It just makes sense. I was familiar with the body going into starvation mode but didn’t know how to get around it, especially in such a nice way. Most diets are too restrictive in what you eat and many of their recipes contain items that are not easy to get locally. I just need the basics foods and an ‘eat anything you want’ day. Throwing in some exercise brings it all together and will keep my blood sugar in check. At 58 and 20 pounds over, it’s time to get back to my ideal body. Looking forward to winning your program!

The Xtreme Fat Loss Diet System is a program that I’ve thought about on my own for years, but couldn’t get the right combination of calorie deficit, workouts, and nutrition without messing up my metabolism. My wife is the same way and I’ve been sending her copies of this blog so we can both get moving on getting ourselves in shape. We’re over 40 now and are anxious to get back in top shape.

For most of my life, I was in pretty decent shape. I have tended toward muscle then a lean build for a 5′ woman. I hit 30 and it seemed my body got away from me. I know its as much the lack of exercise and not eatting well, as “bad attitude”. But I have tried so many things.

At 42 (well in a few weeks), I want to change my life. I don’t have lots of weight to lose but I do want to lose between 15 and 20 and be FIT again. The weight is in my tummy area (as well as all over) but nothing I am doing is helping.

Please help me become the fit 42 something I can!

i recently found out that 90% of hospital visits are life style related (in the US).
so in essense what you are doing is trying to save us all(yes, the impact is global if you ask me)
i want to thank you for inspiring so many people to take control of their lifes and get off their asses and do something active, something thats good for us instead of getting in their car and driving to taco bell or the dr.s office
i was stunned to find out that many health issues such as depression/heart disease/ADD to name a few are taken care off when you have healthy habits and an active life style.

my biggest and most stubborn problem has always been my tummy tire.
never been able to lose it no matter what diet/excersize plan i followed.
i think its super-glued
i’ve been trying it all under the sun for the last 18 years and once i hit pleauto i can never get through it and eventually give up and gain some 20 lbs back until i find something new to try only to hit pleauto again.

if you could help me take care of that problem for good, you will be the first.

What a great marketing concept, you have got me completely excited about your program and I’m not even exactly sure what it is yet! What I am sure of though, is that I need help! I am 42 years old, mother to 3 lovely girls. I have struggled my entire life with my weight, but since having my last daughter (almost 6 years ago now), I have not been able to take off the weight. My top weight has increased by 20 pounds, and each time I try to lose weight, it just creeps back on. I am willing to do what it takes, but there is so much conflicting information out there, it is hard to know exactly what it will take. I believe you must be on to something, and I am excited to learn more about your program. I feel like regaining my health is crucial at this point in my life, and I really think your program can help me achieve results. Pick me, pick me!

I am around 50 and for the last four months I am working very very hard to lose my weight, I am able lose some weight but like you said in your emails it is really hard to lose when your body is in the fat preservation state.

Why do I want your system? In a nutshell, because I’m tired. I’m tired of being fat. I’m tired of not having any energy. I’m tired of things like clothes not fitting right, not being able to sit in booths at restraurants, not being able to get in the floor to play with my grandkids. I’ve have tired everything from WW to Adkins… and I’m tired of losing weight for a few weeks or months, and then falling off the wagon because the diets are too restrictive or I get discouraged when I plateau.

I’m 53 years old and feeling like if I don’t find something soon, that nothing in my life is going to change. Reading about your system gave me hope… that there is a way to get healthy and have the energy to do all the things that I only dream of. If you give me the tools and the strategies that work with my body to help me achieve fat loss, then I’m ready with the determination and the success mindset to finally be the woman that I was meant to be.

well mr’ marion i’ll keep it simple and stright (sorry for poor Vocabulary and or poor grammar)
so i just been released from hospital after Pneumonia that’s somthing with inflammatory of the lung’s
i was a havy cigert smoker ( 2 pack’s a day ) i culdent smoke in the hospitel
didn’t feel a need too
i used the momentum to complitly stop after 15 year’s, for the past 10 year’s been dealing with over waight
i am now 31 in age
only in the past 5 year’s or so i found it as something that bother ed me
i started the jurny with the advice of just wallk alot and u loss waight
then i found i have an ortopidic problem and i cant wallk more then 100 m
without having strong pain in my lower part of my legs
so i culdent wallk to loss waight
some time after that i looked up body transformation in my Language
and got some bodybuilding website’s with forum with pic’s of pepoel that succeed.
i began reading the forum page’s and got a lot of info on how to train and what to eat protin after workout carb’s befor and alot of un useful info
well maybe it’s pure gold for some but to me it was too much and i culdnt use it , but still i tried putting it to use i bought a chip home gym went to get an advaice from a bodybuilding shop , they gave me a diet and a full body workout rutin to follow and some protein shakes and that’s it.
well it was hard to fallow lost just water frome my body and got stuck there.
i tried a real gym after selling the chip one i had at home , but that didnt worked aither , i spend 12 time’s in the gem out of my full year pre paid subscription.
a year is passed and after quiting smoking i got back to the gem started a new job place and got a bit under 97 kg , after being 115 5 years ago got dwon to 105 after 3 years then to 100 kg after a few month’s and after a week or tow dwon to 97 kg .
my ideal waight is abut 85 kg and that’s my goal
that’s it that’s my story

At this point in life, i need a blueprint on exactly what to do, I like the fact of a half hour in the gym that I learned from one of your affiliates…which led me to you guys… Now I need a easy to understand diet plan and more workout ideas. This program is EXACTLY what I have been looking for, very emotional. I have tried everything out there and I end up failing because diets are hard to stick with when your choices are so limmited. I love the cheat day, and the psychological aspect behind this program. They way it all works together makes perfect sense. Well, I’m going to be 57 this year. I’m stuck in this fat body. I truly hate it and hate myself for letting it go on for so long. I’ve tried a few things and they did help, but a few years later BAM! I’m back to this again. I’m hoping this would be the last program I’ll ever have to try. I need to find Betty again. Can you PLEASE help me out? I’ll tell you up front. I’m lazy. But, if I find something simple and fun to stick to, I can be pretty focused. I haven’t always been lazy. Seems like the older I got and life got in the way; it was easy to just slip on by. Well what can I say? After 2 kids I have gained 65 pounds and I can totally feel it. I feel very weak and sluggish barely being able to keep up with my two tikes (ones 20 months and the other 4 years). I have a lot of fat around my mid section and I know that is not the healthiest place to have it. I really want to lose this weight and be able to keep it off so I can enjoy and participate more in my childrens’ lives. They are only going to get more and more active so I know I have to do something about it soon and fast! I posted around 1:30 or so this morning, but now it is gone. In light of that, I’m going to give you the condensed version this time around in case I have to do it again. I’ll do it all day if I have to because I really NEED this program.

I am almost 34. I have a 19 month old son and a great husband. I need to lose about 115 pounds, so yeah, that puts me in the morbidly obese category on the BMI chart. I have complex migraines, take high blood pressure meds. (lisinopril), and keep on gaining weight even though I have tried every diet under the sun. Contrary to what it may sound like, I am a very disciplined person and have followed low fat programs, Atkins, etc. but none of them worked. I did not cheat either.

It would be great to “cheat” and lose fat on your program. Strokes and brain aneurysms run in my Mom’s family, so I need to get rid of some major fat quickly. I feel like a ticking bomb, and I am afraid I will have a heart attack or stroke simply from being too fat. Your program seems scientifically sound, and had allowed me to have hope again. i had two kids within two years and i am up to 180 pounds i know you may not think that is very heavy but i am only 5’2″ and i cant seem to stop gaining i want to ose the weight now before i get really heavy and start to have problems for the rest of my life

Thanks for the opportunity to share my story. I’m a woman in my mid 40’s who’s tried just about every diet out there. After one year of steady exercise and following Prevention’s Flat Belly Diet, I have reached a plateau. I workout at least 2 hours a day doing a variety of exercise classes and weight training, 6 days a week. I change my exercise program every 3-4 weeks so my body doesn’t adjust to the same exercise routine. I have studied a variety of exercise methods, as well as taking anatomy & physiology and kinesiology classes in college, so I’m looking for a research based program. I need a program that is fact based and not some vague ideas when trying to concur these last 55 pounds to my healthy target weight. I know your program is unique because it’s combining diet and specific exercises in a scientific way.
I know that’s my next missing step to learning more about how my body burns fat, which is why I need your program.

Greetings, Joel! Thank you for all you do! I am a 39-year-old single mom of two and a 5′ 2″ volunteer firefighter. I have an Autistic child that is built like a sherman tank and he gets physically out of control at times. I have suffered dieting and eating disorders since I was 17. While I no longer perform destructive acts in trying to control my weight, the thoughts are perpetually haunting me. I have lost 30 pounds and I feel fantastic, but every day I meticulously track my food intake and exercise. I work out 6 days a week and do not eat processed foods; yet the weight hangs around, and the cravings sneak up on me. I’m in a constant battle with food. I am seeking a system that will take me from fantastic to superstar so I can drop the daily obsession with the scale and have the energy necessary to continue to save lives and be here for my children with special needs. I am the only one they have and I need the energy, proper information, and enthusiasm to lead by example. I am exhausted! (As a side note, I haven’t dated in six years… that would be a nice bonus to feel attractive again!)

I have been on so many diets and have taught my 14 year old my terrible habits. I have 55% body fat. That’s outrageous. My daughter and I have started to work together to lose weight in March and have each lost 23lbs on the diet solution with Isabel De Los Rios. She recommended you in one of her post. We are hopeing to lose 12 lbs a month and would love to try your fast results. I am 46 years old and have pretty much given up. We need your help I don’t want to see my daughter end up like me. If we do this together I think we could succeed. She would like to lose 100lbs and I would like to lose 150lbs. We are extremely overweight.

hello there mate i’ve been training for quite a while and have seen changes to my body. BUT for all my efforts im still not there yet . i struggle with the big bad cortisol and for ages i was following a very low calorie diet which i know now has a time limit on it. I was doing this for a year “not good ” but recently i’ve been doing Romans FPFL and had good success but as i know it is all about nutrition and smart training .Im trying to learn about manipulating leptin but as u know its a skill to know about these things so obviously it costs you to learn more.Im doing carb cycling every 4-5 days where for 4 days ill eat 100g fibrous vegetables for CHO than take cho up to bout 300-400grams for a day i am extremely strict on my nutrition and if i could add another structure to it all it would start to make me my complete package . I havnt had my skinfold tested for a while but last time i did i was 13% all 14 points but 23% was cortisol that was last year and think iv knocked that down “i hope” anyway i wont bore you anymore it would be good to see what your work has to say about different hormones ect thankyou very much Aaron .

Without this knowledge I, along with millions of people the world over, will slip into the rut of obesity and the kind of unhealthy living our bodies were never meant to have, and no self-talk or self-assurance is going to change that fact. We need this knowledge, Joel.

What makes this program perfect, and exactly what I need…timing. I’ve already lost 40lbs., but have stalled out, and the program you’ve described so far aligns perfectly with what I thought I should be doing, but couldn’t find any support to prove is was the right thing.

I’ve been struggling with my weight for the last 15 years. I’ve had some success with diets and little exercise; and some success with lots of exercise (training for a marathon), but little diet control. I’d love to try a program that integrates both, so that I could see results fast.
