I believe this system will work for both myself and my wife.
My wife has used some of the tips that you’ve given out so far and it has helped her break through a plateau and lose around 4 lbs in the past week after her weight was steady for about a week.

it’s been 8 years since i felt i was in the best shape of my life (and still that wasn’t anything extroadinary). Hello I have struggled with morbid obesity for ten years now before that I weighed 67kg now I weigh 170 kg and it has been an enormous struggle. I am nearing 60 years old and am in about the worst shape of my life. Until I hit my 40’s I was in great shape and had the energy to exercise daily. I’ve lost 70 lbs. over the last year and still have 30 more to go.  I lost my weight by using a strict diet plan (low carbs and sugar)  with lots of protein so that I wouldn’t loose muscle but it’s getting harder and harder to stick to it and I haven’t reached my goal.  I feel so much better but I want an easier eating life style that I can live with that isn’t going to bankrupt me in the process.  I know I can adhere to a strict system but  who wants to.  Help me get to my goal weight so that I can really concentrate and staying healthy and happy.

I’m a 54 year old woman going thru menopause and just can’t seem to lose the 30 extra pounds I’ve put on over the last ten years.  I used to be an avid exerciser all my life and never weighed over 109 lbs.  I’ve not had a weight problem most of my life, but since hitting 40, I struggle constantly to get the weight off and it just won’t budge.  I’m coming up on my 55th birthday and have vowed to be in “the best shape of my life”, but it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen.  When I make comments to people and say, “one day I’m going to be thin and sexy again”, people just look at me and say “THOSE days are OVER honey!”  I want so badly to prove to them that just because you’re getting older doesn’t mean that you can’t look lean and sexy anymore.

I’m 76 years old and my wife is 73. We’ve both been trying to control our weight for some time. My wife is currently on the 2nd leg of a 500 calorie weight loss program and is doing quite well. I have tried so many programs and right now I am doing Dr. Ks. It is working in respect to my muscle balance and overall feeling good but I’ve always had a problem with diet. Im a police officer and I am quite over weight (30lbs). I want to be safe for my wife and kids. I also would like something my wife and I can follow together as she wants to lose weight as well. (don’t say I mentioned that). This really need to be a life for us so that our kids can learn how to live healthy as well. I notice I have started to get health problem with my weight and I just want to be here for my family.
For the short story: in the last 2 1/2yrs I have gained 20lbs, (I’m only 5’3″) and lost my confidence!! I have been struggling with losing the last ten pounds for8 months. I have been excersizing six days a week, watching what I eat, and trying to figure out how to reveal the abs I can feel beneath the little bit of flab I have. Thanks for all you do in the fitness and fat-loss industry as so much is NOT scientifically based…I am 57 year old high school science teacher who is, although still active (I weight train, play tennis, and bicycle every week) and reasonably muscled, 60 lbs. “overfat” (35% body fat at 5 ft. 8 in.at 240 lbs. bodyweight)..I need a program to lose excess bodyfat ASAP as it is beginning to affect my joints in my hips and knees during exercise…believe me with a M.Sc in biochemistry, I know the science and you are onto something…if it can work for me, then it can work for anyone, as I need structure in that I love to eat!…I eat reasonably heathy but just too much…HELP me please!

I am not looking to receive this for myself. I have a 10 yr old son that weighs over 150 lbs. & has a big gut. I don’t want him to grow up out of shape with the problems associated of being overweight. I feel if he could be taught early in life with a routine exercise program & picking a better choice of foods, it would benefit him for the rest of his life. Problem is I don’t know where to begin & trying to get him to do anything that is work will be trying. I feel that by having your knowledge & doing the steps that you list will be a step in the right direction.

I recently lost 70 pounds and I built up some muscle definition – the first time in my life! After one year of hard work suddenly I was bloating, swelling and gaining weight (think FAT). It took 3 months and lots of tests before a second doctor diagnosed me with a thyroid problem (I know – right) 30 pounds later, here I am. I’ve lost my cardio endurance, some of my strength and I have a lot in common with Jell-O.
I found you through Isabel – when I read your fat loss “tricks” a light bulb came on. I have never understood the scientific/nutritional aspect of gaining muscle and losing fat… calories in – calories out, right? I hit the gym at 5:30 a.m. 5 days a week – I am one of the few females on the floor and not just the cardio deck. I want you to know that I am serious about being healthy, lean and defined.
I have done the 1+1=O, the 1+1=2 (which took me a year), now I would like to use your version of math: 1+1=3!

I have tried your CYWT program. It worked and I lost 10 pounds. Then if I slipped at all during the week, I would gain again. I have gained 8 of it back. I exercise 6 days a week. I have 5 children so I am very active. My husband has always said that my body is a science experiment. I work really hard and I just can’t keep the weight off. This sounds like a very interesting program.  I have been in the health and fitness business since 1977 and have had great success in helping people get fit and lose weight.  Even though I helped one 5′ 8″ 370 pound man lose 150 pounds in eight months while only working with him for 90 minutes a week, I am stuck and need the kind of help that your program could offer.
My wife, who is the assistant general manager of a large athletic and tennis club, had a hysterectomy ten years ago and has been slowly gaining weight since.  She has gone from a very lean, muscular woman to an average shaped American woman (and you know the aveage American woman is overweight) and hates the way she looks.  She is still fit, but carrying extra weight.  We have tried everything in our arsenals as well as eliciting help from other fitness professionals to no avail.
I’m hoping that your Xtreme Fat Loss Diet System will be just what we need to finally get results.
You can only imagine the frustration that we feel since we have combined experience of 53 years and still can’t whip this problem that is so close and personal.

This program is the ideal solution for me because I am at a point in my life when my metabolism has slowed down (40+) and it has been difficult for me to lose weight. I have tried many diets that have just not worked for me I will lose 5-10 pound and then gain it all back and then some.  I have changed my eating habits and have been doing better with my weight loss but it is still very slow.  The Xtreme Fat Loss Diet would be great for me because it incorporates guided workouts that are the missing puzzle to my current diet program.  Additionally I found your facts of the cheat day fascinating and am interested in trying them out for myself.  I am currently 35 pounds overweight and need to lose weight for health purposes.  I have a history of heart decease and diabetes in my family tree. I also have one additional reason for wanting to start this program.  I am going back home this summer for a family reunion and I would like to look fabulous and with this program I am confident that I can be successful.  I do not only want to lose weight I would also like to have strong bones muscles and I believe that your program can do this for me.

The Xtreme Fat Loss Diet System seems like the perfect system to lose the unwanted fat. I have been a fairly healthy eater and I workout regularly, I just can’t seem to see the results I want. I am by no means a clean eater though because I do not want to deprive myself of the “cheat” foods. I just limit myself to them. Everytime I try a diet I’m always hungry and starving because they restrict so much from what you can and can’t eat. So I tend to just try to eat as healthy as I can. So when I was reading about your program, it seemed to make a lot of sense and seems like you don’t have to give up those “cheat” foods that everyone loves. I think this system provides a way to lose unwanted fat fast and effectively. I would love to have the opportunity to try it out and see the amazing results for myself without feeling deprived.
