From what I can see, this program is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Six months ago, health problems put a scare into me and I made massive changes in my lifestyle. Since that time, I’ve been working out very consistently. I’ve lost a total of 25lbs and have built new muscle as well. I am tremendously motivated to continue changing my body and improving my health but I just need more guidance.

I just completed Roman’s FPFL a couple of weeks ago. I’m thrilled with the additional muscle I’ve gained, but I cannot seem to get rid of the excess fat. I’m hanging at about 20% body fat, and I have been eating pretty well (really!). I think the problem is that I need something more detailed than just some general nutrition guidelines. I would love to win a copy of this program to see what your nutrition plan and Roman’s workouts together could do for me. I think that would be the winning combo for my body.

I’ve lost about 50 lbs in the past year and have 20 to go, which I can’t seem to make any progress on. I want a program that tells me exactly what to do. I can follow instructions and I have the desire. This makes sense. You have the expertise. I’m an accountant, not a trainer. Heck, I don’t experiment and try and fix my car, I go to a mechanic to fix it. Why would getting fit be any different?

I am going to keep it short and sweet for you. My husband and I are wanting to try for a baby, and i am not in the greatest shape but I just want to be in a good and healthy shape for when that time comes. Lets just say ” Super Mom” Just kidding :) Hope to here from ya ;)

I have heard alot about this incrediable programand its one of those things that you must have! I have tried Melt it off by Mitch Gaylord,Billy Blanks,Shelene Johnson and lots lots more you name it and nothing seems to work.When i was 16 years old i was 140lbs and now im 20yrs with 182lbs going on 21 yrs July 12th and im engaged and i dont look nothing like i used to when i was in my teens. I look fat, strechmarks all over my hips and thighs and dont talk about those cellulites they look terrible. My fiancee’ always complain about me being so fat and unfit. This programme would be a miracle in my life making me gain back my self esteem and great body and it would also work wonders in my soon to be marriage. Im tired of trying those other diets they makes you lose 3 lbs a week and gain 10 llbs the following week. I really need this program to work for me. I am 42 years old and a mother of a teenage daughter. I am 235lbs and I have tried everything. I have spent money on personal trainers, diet foods, supplements, diet programs, fasting, gyms. I feel very healthy but I cannot lose the weight. I have even tried hypnosis. My doctor has tested me for any thyroid conditions or metabolic disorders and cannot find anything. The most weight I have ever lost is 15lbs and that was through a diet program that starved you on 900 calories a day. Everyone tells me I don’t look fat, but I know I am fat. I believe that this program is going to kick start my metabolism so fast that it will transform my whole life within one year. I am ready for this to happen. No more carrying around a extra person.

I need a strategy, a plan. I go to the gym at least 5 days a week, walk at lunch time, but I feel like I’m wasting my time. I struggle with what I really should be eating – I read everything I can find and I’m more confused than ever. I have lost weight, I have gained weight, I have lost weight, I have gained weight – I am now in my 50s and it gets harder each time. I would love to have a plan to be able to get the weight off and a plan to keep it off. Help!

What I’ve read so far makes sense to me but I’m still skeptical. I’ve aquired that attitude from being overweight most of my life and failure attempts at losing/keeping weight off for years. I feel that I NEED this program to prove to myself that it can be done. I feel that I NEED this program-to be honest-because it seems alot more fun than a deprivation diet plan. After having triple by-pass surgery 14 years ago, I found out 3 years ago I had 3 more unoperable blockages plus I was recently diagnosed with hypoglycemia. Problems with balancing carbs, sugars, and protein are an every day occurance. The tiredness from the hypoglycemia makes it extrememly difficult at times to even walk around the block. Unfortunately I have gained over 40 pounds and desperately need to lose at least 30 pounds to get my heart and body back on track. I need help.

I am about to embark on a new direction in life, one that requires substantial concentration and commitment. I had knee surgery back in March, was not able to exercise and subsequently regressed a little physically. Joel, I’m a 46 year old women who after dieting pretty much my whole adult life, is still 5’8” and 213 lbs despite having accumulated a wealth of knowledge over a lifetime.
I think I have tried every program out there and there always seemed to be something missing. Low carbing works to an extent but no one tells you that as soon as you start eating carbs again, your glycogen stores will build back up along with all of the water weight you lost. Low calorie also worked for me…but my body responded by dropping my metabolism so low that the weight just wouldn’t come off, despite the “expert”s” claims that you should eat less than your body needs and you will lose weight.
2 months ago I started exercising everyday and have lost 10 lbs which isn’t great, but it motivates me because I can feel my body getting tighter and stronger underneath the fat. I’m in a great place of motivation right now to kick it up a notch and get rid of this fat once and for all.

I must admit I almost deleted the email I received with the link to download your ‘5 sneaky tricks’ thinking blah blah here we go another genius with the same old info….BUT I really trust and have great respect for the sender of that email so I downloaded away and Ive been hooked ever since.
Put simply, I love the ‘science’ behind your program and the passion you have – it has completely captured my interest.
Im no stranger to hard training, smart training and clean eating and after having my first baby 4 months ago Im completely ready to embark on a little mission to lose the last 5 kgs still hanging around from the pregnancy. I’d LOVE to commit to your program to get back to my goal weight.

I’m in my 30’s, and I’ve always been overweight since I could remember. I just never knew how to properly exercise, and how to eat right. I always just blamed it on my genetics. Now, I have a 1 year old daughter, and felt that I really need to be healthy for my child as she grows older. I’m very excited about your program, the more I read the more sense it makes. I am turning 46 on May 4th, the mother of 4 (ages 13- 20), and facing some life changing situations in my life. I resently lost my younger sister (34 yr old). She had a minor knee injury but because she was over 300lbs she developed a blood clot and was gone before we knew what happened. Needless to say this has been a major wake up call for me. I am extremely excited for the launch of XFLD. I have followed all the updates and interviews and this is something truly awesome that you have. In the past I have been able to lose weight via cardio and ‘some’ strength training only to lose muscle and look ‘skinny fat’. When I realzied that strength training and nutrition are extremely crucial to weight loss/fat loss and keeping the weight off I was thrilled and ready to take on a challenge. Unfortunately for me I was diagnosed with a uterine tumor late last year and had an aweful 6 months. I had surgery 2 weeks ago and I feel so good now, everything is fine and I have started working out again. This program is exactly what I need right now to help me jump start my journey to a healthy and fit life. I have never won anything in the past but I hope a win a copy of this.

I have always been a fat man all my life. I’ve been called fat ass, lipids, blub or anything. Really, whatever names you can think of, I’ve been labeled it before. I came to know this through John Romaniello. I’ve not been able to get the FPFL because of unforseen circumstances at the sale, hence, I’ve been hoping for another good, reliable fat loss program. And Xtreme Fat Loss pops up. I really need this as I believe it will help me greatly. I’ve learnt many things over the pass 6 updates such as having the correct deficit, doing the correct workouts and working in tandem with out body. I know that there are specific workouts for specific diets that will maximize results. I also know that muscle mass is an important component to losing fat. I believe this program is for me as I really need it to lose fat because I do not want to continue being called a fat ass for the next 40 years of my life.

I need this program because I’ve hit my fat loss plateau. I lose 30 pound start feeling good about myself and start to slide ever so slowly back. I’ll fight it off and on for a bit and lose out again gaining it all back over the next year. As I’m currently at that plateau, I had a friend send me a photo of myself taken yesterday. I was disgusted with what I saw. I’m determined this will not be the case again. I will not slip back. I’ve lost that initial 30 with Cheat Your Way Thin. The eureka moment of depleting your glycogen stores before that cheat day and during, it felt as though I had an epiphany. I need this system to enable me to blow past this plateau in the next 25 days and never look at “Fat Nate” again! I will not be “FAT NATE” again!

I am a 30 year old male who has always been the athletic type, but has struggled maintaining a healthy weight. I always wondered why that no matter how hard I trained, I would never accomplish the chiseled physique that was my goal. I found out not more than a year ago that I had an enzyme difficiency that did not allow me to break down the carbohydrates that a normal person’s body would. All the wheat wraps and oatmeal that I was eating, which I thought were helping me, were actually counter-productive to my weight loss goals. I have had a hard time keeping the motivation to workout and exercise because I know that without the proper diet plan I will continue spinning my tires so to speak. I am very determined to get back to where I was physically in the past, and with the proper eating plan, I feel like I will be motivated to finally accomplish the physique that I have so long craved.

I am a mother of 9 children and one is paralized and on a ventilator, thus needs 24 hour attention. I need to loose 50 pounds from stress and having 9 kids and not alot of time for myself. Like others who have told their stories, I’m ‘middle-aged’ and finding that remaining slim has become a mystifying challenge. I eat pretty well (little processed food, pretty well-balanced macronutrition, moderate calories….usually), and I exercise vigorously 4-5 times weekly, mostly resistance circuits, cardio intervals, and competitive sports. I move pretty well for an old fart and love to outclass my ‘less experienced’ junior colleagues and students in the gym and on the racquetball court.
As much as I move and as well as I eat, I’m still carrying a whole-body fat suit that I can’t seem to unzip. I’m 5’8″ and 200 lbs. Remarkably, I look pretty good and not nearly as fat as I FEEL. That’s the thing. I feel fat.
As a college neuroscience professor, I tried to assemble my obviously bogus fitness ‘program’ from material gleaned from the internet. That’s how I found XFLD. Dude, I have been blown away by the updates. Here’s why: you have simplified the concept of caloric homeostasis and put into practice calorie intake patterns predicted to maintain a predominant energy mobilization mode. Romaniello has complemented it with the right exercise at the right time. It all makes so much sense because it’s all science-based!

i have always been into bodybuilding. I tried to bulk up and gained alot of unnecessary body fat. What makes it more painful was that the people around me said that i look like a bloated ballon. It sure is irritating and damaging to my self esteem. I decided to try a low carb diet. I managed to lose 5lbs in my first week! Unfortunately, that did not happen each week. In fact around the 6th week, i was not sheding any more bodyfat. I gave up, and began eating whatever i craved for for the past six weeks. This caused me to regain all my weight i had initially lost. i was back to step 1! After reading what you have to offer i was excited. What you said actually make more sense and its designed for human beings! With your system, i hope to prove to the people around me that i can be ripped and not a bloated ballon anymore!

The principles in your program really make sense and I am excited to begin! I am eating clean and working out. I am overcoming my physical limitations from past injuries (hardware in my foot, shot knees, bad back, nerve damage, and the list goes on…). Due to all the changes I have made in my life so far, I have lost 25lbs on my own and I can tell I am getting stronger and definitely more toned and energetic.
