I’m a 58 year grandmother, that works nights 60 hours a week, doing sleep
studies. Most of my patients are way overweight, and as I sit at that computer,
night after night I find myself overweight, and overwhelmed as to how I can find enough time to fix this. Working nights makes everything difficult. I try to eat right and at the right time during the night. I feel I need something thats fast,
motivating and healthy – not a quick fix. I’m not getting any younger and I’ve got those grandkids to keep up with. I need you help.

Hi Joel, I am a 51 year-old woman, certified resistance trainer and group fitness leader, (fairly new to this) who like you, strives to help others reach their goals. I try to be a role model and to inspire others, but I have been struggling with my own ups and downs of fat loss. I want to be able to prove it can be done, be a lean example for others, and promote your XFLD! I only have about 10-15 lbs to lose. I am 5′-3″ and weigh 132-136lbs. Hi Joel. Your new program sounds great. I am already implementing stuff from the Fat Loss Furnace. I go to the gym twice a week- was 15 mins per day, now an hour a day. Have lost 28lbs in around 12 weeks and looking for more. At 66 with arthritis I don’t need the belly bulge – couldn’t fasten my shoes so well! Now it is a lot easier, and I can get up the stairs without losing my breath! Doing that on the old program I cannot imagine what I can do on the new one ;-D… I am on a rubbish UK State Pension, so need to save what I can when I can, so I would love to considered for a free copy.

Hi Joe. I just turned 40. I thought life was great, then I was laid off 6 months ago. Depressed and shocked, I came home to find my cheating on me. I went in a hole, have put on 60 lbs in 8 months! I’m interviewing and close to finding work again. (I’m and IT Manager by profession.) However, I really need to get started taking care of myself again to build my self esteem back up. Losing 25 in 25 would be an excellent start on 60 lbs. Further, i’m looking at the second half of my life being better than the first. I could really use this jump start and go from there. I am just one of the victims of high school pop trauma;you know the guys fit and sportive and mean at the same time;majority of my life passed as a fat guy;and two months ago it was enough. I completely changed my life style and lost 20 pounds.However I feel like I am done, I know IT IS NOT! I am up to fighting and determined to keep up;and using your program I am definitely sure that will work and the result will be lifeworth! The chains around my neck will be released,and those chains are my overweight problems. My body should follow my mind and determination and I am sure that will happen with your program that gives me more hope than anything.

I have spent years and years working out at the gym and dieting just to get very little results, and it’s getting very frustrating. I’ve read many articles and weightloss books and they all seem to say something different. I know that there is a certain science to fat-loss but I can’t seem to find it on my own. HELP!!!

In your up-dates, everything you’ve said make sense, so I know that your program will work, and I’m excited to get started.

My whole family is extremely over-weight. They see how I put my all into weightloss without succees, so they believe that all I do is a waste of time. If I can find a program that will work for me, then they would be encouraged to try it, too.

Getting myself and my family healthy is my main motivation here.

I have been overweight for years but finally had enough when three things happened: 1) my blood pressure and cholesterol were high enough that the doctor wanted me to go on medication 2) my ankles and toes hurt when I got out of bed in the morning (I’m only in my 40’s!) and the last straw was 3) I went to an event at an arena and it actually hurt to try and squeeze into the seat. Just before Thanksgiving 2009 I started changing how I eat – lots more veggies, only a few ounces of protein and very few carbs, and added some exercise. I have managed to lose 35 pounds so far and feel much better. Here’s the challenge now – I don’t know how to combine the right exercises with what I eat. This is the part of your program that I find most intriguing. Your depletion day, cheat day and then specific exercise program makes sense to me. I’m hoping that your program will help me get past the latest plateau and further educate me on the best exercise regimen. I am looking foward to losing the next 35 pounds and reaching my final weight goal.

I came across your program and thought to myself, ‘Yahtzee’ when thinking of how I can lost the last 7-8 stubborn pounds. I applied to be a model for the swimsuit edition of Triathlete magazine but was denied. They gave me great feedback saying it was due to the lack of ‘lean muscle’ I had. I’m here to tell you exactly why I want this progam and potentially why everyone else here on this blog needs it, it’s a simple easy to follow guide that I mysef know have been waiting for a long time, becauses lets face it none of us are professional fitnees trainers or have found the soultion to get us a hot dam bod that we want and to be able to achieve this while being allowed to eat pizza as well!!! No matter how hard anyone tries to suceed its not going to be worthwhile when your struggling and miserible which is what i’ve been so when your program came along with easy understandable steps and pizza i’d like one please.

I think one of the things that appeals to me most about what I’ve been reading is the variety involved in this weight loss programme. I tend to get bored easily, especially with exercise. But doing different exercises on different days, and not eating the same every day – even being able to have a pizza – well, that’s something different. Something I know I would find stimulating. The fact that it is so ‘scientific’ intrigues me. I know that seeing the results in my body will be fascinating as well as rewarding and fulfilling. I have realised, through reading your articles, Joel, that I’ve been in starvation mode, and I now understand why I’m stuck at a certain weight and can’t lose more. I have the dedication to follow the regime and lose weight fast, because I really feel confident that I can. I’m sure I’ll find the whole experience amazing and life-changing as well as body changing.

I promised myself and my body that I would make all the effort I have to to be on the road to becoming fit and healthy, and the weight I want to be, by the time I’m 50 in July. I feel that with your help I won’t let my body down and break that promise.

I am a busy mom of four who has decided it’s time to start taking care of myself. I have tried tons of weight-loss solutions, read tons of books, and spent lots of money, only to find myself at my all time high this past January. I also found out I had some health concerns. I needed to do something. I decided to join Weight Watchers and have lost 20 pounds eating better and doing TaeBo. I have a ways to go. Even with this weight loss I still look flabby and am tired. I feel like I have no metabolism. What I like about the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet program is that it incorporates nutrition and exercise working together. It seems that in the past I have focused on one or the other and when I have done both at the same time, I still didn’t see results. In the past I was looking for an easy fix and finally figured out that it takes work to lose weight and keep it off. I am ready to put in my time to get the results I desire. I am sold on everything Joel has explained in his emails and reports, not because he is a good salesman, but because I am a girl of science and it just makes sense to me. I am ready for May 4th to get here so I can get this started.

This sounds like an awesome program and I simple need HELP! I am 41+ with three children, three jobs and don’t seem to find time to take a very good bath without some type of interruptions and I am constantly on the run. Having two teenagers and a pre-teen, this will help the entire family because I have read so much about childhood obesity.

I grew up in another country so walking was a past-time and here I don’t even walk to the mail box because it is attached to the house. My day time job is on a plant so there is not much room for walking or parking your car a litttle ways away to get some exercise. I go from one job to the other and that leave much room except when I get home at night.

I recently finished my certification to become a personal trainer last week and I am excited to now have the opportunity to aid others in their fat loss and fitness goals. Having once weighed over 217lbs myself, I know how important it is to maintain a healthy lifestyle and how difficult the weight loss process can be. As a new fitness professional, I understand that its important to stay on the cutting edge of new fitness breakthroughs and I am intrigued by your mixture of fitness and science to create your program. Hi Joel! I would love a shot a trying your program. I am a 41 year-old, mother of two boys. I have been on and off more diets than I can count. I’ve been battling my weight since I was 25. More than anything, I want to be healthy, live a long life, and be there for my family (and who’s kidding here…I wanna look HOT! :). I’m so tired feeling like a big fat failure on all the other programs I have tried. I have been following Isabel De Los Rios’ Diet Solution plan for 5 weeks now. You should thank her because she is the one who told me about you! As soon as I read your report on mastering the cheat day, I knew I had stumbled on something amazing. I’ve been doing 35 minutes/2 miles on my treadmill 5-6 times a week, and some other workout DVDs targeting my abs. I don’t have a gym close by, so I am hoping your workouts can be done from home. I’m just not seeing the results I want, and I feel like I’m working so hard and not getting anywhere.

In 4 months I’ll be getting married and moving completely across the country to Oregon. I want to look awesome in my wedding dress and start my new life feeling like a million bucks. I’m scared and excited at the same time. I’ve never been there yet but Oregon just seems like a place I’ll want to adventure about.
I’m in a healthy weight range but I don’t feel STRONG. I’m 150lbs and 5’10” but I feel like that one picture you had of the two completely different looking girls both being a size 4 or something. I want to be the toned up one and loose all this fat. I work out and eat healthy but it hasn’t provided me the results I want.
Please help me; your program seems perfect! It could take me to the next level. I am ready for the extreme but smart plan. Thanks.

hi joel, iam cecilia from PERU, in my whole life i was so confused about dieting and excersising, when i started to apply your tip really something change in my life because keeping a healthy life is not necesary be starving the whole day, or feel guilty eating your favorites foods once a week, my point is this kind of programs help people like me to look better and feel better with ourself, i really appreciate if i win this program, i need to lose more pounds of fat, but in my country dont have the best advice to get my goal, i am sick with a metabolic problem, my body change , my heart was broken with this dramatical change ,

I never had to worry about weight the first 50 years of my life. It’s been driving me crazy the latest 15. I’ve tried starving, several programs, exercise, and worrying. My knees and legs hurt; my arthritis is a problem; and I could get so many more of the things that I want to do done if I was healthier. I’ve been reading about your program and have tried some of the suggestions. My friends that are in the same boat and I hope you are an answer to our prayers.

I have been overweight for the past 25 years, ever since I had my second child. I have done some research and a friend of mine purchase your program and swears by it. I experienced a serious metabolic change in January, after participating in a time of fasting and prayer with my church. Spiritually, it was very productive, but physically, it really messed with my metabolism. Within two weeks of the fast, I saw huge muscle loss and fat gain. . . obviously, I was in starvation mode. I’ve been researching and made some changes to my diet and began new exercise, but haven’t seen much progress. Since I already eat well, mostly vegetables, fruit & nuts, healthy meats, very little bread or dairy; I couldn’t see how to make any major changes in foods, except to eat more. Also, the circuit training has helped to build muscle and I feel much stronger, but the jiggly fat remains. I’ve only lost about two pounds in 10 weeks of active diet and exercise. I’m so frustrated with the stubbornness of my body. I’ve been reading your philosophies and advice about fat loss, and I’m really excited about trying your program. I’m hoping that it will be just what my body needs to reset my metabolism and begin burning all this fat.

Joel, I am in my 40s, have 4 kids and a full-time job that keeps me behind a computer for 9 hours a day. Admittedly, I am heavier than I should be. I have listened to your videos, read the material and have decided your program is for me because you are offering the secret to rapid FAT loss while building lean muscle. Why would anyone not WANT that? But, I NEED it for the following reasons: 1) to get healthy. My doctor says if I don’t lose weight, I’ll have some serious health consequences; 2) to look better. My 25 year HS class reunion is approaching and I am motivated! But, I’ll quickly lose the motivation if I have to kill myself to lose a pound a week. You seem so down to earth and are so comitted to your message that you have inspired me to try this program. And, when I lose 50 pounds, I’ll be a great before/after story!

I gotta be honest, I think the platform of how to win this is really unfair for someone like me, which is why I think I should win! I’m not really overweight and I never have been. I’m probably in my mind 20 pounds, in other peoples minds only 10 pounds overweight. I already eat pretty well and work out. I don’t have some big sob story to tell you or drama to sell but I am a straight shooter and I will tell you this, these last 10-20 pounds are next to impossible to lose. And I have tried OH I HAVE TRIED IT ALL. I have pretty much resigned myself that my body just “won’t” lose the weight and I can’t get any smaller. My Dr says I don’t need to lose weight which is ridiculous b/c I am at the top of the “normal” weight range for my height. Basically my point is this: I’m probably not giving you enough *WOW* factor to win, but I wish my story was heard b/c it sure is frustrating and depressing. Thanks.

After six pregnancies, my figure…well “lost it” big time. I did ok til the fifth child, then (as the extrememe fat diet discusses) in stead of losing the fat, my body stored it for the next world famine! I can’t seem to outsmart it and need this education for sucess~it sounds like my only solution. The kids are grown and gone, the husband of 30 yrs took off for greener pastures (or something like that). I work full time w/ seniors and people with disabilites and run a hay farm and livestock, so it is certainly not inactivity that keeps me fat. People are surprised how strong I am even, but the rolls around my middle are very unhealthy. Now in my fifties (but young looking I am told) I want my life back. I want to look the way I feel inside and find out how to have fun again. Please tell me it’s not too late!

Your 2001 picture is what I looked like when I got married in 1986. Now I have a keg ab and am looking forward to the day when I WILL have six pack abs. Free or not, I think the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet System is a perfect fit to get me on the road to a better life to enjoy the treasures life has to offer. I’ve been struggling with the last 10 (ok… maybe 15) pounds forever!! I want it gone for good… now! I follow a strict, balanced diet, and workout like crazy. I just need to find a way to get the final pounds to budge – and stay off! THANKS!!

Based on what I’ve read and heard thus far, this program provides a blueprint , or step-by-step instructions, on what to do to achieve monumental fat loss. In the past five months I’ve lost 47 pounds but have hit a plateau. That’s an average of a little over 9 pounds a month. The opportunity to double that weight loss is astounding to me.
