational. New perspective on loosing weight. Tired of wasting money with little result or support.
The theories are convincing….looking for proof and to then to maintain.

It’s been a struggle for me to find a diet lose fat. The latest fad diet or “kickass” training style… As a male teenager, vanity is the most pressing issue in my life. I want to look good shirtless but haven’t been able to be confident enough to take it off, due to that lard roll around my belly. This had brought my already low self-esteem to its depths. I eventually fell victim to bullimia nervosa for 3 long, depressing years and injuries from overtraining. I just couldn’t take it that all diets had to deprive you of your favourite foods. A life without pizza or ice-cream was the last straw. Thankfully, I’ve managed to overcome this horrible episode for six months now. The pounds had melted off with good nutrition and resistance training plans. Kudos must be given to you, Vince and Roman, whose blogs have inspired me to change. However, I’ve plateaued at 18% body fat. Imagine my joy at being told that you’re promoting a revolutionary diet that actually allows you to eat your favourite meals once a week! I really hope you will help me out with achieving my ultimate goal of emerging from my dark past as a completely new and fitter person, with new self-confidence. Please choose me as one of the lucky people to receive your complimentary book. I sincerely hope you will help me complete my transformation!

I NEED this program because I am 47 years young and I have been diagnosed with Hoshimoto’s thyroiditis and have gained over 70 lbs since. I am 5’2 and weigh over 200 lbs now. I NEED help. The DRs say that I can’t loose weight because of this problem and I want to be able to prove them wrong. Since my mother was very obese, I don’t want to follow in her footsteps as she passed away at a very early age as well. As did my father and he too had thyroid problems as well as diabetes’

I have been receiving your daily emails and this is the first program that I am actually excited about. The 5 day cycle sounds perfect for someone like me who needs a cheat day to stay motivated. I can’t wait until the program is released and see what kind of results I can get with it. I can’t wait to show everyone a new me. I think this program is perfect for people who are afraid to commit to 90 days or 16 weeks programs. A month with extreme results would keep anyone motivated to keep moving forward.

Hey Joel,

I am SO EXCITED about your program! I have struggled with wt loss my whole adult life, but it got really bad about 6 yrs ag, when I developed asthma. I was in the hospital 3x’s with drip steroids. Those things REALLY pack on the pounds! I now have the asthma under control, but not the fat. I have tried about everything, nothing seems to work. I have started lifting wt’s recently, and really enjoy it. I think your program will be just the ticket for me! I am almost 50, and would love a sexy body for my husband, who is 9 years younger than me!

Thanks for your amazing program!

This program sounds like it will be perfect for me. I’ve bought almost every video, and tried almost every program under the sun. I, like most people, want to SEE results. And like most, I get discuraged when I don’t see them as fast as I may like. Everything that I’ve been reading in the updates makes perfect sense! and with the way it is all explained I’ve been eager to start this program. My motivation is WAAAAY up! I have a wedding coming up in August and would like to look my best for that day! (and everyday after that!) But feeling the pressure to get some pounds off! I can’t wait to start this program, and hopefully I can win one!

Dear Joel,

This is what I have been looking for. I started with Body for Life a few years ago and saw significant weight loss and muscle gain. But, as I have continued on, I have hit a plateau and not been able to lose those last stubborn pounds (read – tire). I am excited about embarking on a proven method for taking my health to the next level.

Thanks.
Steve

I have a hard time finishing what I start when it comes to weight loss. I have about 40 pounds to lose. I do great for about 3 weeks and then I stop. Knowing that I will have a free day (pizza!!) will help me push through. :) I am going on vacation on June 4th and I would love to see how much I could lose before I leave. I just want to find success in this area of weight loss. I’m so tired of wasting so much of my life on diets and talking about diets. Thanks!!

I guess in a nutshell I’m confused and tired of feeling that way. Everyone has their own opinion about what the right way is to lose weight, exercise and live a healthy lifestyle. All subjects are free game: artificial sweeteners, fasting, low carb, no carb, high protein, metabolic type, interval training, cardio, weight training, etc.
Your research and data on how the body works makes sense from a nutritional point of view. I don’t know about your workout program yet, since I haven’t seen it, but I’m intrigued enough based on your study and explanation to look into it. I realize this particular program is for a set period of time for explosive weightloss, which would be great, but I’m also looking for someone who’s trustworthy. Actual, real results and not just hype for another trend. I’m hopeful, Joel, that your research is solid and true. I’m hopeful that you are the one with some real answers for us, for 25 days of Xtreme Weightloss, but also beyond.

Hey Joel,

I am intrigued by your program. I am a nutrition major starting my fourth year of college. I have studied countless tips on nutrition, exercise, and weight loss, but this is the first time I have ever heard of Leptin and the way it aids metabolism. And this is certainly the first time I have heard of “cheat days” as part of a diet regimen to aid weight loss.

I have always had a hard time losing weight and an extremely easy time gaining it. I am very health conscious and eat a balanced, mostly vegetarian diet consisting of lots of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. I utilize portion control, and work out 3-4 times a week. Still, I cannot lose the extra weight and “pudge” around my mid-section. Your program seems to be exactly what I am looking for to lose those extra pounds and gain lean muscle at the same time. If your program works, it would be a great resource for me to utilize and recommend to clients once I am a nutritionist.

Thank you for considering me in your give-away. Your program looks GREAT!

Sincerely,
Sarah

For the last 10 years ive been in pretty good nick, eating properly and training hard, basically a very committed dude. In the last 6 months i have lost that edge, hit 40, works been keeping me as busy as a one legged man in an arse kicking contest, been feeling tired and drained, eating has gone to crap and training is haphazard. Im looking to get the desire back, the information presented in your last few emails looks to be what im looking for, information thats sensible whilst cutting edge. It will help me get back the feel gooood zone.

Hey Joel,
I have been on the weight rollercoaster for 5 years now. Between 25 and 27 I lost 105 pounds. I was able to maintain that weight loss for 3 months. 3 MONTHS!? Then I yo-yoed. Going from 135 to 175, down to 150 back up to 175…I kept my weight between 150 and 175 for about 7 months…going from diet to diet, never finding something that balanced me out, never finding anything that would work efficient enough for me. I am back up to 215…OUCH. I just started Isabel De Los Rios’s Diet Solutions, and it seems to have the balance I’ve been seeking. I’ve lost about 15lbs so for…I love it. I think that her Diet Solutions paired with your Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is the recipe for my success. What a great word Success…I am Xtremely ready to drop some fat! I have what it takes, and your Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is the key. I’m ready to hit the gym with more purpose. I’m ready to focus my intention on the synergy that is the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet. I believe that this program is in-line with my purpose, and it is time to get on the path to a more in shape, but more importantly, a healthier me. I’m 30 and single and it’s time to get this issue handled once and for all. I’m tired of being overweight, I’m ready for the Xtreme! Bring it on, Joel, bring it on!!! :-) Sally

Hi Joel, I am a bodybuilder who is tired of paying thousands of dollars to other trainers for the final touch before the show. I believe if a contestant pay close attention to his diet and train hard in the previous months doesn’t really need to pay another trainer to take care of his diet. However, the last 4-5 weeks before the show is crucial and I have seen photos of what XtremeFatLoss have done for Vince and Flavia and the amazing results with Roman to get him down to the single digit in fat. Therefore, I would love to use your program to get shredded for that show.

Thank you

Nyrton

Hello Joel,

I have been struggling with weight loss since highschool and it is really taking a toll on my body, most notably my ankles. At almost 27 yrs I am at 5’11” and weigh 266lbs. 3 yr.s ago I was at 287lbs. I tried all the fad diets, low carb, all protein, hollywood miracles, even those good for nothing magic pills. Nothing seemed to work. And everytime I got anywhere will my weightloss I felt Weak, even with lifting weights. I am terrified of becoming the skinny-fat that no one wants to be. I’m a Farm Boy, Skinny-Fat doesn’t work. But all these diets leave me with a discouraged feeling and I end up quiting because even though I lose weight, I feel I lose my strength as well. I’d rather be fat and strong, then skinny and weak.
With the description of your program I have a renewed hope that I will be able to finally accomplish my goals of weight loss ans still keep, better yet, gain strength throughout. My wife and I would love to have kids in the next couple years and I want to be able to keep up with them and teach them sports. Teach them the value of good nutrition an health by example in a world that breeds obesity.
I’m very excited about this program and look forward to getting myself off the bench and back in the game. Thanks in advance for your help in acheiving what i have felt to be impossible, A Lean Mean Healthy Me.

Hello Joel,

I recently lost 70 pounds and I built up some muscle definition – the first time in my life! After one year of hard work suddenly I was bloating, swelling and gaining weight (think FAT). It took 3 months and lots of tests before a second doctor diagnosed me with a thyroid problem (I know – right) 30 pounds later, here I am. I’ve lost my cardio endurance, some of my strength and I have a lot in common with Jell-O.

I found you through Isabel – when I read your fat loss “tricks” a light bulb came on. I have never understood the scientific/nutritional aspect of gaining muscle and losing fat… calories in – calories out, right? I hit the gym at 5:30 a.m. 5 days a week – I am one of the few females on the floor and not just the cardio deck. I want you to know that I am serious about being healthy, lean and defined.

I have done the 1+1=O, the 1+1=2 (which took me a year), now I would like to use your version of math: 1+1=3!

Happy Friday,
Shala
