Its time get lean, again. I used to be one of those eat whatever you want and never gain a pound kind of guys. Well, it looks like the stresses of life have gotten the best of me over the last few years and I am 20 lbs over weight. My wife is also really looking forward to your program. She has dieted all her life and has never gotten the result, the flat tummy, she has always been seeking. We have a young daughter we want to set a healthy example for so that she is not another one of those fat kids on the play ground. Joel, its time to shed the lbs. Make me a winner.

I have got up every morning and first thing I would do is read your email…thanks for all the great tips….I am 55 and 163 pds and going through memopause…BooHoo right….well other than some health issues my husband is taking me to Italy in September for a glorious 16 days….I sure would love to lose 25 to 30 pds as I hear the terriane will be challenging….It will be the holiday of my life and would love to be in the best shape of my life. I think losing this weight would be the greatest gift I could give myself (and my husband)

Joel, I really like the way you have worked to educate us during the pre-launch. I just need to lose the stubborn 15-20 pounds and shape up. But if I can do it, perhaps I can inspire members of our family who are obese and have serious health problems, that they can do it too.

As a former 30 year veteran in the Army I was always pretty fit but ten years as seen that go and I guess I need to sheed about 50 pounds to make a difference. I have just been told by my daughter that I am about to become a grandfather for the first time and I intend to have the energy to keep up with my new arrival. All help gratefully received.

IS this the perfect program for me at this time? I’d love to find out. I’m 59, about 50 pounds overweight, with too many sedentary interests. My job is physically active, not desk work – but it’s not physical enough to burn enough calories. Your program makes sense, from what I’ve read about it. I admit I like the cheat days – I can NOT give up ice cream. My concern is whether I will be able to accomplish the exercise portion. If it requires a gym, don’t even pick me because my work involves constant travel, which prevents regular gym attendance. If it is exercise that can be done anywhere, I’m in. And if it works, I’ll shout it from the rooftops.

After listening to your phone conversation and reading information about the XFLD, I believe this is for me! I am a busy 40 year old mother of 4 children who always puts others first. I also have a thyroid condition that makes weight loss a huge challenge, but definitely not impossible with the right tools. About 1 1/2 years ago I looked in the mirror and decided it was time to fit time in for me. After changing my eating habits and working out faithfully, I have seen some results but not enough. I’m positive this program would help me where everything else has failed. Simply put, I have a strategical mind paired up with terrible organizational skills. The end result is that I approximate everything I do and as such get nowhere because I lose motivation along the way. Now, your program sounds like the mix of information and strategy I need to really keep the interest (like how I seem to get engrossed in those war strategy games).

I want to lose the weight because I seem to be currently caught in a vicious circle where my body’ll decide to hurt to prevent me from getting any further (lower back and hip pain, happens when I try to do cardio). I’m sick of the pain, and sick of looking fat. I want to do something about it and the faster changes happen, the less likely it is that my body will rebel against me.

Then, when I finally get where I want to be, my entire family – who’s not exactly supportive right now – will be forced to see that it can be done, and I can then proceed to help them out in turn.

Hi. I am a mother of a young child and have tried everything that I can think of to get rid of the last of the ‘Baby Weight’. I`ve read good stuff about your CYWT programme and I`m a little impressed with your approach to R & D ( thats`s what friends are for…. ) , but am as yet to try any of your eating/ training regimes myself ! Experience and RESULTS are the best teachers when it comes to changing your body and mind ( attitude ).

As for myself – I`m 38, I moved to Japan three and a half years ago working as an Elemantry school PE teacher, and had been a thinish 64 kg, 180cm man mountain pretty much all my adult life. Like alot of people i`ve wasted a tonne of time and effort, with little to no result in the battle to forge a new body in the fires of my will !
However I discovered and have been using a good rock solid programme I bought online by fitness fellow Sean. N. for the last eighteen months and have added creatine and whey protien to a fairly well rounded diet in both portion size and nutritional value spread over 6 six meals per day of quality vegetable and mostly fish/ chicken protiens ( you`ve gotta love the Japanese diet ).

Through those changes i`ve added 14.8 kg of body weight – of which i`d say is a semi-educated guess of around 10kg lean muscle mass, around 1 kg of creatine based water retension in muscle and 3-4 kg fat fatty fat, mostly around the mid section!! damn it !! I look a bit muscular – and fat! at a hard earned 78.8 kg.
So i`m happy with my muscle gains so far which are slow but sure, but i`m well unhappy with my fat content, and I love a pizza occasionally as much as a fat kid loves cake = ) I want to see a single figure fat percentage on my body this year.

Bottom line – put your most new and powerfully effective weight loss and training synergistic approach in my general direction and i`ll give it my all !! So we can put my sweet mug shots on your web site as testimonial !, because i`ve got such a groovy looking head ( thats what my MUM says anyway! ……… probably… ) and no one could resist purchasing your product through my results !

But seriously it sounds really kick ass and well developed! ( the programme that is… not my groovy head )

I need Extreme Fat Loss because nothing else has worked for me. I am 55 years old and been working out since the seventh grade. That’s a long time! I am in fairly good shape but I have alway had a layer of fat hiding my true identity. I have been close several times to having a six pack, but the dieting was too draining and I couldn’t maintain the diet and keep my strength. I didn’t know how to combine cheat days with latic acid and high volume training to get the results I desired. I believe you have the information and guidance that can finally tip the scales in my favor and unleash the ripped body I have always desired. dear joel, I need to try this program because i think i have tried everything else. It seems to fit me better than anything else, I need to have cheat days, it gives you something to look forward to, it also makes you feel human and that you have control. I have my life problems like everyone else, been a foster parent for 13 years, lots of stress, and all the same reasons nothing else works, I have never done a program like this and i just feel it will work, I have always thought that there is something with our bodies that we should be able to do to get it to adjust more to modern life. This program does that, we learn how it works and then we adjust our eating and exercise to get what we want from it, I think this will also work for people who want to gain weight also. I am amazed with the human body and I want to learn this program to benefit me and my family for the rest of my life. Also my daughter needs to lose 15 ponds very fast to join the marines and she is getting very frustrated because she is having a hard time and I think it is just what she and when that is making it so hard for her, she sticks to a good diet for so long and then cheats one day and its all back. After being diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 42, having had a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery , I would love for the rest of my body to look as good as my new breast. Since January, I have been doing a combination of resistance training and interval training three times a week, eating pretty clean, but still can’t seem to get that extra 10lbs. of fat off of my thigh and ab areas. I am 49, had seven children, and you would never know that to look at me. I have been training and dieting since Jan, 2010 so I can have the greatest year before going into my 50’s. I am competing in a triathlon in Sept. I can’t budge the last 15 pounds! I truly believe in what you are saying. It’s like muscle confusion for your hormones! I really can’t afford to buy your program now and I need to lose the weight so I can be competitive and be my best before I hit the big 5 0. My knees are shot, need replacing. I have had synvisc twice. If I didn’t have the extra weight, WOW, how happy I would be and confident.

Well Joel. this program is probably the last straw for me. My whole life I have been struggling to lose weight. I have done all the diets available on the market. It seems that every diet works for me once. At the moment I stop a program after very often very good results I’m going to be heavier than ever. I’m 67 years old and doing fitness for the last 17 years (5 days a week and alternating cardio and lifting as Bil Philips teached in the old days) !5 years ago I was diagnozed diabetic. I suppose I’m eating correctly and training as much as possible but I’m back at 252 lbs with 37% bodyfat and my height is only 5″10. Please help.

I am at an age where the pound just keep coming and it is difficult to battle. I am looking for a no nonsense practical approach to getting in shape and staying in shape. Fad diets are not for me, I know they don’t work over the long haul and that is what I need. I have battled weight all my life, but it has really gotten out of hand in the past couple of years (now that I am 47!). I like a plan and direction to help me stay on track.

Hey Joel–I’m so glad I found you! About 2 years ago, when none of my clothes fit anymore, and I was having to think about buying 36 waist jeans, I said to myself “Hold it right there buddy, this has got to stop–just look at yourself!” –I was weighing in at just over 200 lbs. Well, it wasn’t a pretty picture. So right there and then I made the decision to DO something about it. I started slowly by walking a mile or so everyday (I now do about 5). Long story short, I managed to lose 40 lbs in 4 months by eating sensibly and QUITTING DRINKING! And Joel, I do love good wine, so that was really difficult. Well since then I’ve put 10 back on and that seems to be my “set point”–whatever I do, I can’t seem to lose any more than about 5 lbs.
So here’s the real deal–I’m 60 and not getting any younger, but I’d like to a least look and feel as though I am. And I want to live longer. So, after having read about your program, I’m convinced that you’re going to help me achieve this! I look forward to the release next week, and then telling you how successful I’ve been.

It’s time! Time for me to lose weight, get in shape and protect my health. I have used every excuse in the book to avoid getting in shape, but I am ready to get started and want something affordable, sensible and effective. As a mom to 3 teenagers, my life is busy and crazy so I need something that doesn’t require hours of working out or bizarre foods that I don’t want to eat anyway. It’s time, I just need the tools.

I would like to say that I am getting married and want to be in the “best shape of my life”, but the fact is I am recently divorced and there is no prospect in sight. It doesn’t help that I am very choosy but it seems that most men in my age group are looking for young hot bodies first and foremost. Shallow, I know, but that is how it is. I can pull off looking young (I do), but the hot body part is more elusive. If I could see quick, drastic results I would be encouraged to stick with it and achieve this amazing figure I dream about.

Hi Joel! My name is Stacey. I have had a rough year. I turned 40, which didn’t really bother me too much. I work full time, go to school full time, and take care of my family. I have a 16 yr old (who is awesome) and a husband who works 80 week. I am so grateful that he has a job, though! My husband was out of work for almost a year and that took its toll as well.
