I had a good “fighting body” about ten years ago when I was in university. Excuse after excuse, and needless to say I packed on a lot of weight, getting up to 230lbs with a 46 in. waist. Not pretty. Through a lot of hard work I managed to get that down to 215 and 44, which still wasn’t great. Last year, at age 34, I suddenly found myself single and unemployed. The single wasn’t any fault of mine, but after eight years of marriage I realized I had put a lot of time into taking care of other people and not enough time looking after myself. I realized that my life and my health were not what I’d hoped they’d be by my 35th birthday (just a couple weeks off now), and that if I was going to make those changes it would have to be by my own doing. I’ve managed to get down to 198 and 38 inches since the fall, and I could definitely use a little extra push to get that last bit of fat off my midsection. I’ve realized that if you can control what’s in your power, like your health, then things beyond your control start to look manageable. Reclaiming this one aspect of my life is exactly why I need a program like Xtreme Fat Loss at this point. If I can get my body back, I can reshape any part of my life.

I’ve struggled with my weight all my life. “Such a pretty face… if only you lost some weight.” I wish I had a nickel for every time I heard that during the course of my life. Seriously, if someone is carrying around some extra weight, they know they are – they don’t need to be told. Anyway, at 42 I’m fit but the work I put in at the gym is hidden under a layer of body fat. I need to get my diet on track and this sounds like the ideal program to melt off the fat so I can show off a hot body. When someone says “I wish I looked as good as she does” I want them to be talking about me!

for me i am putting much hope on yr program for i have lost hope on all the diets online. i am a married woman with two children. my husband keeps pestering me on my size. he has even stopped sleeping with me. even my children make fun of me. my heart really aches. also i have spent so much money on slimming pills that my husband wont buy any program for me. as im a housewife i dont earn any money. i am dependent on my husband. something in my mind tells me that your program will be very beneficial for me. i am frustrated about my size. if you think i deserved the diet so be it. otherwise it will be nothing for me. even if it is very cheap i wont be able to afford it. thanks

This is exactly what I need at this point in my journey to achieve the best body I possibly can. I have struggled with my weight all my life – never hugely obese, but never where I wanted to be. This January, I decided, at age 48, to get serious about weight loss. I joined a gym, really took control of my diet, and I’m proud to say that I’ve lost 22 pounds – but I know the toughest part of my journey is ahead, and I’m going to need all the help I can get to achieve the results I want. I don’t expect to have the body of a twenty-something – but I do want the most awesome body I can have at 48 – and I believe I can have that with your Xtreme Fat Loss program.

Hi Joel, I am not going to give you any sob stories although I have plenty, I will just be blunt. My whole life I was to skinny, now I am forty at 6’5″, 230 lbs. in which the doctors consider overweight. My goal has always been to get below 10% body fat again while looking stealth. I am probably at 20+% body fat now. I think I have tried every program out there and I know the key is the diet. I am committed to my goals and I hope your program proves itself.

For the last 10 years I have been on a constant yoyo diet. Weight up and down but making no headway. In 26 days I will turn 40, my goal us to loose as much as possible before then, as well as after. I have a 2 and 4 year old that are very active and I would like to have the energy to play and keep up with them, as well as be around to raise them and to teach them good exercise and eating habits.

I need to win a copy of your xtreme fat loss system because I am going to Mexico at the end of June with my wife and two of our ‘in-shape’ friends. I currently weigh 265 and would love to be a lot closer to 210-225 by the time I go on this trip. I had two knee surgeries last year and have finally got my knee strong enough to start shredding some of my extra “fluff”. It sounds likes your system will help me get the quick results I need. Pick me and I can send in a pic before the program and a pic after the program from Mexico.

Joel, your innovative system is going to help me END my decade+ struggle with being overweight. When I first read about your approach, something in me went “Ding!” It makes sense! I’ve read a ridiculous amount on diet, exercise, supplements; thankfully, you have extracted the most vital pieces to create one coherent, easy-to-follow program. I’m 42 and ready to make health a priority so I can have adventures with my sweet husband and gorgeous young sons for years to come. When we run around at the beach this July, I don’t want to get winded or hide under a big t-shirt. I want to be free! That’s the part I want to give to my family.

The piece I want to give to me is belly dancing; I’ve studied this beautiful art form since 1990. Yes, a little belly is nice (shakes well!) but too much is distracting. Some think this dance is about sexiness — that’s only one teensy (and sometimes irrelevant) piece. It can be transcendent and deeply expressive, and having a strong instrument (your bod!) is essential — that’s where you and your program come in. I’ve committed to doing a performance in October and that means the pressure is ON.

There’s a popular quote by E. Roosevelt, “Do one thing every day that scares you.” This is it. But it feels good. Let’s do it!!

In law school, which has and has not affected me, physically: I’m still fit, I’ve probably put on some muscle since starting, but I’ve gained FAT. I’m pissed, I’m angry, I want to look lean and mean again. There’s nothing more intimidating than a lawyer who can not only argue her face off, but probably take your face off too. And look hot doing it. So please: help me get these 10 stubborn pounds off. I know Xtreme Fat Loss is the regimen I need to get me there.

This sounds like the perfect plan for me. I need to lose 20 pounds, but I love to eat…..so the day of eating sounds good. I am 54 years of age and losing is not that simple. I do a few exercises daily, but nothing extreme. I just can’t seem to lose those love handles…..

I particularly liked the science behind it, the hormonal “manipulation” in order to induce a high rate of fat burning. Being a biochemist and molecular biologist myself, your insights into hormonal control of fat loss and how to use this information on a pratical basis, through diet and exercise seems like the best strategy. It goes without saying that I particularly need this at the moment to trim down and regain self-esteem and confidence. I think the discipline and the benefit of results this program offers can reset values in terms of the correct frame of mind to live my life, in a more balanced and fitness-conscious manner. At 40, this is no longer an option but an absolute necessity for a healthy life style.

I, too, have tried many angles trying to get rid of the last five pounds of FAT that resides right above my lower tummy and beneath my ribcage. There is also a little too much extra on my inner thighs, but my legs have been big and muscular all my life. (They used to call me “frog legs” in high school.) I am 5’1″ tall and weigh 118 pounds (today). All my efforts at this point are just keeping fat gain at bay. I need that last little something my body doesn’t want me to get, SUPER LEAN, not just lean. Everyone says I’m skinny, but what I am is muscular and small. They don’t have a clue that my real goal, is to have back the body I had when I was 18 years old. I don’t want somethnig I never had, and just because I’m a 47 year old woman (okay 48 in a couple of weeks), I’m not ready to buy into the common idea all my friends keep throwing at me that I’m getting older and just need to resign myself to the fact that I’m stuck this way. They think I should be totally happy with the way I look now, and for them, I’m sure some of them would be ecstatic to look this way. But it’s just not good enough for me.

I’m 54 years old. I have had 2 heart stents in when I was 45, this last year they told me my heart condition had changed and that I was consider a heart failture patient. I have lost 23 pounds, but now am at a standstill with my weight loss.
In the last 6 months I have increased my exercise, but have not lost anymore weight.

My doctors would like to see me lose another 15 pounds, which would improve my heart condition. Thanks you for doing all the research for us.

As a personal trainer, I do not need this for myself…I need this for my clients. I have two clients who are struggling to lose weight for one reason or another.
One female, age 28, is getting married in October and hopes to be close to where she was 10 years ago in High School, this means loosing another 15 pounds.
Another client, a 54 year old male who 8 months ago weighed 400 pounds is now down to 360. Good progress but we know it could be better. The problem is, he need to get down to 300 before the doctors will do knee surgery on him. He also suffering from sleep apnea which is weight related. His goal is to lose the 60 in 6 months and I know in his heart he has the desire to do it. Exercise wise, it has been a struggle to come up with some fat burning moves with limited leg movement but we are succeeding. Adding a fat loss program such as yours would give me the knowledge of not only helping him reach his goal but the others I have been helping along the way.
So, I guess in reality, I do need this program for myself so I can continue to help others be successful in loosing their weight.

Thank You!

Hi Joel
I’m 66 and retired a year ago. This is MY time, MY adventure and I’m determined to enjoy every second of it. To do that I know I need to be fit and healthy. Work was hectic and exciting, but filled with long hours and lots of driving. It was always “Tomorrow I’ll stop the junk food, take exercise blah blah blah” Did it happen? Of course not! One yo yo diet after another, more weight gain, more promises and less achievement.
NO MORE! I love the way you explain things, seem to understand I’m only human and make me smile, and make absolute sense when you’re explaining something.
I never seem to win anything, but I hope I do this time. If not, then I truly wish the winners every success – they’ll have the best teacher they could wish for.
Best wishes – Callie XX

I hoped you would give me a chance to do this. I recently started a new job at 55 years old. I’m trying to lose about 25 pounds (no coincidence!) I’ve got belly fat and feel very out of shape. But the scary part is that the last 3 times I’ve had my blood pressure taken it’s been high. I keep offering excuses to the doctors, nurses, family and myself that it’s the stress of the new job, a daughter’s graduation to plan, a not-too-well father, etc. and that as soon as I get over those hurdles the pressure will drop. Well the doctor says it’s a combination of those things AND not eating right, and not exercising enough. I’m fascinated and determined to follow your program to stay off medication. I give myself another month to try!

Ive got excess baggage – Ive had it for most of my life. Im 17, and dont know how to lose my gut FAST. In about 27 days, Im going to my friends summer cottage with a couple of buddies. Their plan is to whip me in shape (note: their idea of getting in shape is eating whatever you want everyday, and just doing hours upon hours of cardio daily, no weight training). Ive tried their tips in the past, and they havnt exactly worked (wouldnt be here otherwise would i). Also the summers going to begin in about 4 weeks, which means LOTS of pool and beach time, and lots of time spent without ones shirt (id like to anyway…). Ive been known all high school as the chubby guy. When people tell me to get my ass somewhere, they tell to get my FATASS somewhere. Finally, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, in about 35 days, i have my HIGHSCHOOL-GRADUATION. One of the biggest days of my life. I want to walk in to that auditorium, in a slim suit, and have all my peers think, HOLY CRAP, is that him? Your program is the only one out there that promises the results that i need to create, if i want to turn things around. No classes for the next month, so i got time, and you can be sure as hell i got the motivation.

Selfishly, I know I want the Extreme Fatloss diet for myself – I’m 40 now, and, as you know, its harder work than it was when I was 20. But I want healthy, too – I avoid all the crazy diets that say you can’t have a fruit or only eat a few calories a day. I’m a runner, triathlete, softball and basketball player, weight lifter – I need food, but REAL food. However, beyond my personal needs, I also know that I’m the food buyer and preparer in my household. I’m also a huge influence on my family, who continually come to me for advice on food and exercise, including a father who’s survived two heart surgeries, a mother in kidney failure, a sister struggling with fibromyalgia, a niece with JRA, and several nieces and nephews who are eating nothing but chemicals each time I see them – all of whom benefit from healthy habits like you and Isabel (who turned me on to you) espouse. I want to set a healthy, fit example for all of them – and see how really non-extreme it really is!

Hi Joel
My family and I have always been fairly fit. Eating reasonably well and exercising regularly, but in 2006, our world was rocked when my wife was diagnosed with Stage IV, Non Hodgkins Lymphoma, an incurable form of Blood Cancer. Since then, we have tried to learn as much as we could about healthy eating and general fitness. Over the past few years, there has been some hard fought battles, but as a family we push on and have even managed to complete several half and full marathons in Canada and the United States. Even my wife has accomplished these by walking, not running. Her strength and courage is amazing, and a motivator for all of us.
Why do we need this program?
From what we have read so far about your program, it appears that this will give us more information and tools to help get us off our fitness “plateau”, and take us to the next level, and prepare us physically and mentally for the new challenges ahead.
Cheers,
Keith

I am writing from Munich (Bavaria in Germany)…..
My name is Nika, I am 25 years old and with your book I want to begin a new life:
Getting in shape via training and nutrition and competing maybe one day in a bikini contest.
I am the victim of sexual abuse and that is why I hated my body and treated myself not good. But with the help of a psychologist I finally understood that it was not my fault (I am the victim NOT the man who did this to me!!).
Well, I want to get healthy from the inside out. So I need the help from someone who knows his stuff. And you are the one because you transformed yourself in a absolutely cool way!!
Moreover your program seems to be human as you still can have a life (cheat day) and you say the truth: you need to train and there are no magic pills out there who will do the work for you.
All in all, you have my biggest respect and you can be sure that I would really follow the course in detail with all my new found energy!!
By the way, sorry for my bad English :-)
Yours in health
Nika

I am so ready for this plan. I have been “dieting” for the past 20 years – and have tried every diet out there. After 2 kids, and hitting 40, I was beginning to wonder if weight loss would ever happen for me. Your plan sounds like something I can follow, even with my crazy schedule. I am hoping that the FAST part of your plan will help with my self esteem, and boost my enthusiasm for the long term (I have 100 lbs to lose). Thank you for the opportunity to win!

Joel,
I have done alot of the wrong things in exercise and diet and have been doing them for a long time. I need to loose the abdominal fat cover to see my abs again. I race motocross and need to be in good shape to be competitive,at 49 years old I need a low body fat %. With my current program I haven’t lost any fat that I can tell. If you think your program is the one to help me break threw the wall I’m the guy you can showcase with great results since I have the lifestyle of exercise just not the correct plan. Thank You for the opportunity.

When I was a teenager, I had a thyroid condition that was partly responsible for me ballooning to 235 pounds at 5 feet 8 inches. I had a 44 inch waist! I went on a liquid protein diet which got me down to 160 pounds and a 34 inch waist, but I was a “skinny fat guy.” Influenced by the body building magazine advertisements, I thought the way to get ripped was through supplements, so I spend the last 30 years trying all kinds of worthless supplements. Recently I learned the value of nutrition and concentrated on “real” food and not supplements, and have added muscle. The problem now is, since I have some ab muscle, my belly sticks out farther! I tried 2 of your suggestions this week and I can see the difference already! To get the complete nutrition/workout plan for the ultimate results would be a dream come true!

Why? Because I want to lose weight the right way, the fast way, for the last time. Motivation to lose weight has never been a problem. I’ve lost several “people” in my lifetime. Now I want to keep those “people” from moving back home! Changing my body from the inside out in order to stop fighting my body day after day after day — that’s what I need. Your system will do this. In your three-way phone conversation, it’s says this program isn’t really right for me right now because I haven’t been working out as hard as I need to and these workouts are going to be really tough for me. However, I can’t pass up this opportunity to try. I’m single, 46, menopausal, on medication for high cholesterol, and the only member of my family who has not been diagnosed for Type II diabetes. Help meet beat my genetic competition. I’m not making excuses for being overweight. I know how I got here. I need you to help me change!

I just turned 40 this year! It’s a great time in life, and busy. Two kids and a husband keep my schedule very full. I really want to get in the best shape ever. My physical fitness is actually pretty good. I have always been consistent with exercise and love a great workout that is fun and challenging. I have about 15 pounds to melt off. My goal is to be leaner and build some strength. I think it would be so fun to be able to do unassited chin-ups! I want a flexible plan that allows for fun. Thanks!
