Because I want to lose the remaining fat fast.

Hi, I really feel that this program fits me cause I’m 85kgs and I need to lose more to be like 75kgs. Something else is that a terrible thing happened to me that really made me motivated to join you and hope I’d win. My girlfriend left me just because she found me having belly fat on my abdomen, she left me and went to someone else who has six pack abs and a huge chest. He’s really fit. I’d love to be like him, and I really feel sad about that. The last thing is that I don’t have a credit card to buy this program, even my father’s credit card doesn’t work online cause I’m in Egypt.

I’ve been following your downloads with great interest and what I see about stopping your body going into starvation mode makes a huge amount of sense. I’ll be 55 this year and have been going to the gym for around 10 years, but it seems to get harder to keep my weight stable and I know that keeping my weight under control is going to be a real benefit as I get older and I want to be able to keep fit and active. I would also share your program with two people who are very close to me (as well as telling lots of people how to get hold of it.
One is my daughter who is 19 and was diagnosed with polycystic ovaries a couple of years ago and struggles with her weight. I am very concerned that she could get diabetes in later life if she can’t develop a healthier lifestyle. The second person is someone who I started coaching to manage her money through my work with a charity. She has become a good friend and has turned her life around financially and coped with being a single parent, alcoholism and depression, but has put on a lot of weight because she found it hard to leave the house at one point. She is now feeling ready to tackle her weight problem and has made a start, but is beginning to hit ‘the wall’ of not losing the weight because her body is fighting it.

The Xtreme fat loss diet system is for me as I am keen to be lean. Over the past 18 months i have dropped 28lb, I work out and train 4 -5 times a week and yet can’t seem to shift the last stubborn 15lb. When I read your mail and listened to the audio I thought this might be the one to turn me into a keen lean fat burning machine; helping me to achieve my goal to be the leanest most toned I’ve ever been by my 50th birthday in July.
The info so far has made sense, different eating and exercise strategies on different days, to bring about this massive fat loss in such a short space of time. The empty cup before cheat day just makes sooo much sense to me, so the extra calories consumed on cheat day are not going to be stored as fat WOW!! simple idea but explosive in practice.
I maybe don’t understand all the science/physics behind the program but the 5 day cycle sounds like something I can trust in and work with. sounds tough but I’m up for the challenge.

I’m a former client of John Romaniello’s and had great success working with him. I was in prime physical condition and was doing a combination of strength training, high interval cardio, and sports almost every day each week until I injured myself pretty badly. After the emergency surgery, I had to cut all physical activity out of my life except walking (even jogging created a throbbing sensation at my wound that was too intense to deal with). In the process, I’ve gained roughly 10 pounds, which doesn’t sound all that bad, but my entire body composition has changed. I was just cleared to start doing physical activity again by my doctor and want the most intense program out there to get ready for surfing season in Montauk. As a Princeton grad (and a bit of a science nerd), I love the scientific components of your program and would love to have the opportunity to get my body back to where it was in the quickest way possible.

I have always been overweight. I am a very active person and teach a cycling class 4 times a week and workout 6 times a week total. I have been doing a low carb diet lately and did well with it but after dropping 35 pounds I am at a stand still and your program sounds like it can jump start me again. I’m 37 years old and 82kg, probably 10 too many.

Not as able to be as active as I need to be, can’t always chase my daughter around and my body is now beginning to limit me.

Well Joel, “why do I need the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet system?” Because I need to be a part of something I beleive in.
I am a certified ACE personal trainer and I recieve dozens of “lose fat quick” emails a day. I am a born skeptic, I have never believed in anything that promised “results” without hard work and discipline. I am a pretty fit person, I workout 5 days a week and rock a pretty toned body…. at least with my clothes on. You see Joel, I battle the mid section bulge… big time. I have battled it every since I can remember. I eat healthy, for the most part, but eating healthy and “EATING SMART” are two different things. Something I hadn’t really considered prior to reading your information.
Back to the skeptic in me~ I have read all the information you have sent va email, researched you (yeah, I googled you) and REALLY thought about your approach. I’m in….. it makes sense. At 36, I am ready to “outsmart” my eating habits. I am ready to prove to my clients that “if I can do it, anyone can” I really think this is the program that is gonig to work for me. Why? Because I believe in it. And, it makes sense.

I’ll be 63 in June and have worked out most of my adult life. I tore up my shoulders repelling down a mountain last year and was unable to work out through the injury and subsequent surgeries. (Both rotator cuffs torn up). Unfortunately, I ate like I was still exercising and have put on about 20 lbs. Now that I can get back to the gym, I need to tie in exercise with diet and proper supplementation and your program sounds like it fits the bill perfectly for me. The 6 week duration of your program also ties in with my plan to hike rim to rim at the Grand Canyon this Memorial Day. I need to drop 25 lbs in 25 days!

WHen my husband(43) and I (39)met, we were not big people, but since our relationship began, we became more sedentary and the weight came on. I have always had ups and downs with my weight, gestational diabetes with my pregnancies, and with my previous divorce( and its stress), I lost a lot! But.. I want to be more in shape while I am married and hold onto my husband NOW!!! Not just “divorce skinny” but “married and in shape” We are the parents of 6 kids and 1 beautiful grand daughter. We have read multiple books and havent quite found the right fit for us. My husband and I are a team and we support each other, but we need a structured plan to keep us going for the future. I need this program because I need something that works. I need to take care of myself before I do long-term damage to my body carrying all this extra weight. Over the last six years I’ve been in graduate school, the pounds have not so much crept as leapt on due to a combination of stress and health problems (GI, lung, and recently discovered allergies) that led to inactivity – my health issues have finally stabilized in the last year. There’s also the ever-popular “eating my feelings” problem which was illustrated in sharp relief when my Mom was diagnosed with cancer this past September. Luckily, she won her battle. Seeing her kick cancer’s a$$ and the joy she has at her second chance at life has lit a fire under my butt. I don’t want to let my health be so far gone that there’s no room for me to have a second chance. I want to enjoy my youth rather than waste it away. I want to take pride in the things my body can do rather than be miserable about the things it can’t do. I want to take charge of my body. I just need a little help to do it, and based on the previews, your program looks like it builds in the things I know I need – a basis in scientific research (a must for a grad student!) and room to not feel deprived. I have just recently become a qualified personal trainer, as i was always a keen sports man, but always had far too much body fat. Last June I strated training really hard in the gym and started loosing weight. I was weighing over 120Kgs in July 2009. I have now unfortunately reached a plateau in my fat loss and need to try a new system to help ignite those fat burners… As a personal trainer I aim at targetting the ‘avergae joes’ of the world as i now know it is possible to loose weight and body fat, and i wish to share my success with other people. I am currently weighing 100Kgs, however i still have just over 20% body fat.

I’ve been struggling with my weight my whole life. I’ve lost and gained weight numerous times. It’s a vicious cycle. I’ve just recently lost 33lbs, with diet and exercise, but it took 6 months. Now I seem to be stuck, I havent lost anything in over a month, I’m afraid I might give up. I need to change something asap, so i could see steady results. I’ve trained pretty much my whole life but blindly. Almost two years ago I injured my back at work and i ‘ve been unable to train heavy ever since. I completed the p90x program and lost 35lbs, a lot of it was muscle but i felt good. I started researching online and found your circle of trainers and read various reviews on you guys. I liked what i was reading. I began to put to work the tips on nutrition & working out for less time but with greater intensity. With the aid of tt training and athleanx and with inspiring emails from you guys I’m now 205lbs 11.2% bf (was 235)! I can now say i am no longer training blindly, i even have men and women asking me for advice. My goal is to goal is to get to single digit bf% and with your program i know that i will! This program sounds like the possibility to bust myths. I work in a nutrition store & day in @ out I see are people skewed by information on how to loose weight with a bunch of fads that can not be made a lifestyle. high carb, low carb, high fat, low fat, keto, metabolic etc. STOP!!! Diets must fit your lifestyle….not the other way around. This sounds like one of the first “diets” I’ve seen that comes with a training regime (very important, diet and training go hand in hand). I want answers, I want to be lean. But more importantly, I want an experience so when asked how I lost weight I can point them towards your program. About 3 weeks ago, I found information about The Diet Solution online, and began reading about a more healthy way of eating and getting into shape. For several months now, I have been trying to dig up the motivation to get myself back into shape; The Diet Solution clicked, and I found what I was looking for. I have been following the “cheat your way thin” program since January and have dropped close to 25lbs. Over last four years i have lost 140lbs and I am a true beliver that the tools you have given me have allowed me to maintain my weigh and eat healhier. As a direct result my family eats healthier and when people ask me at work how I am able to keep my weight off I tell them it’s easy when your cheating your way thin. This seems to be the perfect product I need, created by someone who actually knows what he is talking about. I learned something from the 5 sneaky tricks about leptin and how it downgrades etc, very interesting and it actually makes sense, I have read a lot of things and downloaded a few e-books etc and that alone I have never read about, this is what some people don’t want you to know. This would fit in with my lifestyle perfectly because I work shift as a bus driver, at least thats 1 day in the week I won’t have to prepare much food and just eat out on that day, I am really interested in this program and I have confidence in it. I will take before and after photos of the results of this program and will write a review online to help other people see what this program can do. Five years ago I was faced with a terrible personal tragedy and I started to gain weight like crazy although I’ve stuck to my healthy diet and diligent workout routine. I have pretty good and strong muscles already, but they’ve now been covered with a thick layer of fat and so don’t really show. It just didn’t make sense. I’ve been so utterly frustrated, not understanding what was happening. Only in winter 2008 the first few kilos started to drop. Since then again nothing. I have read so much, but most of it is common knowledge or, worse, repetitive blabbering remaining on the surface and not taking into account the complexity per se and of each individual that is involved with fat loss (e.g., hormonal interactions). Then, I saw your reports and read them with great interest. And I have found new hope that there may finally be a light at the end of the tunnel. Your work and findings resulting in this particular diet and workout program are the most holistic and in-depth approach I have come across, taking into consideration the tremendous complexity of how the body works (or doesn’t). I’m so glad I haven’t given up yet, because otherwise I wouldn’t have discovered your plan. And apart from hope it’s given me a new drive to keep going and finally getting to the finish line where I can be happy and myself again.
