“You need to lose weight and take control of your diet or you will suffer a heart attack”. That’s what my doctor said to me two months ago. Joel … I am only 46 years old. I am 5’3 and “only” 150lbs. I don’t – and didn’t – think I was “that” heavy. Sure I could stand to lose a few pounds, but I didn’t think I would ever be in the “risk for heart attack” category. That Tuesday at the doctors office told me otherwise. It’s amazing how even a “few” extra pounds can be the difference between life and death.

With those life changing words ringing in my ears, my doctor handed me a prescription for statins and told me to have a nice day. What??!

What a wake up call. I immediately got online and I found your system. I’ve listened to all the videos, all the feedback and all the information you’ve divulged so far, and I am so elated and so excited to try your program that I don’t really care if I “win” the system or not, I will be getting it anyway. I think a life line has been thrown to me, and I’m not going to let a few dollars get in the way of my health and my future.

7 yrs ago I lost 45lbs w/lower carb eating lifestyle. Now in peri-menopause I have put back 15+lbs. I like what I’m reading about your program because it incorporates exercise, is a 5 day cycle and focuses on losing fat. I tried FL4I, but it is too restrictive menu wise and I could not adapt it to my lifestyle. Plus I feel exercise is a necessity for living a healthy life. I want a lifestyle adjustment, not a “diet” and from your emails, it looks like this is it.

Over the course of the last year (and a half), I lost 40 pounds just by making some adjustments in diet and exercise, no program here. The ‘and a half’ was separated because for the last 6 months, I have had zero success budging the scale. The same 10 pounds get lost and found again and again. I believe your program will re-ignite the fat furnace and I truly believe will get the other 35 pounds off for good. I would love, love, LOVE to be able to be one of “those” 44 year old women with a most awesome after picture.

And if I am being completely honest, I know it will take my already decent softball game to the next level and the guys on the team will quit reminding me I am the oldest one there. LOL! Along with being in better shape, I know it will minimize my risk for injury, always a concern for the ‘old lady’ playing with the twenty-somethings.

As far as health implications, my doctor says, with the exception of being overweight, I’m as healthy as any 24 year old (“Hey doc, can I have the 24 year old body back then??” “Sure, but that’s up to you to do it” *sigh* “Fine.”) So I want to keep health of the 24 year old, and match the body! C’mon Joel–I know this will do it for me!!! :-)

I’m excited for this program! Integrating your diet changes with a specific workout designed for that day just makes so much sense. I like the sounds of something that just tells me very specifically WHAT to do – no more relying on my own mood/motivation to know what to eat & how to work out! BRING IT ON…..!

I will make this short. I have been fat to obese my whole life. I diet, but I never keep the weight off, I end up gaining mor than I lost back. The depression over my weight has been such a struggle, but I always turn to food for comfort. I am 53 years old and my parents have some major health problems, and they don’t have obesity to add to their problems. I don’t want to end up in bed just waiting to die, like my mother. I can’t afford to purchase your program or join a gym, but I really do need help. I feel, if I don’t do something now, I will never be healthy. I had my second child a year ago and am trying to get back to the body I had when my husband and i first got married. Our 7th anniversary is coming up in June and I would love to blow him away by wearing a bikini…something I haven’t done since our honeymoon. I’m so close to my goal but need a push to get those last 10-15 lbs off and tone up those abs! Would be excited to use your program to reach my goals!

I’m going to be 52 this year and when I take my youngest son off to college, I want to look really good! I’ve lost 16 pounds this year already (late January – April), using elements of the information in the updates and your program, which is more than I’ve ever lost before even over the entire year!! I plan to lose 18 more pounds and would like to make it 28 to put me in excellent shape. It’s so encouraging to finally be able to successfully lose weight! I have learnt a lot about fat loss techniques in the last few month (i receive a lot of newsletters every day). I have tried to implement many of the tips into my lifestyle. But i feel I need a comprehensive program and support that will help me reach my goals. I have always been slim however carry a fair bit of flab around my middle (probably the skinny-fat person you refer to). I have tried various exercises and health eating diets (I don’t do starvation) however have not seen any improvements. I am determined to get results this year despite being a busy student under stressful exam time. I want to act NOW! I believe I can get the beach body I deserve and am not afraid to work hard for it. The Xtreem Fat Loss Diet System is the first program, out of several that have been recommended to me, that really stood out to me. I’m particularly interested in the synergy concept which I believe might be just what i’m missing to really make a difference. Also the thought off building a bit of muscle while loosing ugly fat is a thought I hadn’t contemplated before but am really excited about achieving. Although I’m a girl and ultimately after a toned physique (rather than super muscular) the idea of being strong too is rather cool.

This complete program is just what I need to achieve elite-level leanness!

I’ve struggled with my weight all my life and had a hard time trying to get in shape and lose weight. Lately I’ve also had problems with my thyroid and because of that haven’t been able to lose any weight no matter how hard I tried. Your program made so much sense to me that I decided to give it a shot. After just one week I’ve lost an unbelievable 6lbs!! Thank you so much for helping me out! 40, 40, 40, is how old I will be in June. Hey Joel, thanks for this opportunity. I am tired of guessing. I am and always have been an active person even with my tricky lower back. I am a busy husband and father to two great boys. I want to set a good example for them and show them that I AM NOT OLD. My wife and workout at home and achieve some decent results, but I cannot seem to find the right formula for getting shredded. I need help. One of the reasons I want your program is that I think you hit the nail on the head with the strategy of combining the right workout with the right diet. Each days workouts should be in concert with that days diet, and i Have no idea how to do that. I am in decent shape compared to most my age but I want to STAND OUT . It’s very simple Joel I’m fat and i need to get into better shape and improve on my health and not to be so tired. i have always struggle with losing the weight and fall off the program quickly, after reading and listen to your video about this program and how you have it laid out i believe i can follows this program and achieve my goals, keep up the work. I was diagnosed years ago with Hypo-Thyroid. I have struggled with my weight since then. I have lost and regained alot of weight and cannot seem to keep it off. I try and watch what I eat and have been told I don’t eat enough. I am so frustrated with not being able to keep off the weight. I am determined and will follow the program. I am willing to make any changes I need to be sucessful at this.

To be frankly honest, I don’t know if this is the perfect program for me. And I can read about it all day, but I won’t know until I try. Thus, I want to put it to the test and find out. Your information regarding the science behind fat loss is intriguing, and I like how you put emphasis on synergy between diet and exercise rather than working yourself to death. I am fairly lean as I am (about 20% body fat), but I am a perfectionist and I am looking for a system to take me to the next level. Compared to many of the other programs and systems that I have tried, this seems to just make sense. But there is only one way to find out. So, show me the proof. Put me to the test and challenge me to complete your program. Then we will find out if it is the “perfect program” for me.

After many temporary successes and eventual failures that followed, a little over a year ago, I renewed my efforts to lose weight (yet again). It was my 39th birthday, I had high blood pressure that was getting progressively worse, and cholesterol decided to add itself to my list of conditions being treated. I filled my new prescription and asked the pharmasist for a printout of side effects. There were so many known side effects, she had to use a large binder clip to hold all the pages together. I decided then NOT to take that or any other medicine. I did lots of reading, made lots of discoveries, changed what I was eating, joined a bootcamp, and lost 27 lbs. My 40th birthday has come and gone, I no longer have a blood pressure or cholesterol condition, yet my percentage of body fat is still almost half my body weight (45%). The same as it was when I was heavier and I am stuck at 27 lbs lost. I’m now 155 lbs and I’m only 5′ 1″ (still a ways to go). I am currently doing a liver & colon cleanse, with hopes that my liver may be better able to burn fat from my workouts. From what I understand, I should be 125 lbs with 24% body fat. I need HELP to get past this point and reach my goal.

Common sense weight loss is so desperately needed. The outline you’ve given about your new release seems just what is needed. Your approach to fat loss make sense. The whole package sounds very exciting. Tripling your fat loss means it takes 1/3 the time to get lean. That is what i need, a trusted program with all the information and tracking material to stay focused. It seems you’ve really hit it out of the pack Joel. Joel – I am over 40 years old and have recently had a hysterectomy. These 2 factors have made it very difficult for me to lose weight around the middle part of my body. I like the sound of your program because it helps with the workouts and what should be done each day. I love pizza as much as the next person so if i can have a cheat day it would help me stay on course. A little something to look forward to each week! I’m a 53 yr old single dad, I’m 5’10” talk and weigh about 240lbs. I’ve always had a muscular build but I’ve always had a belly to go along with that. I’ve tried many different ways to lose my belly and after a period of time have given up on all of them. I have know for a long time that working out and eating correctly is way to lose the belly but after a long effort without showing much results I’ve given up. After looking at all the information about your system it makes sense, and it may be just the thing for me to finally lose the weight and trim up the way I need to for my 6 yr old daughter. I want to be active and around to enjoy life with her.

This program makes a lot of sense to me and it is one that you can loose a lot of weight with in a short period of time and still be healthy. I am 53 and have been struggling with my weight since I gave birth to my son back in ’97, my whole family is big. I have been looking for a program like this one that tells what, when, and how to do it, step by step. I am excited and can not weight until I can get my hands on it and get started down the right path to being a healthy mom. I just want to feel proud of my body and not have to cover up the fat with big clothes.

I have been following your email blasts, reading the articles and watching the videos. I am truly inspired to revamp my body and my husbands. He looks to me for diet and fitness guidance since I read a lot of material. We also got through a challenge thrown at us 13 years ago with cancer. Now, both of us being middle age, but feeling much younger at heart, we want to look like how we feel. In addition, I think it would be so valuable to be good role models in the fitness realm for our teenage son. Neither one of us are overweight, we just need to learn from your material on how to eat even better and what to do at the gym. Basically, he wants to gain muscle like you and I want to look reduce the body fat to look like Flavia. So believe me, the two of you are really our inspiration. Also, Congrats on your upcoming wedding. Hope you are as happy as we are. We have been married now for 21 years…wouldn’t it be great to have awesome bodies together after being together for so long?? :)

This program seems like a perfect fit for me. I’m an extreme person by nature..I seem to be an all or nothing kind of guy so this program makes sense. I also seem to lose motivation over a long period of time so a 25 day program seems like just the right about of time for me to focus on. Last year I lost 25lbs over a 6 month period and felt great. My wife was also pregnant at the time with our first child. After two months we found out she was having a misscariage and over the next 6 months I slowly gained all the weight back. Fast foward a year later and my wife is pregnant again and I’m still 25lbs heavier! She is due June 20th and we’re both thrilled. Unfortunately I still haven’t lost any of the weight I gained back. I would love to lose the 25lbs again before my son is born. I want to be healthy and have the energy I need to take care of him and my wife. Please help me lose this weight for my family.
