Two years ago I was fit enough to complete three Half Ironman Triathlons. A serious bicycle crash then shattered my ankle. During my long but successful recovery, the pounds accumulated, my fitness took a dive, I turned into a slug. I am a 38 year old mom of 3 who has worked really hard to lose the 70# I gained during pregnancy. I have struggle to maintain my goal for 5 years. I have followed all the fat loss recommendations, do more cardio, no cardio, lift light, lift heavy (currently I lift heavy and do HIIT). I have followed a strict low carb way of eating for almost 3 years. I had adrenal fatigue a few years ago and as a result gained weight and fat. I was always slim and trim up to that point even after having 4 children. I have been looking for a program that works for a person with a busy schedule like mine. I am away from home most of the time, spend alot of time sitting and my body is starting to let me know that it does not approve of the lack of exercise. I have been a ‘professional’ yo-yo dieter for the last 13 years. I gave up on myself last year and just decided to let the chips fall where they may. Most of my pants have elastic waist bands and my shirts are all 2xl-3xl. Like I said, I gave up!

I have had some results following a classic get ripped bodybuilding diet going on for 16 weeks in the past, and I find that it’s just painful to eat clean and live a family life with birthdays, kids and eating on the run, bad cravings for junk food when I didn’t hit mealtimes.

As an amateur bodybuilder, trainer, and wellness coach, I would love to really try out this program. I have implemented many of its ideas and concepts into my training and have seen a mix of results. I would love to obtain the full program to really grasp and apply the science behind it. Also it is perfect timing for me to use this program, as I am in the back half of my cutting regiment before summer after bulking during winter gaining 12 pounds of muscle along with 12 pounds of fat. During my cutting phase so far I have lost 9 pounds of fat and 2 pounds of muscle. With these results I am really creating an awesome physique, and would really put this program to the test and see if I could maintain or even gain muscle while losing the last few pounds of fat.

Three years ago I got down to my lowest weight and best muscle shape of my life. At this time I had 3 kids and it took awhile to figure out how to get things going. Then we had an unplanned pregnancy (which I don’t regret at all) and something has changed in my body. I’ve tried doing what I did before and it isn’t working. I am quite knowledgeable about what foods are good & bad and how to exercise but at this point it just isn’t working! Even changing things up hasn’t done the job. Since i was a kid, i was a chubby one, and in the school everybody laughed at me just because of that, when i grew up i entered a gym, and grabbed a so-so body, but i didnt burned any fat at all,i gained some pounds of muscle,i think thats why i dont look like a pig. lol , so with this program i think i cant get the body i always wished for! with the updates i learnt a lot, but i Just Know that with this program i can run my “fat Incinerator”.

Diets are a pain in the butt. I think I tried every one of them under the sun. I’m so tired of dieting and in a few months later just gaining it all back. I need something that really works. I’ve read enough and I understand it should be a lifestyle change; but when you’ve failed enough the motivation leaves you and it’s really hard to come back from that. I’m not gonna BS and say I’m more deserving of this more than anyone else, I just know I need help to lose this weight. I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been in my life, I’m a 5’3″ female and I weigh in at 178.6…wow…It’s hard seeing that number on paper. I look at myself in the mirror and I know how I got to this point, but I can’t believe I got to this point.
January 11th, 2010 is the day my golf fitness trainer convinced me to buy Cheat Your Way Thin. I’m very interested in this program because I’m not a very large person, but really struggle with getting toned. I’m 5’5-1/2″ and 131-135 pounds. Doesn’t sound like a lot but ever since having my two children I’m so much more round. Have tried lots of cardio, recently a total body workout, changed my diet in the last six weeks to no sugar, no processed foods, as much organic as I can, no whole wheat……. but I’m not seeing a lot of change. Several years ago, before I started exercising and quit smoking, I tried WW and lost 35 lbs. I guess you would consider me a fat skinny person at the time. 6 mos later I quit smoking and put it all back on (it was amazing how fast it happened). I started exercising and went back on WW but it didn’t work. You can’t keep doing the same thing and expect different results. It’s time to do something different.
I want to be the one they say – “I hope I look like that at her age”. At 52 yrs old, 5’2″ and 173 lbs, I need a new direction. I need this system because I need a system that works. I’m a 48yr. old male. I had a triple bypass when I was 43. Since then I’ve been struggling to take off the extra weight and keep it off. Access to this information is important because I am a really picky person. You see, when I look at other systems the person is one dimensional but your e-mails show you have a lot of research and experience. This means your system should not be a quick fix but teach me how to maintain.
You see, I teach at a university, I am 45 pounds overweight, we have a church full of university aged people, and my husband, also overweight, would do the program with me.
During the early years of our marriage we talked about becoming body builders. We always worked out together before and during the first part of our marriage. In fact, I used to be the only girl in the weight room while my husband gave his signature yells of encouragement (Push, push, push it, you go girl!)
So, here we are many years removed, never competed in a body building tournament, extremely overweight and we both want to get back into shape but we just do not know how.
Your bodybuilder theme drew me to your product. Then I discovered you are using science, psychology, and synergistic approaches to do what is best for the body. I bought your “Cheat Your Way Thin” but never followed it long enough to see results. It didn’t help that every time I’d start to work out my now 3 1/2 year old son would wake up then demand my attention.
After a hectic work schedule, doing a kitchen reno, helping take care of my mum who can’t walk (or work) because she’s fighting cancer, I have become the last person to take care of and as a result, have become weak and overweight again. Argh!
I had my 40th b-day earlier this month and vowed to myself that I would make some changes to get on a better path. I’ve since dropped my bottle of wine a night habit, started eating better and have lost 8 lbs and want to keep heading in the right direction. I need help to see speedier results to keep motivated. My work contract has ended and while I’m home looking for a job I have more time to focus on getting fit. I made a deal with my son…I reminded him that he said I was fat and told him that I want to change that and start doing exercises, so if he lets me exercise we’ll do something fun for him. I have been active all my life, but somehow my shape hasn’t changed. It is time I lost the baby fat from pregnancy (my youngest son is 15) I feel like I have been pushing the envelope in the health department (no health problems up to this point) but know that it could change in a heartbeat! I’m just getting back on track after being restricted for two months from a herniated disk and would love to do it right the first time. i started an insane workout program but the nutrition guide is one of those “eat these foods” for the next 60 days. Canyou say boring! I want extreme results and am working hard to get them but feel that i need another way of fuelling my body for the activity i do.
